Bobb'e J. Thompson claims Tracy Morgan mistreated him on the set of their old sitcom back in the 2000s -- alleging the dude was a straight-up bully ... all 'cause the kid was funny.

The former child actor -- who costarred alongside Tracy in "The Tracy Morgan Show" between 2003 and 2004 -- hopped on the Comedy Hype podcast to make his claims ... and he details a pretty disturbing story about how he says Morgan dealt with him back in those days.

Based on the way Bobb'e describes the alleged tale, it's a little hard to decipher if this was just a one-off, or if happened repeatedly -- but he claims Tracy had severely berated him.

Conan O'Brien took a trip down memory lane in his return to late-night TV, telling Jimmy Fallon it felt "weird" coming back to the NBC building and joking about how Kelly Clarkson hijacked his studio.

The former host showed up Tuesday as a guest on "The Tonight Show," sitting down with Jimmy for an interview in which the comedian mostly reminisced about his time at the network.

At one point, Conan started talking about how strange it was to be back on "this floor" after hosting "Late Night" from 1993 to 2009 at NYC's Rockefeller Center. He then took the reins of "The Tonight Show" in L.A. before he was fired after just 7 months in 2010.

Heather McDonald's spilling all the deets about her hangout sesh with none other than Britney Spears, who shared -- then swiftly deleted -- an IG clip of their night out.

The clip made it seem like Heather and Britney were lifelong besties, with the pop star screaming in joy while Heather nailed a Drew Barrymore impression -- but HM explained on "Juicy Scoop with Heather McDonald" they had actually met only moments earlier!

It all went down back in December as Heather was dining out in Hollywood, where she spotted Britney celebrating her birthday with her manager Cade Hudson.

4:25 PM PT -- A representative for Katt Williams tells TMZ ... the show was actually only cut off about five minutes early -- so, the Indianapolis audience didn't miss too much of the show.

We're also told Katt's team believes it's the venue's policy to turn on the lights as the show's ending ... and not directly related to the brawl.

Katt Williams' recent show didn't end with a standing ovation ... instead, it finished with bloody fans exiting the building -- 'cause a brawl apparently halted the set.

The comedian/actor hit the stage at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum in Indianapolis Saturday night ... but, it seems about partway through the stand-up, a fight broke out in the stands, and it brought everything to a stop.

Check out the vid ... it's hard to tell, but it certainly looks like there's some movement in the upper regions of the arena as well as a lot of shouting and confusion.

Pete Davidson's making sure his friends on "Bupkis" have good memories of him -- as he makes his exit, Pete's dishin' out thousands to some of the show's staff ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us, Pete's handing out cash prizes -- totaling hundreds of thousands -- to some creators who worked on season 1 of "Bupkis" to thank them for all their hard work on the show, pre-cancelation.

We're told Davidson gave the money to just a handful of people ... all of whom were involved with season 1, but who weren't necessarily working on the now-dead second season.

The comedian did a new interview with Esquire this week, in which he reflected on his spat with Dave a couple years back in the wake of DC's Netflix special "The Closer" ... which was criticized as being anti-trans, something Jerrod himself weighed in on at the time.

During an interview from back then, Jerrod had tried offering Dave constructive criticism -- suggesting that his legacy had been marred by his leaning into making fun of trans folks.

James Corden walked away from his "Late Late Show" hosting gig on his own terms ... but people in his native UK just can't quite believe he wasn't fired, at least according to him.

The Brit explained on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" Tuesday that despite him assuring people he and his wife Julia moved back across the pond so their 3 kids could be closer to their grandparents, people are convinced he's lying ... and think CBS canned him.

American comedian and actress Sandra Bernhard was in her 20s when she first rose to recognition as a stand-up comedian back in the late 70s, but her role playing Nancy Bartlett Thomas -- on the sitcom "Roseanne"-- cemented her spot in Hollywood back in the 90s.

Sandra was part of an iconic cast including Roseanne Barr as the loving but sarcastic mother, Roseanne Conner and John Goodman as the comical and loving father, Dan Conner.

Bernhard was also on "Will & Grace", and she holds a spot on Comedy Central's list of 100 greatest stand-ups of all time!

Ludacris isn't salty over Katt Williams suggesting he's a puppet for the elite -- 'cause he's taking the remarks with a grain of salt ... noting comedians are supposed to make jokes!!!

Drew Barrymore is weighing in on folks who are now backtracking/apologizing for joking about Kate Middleton before they knew she had cancer ... including Stephen Colbert.

The actress/talk show host spoke on the phenomenon that's been unfolding over the past week or so -- namely, the fact that people are getting dragged for having made light of Kate's mysterious situation ahead of her cancer diagnosis announcement.

There've been a lot of people who've had to eat crow over this -- and that goes for Colbert too, who dedicated a little time on his show Monday to express regret for his recent bit.

The comedian joined "The Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet" Friday where she revealed she's living the sober life these days ... claiming she hasn't drunk, smoked weed or done anything else in about 72 days.

TH says it hasn't been super hard for her ... 'cause she says she's never been a big user of substances anyway -- so she's cool with giving all that up.

But, don't get fooled ... Haddish isn't totally making that decision on her own -- 'cause she claims she's actually been ordered by a judge to lay off any and all substances.

Tiffany also adds she would've fought her most recent DUI charge if the stress wasn't doing a number on her health -- saying she was just driving while tired.

Of course, Haddish copped a plea deal in her Hollywood DUI case ... pleading no contest in February to a conviction of reckless driving -- a much lesser charge.

Remember ... Tiffany was arrested in November when cops claimed they found her asleep in her car, parked awkwardly on the street. She was released pretty soon after, and joked about the incident during a comedy set pretty quickly after.

Through all the jokes, it seems Haddish has really made a huge change to her life -- even if it wasn't 100% her idea to begin with.

Check out this defacement job that happened on a billboard on the corner of Centinela Ave. and Santa Monica Blvd. here in Los Angeles -- where an advertisement for Susie Essman's Caftan from "Curb Your Enthusiasm" went up sometime this past week in an homage to the show.

If you're unfamiliar, her Susie character from 'Curb' started her own business and threw up a billboard to advertise it -- which got vandalized on TV with people drawing penises around her face ... something that delighted LD.

As it turns out ... HBO commissioned an exact replica of this fake TV billboard to go up in real life as well, and to nobody's surprise -- it was also defaced, just like on 'CYE.'

If you're wondering who's responsible for the tag job ... we have an answer. There's an activist art collective called INDECLINE -- and they say they're the ones who pulled this off. We're told this went down early Friday morning ... and they even filmed themselves doing it.

The reason ... they say they were just fulfilling a wish from none other than 'Curb' star Jeff Garlin himself ... who responded to someone this week after the billboard went up and wrote, "Someone should put a d*** up there. Maybe two." Welp, that's exactly what INDECLINE did.

The collective tells TMZ, they give Larry a lot of credit for forming their sense of humor and sensibility ... so they feel they were paying homage to him by carrying out this stunt.

They add, "A few nights ago, we watched in awe as one of our favorite pastimes, 'billboard liberation, was incorporated into the latest episode. We received a flood of texts and DMs about the existence of the billboard in Los Angeles and even saw that Jeff Garland was on Instagram calling for it to be altered."

INDECLINE goes on ... "So, as a thank you to Larry David, for his contribution to the field of art imitating life, we give you our contribution to the practice of life imitating art."

The obvious question is ... are cops gonna look into this? We're told by law enforcement sources that, at this point, nobody has called in just yet to report a crime -- so as far as they're concerned ... there's not much to do about this for now.

BTW, these are the same guys that did the naked Trump statue years ago ... so there you go. They're known for stuff like this -- and they didn't disappoint here either.

Steve-O is siding with Jimmy Kimmel after the late-night host poked fun at Robert Downey Jr.'s past substance abuse issues during his Oscars 2024 monologue.

Despite overcoming addiction issues himself -- the "Jackass" star felt it was totally within JK's rights to call out RDJ on his troubled past.

Not only did the 49-year-old call hosting a "thankless job" ... he also reminded us that people who are sober regularly discuss their sobriety journeys, like at AA and NA meetings -- so why does it matter if Jimmy chimes in?

So ... it wasn't surprising when Steve-O declared Jimmy does not owe Robert an apology. Though, he made it clear he won't be following in Jimmy's footsteps, explaining he likes to make himself the butt of a joke.

Steve-O's stance comes a day after Jimmy sparked awkward laughter at the Academy Awards after calling "Oppenheimer" one of the highest points in Robert's career ... alluding to his previous court-ordered rehab stay in the early '00s.

Robert -- who has been sober since 2003 -- was a good sport about the dig ... making an "on the nose gesture" when the cameras panned to him. He also called out his struggles in his Oscars acceptance speech -- thanking his entertainment lawyer Tom Hansen for "trying to get [him] insured and bailing [him] out of the hoosegow" over the years.
