Ak says police and prosecutors have all seen the footage and declined to pursue charges ... in the words of Young Thug, he's ready to take it to trial!!!

DJ Akademiks may want to put that legal money he's always bragging about to good use ... a woman he publicly clashed with last year has now sued him for sexual assault.

"All That" alum Lori Beth Denberg claims Dan Schneider acted inappropriately when she was a young adult ... allegations that he says are blown out of proportion, or outright untrue.

In a new interview with Business Insider, Denberg details multiple accusations against Schneider -- including the claim he showed her porn and initiated phone sex when he was the head writer of "All That" -- where she was a cast member between 1994 and 1998.

Denberg says this all started around her 19th birthday ... when she says Dan invited her to a meeting and showed her porn clips -- including one scene where a woman performed oral sex on a donkey. FWIW, similar claims over the porn were also made on 'Quiet on Set.'

Donald Trump's rant about the "wonderful" Hannibal Lecter isn't sitting well with one of the guys who helped make "The Silence of the Lambs," and he's taking a bite out of DT's rhetoric.

Edward Saxon -- part of the Oscar-winning trio that produced the film -- tells TMZ ... he has a pretty good idea why Trump might be so eager to split some fava beans and a nice Chianti with old Hannibal the Cannibal.

Bill Maher and Bill Burr are calling for Louis C.K.'s cancelation to be over and done with ... arguing the comedian has been exiled from Hollywood long enough.

The two comics addressed cancel culture during Maher's latest "Club Random" podcast -- where they advocated on Louis' behalf ... saying his #MeToo punishment was too extreme for what he ended up getting "canceled" over, which included claims of sexual misconduct.

Maher added ... "Isn't it time everyone just went, 'Ok, it wasn't a cool thing to do, but it's been long enough. Welcome back to the world.'"

Julia Fox is staying away from sex it seems ... revealing she's two and a half years celibate at this point -- and, she's loving the choice.

The actress revealed she's stopped sleeping with people in the comments of a TikTok post about a new Bumble ad claiming celibacy's not the answer -- which many women say they find offensive.

Jerry Seinfeld's commencement speech got off to a rocky start ... 'cause dozens of people walked out during his introduction -- with many holding Palestinian flags.

The actor-comedian -- who is Jewish and has supported Israel throughout its war against Hamas -- was set to give the commencement address at Duke University when a whole bunch of people jumped up and walked out.

Check out the clip ... it's a sizable group of students who leave the address, and they're met with a mixture of cheers and jeers as they leave. So, pretty mixed reaction we'd say.

A contestant on the popular European singing competition Eurovision has been banned from performing in the final ... and, organizers say it's because the police are investigating him.

Joost Klein -- who's representing the Netherlands in this year's edition of the contest -- will not compete in the final because Swedish police are looking into a claim made by a female member of the production crew, the Eurovision team announced in a statement Saturday.

While the European Broadcasting Union won't say exactly what the allegations entail... they do mention it occurred after the semi-final performance on Thursday night -- adding it wouldn't be appropriate for Klein to continue while the investigation proceeds.

The Simmons family mother-daughter standoff is getting more public ... as Aoki appears to be firing back at her mom Kimora Lee Simmons for commenting about Aoki's brief fling with much older restaurateur Vittorio Assaf.

Aoki posted a quote Friday from Dr. Nicole LePera that certainly reads like a response to Kimora telling TMZ she was "embarrassed" her 21-year-old daughter was photographed sucking face with 65-year-old Assaf.

The comment seems to have struck a chord with Aoki, who highlighted LePera's words ... "Good girl conditioning sends a clear message: don’t be too much or want too much."

As the viral debate rages on whether women would be safer alone in a forest with a random dude or a bear -- one wildlife expert is weighing in ... and she's saying, oh the humanity.

Here's the deal ... a TikToker recently went around asking women on the street if they would feel safer alone in the woods with a bear or an unknown man... and, perhaps not shockingly ... most took the bear, which sparked a larger overall convo about female safety.

The debate whipped up controversy, with insulted men condemning the bear pick ... but as it turns out, a pro who's plugged in to the field of bear biology says ... these ladies are right!
