Paris Hilton's abdicating her crown as the Queen of Coachella, because she's skipping the festival for the first time in 16 years ... and it's all because the new mom has new priorities.

Sources connected to Paris tell TMZ … she won't be out in the desert this weekend for several reasons, but chief among them is her baby boy, Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum.

Paris is only about 3 months into mommydom, and our sources say she wants to spend time with Phoenix ... and a music festival just isn't the right setting, for obvious reasons.

Instead of vibing to live tunes, we're told Paris and her son have weekend plans with friends.

Of course, Coachella is a 2-weekend event, but she won't be there next weekend either. We're told Paris is prepping to go to Washington D.C. for meetings with Congressional leaders regarding the child abuse bill for which she's been advocating.

Paris has been a fixture at Coachella since 2007, earning the nickname the Coachella Queen ... and she's known around the festival for always having the best outfits and hitting exclusive Coachella parties like Neon Carnival.

She won't be there physically, but she's there in IG spirit, at least -- Paris posted a throwback to some of her best past festival 'fits.

Kourtney Kardashian is in leathered-out super fan mode for her husband Travis Barker's remarkable reunion performance with Blink-182 at Coachella.

Kourt and Travis got on the road Thursday to head to Indio, California for the huge Musical Festival weekend ... and she made sure to flick it up and show support for her hubby ahead of his set.

While on the road, she posted a few photos from inside the trailer using the Coachella geotag, showing off her 'fit and giving fans a sneak peek behind-the-scenes.

Of course, she couldn't help but promote Poosh's party, which is an 'adult sleepaway camp' held during the festival weekend.

Kourt's looking like the ultimate rockstar groupie -- shades paired with a graphic tee and black leather jacket.

Most importantly, she posted a shot of Trav's practice drum kit, referencing the hot topic for all Blink fans -- how's he gonna play with his injured hand?!?

As we reported, Travis had surgery to repair his busted left ring finger a little over a month ago ... and that forced the band to postpone dates on their first tour together in 9 years.

Everyone was shocked when the pop-punk rockers were a last-minute addition to Coachella's Friday night lineup. As you can see, frontman Mark Hoppus is amped for their set inside the Sahara tent.

The band formed back in 1992 ... and over 3 decades later, fans are still lining up to see 'em rock out.

Before this cutie-pie with pigtails was gearing up her vocals to perform at Coachella 2023, she was just swinging around the park, throwing a thumbs-up to the camera and growing up with her older sister in Spain.

This talented lady has collaborated with some of Coachella's finest stars including The Weeknd and Billie Eilish. She's also performed on "Saturday Night Live" with Bad Bunny. To this day, her sister is her #1 fan, and she's also her personal stylist and creative director.

Need one more clue? Perhaps she'll perform her hit song "DESPECHÁ" on the Coachella stage!

Sophie Hawley-Weld, half of the DJ duo SOFI TUKKER, says the 'White Lotus' theme song will go down as the best in TV history ... and that's exactly why she remixed it.

We spoke with Sophie at LAX earlier this week who not only shared her love of the show, but the massive success of the theme song as well. If you didn't know, SOFI TUKKER has a super popular remix of the theme song ... that's giving the jam even more life.

Obviously, the remix has become a fan favorite at her shows, and she says they pretty much play it during every set.

Mark Ronson says Justin Bieber's call to sell off his music catalog is a sweet decision, and he also says Bieb fans can chill ... this is not a sign the singer's ready to hang it up.

We got the producer/DJ Tuesday at LAX, and he doesn't see J.B.'s estimated $200 million catalog sale as a dead end -- noting it could be a good thing for fans, possibly showing Justin has a bunch more music to make, and is just looking to maximize profits off what he's done so far.

Obviously, Mark doesn't know exactly what's going through Justin's head ... but he notes money's got to be a big factor.

As we reported, Justin had his eyes on the big deal with Hipgnosis Songs Capital in December, which included his entire music catalog -- 6 albums over a decade, as well as all singles and collabs. Hipgnosis announced the closing of the mega sale Tuesday.

Coachella has dropped this year's highly anticipated lineup ... and some of the biggest artists are comin' to bring the house down.

Bad Bunny is set to hit the stage Friday, with Gorillaz, Metro Boomin, and Pusha T goin' all out throughout the day, amongst others. Idris Elba is also touching down on day 1, performing as a DJ for the crowd.

Saturday's headliner is K-pop group BLACKPINK -- while other performances that day will come from Rosalía, The Kid LAROI, and Charli XCX, to name a few.

Don't sleep on Sunday -- because Frank Ocean will finally be gracing the desert stage. For those unaware, he was set as a headliner for the 2020 concert before the whole thing got scrapped.

Other than Frank, Sunday's packed with artists like Björk, Dominic Fike, Latto, Rae Sremmurd, and lots more.

Fake lineups have circulated online, including one that said Justin Bieber would headline. Sources say Bieber was asked, but he turned it down in order to focus on his album. However, we're told there's a good chance he does it in 2024!

Remember, Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, Swedish House Mafia and The Weeknd all headlined in 2022 ... and they surely didn't disappoint.

Despite putting on a great show more recently ... honchos working behind the scenes of the 2-weekend long festival have seen some hiccups over the last few years.

You'll recall, there was a bit of drama over who would fill the spot ... after Kanye West dropped out of the show a week before the festival began. He had plans to bring out Travis Scott, but of course, that didn't happen once Ye pulled the plug.

Coachella made its comeback that year ... after canceling the festivals in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID.

Well, this year the show will go on ... and it seems like it will be a hell of a time!

Kanye West and his team continued to string a production company along with unfulfilled promises of payment, which eventually swelled up to more than $7 million ... according to the company, which is now suing Ye.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Phantom Labs says they worked on multiple large-scale projects with Kanye between June 2021 to March 2022. Among the ventures were 4 weeks of Sunday Service, a listening event for "Donda 2," the "Free Larry Hoover" show with Drake and his canceled 2022 Coachella performance.

Phantom, repped by attorney Howard King, says at first, Ye and team were good about making payments -- but it wasn't long before bills started to pile up -- and by February 2022, they say they were owed over $6 million.

The docs say Ye had allegedly promised to settle his debt with Phantom, using the reported $9 million he was supposed to make at Coachella, but when he unexpectedly canceled on the festival, Phantom says it became clear, Ye wasn't going to pay.

Phantom says in addition to the $6 million tab Ye already had with the company, they were hit with another $1.1 million in Coachella-related cancelation fees they also want Ye to cover.

TMZ broke the story, Kanye backed out of Coachella less than 2 weeks before the festival kicked off. While the reason behind his cancelation still isn't totally known, he made the decision after a rough few months which saw him lash out against Kim Kardashian.

The Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia eventually filled Kanye's headlining spot, and got a ton of praise for an incredible performance.

It looks like people came to Coachella ready to party and break the law even more so on the second go-around this year -- because cops slapped on way more cuffs than Week 1.

The second-weekend data is out ... and according to Indio Police, officers made a total of 133 arrests from Friday through Sunday -- which is about 20 more busts than what they'd done the weekend prior ... and a whopping 36% more than Weekend 2 in 2019.

As for how the alleged crimes break down, IPD says 106 of those arrests were drug/alcohol or intoxication-related, 17 of them had to do with fake IDs, 5 were possession of drugs for sale and another 5 were miscellaneous.

Their ticket handouts were higher on the 2nd weekend as well compared to the first -- cops say they gave out 96 citations (compared to last week's 72) ... and that figure, they say, is 81% higher than what they doled out in 2019.

Seems lots of people were eager to whip out handicap placards ... because IPD says they gave 91 citations for the unlawful use of those. Four people allegedly parked in handicap stalls and 1 person brought an unregistered vehicle into the desert ... so claim the police.

Like we said ... the numbers are higher than they were on the week of the 15th, so it appears folks came down looking to go out with a bang seeing how Coachella won't be back for a full year.

Billie Eilish fell on her face Saturday night during week 2 of Coachella, making a joke of it before a crowd that was wildly impressed with every move she made.

Billie, as usual, did not disappoint, as she surprised fans with Hayley Williams to perform Paramore's "Misery Business."

At one point during the set, Billie fell flat on her face and joked with the crowd that she just "ate s***!" The stage had just gone dark when she fell, so fans could hear it but they didn't see it. She groaned, "Ouch! You guys, I just ate ass up here!"

Sounds like it did hurt ... Billie later repeated, "Ow," as she held her hand as if it was causing pain. She added, "You guys, I seriously ate s***. Seriously. It was pitch black. You see that square?: This f***ing thing? I went de-de-de-de-de and fell onto my face!"

Billie was undeterred, saying "I'm good. It was dark. Ouch, I tripped on the f***ing fire thing."

As for how Billie intro'd Hayley ... “Oh, look! An empty seat. Who’s that for? Everybody, can we please welcome my friend Hayley Williams!”

Hayley was stoked, telling the crowd, “This is my first Coachella, whoa. Thanks for sharing this with me. This is sick!”

Billie was equally excited, and after Hayley left she said, “Oh my fucking God. Absolutely what on earth could be cooler than that? I’m dead serious.”

Megan Thee Stallion got a fan all liquored up during week 2 of Coachella, pouring booze into his mouth as she performed for a more-than-enthusiastic crowd!!!

Megan performed 5 songs Saturday night at the Shein.com event at the Zenyara Estate. During the short set, a fan handed her a bottle of booze, and MTS knew exactly what to do ... and the crowd loved it.

You clearly see in the vid Megan's having a great time, playing with the crowd and twerking for a couple minutes.

The event lasted most of the day. It was called Zeuphoria -- Ella Mai performed for the day party, Meg Thee Stallion for the after-party. Megan did double duty, also performing on the Coachella stage the same day.

During the first week, Megan debuted "Plan B," possibly about Tory Lanez, who is now accused of shooting her in the foot during an argument. The song goes in part, it was "veery motherf***ing personal" and it's dedicated "to whom it may the f*** concern."

Harry Styles did not disappoint during the kickoff of Coachella, Weekend 2 ... because his surprise guest made the crowd go crazy ... Lizzo!

Harry headlined Friday night in the desert, and one of the songs he and Lizzo chose is a tried-and-true anthem -- Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive."

They also paid homage to One Direction ... singing "What Makes You Beautiful."

Lizzo, fresh off her 'SNL' stint, gave Harry a social media shoutout after the set and thanked him for bringing her up ... "Proud of you @harrystyles. Thank u for having me."

Billie Eilish, also a headliner, was just a fan Friday night, clearly feelin' it as she watched Harry perform. Billie will take the stage Saturday night for her own headlining set.

Big Sean also performed Friday ... he brought out the always awesome/adventurous Mike Posner. Lots of throwbacks, including Posner's "Cooler Than Me."

Mike posted after the show ... "From my mom's basement all the way to Coachella - what a journey it's been. Proud to have shared the stage with you again @BigSean. 🙏"

Sean also brought out GF Jhene Aiko.

And, let's not forget Daniel Caesar, who brought out Justin Bieber during Week 1. This time around the guest was Omar Apollo.

The Weeknd isn't about to lose his groove for weekend two of Coachella ... hopping onstage Wednesday night to DJ and sing at a big Hollywood bash.

Check out the video ... T.W.'s clearly feeling it, dancing around as he DJs. At one point, he jumps onstage and sings with Kaytranada and Zack Bia.

As for who hit up the party at the Terminal 27 party ... Leo DiCaprio, Timothee Chalamet, Willow Smith, YG, Alexander Wang, Hunter Schafer, Dominic Fike, Daniel Caesar, Beck and The Martinez Brothers.

Abel had a pretty big weekend a few days back ... headlining Coachella last Sunday with Swedish Mafia House.

The Weekend and SMH had an epic night, performing for a massive crowd on night 3 ...  taking the stage together and each doing their own songs.

Screw the concept of resting up ... Weeknd's revved up for this coming Sunday, when he'll headline again in the desert near Palm Springs.

Revolve Festival was a nightmare for a ton of influencers ... and social media star Olivia "Livvy" Dunne was no exception -- the LSU gymnast says someone made off with her phone!!

Of course, the complaints piled in about the super-exclusive bash during Weekend 1 of Coachella ... with folks claiming they were stranded in the heat at shuttle stops without water or any other way to make it to the venue.

Dunne says her experience wasn't all gravy, either ... sharing a pic in a pink outfit while breaking the bad news.

"To the person who pick-pocketed my phone, thanks I needed an upgrade anyways:) #revolvefestival," Dunne said on Instagram.

The awful turn of events didn't completely ruin Dunne's time, though ... as she posted a TikTok from 'Chella in front of the iconic Ferris wheel.

Dunne is one of the best gymnasts in the country ... and was a Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association All-American in 2021.

On top of being an incredible athlete, Dunne also has a massive social media audience ... with 5.2 million followers on TikTok and another 1.7 million on Instagram.

The presence has helped her rake in a ton of dough ... as Dunne has earned more than $1 million in name, image and likeness deals.

Weekend 1 of Coachella 2022 is in the books -- and after a 2-year hiatus, it seems folks were itching to land in some trouble with the law ... turns out, arrests were up!

The Indio Police Dept. just released hard numbers describing the alleged scoundrels they encountered Fri-Sun -- the first time Coachella had happened since 2019 -- and wouldn't you know it ... they slapped handcuffs on quite a few more people than the last time around.

There were a total of 112 arrests this year -- up 13% from the 99 arrests they made during Weekend 1 in 2019 -- and they issued a helluva lot more citations in 2022 as well ... 72 of them, in fact, which is 41% more than what they handed out in 2019 for the same window.

If you're wondering how exactly that data breaks down -- well, IPD has that info for you too ... there were 85 drug/alcohol/intoxication busts this year, 15 false ID arrests, 3 instances of folks allegedly possessing drugs for sale and 9 property crimes for which they hauled someone in.

On the citation front ... 54 slips were written for people cops say used bogus handicap placards, and 18 that were drawn up for attendees actually parking in handicap spots.

Now, the upside ... Indio Police say traffic congestion was kept in check -- thanks to a team effort from neighboring law enforcement agencies and partners -- and there were no major concert-related incidents.

So, all in all ... a pretty successful first weekend in the desert, minus all these other arrests they're mentioning. While they're not ideal, it doesn't seem like there were any crazy assaults or crimes of the like ... seems as though people were mostly getting trashed on their own accord.

Chanel Iman is officially off the market ... 'cause the supermodel just went IG official with Patriots DT Davon Godchaux -- after estranged hubby Sterling Shepard recently filed for divorce.

The Victoria's Secret model was spotted with her new man at Coachella's Revolve Festival on Sunday ... and the couple looked happy-go-lucky.

Iman was smiling ear-to-ear in the new IG post, showing PDA with Godchaux, who was giving her smooches.

And, things must be pretty serious ... DG left a comment on her pic, writing, "I love you❤🤞🏾👅"

The 27-year-old Patriots nose tackle -- who signed with the Pats in 2021 after spending his first 3 seasons with the Dolphins -- also recently posted IG flicks of the new couple having a great time in Cali.

It's good to see Iman find love again ... remember, the 31-year-old is currently going through a divorce with Shepard, who filed last June.

Shepard -- who recently took a pay cut to remain with the Giants this upcoming season -- met Iman at Victor Cruz's birthday party back in 2016 ... before getting married to the model in March 2018.
