Chris Brown's putting his best foot forward for his big court date today -- carrying a freshly dry-cleaned suit on one arm while leaving his L.A. home moments ago ... Rihanna close behind.

Rihanna spent the night at CB's place -- you know, helping him relax a little before he faces the judge in an hour.

As we first reported, Chris is gonna have a lot of 'splaining to do today after prosecutors accused him of lying about his community service hours.

Chris Brown and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, are hours away from facing the judge in his Rihanna probation case, and they have a lot of explaining to do ... after the D.A. is strongly suggesting the community service he allegedly performed was a gigantic scam. So here are 10 questions Judge Brandlin might want to ask Mr. Geragos:

1. Why did you tell the probation dept. the L.A. judge wanted the Richmond PD to handle Chris Brown's community service (D.A. says the judge never ordered that)?

2. How did Chris' mom end up supervising his community service?

3. Can you explain why Chris said he was picking up trash in Richmond at the same time he was on a private jet to Cancun?

4. Why did you instruct the lawyer for the Richmond PD on how to answer questions from L.A. County D.A. investigators?

5. How involved were you in Chris' community service?

6. The guy who waxes floors at the Richmond Children's Center says no one but him has waxed floors in the last 3 years -- yet Chris swore he did. Is the floor waxer a liar?

7. Why does your client get into so much trouble -- Frank Ocean fight, Drake fight, GMA tantrum, allegedly stealing cell phone, etc.?

8. Why do you think the D.A. is out to get your client?

9. Do you think Chris is rehabilitated?

10. How confident are you that Chris won't fly off the handle again and hurt someone?

Chris Brown performed community service a bunch of times at the Tappahannock Children's Center near Richmond, VA -- this according to the administrator.

Ida Minter told our photog ... Chris was at the Center plenty of times, but when he asked her who was supervising Chris, Ida asked him to leave.

TMZ first reported ... the L.A. County D.A. believes Chris didn't do his community service and the documents may have been phonied to make it look like he did. The D.A. claims Chris' mom was put in charge of supervising him -- as in the fox guarding the hen house.

9:42 AM PT -- A rep for Brown says the singer did NOT write the Instagram post ... insinuating that it was drafted by an imposter.

You really buyin' that?

Hours after Chris Brown was accused of cheating the system, he got some serious support from Rihanna ... who rode shotgun with the singer following a recording session in L.A..

The two were pictured leaving the L.A. studio together around 4:30 AM ... following an angry statement from Brown in which he said his life is PURE HELL.

We broke the story ... prosecutors believe Brown LIED about doing community service -- and could face serious jail time for allegedly participating in a conspiracy to dupe authorities.

But last night, Brown reportedly took to Instagram to unload about the situation ... telling his fans he can't relax because the stories about his life are constantly being covered on TV, radio and everything else.

Brown's frustrations are obvious -- "Im wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough, yo!!"

He continued ... "Im a human being and I honestly think I deserve respect Im sick of being accused ... Im tired yall Just don't understand Ive been going through this sh*t since I was 19 years old .. You cant sit here and tell me to calm down, when am I gonna get a positive outcome out of anything I do?"

"Im not gonna sit here and play victim, Im just tired of this sh*t ... I pray every day and night for a new outcome ... and just when everything seems to be going good some new sh*t happens."

And then Brown -- a convicted woman beater -- had the balls to write, "A day in my shoes is a day in hell, believe it or not!"

A hearing in the community service matter is set for today in L.A. at 2:00 PM PT.

2:10 PM PT -- Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, is lashing out at prosecutors ... saying the motion to revoke Chris' probation is "shameful and a disgrace."

Geragos told the Associated Press he believes the motion is defamatory -- adding, "In essence, it calls everyone a liar in the Richmond Police Department and the Virginia Probation Department."

Geragos says he will seek sanctions from the District Attorney's Office for filing a "frivolous, scurrilous and frankly defamatory motion."

The L.A. County District Attorney has filed legal documents claiming Chris Brown has violated his probation by submitting bogus community service records ... claiming in one case he swore he was picking up trash in Virginia when he was actually on a PRIVATE JET TO CANCUN ...TMZ has learned.

We've learned the D.A. is alleging in legal docs Chris Brown may have LIED when he claimed he had performed all of his community service in connection with the Rihanna beating case.

Bryan T. Norwood, the Chief of Police in Richmond, VA., wrote a letter to the judge on September 14, claiming Brown successfully completed 202 days of community service -- he was only required to perform 180.

Norwood attached documents showing that Brown frequently worked at Tappahannock Children's Center -- a place where Brown's mom was once a director -- and did odd jobs such as painting, washing windows, waxing floors, cutting grass and picking up trash.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the Richmond P.D. admits they only supervised Brown on 9 or 10 occasions and on all other dates he was not supervised by anyone.

And get this ... the detective who had been assigned to oversee Brown's community service was told she did not have to continue monitoring at the Children's Center. The times, location and types of duty were provided by Chris Brown's mother.

The D.A. claims Chris and the Chief of Police had a prior relationship.

And there's more. According to the docs, Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, "instructed" the lawyer for the Richmond P.D. on how to "handle" D.A. investigators' questions about Chris' community service.

And Geragos told the probation officer there was a court order that Chris' community service be removed from the probation department and given to the police chief. Fact is ... there was no such court order.

Pretty ironic -- during a progress hearing back in November, Geragos brazenly said the prosecutor had a "doubting attitude" for questioning a probation report which said Brown had met all his terms and conditions.

And there's more ... the Administrator of the Children's Center allegedly tried coaching the floor waxing guy on what to say to D.A. investigators, but he refused to lie and in fact had already told investigators he was the only one who waxed the floors for the past 3 years. Chris claimed in docs he waxed the floors on some occasions.

The judge was suspicious when the community service documents were filed, and sources tell us the D.A. began investigating and found no "credible, competent or verifiable evidence" that Brown did the 180 days community service.

Sources tell TMZ ... there's no way Chris could have performed community service on some of the days, because he was out of the country doing concerts.

The D.A. calls Chris' documentation "at best sloppy ... and at worst fraudulent reporting."

The D.A. is asking the judge to reject Chris' alleged Virginia community service hours and make him fulfill his obligation in L.A. County.

By the way, the D.A. claims Chris' mom was responsible for orchestrating work at the Children's Center outside of normal operating hours and a key administrator told the D.A. she NEVER saw Chris perform any work at the center.

And the D.A. is also saying there are other possible probation violations, including:

-- The Frank Ocean fight at the recording studio
-- Brown testing positive for pot
-- Failing to obtain a travel permit
-- Allegedly grabbing and throwing a fan's phone in Miami
-- Throwing a chair through a window at "Good Morning America"

Chris Brown's volcanic temper -- in particular his recent blowup with Frank Ocean -- has ironically become NBA star Tony Parker's secret weapon in a lawsuit against a New York City nightclub ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Parker has filed a $20 million lawsuit against W.i.P. nightclub, claiming it should never have let Brown in last June -- the night his posse fought with Drake's people ... a fight that ended with a shard of glass piercing Tony's cornea.

Tony has just filed new legal docs in his lawsuit, claiming Chris Brown's parking-spot fiasco last week with Frank Ocean is proof he's unfit to socialize in places where he's likely to fly off the handle.

You'll recall ... the fight between team Brown and team Drake at W.i.P. erupted because both men were romantically linked to Rihanna.

And speaking of Rihanna ... Tony's new legal docs make reference to her brutal beating ... at the hands of one Chris Brown.

Tony believes there was more than enough evidence on the table to deny Chris a table at W.i.P. on the violent night in question.

And just like that ... Rihanna's back where it all started ... Chris Brown's passenger seat.

The on-again couple relived their past earlier today in L.A., where they picked up some refreshments -- including an Icee -- at a gas station convenience store.

You'll recall, Rihanna was riding shotgun back in 2009 when CB unleashed a ferocious beatdown on her face -- but today, she was nothing but smiles.

Oh yeah, that red sweatshirt she's wearing is Chris' clothing line -- Black Pyramid.

Chris Brown and Rihanna put on one helluva romantic show for fans during their Laker game PDA -- but seeing it was very upsetting to one TMZ staffer ... one whiny TMZ staffer.

For the first time in YEARS, Chris Brown and Rihanna arrived at a public event TOGETHER -- sitting side-by-side at the Lakers vs. Knicks game at Staples Center.

The two arrived to the arena in the same car earlier today, but got out of the vehicle separately. They eventually met up inside and sat down together in their courtside seats.

Chris and Rihanna haven't officially announced they're back on -- but it sure as hell seems like it ... especially with Chris dumping his old GF Karrueche Tran over his undying "love" for RiRi.

They're like Justin and Selena ... but with protective orders. Chris Brown and Rihanna were on again ... off again ... and now apparently on again.

RiRi just tweeted this pic Saturday night of CB kickin' it half-naked in bed -- bare-chested with his drawers out -- then posted it for her 26 million Twitter followers.

It's the latest in their never-ending relationship saga ... as TMZ previously reported the two have been spending more and more time together in public, including Thanksgiving -- where they partied it up at the same German nightclub.

So we ask ...

Chris Brown and Drake will NOT face criminal charges stemming from their alleged involvement in a massive nightclub brawl this summer in NYC -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ, there just isn't enough evidence to move forward with the case.

According to law enforcement sources, the investigation into the bottle-smashing brawl at WIP nightclub on June 14th has been concluded and no criminal charges will be filed against Chris, Drake, or any member of their entourages.

There will be no further investigation.

Sources close to the investigation tell us, the surveillance video in the club was useless because it was so dark and blurry -- and the interviews that were conducted by the NYPD were inconclusive.

As we reported, Chris suffered injuries to his face from a flying bottle during the insanity -- a bottle that was allegedly hurled from Drake's table. Several other people were bloodied up in subsequent projectile bottle attacks, including bodyguards and random clubgoers.

NBA star Tony Parker has sued the club over the incident, claiming his eye was injured as a result of the brawl. He's asking for $20 million in damages.

We contacted Drake's lawyer Blair Berk who told us, "Drake was never even a suspect so it's no surprise."

This year Rihanna is thankful for Chris Brown -- at least that's the way it looked last night on Thanksgiving ... when the two were photographed partying it up at the same German nightclub.

While the rest of America was stuffing its gullet with turkey and cranberry sauce, Brown and Rihanna hit up Berlin's Adagio nightclub after Brown's "Up Close and Personal" show.

Funny moment during the Chris Brown progress hearing today -- the singer tried to talk in court ... and his lawyer shut his ass down.

The hearing (stemming from the Rihanna beating case) was pretty standard ... Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos asked for permission for Brown to go on an upcoming world tour and discussed Chris' community service ... which, for once, didn't raise any red flags.

But the funniest moment happened when Chris opened his mouth in an effort to answer the judge's question regarding his tour schedule.

Before he could get a word out, Geragos stepped in and shut him up saying, "I don't dance, you don't talk."

The judge laughed ... and quipped, "We would like to see you dance, Mr. Geragos."

For a guy with a history of violence against women ... a penchant for destruction ... and an explosive temper ... it's no surprise Chris Brown decided to be a Taliban fighter for Halloween.

Brown -- sporting a string of fake bullets across his chest -- rolled over to Greystone Manor last night ... to attend West Hollywood's biggest Hollywood party ... hosted by Rihanna.

Other famous in attendance ... Flo Rida, Paris Hilton and U.S. Olympic team superstar Lindsey Vonn ... but they all had better costumes.

Bonus Moronic Photo -- Before he hit the clubs, Chris and his buddies grabbed some fake guns and posed for a group shot. He posted the pic with the caption, "Ain't nobody F**king wit my clique!!!!"

Chris Brown's recently-dumped ex Karrueche Tran still believes she has a future with the singer -- in fact, Karrueche is telling friends, she's not gonna stop trying to get with CB just because Rihanna's back in the picture.

Sources close to Karrueche tell TMZ, she was hurt when Brown gave her the axe a few weeks ago ... but she never stopped loving him -- and now, she is on a mission to get him back.

We're told Karrueche got used to a certain level of celebrity while dating the singer, and she's not ready to "go back to being basic" -- even if that means messing around with Brown, while he's messing with RiRi.

Eventually, we're told Karrueche hopes to edge Rihanna back out of the picture.

Case in point -- Karrueche and CB were spotted hanging out together Monday in Burbank, CA ... two days after Rihanna and CB were spotted together in L.A.

As we previously reported, CB broke up with Karrueche earlier this month -- citing RiRi as the reason -- saying, "I love Karrueche very much but I don't want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna."

Another bogus celebrity lawsuit has been filed in federal court ... this time, the troublemaker claims to be Chris Brown ... and he's filed an INSANE lawsuit against Rihanna.

TMZ has obtained the documents, filed in U.S. District Court in Tennessee ... in which "Chris Brown" is requesting a restraining order against Rihanna because he fears she will cause him bodily harm.

The suit contains the following (completely untrue) allegations:

-- "[Rihanna] gave me herpes and then when I threatened to file a lawsuit against her for not telling me she was infested with genital blisters she began to hit herself in the face and throw herself into walls just as Jim Carrey did in the movie 'Liar, Liar."

"Then she turned around and blamed me for the matter as a form of punishment."

-- "I woke up with three blisters on my penis ... this isn't just a regular case of American herpes, this is a case of Herpes from Barbados, which is most likely lethal."

The accuser is demanding $10 million ... along with "a restraining order against Rihanna and her case of genital herpes immediately."

TMZ broke the story ... someone claiming to be Selena Gomez's father filed another bogus lawsuit in Michigan -- accusing Justin Bieber of stealing his credit card for a penis enlargement.
