NFL refs keep getting called out for missing calls during big games, but one company is singlehandedly trying to put an end to the madness -- offering free eye procedures to give them 20/20 vision!!

LASIK hopped on social media once again to suggest its services to zebras after they kept their flags in their belts on two potential key calls in the final seconds of Thursday night's AFC North showdown between the Bengals and Ravens -- a missed facemask and holding call on Cincinnati's two-point conversion attempt to win the game.

The Ravens went on to win the contest, 35-34 ... and shortly afterward, the company threw out its public plea to give refs better eyes.

The football world saw a whole lot more of Derrick Henry than usual on Thursday night ... as his bare butt got exposed right in the middle of the Ravens' game vs. the Bengals!!

The PG-13 play happened in the fourth quarter of the big "Thursday Night Football" tilt in Baltimore ... as Henry was fighting for yards on his team's game-winning drive.

Check it out ... Henry burst through the line of the scrimmage and barreled his way toward the first-down marker, but B.J. Hill caught him from behind and dragged him down.

Malik Nabers is good enough to hit up a Travis Scott concert ... but the New York Giants rookie still isn't ready to return to the field after suffering a concussion two weeks ago.

Giants head coach Brian Daboll confirmed the news at a press conference on Friday ... saying while the rookie will be able to participate in some practice activities, he won't be cleared to play in their Week 6 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

"He won't make it," he said.

Retired NFL running back Giovani Bernard's family experienced a devastating tragedy this month ... revealing their newborn son passed away.

32-year-old Bernard announced the heartbreaking news on Wednesday ... sharing his grief with an emotional message to his child.

"You were loved from the moment we learned of your presence, spoken too [sic] daily and prayed for by many," the former Bengals and Buccaneers player said. "Your heart was strong and you were so playful from the moment we were able to lay eyes on you."

"We are grateful to have held you and had our little time together," he added. "The moment was brief but filled with a whirlwind of emotions. From pure joy to seeing you for the first time to uncontrollable sadness."

Gabriel was the second child for Giovani and Chloe, who got married back in 2019. They welcomed their first son, Julian, in 2021.

Bernard continued ... "Mama, papa and Julz love you very and you will always be our little warrior. We love you Gabriel."
