Chad Johnson says Ja'Marr Chase's wallet is about to be a whole lot fatter ... telling TMZ Sports he's sure Cincinnati is going to give the wideout a new contract worth "north of" $40 million PER YEAR!!

Chase, of course, has been looking for a redone deal from the Bengals for a while ... but now that he's officially entering his final season before free agency, Johnson tells us a fat payday is near.

Ochocinco says if the Bengals had gotten it done before this past season, they could have paid him roughly $30-$35 million a season. But now, after he led the league in yards, catches and receiving touchdowns -- he's anticipating it'll be much more.

Three men believed to be connected to the Joe Burrow burglary have been hit with more charges, prosecutors announced this week ... with additional images being released of their photo shoot with the quarterback's alleged stolen jewelry.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich said Jordan Sanchez, Bastian Morales and Sergio Cabello were indicted on first-degree felony engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and second-degree felony burglary charges.

A fourth individual spotted alongside the suspects with the alleged stolen stuff was not charged ... as prosecutors said they could not tie him to being at Burrow's home during the burglary.

At least one of the three suspects charged in connection to the Joe Burrow burglary appeared to love what they allegedly made off with ... as new photos show a man draped in several chains belonging to the NFL superstar for a photo op prior to his arrest.

The FBI provided an update this week ... saying Jordan Sanchez, 22, Bastian Morales, 23, and Sergio Cabello, 38, were all indicted for transporting stolen goods interstate and falsifying records in a federal investigation.

U.S. Attorney Kenneth Parker said the investigation is ongoing ... and the charges appear to be just the "tip of the iceberg" in unearthing the crimes of the South American Theft Groups believed to be behind the string of high-profile burglaries at celebrities' homes.

One of the four Chilean men believed to be connected to the Joe Burrow home burglary was sporting a Bengals hat when the group was pulled over by cops earlier this month ... an item that very well could have belonged to the Cincinnati quarterback himself.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol just released body camera footage of the Jan. 10 traffic stop that ultimately resulted in the Chilean nationals' arrests ... which was initiated by an improper lane change.

Cincinnati Bengals receiver Jermaine Burton is accused of choking a woman days before he was left out of his team's travel plans for the Steelers game ... an incident in which he allegedly threatened to take his own life.

Cops were called to the woman's residence around 8:45 AM on Dec. 30 ... after she reported an assault took place.

The woman -- who casually dated Burton since September -- said they got into an argument after going out for drinks the night prior.

In the documents, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office wrote Ponton called in the break-in at around 8:14 PM -- as 28-year-old Burrow was in the middle of his "Monday Night Football" clash with the Dallas Cowboys in Texas.

Dean Blandino joined Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show on Friday (airs nightly on FS1) ... where we talked about everything from the play in question (where there actual fouls), to punishment for the refs who missed calls, to improving officiating moving forward.
