Chris Brown Guess Who's Coming to the BET Awards After Party?

You might think Chris Brown would be persona non grata at the official BET Awards after party tonight, but TMZ has learned the nightclub combatant was indeed invited and RSVP'd yes.

According to our sources, CB will be in attendance at the star-studded soiree going down at Playhouse in Los Angeles ... where Usher, Common, and Kevin Hart are among the anticipated guests.

We're told Brown's people told party organizers the singer will be showing up and that the invite came AFTER the events that went down at W.i.P. in NYC. In fact, the party tonight is being thrown by people connected to W.i.P.

Our sources say Drake and Meek Mill were not invited to the party to avoid any potential incident. Drake is not expected to be at the BET Awards, while Meek Mill is scheduled to perform.

Chris Brown Drops Diss Song about Drake

Chris Brown has taken his beef with Drake out of the nightclub and put it where it belongs ... on record ... by dropping a new verse that rips his hip-hop adversary.

The new song -- a remix track called "Game Don't Like" -- was released today on djorator.com. CB has a verse on the song, which mentions "throwin' bottles" but then takes a shot at Drake. Brown raps:

One on one, what you scared bruh?
Huh, matter of fact, "Take Care" bruh.
You're a pu**y ni**a.

"Take Care," for the uninitiated, is the name of Drake's most recent album.

Drake ... your move.

Chris Brown / Drake Fight W.i.P. Nightclub Loses Liquor License

From now on, the only bottles flying at W.i.P. nightclub will be of the non-alcoholic sort ... because officials in NYC have officially suspended the club's liquor license.

The New York State Liquor Authority (SLA) ordered the booze ban last night, citing "ten separate assault and altercations beginning on March 11 2012, and leading up to a large brawl at the club on June 14, 2012" -- the night of the Drake vs. Chris Brown fight.

The SLA says it has hit the club with 17 Alcoholic Beverage Control Law violations ... including drug activity (twice) ... lack of supervision ... using the name "W.I.P." without SLA authorization ... and "becoming a drain on police resources."

According to the SLA, the ban is "effective immediately ... no alcohol can be served or consumed on the premises."

Following the brawl, the club was shut down by the NYPD ... now it seems highly unlikely the place will ever open its doors again.

Nightclub to Tony Parker The Drake/Chris Brown Fight Is Not Our Fault!

W.i.P. nightclub feels it's absurd that Tony Parker is suing them over the Chris Brown/Drake fight ... saying there is no way they could have predicted what went down ... sources directly connected to the club tell TMZ.

Parker filed a $20 million lawsuit against the club on Thursday, claiming the club should have known "there was bad blood between Drake and Brown" and only fueled matters by selling them and their posse alcohol.

But sources close to the club tell TMZ that Drake and Chris Brown are not prone to such violence, with one source saying, "Chris Brown and Drake are not Biggie and Tupac."

We're told the club feels the fight was out of their control and they did everything they could to stop it as quickly as possible.

Our sources say the club finds Tony's allegation they were understaffed to be ridiculous ... saying they had around 15 security guards working that night and the owners personally choose who goes in the club and who doesn't.

So far, no charges have been filed related to the brawl, but the case is still under investigation by the NYPD.

Chris Brown & Drake Brawl Tony Parker Sues Club for $20 MILLION

NBA superstar Tony Parker -- who was injured when Drake and Chris Brown's posses squared off -- is suing the NYC nightclub for $20 million, claiming it should never have let Rihanna's exes in at the same time ... and Chris Brown as well as Drake could end up as defendants.

The San Antonio Spurs star filed the lawsuit Thursday in NY State Supreme Court ... against W.i.P. Nightclub -- and in the suit he alleges the club's security was negligent for allowing the brawl to ever happen.

Parker says he was hit by shards of glass and suffered lacerations to his cornea when bottles started flying in the fight last week.

The lawsuit alleges club management, knowing there was "bad blood between Drake and Brown," was driven by the almighty buck and continued selling alcohol to the participants in the brawl, despite the fact that some were "visibly intoxicated."

Parker's injury is a huge deal because it could affect his NBA career, and -- more immediately -- his performance in the Olympics with the French national basketball team.

As for why he would sue for $20 MILLION? Parker is in the middle of a $50 million contract with the Spurs.

As for whether Chris Brown or Drake will be added as defendants, Parker's lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, tells TMZ ... he's waiting for the results of the police investigation. He also wants to review the surveillance tape before making his decision.

Lil Wayne Wants Drake to End Chris Brown Beef ... NOW

Lil Wayne and the rest of the Young Money crew want Drake to put an end to his beef with Chris Brown ... STAT -- because the bad blood is bad for busine$$.

It's a sign that as badass as rap may be ... the bottom line is the bottom line.

Sources close to Drake tell TMZ, Drizzy has received several calls from Weezy, Birdman, Mack Maine and more -- urging the rapper to extend an olive branch to Brown after last week's nightclub brawl in NYC.

Sources tell us, Wayne and co. are worried the rift will affect business -- since Brown appears on several tracks with Young Money members and, pure and simple, Brown = hits.

We're told Drake doesn't want to reach out to Breezy until he knows CB doesn't actually blame him for last week's melee -- despite what Brown's lawyer has been saying ... that Drake was one of the aggressors.

We're told Young Money's on Drake's side no matter what -- but as one source put it, "Making money matters most."

Drake My Bodyguards Are HUGE!!

Flanked by two of the largest, angriest-looking bodyguards we've ever seen ... Drake went out in D.C. today ... looking safer than usual.

With their baby-sized black tshirts stretched to the brink, Drake's hired muscle was constantly on the lookout for danger while Drake hit up some local shops.

At one point, a cameraman asked the rapper if he was concerned about his image following the Chris Brown brawl at W.i.P. nightclub in NYC ... to which Drake casually replied, "My image [is] good, man."

As we previously reported, Drake went clubbin' last night and no one messed with him -- and now that we've seen his security team, it's pretty obvious why.

Drake Hits Up D.C. Nightclub, 40 Bottles of Booze

For the first time since the infamous brawl, Drake returned to the club scene last night ... where he ordered roughly 40 BOTTLES of booze ... but this time, no one got hurt.

The rapper hit up the Eden lounge in Washington D.C. around midnight. Sources at the club tell us Drake arrived with a crew of 15-20, which included multiple security guards and rapper J Cole.

A rep for the club tells TMZ ... Drake purchased around 40 bottles -- including Ace of Spades champagne, Cristal and Patron tequila.

The rep says Drake was very friendly, had a good time and eventually covered the entire bill himself.

At the end of the night, all of the bottles were accounted for ... and Drake left the establishment in one piece ... and so did everyone else.

Victim #4 -- I Blame DRAKE for Nightclub Brawl

Drake is solely to blame for inflaming the violent mob that severely injured several innocent people ... so says a 4th woman who was injured in the melee and is now threatening to sue the rapper.

TMZ has learned ... Innocent Victim #4, Vladimira Brace, has lawyered up -- claiming she suffered a spinal injury when she was trampled in the melee that ensued inside W.i.P. nightclub in NYC on June 13.

Brace's attorney has already fired off a letter to Drake's reps ... saying point blank, "Your client instigated a brawl with Mr. Chris Brown" ... and adds, "[Drake's] actions were reckless and negligent in inflaming a violent mob."

The letter continues, "My client personally observed several members of [Drake's] entourage throwing bottles of champagne with reckless and criminal disregard of the well-being of the innocent bystanders."

Brace's attorney, Allan Friedman, claims Drake has a "well documented history" of vulgar, abusive and profane remarks concerning women -- and notes, "It is regrettable that apparently many innocent young women have been severely injured by this incident."

Sources connected with Drake tell TMZ ... Friedman's allegations are "laughable." They say first of all, Drake was there with a couple of security guys and that was it. They note both Chris Brown and Meek Mill both had large entourages. They also say the notion that Drake has an abusive history of women is absurd on 2 counts. First, they say it's not true. Second, Chris Brown .... well, you know.

3 other women have also claimed they were injured in the Drake vs. Chris Brown fight ... including a 24-year-old Australian tourist who needed 16 stitches after she was hit by a flying bottle.

Meek Mill I Saw GIRLS Hurling Bottles ... Not Drake or Chris

Meek Mill says he didn't throw a single bottle during the W.i.P. nightclub brawl ... neither did Drake nor Chris Brown. Instead, Meek says the real culprits are FEMALE.

Meek finally broke his silence with XXLMAG.com ... saying, "Chris and Drake, them two was there, but it's other people that be around that take sh*t to the next level."

Meek continued, “Things just happen in the club. I seen girls in there throwing bottles, all types of sh*t. All types of people. I never seen Chris Brown or Drake throw a bottle and I was there.”

When asked if he threw a bottle, Meek replied, "F*ck no."

As we previously reported witnesses say Meek -- who was hanging at Drake's table during the June 13 incident -- was one of the instigators in the fight. He's also rumored to have slept with Rihanna.

Meek claims he spoke with Chris Brown on the phone directly after the brawl ... and both sides agreed they had no problem with the other.

Mill concluded, "Chris Brown be in clubs. He be around situations like this. Things get out of hand ... that don’t mean it’s out of hand with me and him or whoever, not even him and Drake.”

Chris Brown/Drake Fight Who's the Bad Guy?

The Chris Brown/Drake violent bar fight has polarized TMZ users. So without further adieu, we gotta ask ...

Chris Brown / Drake Fight New Victim Comes Forward, Threatens Lawsuit

A woman who claims she suffered a gash in her arm that required 12 stitches after she was caught up in the Chris Brown/Drake fight madness has hired a lawyer and plans to sue ... TMZ has learned.

Javier Solano, a lawyer representing a woman named Lucy Pavlovsky tells TMZ his client was in the VIP section at W.i.P. Nightclub when the fight went down. He says Lucy ducked down when the bottles started flying and didn't notice her arm was cut -- "gushing blood," in her words -- until she was making her way out of the club.

Solano says Lucy took a cab to the nearest hospital, and got a total of 12 stitches to close up two cuts on her arm -- and also got a tetanus shot.

According to Solano, Lucy was interviewed by NYPD officers on Friday ...who said they were gathering evidence for a possible criminal complaint.

Solano says Lucy's lawsuit would be against the club -- but hinted Drake and/or Brown could be included, saying ... "At this moment we are exploring all options on who will become a defendant.

He added, "I can assure you that regardless of fame, money or stature, the people responsible will be held accountable."

Chris Brown / Drake Fight W.i.P Nightclub Shut Down

W.i.P. -- the nightclub where the Chris Brown/Drake melee took place earlier this week -- has been shut down indefinitely tonight by the NYPD for various violations ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the Civil Enforcement Unit (a division of the NYPD) had been looking into violations at the club previously and the events that unfolded this week provided them with the opportunity to examine those violations more closely.

We're told none of the violations are directly related to the Chris Brown/Drake fight.

Drake's Entourage We Will NOT Cooperate with Cops

Members of Drake's entourage are NOT talking to cops about the nightclub brawl with Chris Brown ... because they do not want to become "snitches" -- sources tell TMZ..

As one source put it, "We're no running-to-the-police ass n**gas."

TMZ broke the story ... Chris Brown and his lawyers have been cooperating with police.

As for Drake, law enforcement sources tell us the NYPD has spoken with his reps but they won't be able to speak with the rapper until his lawyer comes to NYC.

As for Drake's boys refusing to cooperate, as the adage goes ... snitches get stitches.

Drake Extra Security Called in for Concert Tonight

New York State Park Police are taking no chances with Drake's concert at Jones Beach Theater tonight -- they've called in for extra security in light of the rapper's recent brawl with Chris Brown, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the Park Police, who cover Jones Beach, have asked for extra men to patrol the show from the New York State Police, who cover Long Island as a whole.

We're told the Park Police don't want anything to occur like what happened this week at W.i.P.

As TMZ previously reported, despite a report to the contrary ... Drake is not in danger of being arrested at tonight's show.

Drake NOT Facing Arrest Despite Report

Drake is not facing arrest in the Chris Brown bar fight ... well-placed law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

There's a report out this AM that Drake will be arrested for reckless endangerment for allegedly hurling a bottle that hit no one ... but we're told not only is it not true, cops have "no suspects, complaints or arrest warrants at this time."

According to the report, a single witness allegedly told cops Drake threw the bottle. Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, who has been vocal since the incident, claims he has evidence Drake threw glassware, though he has not been specific.

The report says unless Drake agrees to surrender by next week, he will be arrested tonight during a concert at Jones Beach. We have confirmed with law enforcement this is NOT true.
