Pete Davidson is back on the road doing what he does best ... making people laugh, something his fans are clearly anxious to see, considering he's got back-to-back sold-out shows.

Sources connected to Pete tell TMZ he's out of rehab, and doing some standup gigs this week. We're told he has 2 shows Tuesday at the Improv in Dania, FL ... in the Fort Lauderdale area. If ya don't have tickets already, sorry, they're all gone.

It's unclear when Pete left the medical facility that he checked into back in late June for mental health reasons -- but, he's obviously feeling well enough at this point to get back to performing.

It's been a bumpy time for PD ... he's juggling movies, TV, sponsorships, a new GF, and lots of other stuff in the wake of leaving 'SNL.'

And, don't forget, he just sorted out his legal issues for ramming his car into a Beverly Hills home earlier this year.

As we reported, he's doing a diversion program -- which requires him to do 50 hours of community service -- and, if he completes that the incident will be expunged from his record.

On top of all that, he had a contentious, and very public, face-off with PETA over a puppy he bought for his mother.

We'll know soon enough if he's up for discussing any of these recent trials and tribulations in standup routine ... but ya gotta figure some of it's gonna get a mention.

Paul Reubens -- the comedic actor best known for playing Pee-wee Herman -- is dead after a private battle with cancer.

Paul died Sunday night, according to a statement posted Monday on his Instagram account ... a statement that revealed, for the first time, the medical crisis with which he'd be dealing -- "Paul bravely and privately fought cancer for years with his trademark tenacity and wit."

We're told he had a brain tumor 6 years ago, but doctors were able to surgically remove it ... and it was considered a successful procedure. It's unclear what kind of cancer he'd been diagnosed with most recently.

The comedic icon will forever be remembered for his Pee-wee Herman character, which Paul created in 1978 during an improv exercise with The Groundlings. Paul worked with another comedy legend, the late Phil Hartman, to develop the character.

That led to the eventual launch of the "Pee-wee's Playhouse" TV show in 1986 ... and although it was Saturday morning programming, it became a huge hit with kids and adults.

He also brought the character to the big screen with the film, "Pee-wee's Big Adventure," which was a huge commercial success.

The movie featured a scene with Pee-wee dancing to the 1958 hit song, "Tequila" by The Champs. The character, and that dance, were so beloved ... you can't hear that song without thinking of Pee-wee.

While Pee-wee is his most iconic role, Paul had been doing live comedy routines long before that. In addition to his time in The Groundlings, he made 14 appearances on "The Gong Show" back in the '70s.

He's also done a ton of acting unrelated to Pee-wee -- having roles in movies, like "Blow," "Batman Returns," "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and "Doctor Dolittle" ... as well as hit TV shows like "Murphy Brown," "Ally McBeal" and "Everybody Loves Raymond."

As for his cancer battle -- Paul addressed it in a note he'd written, saying ... "Please accept my apology for not going public with what I've been facing the last six years. I have always felt a huge amount of love and respect from my friends, fans and supporters. I have loved you all so much and enjoyed making art for you."

Paul was 70 years old.

Los Angeles native Skyler Shaye (now known as Skyler Shaye Lopez) was 20 years old when she played the role of Cloe -- the Bratz 'doll' who is clumsy yet highly skilled in soccer -- in the comedy/family film "Bratz: The Movie" back in 2007.

Skyler shared the big screen with the other main Bratz members including Logan Browning as the sassy one who goes after what she wants, Sasha, Janel Parrish as the eccentric one who isn't affraid to stand out, Jade and Nathalia Ramos as the quiet one who enjoys writing and animals, Yasmin.

Blake Shelton has gone on the record to support Jason Aldean amid his new song controversy ... at least that's what a satire site wants you to believe, anyway.

Here's the deal ... Blake is trending this weekend, and it's all because of this fake article that has him quoted as explicitly backing Aldean amid the whole "Try That In A Small Town" fracas -- which has divided a lot of people, especially after the music video was released.

The story comes from a site called The Dunning-Kruger Times -- which labels itself as "America's Last Line of Defense." This article of theirs is headlined as such ... "Blake Shelton Cancels $30 Million Project With CMT: 'Jason Is My Friend.'" The problem ... it's a BS piece.

The reason we know this -- aside from the fact this is literally the only "media outlet" reporting such a story -- is that DKT itself calls itself a website that's just for laughs.

Their "About Us" page spells it out clearly ... "Dunning-Kruger-Times.com is a subsidiary of the 'America’s Last Line of Defense' network of parody, satire, and tomfoolery, or as Snopes called it before they lost their war on satire: Junk News." AKA, it's one big fat joke.

Although this site has openly laid out their intentions -- namely, laughing at conservatives -- folks on the right have ran with this fake story regardless ... lifting it up as a rallying cry.

While Blake and Jason have certainly been on friendly terms in the past ... the former has not said anything about all the hubbub his new song/video has caused -- and yet, it appears folks genuinely believe he's on Jason's side. Unfortunately for them, there's no truth to it.

This might be the funniest dinner table ever -- Jerry Seinfeld breaking Italian bread with some insanely successful actors, writers, producers and an entertainment mogul thrown in for good measure.

Jerry's on vacay in Italy -- like everyone else, it seems -- and he was dining at Andrea Pansa in Amalfi this week. NBD, just chatting it up with comedy legends Larry David and Judd Apatow ... along with billionaire David Geffen.

That alone would be pretty, prettyyy impressive -- but after some banter, the guys were joined by fellow comedian Amy Schumer, and Judd's wife, actress Leslie Mann!!!

Jerry seemed to be holding court at the table, and even snapped a pic with a young fan who was, understandably, grinning from ear to ear.

Jerry and his wife Jessica, who was also there, have been enjoying their European vacay -- last month they were spotted soaking up the sun on a yacht in the south of France.

Ice Spice says she and Taylor Swift immediately hit it off when recording their hit record "Karma" ... and they still keep in contact via text to this day!!!

The "Munch" rapper relived her experience working with the pop powerhouse with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1 ... openly admitting she was having a crummy day until her manager told her TS was requesting her for a collab.

Ice says Taylor wasn't acting Hollywood once they pulled up to the studio either ... the "Midnights" singer was actually waiting for her outside, eager to collaborate.

The song immediately became a hit when it dropped in May, and is one of the reasons Ice is tied with Morgan Wallen for most Top 10 hits in 2023.

According to Ice, Taylor keeps her LOLing at all times, dubbing her "the funniest person ever" as they still keep in frequent contact via text.

Collaborations aren't always guaranteed to create friendships, but Ice also counts her newfound partner-in-rhyme Nicki Minaj as well as Drake as mentors — and soaks up all the advice they give her!!!

Adam Carolla and his ex finally have a financial agreement as their divorce plays out ... and it will have him shelling out close to $50K each month.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Adam agreed to pay Lynette at least $17K a month in base child support for their 17-year-old twins, Santino and Natalia. That's an interim number, and additional child support might be ordered in the future depending on Adam's income.

The exes also agree to split the cost of their children's extracurricular activities, including things like college test prep fees, cell phones, and tutoring ... but Adam will solely cover the kids' health insurance.

In the docs, Adam also agrees to pay Lynette an additional $30K each month for spousal support. The payments actually started at the beginning of this year, so that means Adam's already dropped $329K for the first half of 2023.

As Kevin Costner would no doubt tell Adam ... divorce ain't cheap!

Adam announced he and Lynette were divorcing in 2021, saying they'd already been separated for a few months. They'd been married since 2002.

Britney Spears wasn't the only one inconvenienced during the Victor Wembanyama slap saga in Sin City, because Pauly Shore lost his table at Catch ... and this one really hurts.

Folks who were dining at Catch at the same time as Britney, Wemby and Pauly tell TMZ … after the slapping incident, Britney went to dinner inside the fancy restaurant and her party was seated ... at the same booth where they had seated Pauly.

Turns out Pauly had just gotten seated, he got up to use the restroom, and when he came back, Britney and her group were at his table, where he had left his phone, glasses and fanny pack.

Britney's security, we're told, initially stopped Pauly from getting back to the table ... but they eventually let him through.

We're told Paul greeted Britney and they both kind of laughed off the seating situation, and her manager, Cade Hudson, handed over Pauly's things.

Ultimately, we're told Pauly got seated at a different table ... it's unclear if this was just a mix-up or if Catch deliberately bumped him for BS. ET first reported on Pauly's table mishap.

As we first reported ... video shows Britney approaching Victor on their way into Catch and getting slapped by his security, and eyewitnesses say Britney was in shock and angry during dinner.

Cops investigated the slapping incident and decided against pursuing criminal charges against Wemby's security.

Gabriel Iglesias' private jet touched down on a North Carolina runway, but it ran out of runway ... and went 100 yards into a grass field.

Gabriel was flying to North Carolina Friday for a gig at Harrah's Cherokee Event Center. We're told weather was really bad and the pilot apparently overshot the spot where the wheels were supposed to touch down.

He tells TMZ after they touched down the reverse thrusters somehow failed, and the plane continued down the runway at a high rate of speed, going into the grass for the length of a football field.

The comedian says as the plane was on final approach there was horrible turbulence ... he says it was so bad he hit his head on the ceiling of the plane.

Everyone was safe -- 6 passengers, 2 pilots and 2 chihuahuas, but it was terrifying. Gabriel says, "As we were going down we were picturing a scene from 'Almost Famous' where everyone felt they were going to die. We all told each other, 'We love you!' thinking it was the end."

And get this ... as they were traveling on the grass, blades of the grass were hitting the window. Gabriel said, "It looked like someone was cutting the grass. It was crazy!"

English actress and model Vanessa Angel was 29 years old when she was cast to play the role of Claudia -- the beautiful and funny girlfriend who hilariously schemes her way to winning lots of money -- in the comedy film "Kingpin" back in 1996.

YouTube star Colleen Ballinger, best known for her Internet character Miranda Sings, is denying grooming allegations against her with a song ... and for some folks, it's falling flat.

Colleen picked up a ukulele and recorded a 10-minute video where she sings about the disturbing claims against her being nothing but gossip and lies.

In case you missed it ... Colleen's been accused of grooming a teenage boy, who grew up to be YouTube star Adam McIntyre. She broke her silence Wednesday with her singing video.

Colleen says her team strongly advised her not to say what she wants to say, but she says that doesn't mean she can't sing about her reaction ... so here we are.

In the song, Colleen puts it bluntly, "The only thing I've ever groomed is my two Persian cats."

She adds ... "I'm not a groomer, just a loser / who didn't understand I shouldn't respond to fans / and I'm not a predator even a lot of you think so / because five years ago I made a fart joke."

Colleen's song isn't going over so well online ... folks are blasting her on social media, with some fans telling her this wasn't the right way to address the serious allegations.

Pete Davidson has entered rehab  ... and we're told his mental health has everything to do with it.

TMZ has confirmed, Pete's now in rehab due to his recent struggles with his mental health, according to sources familiar.

We're told he suffers from borderline personality disorder and PTSD. Page Six was the first to report the news.

A close friend of Pete's tells us his girlfriend, Chase Sui Wonders, and his other friends are rallying behind him and are by his side ... telling us Pete periodically checks himself in to work on these issues and better himself.

Pete's been a bit of an open book when it comes to his battle with his mental health ... often laying it all out there during his 'Weekend Update' segments on the long-running variety series.

He also got candid during a 2021 "Actors on Actors" Variety interview -- telling Glenn Close he felt like the weight of the world was lifted off his shoulders when he was diagnosed with BPD.

TMZ broke the story, PETA recently came after Pete for buying a dog from a pet store instead of getting it from a shelter ... and he fired back with an extremely rough, emotional voice mail, listing off the reasons why he had to get the pup through that route.

Roseanne Barr is taking a lot of heat for seemingly denying the Holocaust ... but her son says her controversial podcast comments are being taken out of context, and she was just being sarcastic.

Here's the deal ... Roseanne went on Theo Von's podcast, "This Past Weekend," and a clip from their conversation is going viral, with folks accusing her of being antisemitic.

In the clip, which Roseanne's son says lacks context, she says ... "And, that is the truth. And, nobody died in the Holocaust either. That's the truth. It should happen. Six million Jews should die right now cause they cause all the problems in the world. But, it never happened."

Roseanne goes on to say she is Jewish. Leading up to her Holocaust remarks, Roseanne is talking to Theo about how people believe things that aren't true, like the 2020 election being fixed.

The comedian's son, Jake Pentland, tells TMZ ... "We are embarrassed that people are stupid enough not to recognize Roseanne is being sarcastic."

Theo is also defending Roseanne ... quote tweeting the viral clip and saying, "This Roseanne Barr clip was sarcasm folks. A clip taken out of a long sarcastic rant she had during our chat. Can we not recognize sarcasm anymore?"

Roseanne's son also says anyone who watched or listed to the full podcast knows it was sarcasm, telling us ... "We think it's funny that people are so stupid. Let's stop doing this clickbait s***, we need to focus on big problems in America. Focusing on out-of-context clips is what morons do."

GLC is looking back fondly at his time spent filming Kanye West's attempted HBO series ... despite the fact it never saw the light of day.

The Chicago rapper checked in with TMZ Hip Hop amid this week's puzzling leak of Ye's "Curb Your Enthusiasm"-style comedy, which was called, "A Little Inappropriate."

Ya might see that title as foreshadowing, considering Ye's remarks in recent years.

GLC tells us they shot 'Inappropriate' back in 2007, and filming the pilot episode broadened his horizons and gave him a Hollywood crash course -- he found himself doing improv alongside JB Smoove and Kym Whitley and his homie Don C.

Of course, the show didn't make the cut -- HBO pulled it after seeing the pilot episode -- but GLC openly admits some of the acting just wasn't good enough to carry on the HBO legacy.

GLC notes the GOOD Music crew was more in its music bag at the time.

Ye had just delivered his first 2 blockbuster albums "The College Dropout" and "Late Registration" -- GLC exclusively featured on both projects, giving him a claim to fame that still lasts today!!!

Earlier in the year, GLC and Wiz Khalifa linked up for the cross-promotional weed anthem "Kush and P" ... a spotlight for Wiz's "KK" and GLC's "Cronja" cannabis brands.

Adam Sandler congratulated Happy Gilmore on his big golf news this week -- and no, this ain't a joke.

As it turns out, there's a young guy who actually goes by the same name as the famed Sandler movie character -- and yes ... the dude knows a thing or two about swinging clubs. Happy is a high school golfer, but on Friday -- he announced the next chapter of his career.

Happy took to Twitter and wrote, "I am very excited to announce that I have committed to continue my academic and golf career at Ball State University. I am very grateful for the opportunity Coach Fleck has given me! I would like to thank my family, my friends and coaches who push me everyday!"

Seems like somebody notified AS about the surreal development, and he responded. Adam quote-tweeted this and wrote, "Go get em Happy. Pulling for you." HG replied to that, saying ... "my life is complete." BTW, the "Happy Gilmore" jokes didn't end there though.

An account identifying itself as the "real" Shooter McGavin -- Happy's archnemesis in the movie -- responded to Happy's declaration as well, dropping a line from the film ... in true Shooter fashion.

Now, there doesn't appear to be much film on this kid ... so there's no telling how good he is. However, it looks like he's an avid golfer and has even attempted at getting in some pro tourneys. If he's going to school to continue playing the game -- he's gotta be kinda decent.

One last thing worth mentioning ... Happy isn't this guy's real name. He was born as a "Landon" -- but started going by Happy at a young age once he took up golf.

He definitely milks this whole thing too ... his Twitter bio says, "yes i can do 'the happy gilmore' swing" -- presumably, that means he can drive the hell out of the thing/go long.

Deon Cole won't let fame and notoriety for his less humorous roles kill his comedy drive ... even though he's getting plenty of acclaim for his new dramatic project.

We caught the comedian ahead of the premiere of his new BET+ series "Average Joe" ... which has already been drawing comparisons to "Ozark" for its dark, suburban storyline.

Deon tells us turning over a new leaf in his career doesn't mean he's burning down the forest he built on stand-up comedy -- that's still his bread and butter, and he says don't expect him to bite his tongue in future comedy bits.

He says he learned from Tom Hanks secondhand and credits his cast -- which includes Tammy Townsend, Malcolm Barrett and Michael Trucco -- for elevating his drama chops.

But Deon also tells us the series' directors saw the depth of his acting ability, and gave him the shot of a lifetime!!!
