Un video de una recaudación de fondos de una escuela secundaria muestra a unos estudiantes lamiéndole los dedos del pie a otras personas y el viral video tiene a los padres enojados, mientras se inicia una investigación al respecto.

Video from a high school fundraiser of students licking toes has gone viral online ... and it's got parents up in arms while an investigation seems to be startin' up.

Here's the deal ... during a fundraiser earlier this week at Deer Creek High School in Oklahoma, several students appeared to get on their stomachs and lick peanut butter off the toes of other students.

Check out the vid, originally obtained by Fox 25 ... it's pretty gross stuff -- some kids are down on the basketball court while others are laid back, kicking their feet up and letting them lick away.

The whole video's caused a firestorm online ... with tons of people on social media calling out organizers for allowing a stunt like this to go down in the first place.

Among those upset X users ... Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters who posted a tweet letting his followers know his agency would be investigating exactly what went down.

Deer Creek High isn't copping to any wrongdoing here BTW ... saying in a statement that all the students volunteered to do this and no faculty or staff members were involved in this particular game.

The school also pointed to the more than $150k they say they raised for a local charity ... seemingly saying the money's a damn good reason to move past the controversial games played.

An anonymous statement from a parent whose child goes to the school to FOX 25 sums it up well ... with the parent saying the money's great, but the school needs to admit this probably wasn't the best way to go about it.

Fans noticed the country singer kept a bottled water within arms reach all night ... and took several swigs of it during her set.

It's a total 180 from when Elle was last seen at the Opry in Nashville back in late January. She was admittedly drunk as she forgot the words to one of Dolly's tunes -- which wouldn't be the worst thing ever, but she followed that up by making up jibberish lyrics and berating the audience.

After one tune, she barked at the crowd, "I'm not even gonna f***ing lie … y'all bought tickets for this s***, you ain't getting your money back."

Days after that s***show, she abruptly postponed her next scheduled gig in Texas, but never provided any reason. She's been out of the public eye since then.

Elle was shown a ton of grace by Dolly herself, who told Extra ... Elle is a great girl who just had a bit too much to drink. She also urged fans to "forgive that and forget it and move on, 'cause [Elle] felt worse than anyone ever could."

We're told Elle did not make any reference to the Dolly disaster during her show Friday night ... however she did sing songs about boozing -- like "Chain Smokin', Hard Drinkin' Woman" and "Drunk (And I Don't Wanna Go Home)" -- she's a country singer, after all.

That being said, she kept it sober on stage, and by all counts sounded great.

4:22 PM PT -- Tom Porto, the attorney for Ariel Young and her family, just released a statement on Britt Reid's commutation to TMZ Sports ... saying simply, "What’s different between this criminal defendant and every other criminal defendant in the state of Missouri?"

Ex-Kansas City Chiefs assistant coach Britt Reid -- Andy's son -- just had his three-year prison sentence commuted to house arrest.

Missouri Governor Mike Parson made the surprising decision on Friday ... a little over a year after Reid was thrown behind bars for his role in a DWI crash that left a 5-year-old girl, Ariel Young, with life-altering brain injuries.

A spokesperson for Parson explained the move in a statement to media outlets ... saying, "Reid had completed his alcohol abuse treatment program and has served more prison time than most individuals convicted of similar offenses."

As part of his commutation, Reid will remain on house arrest until October 31, 2025. He'll have to abide by a lengthy list of conditions in order to avoid being thrown back in prison, however -- including working at least 30 hours a week, submitting to random drug screenings, and completing at least 10 hours a month of community service.

Reid is also forbidden from making contact with Young or her family members.

Reid was first hit with criminal charges in the case after authorities said he got drunk days before the Chiefs vs. Buccaneers Super Bowl in 2021 and slammed his pickup truck into the back of a car Young had been riding in.

Authorities alleged Reid was going 83.9 MPH in a 65 MPH zone just before the wreck, and had a BAC of .113 two hours following the accident.

Dash cam footage captured at the scene showed Reid was wearing a Chiefs COVID mask and a Chiefs sweatshirt in the minutes after the crash.

Reid lost his job with Kansas City's NFL franchise a short time later ... and didn't work in the league again before beginning his sentence in November 2022.

We've reached out to an attorney for the Young family for comment, but so far, we haven't heard back yet.

Tish Cyrus and Dominic Purcell are battening down the hatches -- refusing to respond to man-stealing rumors involving Noah Cyrus -- but they're also not hiding from cameras.

The married couple was out for a stroll Friday in Toluca Lake, CA, keeping the vibe very casual ... Tish wore a grey hoodie, joggers and a trucker cap -- while the former "Prison Break" star opted for a navy tracksuit.

Tish and Dominic took in some fresh air with a pal ... perhaps attempting to clear their heads from the swirling drama that's come after a wild report this week.

If you missed it ... the story claims Tish swooped in and stole Dominic from her 24-year-old daughter Noah, following her split from Billy Ray Cyrus.

We've known that Tish is estranged from Noah, but now it also appears her other daughter, Miley Cyrus, is feuding with dad Billy Ray.

Gwyneth Paltrow's kicking off Women's History Month with a teachable moment -- imploring white women to emulate Black women's approach to self-love, but her message is hitting a lot of people as tone-deaf.

The Oscar winner shared her opinion Thursday while appearing alongside Dr. Ella Bell at the Makers Conference in Beverly Hills ... with the Goop founder praising her Black gal pals for having an "incredible intrinsic self-honoring."

She added, "It's like from the deepest part of their souls all the way to the tips of their fingers." Feel the cringe begin. 😬

According to Gwyneth, her "Black women friends know themselves, love themselves, in a way that I think white women are not taught to."

"I think white women are taught to be competitive with one another," she added, "which is something I've tried to work so hard to dispel, because I don't believe in competition between women -- but we're raised to be competitive, to be jealous, to look over each other's shoulders."

GP declared it isn't that way in her "circle of Black women" ... and she continued, "I've learned so much from my Black friends about ruthless self-acceptance and full love of self."

She went on to suggest white women can "learn from our Black sisters and the way in which they respect themselves."

Gwyneth had a direct message for those listening -- "Keeping white women at odds with each other, in competition with one another, keeps the patriarchy strong."

She added ... "You don't have to get less because somebody is going to get more."

While the lifestyle guru likely intended for these words to be uplifting -- on the final day of Black History Month, mind you -- some people think she flat-out missed the mark, especially with the African American community.

Scores of online comments are ripping Gwyneth for being blind to the fact Black women are commonly pitted against each other in pop culture and American society, at large.

Just a few high-profile examples -- Nicki Minaj is currently beefing with Megan Thee Stallion, and has previously feuded with Cardi B. Fellow rising stars Ice Spice and Latto are also taking subtle shots at each other.

One of the OG main characters from "The Crow" is slamming the remake ... and she's mostly worried about how Bill Skarsgård will portray the late Brandon Lee's iconic character.

Rochelle Davis -- who plays Sarah in the 1994 goth cult classic -- tells TMZ … Bill's revamped Crow doesn't resemble anything about the true character, not even from the comic book, and her initial reaction to the first images of Bill in character was ... "yuck."

Even before the photos of Bill as Eric Draven came out this week, Rochelle says she wasn't expecting anything good to begin with ... and her suspicions were ultimately confirmed.

Rochelle's not bashing Bill's talent as an actor ... but she hates his "dingy, dirty, grungy" look and says producers made this version of Eric Draven look like the bad guys he's supposed to be fighting.

For Rochelle ... Eric Draven is supposed to be a good man with a good soul ... and the remake seems to be missing the mark here, at least from what she can see so far.

What's more, Rochelle wishes there was more diversity in the cast ... she says anyone other than a straight white male would be a better fit for replacing Brandon's character -- and she thinks producers should have cast someone who resembles Brandon out of respect.

Remember ... Brandon was shot and killed by a prop gun on "The Crow" set. Rochelle says the least Hollywood could do was give him some reverence and not remake his last flick.

With that said ... Rochelle gives filmmakers props for casting FKA Twigs as Shelly.

At this point it shouldn't come as a shock ... Rochelle tells us she does NOT plan on watching the remake, mainly out of respect for Brandon, and she's calling on other fans of the OG movie to boycott the new version.

There's been some fan outrage over Bill's look and Rochelle knows folks are going to watch regardless, at least for curiosity's sake, and she does find some joy in the remake introducing newer generations to "The Crow."

The organizers of the disastrous Willy Wonka experience in the UK have issued an official apology -- that's after nearly a week of pure chaos, anger and rib-tickling memes.

Glasgow-based House of Illuminati -- the team behind the now-viral attraction -- laid it out on FB Friday ... owning up to the fiasco and acknowledging the disappointment and frustration they caused to all those parents who just wanted to show their kids a good time.

That being said ... HOI says that while it takes full responsibility for its decisions surrounding the debacle, anyone who was hired externally is categorically not affiliated with them -- meaning that tossing out allegations against those who didn't have anything to do with the mess can do some serious damage.

They're basically reminding everyone ... get the full story before casting judgment.

The person behind the post also lets us in on a deeply personal matter ... saying that they too are paying the price for the failed venture 'cause their wedding is now off.

Although, they note ... the ticket sales weren't ever gonna fund it in the first place.

They're also working hard to rectify the situation ... and refunding all 850 transactions of 35 pounds a pop is definitely a step in the right direction.

All in all, they're asking for some sympathy and time to process everything that's happened, adding ... "My intention is to learn from this experience. Your support and understanding during this time mean the world to me."

The official apology came after video surfaced of HOI facing off against some seriously angry parents -- who demanded refunds in a heated clip making the rounds online.

Paul Connell, one of the Wonkas caught up in this viral mess, also spilled the tea to TMZ ... saying the situation spiraled to the point cops had to be called. Adding insult to injury, PC also claimed he still hadn't been paid the 500 pounds (roughly $633) for his part in the event.

Leo also apparently wants to ask Ye if he'd be cool with his daughters walking around wearing similarly sheer clothing when they grow up -- 'cause quite frankly, he doubts it.

Several housewives are speaking out in support of Andy in the wake of Leah's lawsuit earlier this week ... making it clear they've never done drugs with the 'Watch What Happens Live' host.

Kyle Richards -- who said she was one of the housewives closest to Andy -- told Page Six that she has "never seen Andy do drugs, offer drugs or do anything inappropriate ever."

Kyle went on to praise Andy as a professional -- highlighting how he even refuses to follow many Bravo stars on Instagram to keep "a distance from all of them."

"RHONJ" star Margaret Josephs was equally vocal in her support of Andy -- she said point-blank that the father of two "has never offered any 'Housewife’ cocaine.'"

Margaret -- who notably doesn't drink -- adds ... "I am appalled that someone would just go so low to assassinate and target someone’s character in that way.”

Likewise, Cynthia Bailey ...  who appeared on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" -- assured TMZ on Wednesday that she was "never forced" to drink and has definitely "never seen him do blow."

ICYMI ... the 'RHONY' alum hit Andy, as well as Bravo, with a discrimination lawsuit on Tuesday -- claiming the reality TV honcho created a toxic work environment, where AC allegedly used cocaine and encouraged other housewives and Bravolebrities to participate ... giving good TV edits to his favs.

A rep for Andy denied the allegations -- telling TMZ … "The claims against Andy are completely false."

'RHOC's Heather Dubrow and Meghan King have also offered up public support of Andy, applauding him for his professionalism and respect.

Leah isn't the only unhappy ex-housewife, however ... as 'RHOBH' vet Brandi Glanville also recently accused Andy of sexual harassment after he invited her to watch him hook up with another Bravo personality over FaceTime.

Andy hit back at that ... calling the exchange a joke that's been blown out of proportion.

Remember ... the claim that's been floated here is that Noah was actually with Dominic first -- and that Tish eventually came along and started hollering at him over social media DMs.

The timeline that's been reported is a little fuzzy, but it seems like some overlap may have possibly occurred -- which might be able to explain why Tish and Noah are now estranged.

There are still a lot of unanswered questions about this ... but in any case, Tish and Dom were both spotted out Wednesday on the heels of this big news breaking -- and neither of them seemed ready to talk to paps about it.

David Halls testificó en nombre de la fiscalía el jueves en Nuevo México, donde van tras de Hannah Gutiérrez-Reed por cargos de homicidio, y dio una descripción detallada de su última interacción con Halyna antes de que muriera en el set.

Es increíblemente emocional. Él dice que Halyna le dijo que no podía sentir sus piernas antes de morir... y David derramó algunas lágrimas.

La fiscalía también tuvo a un productor de la película, Ryan Winterstern, testificando el jueves. Los fiscales dicen que Hannah afirmó anteriormente que habló con dos productores llamados Ryan y Nathan y les dijo que necesitaba tiempo adicional con Baldwin para realizar el tiro cruzado.

Recordemos que Alec estaba trabajando en el lugar designado cuando su arma se disparó, golpeando a Halyna y en última instancia tomando su vida. Los fiscales dicen que Hannah comparte al menos parte de la culpa porque ella era responsable de las armas en el set.

De todos modos, a Ryan le preguntaron directamente si se acuerda de haber tenido esa conversación con Hannah y testificó que no recordaba ningún momento en que ella intentara llamar su atención, y dijo que probablemente recordaría tal conversación si hubiera ocurrido.

Mientras tanto, en el testimonio del miércoles, los fiscales le preguntaron al productor Gabrielle Pickle si alguna vez expresó su preocupación a Hannah acerca de las armas de fuego en el set.

Gabrielle testificó que dos veces le planteó la cuestión a Hannah, en persona y también a través de correo electrónico.

Cuando le preguntaron si ella sugirió una manera de arreglar el problema con las armas de fuego desatendidas en el set de "Rust", Gabrielle testificó que le propuso un sistema de registro a Hannah, donde las armas de fuego serían registradas de entrada y salida cada vez que se usen.

Gabrielle testificó que Hannah rechazó la sugerencia, supuestamente diciéndole a Gabrielle que era "demasiado complicado" y que Hannah estaba trabajando con su propio sistema para realizar un seguimiento de las armas.

Como informamos, la declaración de apertura de la fiscalía estuvo enfocada en que Hannah fue la culpable de la ronda que mató a Halyna.

Los fiscales dijeron que Hannah no siguió los protocolos de seguridad de armas adecuadas en el set, alegando que regularmente dejaba armas y municiones tiradas por el set, e incluso permitió que munición real se infiltrara en la producción.

Por su parte, los abogados de Hannah han dicho que ella tenía la tarea de múltiples puestos de trabajo en el set; de armero y asistente de apoyo, y que era mucho trabajo para alguien de solo 24 años de edad.
