Chris Brown Tweets Domestic Violence Diploma

Chris Brown has just completed his court-ordered 52-week domestic violence course -- and he's so proud of himself ... he posted a photo of his completion certificate on Twitter.

Brown received the certificate earlier today -- thus satisfying another requirement from the Rihanna case.

As you may recall, Brown pled guilty to felony assault after beating up the singer in February 2009.

Brown will remain on probation until 2014.

So the big question about the diploma -- do you frame it?

Chris Brown Blocked from UK Over Rihanna Incident

Chris Brown's violent past just caught up with him in the UK ... where he was just denied entry into the country.

Officials in Great Britain revealed they wouldn't let the singer cross the border because of his criminal record ... specifically the attack on Rihanna.

The move seriously screws up Brown's tour -- which had at least 3 scheduled stops in the UK.

Soon after the decision, Brown tweeted, "SORRY to all the fans in Europe!!! my tour is cancelled. Im pretty sure yall know. my entry was denied in your country. I love you. SORRY!!"

The tweet was later removed -- and his publicist later claimed the rejection was based on "issues surrounding his work visa."

Britain's Home Office also released a statement, saying, "We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offense."

Chris Brown High Marks from Judge

Chris Brown just got kudos from a judge for staying on track with his probation.

During the brief hearing, Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, told the judge his client performed more than 290 hours of community service and is in good standing with the probation office.

Brown -- who copped a felony plea for beating Rihanna -- also completed all but one of his domestic violence classes.

Brown will be done with his hard labor in 6 months.

Chris Brown -- Bloody Tasteless Photo

Chris Brown's publicist must have been sleeping -- because for some reason, the guy who's famous for beating up Rihanna didn't think twice about posing next to a guy who looks like he got his ass kicked.

The guy with the busted face is celeb designer Jean Paul Gaultier -- who was wearing make-up for a warrior-themed runway show ... but Chris Brown's unfortunate smiling face was 100% real.

No word on whether this violates the terms of Brown's probation.

Chris Brown Has Hang-Ups with Rihanna

Chris Brown was instantly yanked off a live radio interview early this morning when the DJ decided to stray from the promotional questions for a more salacious topic -- Rihanna.

Chris spent several minutes promoting his new album on the "Wake Up Show" on Seattle's KUBE 93, when the topic turned to Rihanna. Brown deflected the first question saying, "I'm really done talking about the whole situation ... I'm just moving forward."

But the DJ wasn't done yet -- and blurted out, "F**k that, did Rihanna throw you under the bus or what?"

Before Brown could even respond, his handler tells the DJ, "alright guys" -- and hangs up on the station.

Chris Brown Cussed Out for Rihanna Abuse

Chris Brown was the target of a nasty verbal attack last night -- as one outspoken woman unleashed a profanity-laced assault right in the singer's face.

It all went down as the convicted felon posed with fans at Footaction in NY last night -- when out of nowhere one woman in the crowd got close to him and began shouting, "f**king beater" and "I hope someone beats the f**king crap out of you!"

Chris smiled and walked right past the screaming woman -- but Brown's devoted fans defended his honor by shouting, "Smack that bitch up."

FYI -- He didn't.

Chris Brown -- The Cost of Extra Protection

Chris Brown is not only paying his debt to society -- he's also paying for an extra security team to protect him while he's doing it ... and we know how much the hired muscle is gonna cost him.

Besides the normal police supervision, we're told Brown had an extra three off-duty cops watching over him during his first two days in the hard labor program. We're told each off-duty cop makes a minimum of $28 per hour -- and since Brown requested their service, he's responsible for paying them.

Even if Brown knocks it down to one extra cop per day -- for the remaining 178 days he has left to serve -- and even if the extra cop only works a 5 hour day ... Brown will still be in the hole $25,760.

Ironic that a guy convicted of felony assault is paying so much for protection.

Brown's Hard Labor Program -- Brush League

We now know what hard labor tasks Chris Brown will be forced to perform in Richmond, Virginia -- and part of it involves one trendy, reflective orange vest and a whole lot of brush clearing.

Richmond City Councilman Doug Conner -- who works with the city's hard labor program -- tells us Brown will begin his 8-hour work day at 8:00 AM when a Department of Corrections bus picks him up, along with 30-40 other offenders.

Conner says Brown will wear a reflective orange vest and pick up trash and litter along highways and roads. He'll also have to trim brush along medians, remove gang graffiti from the VCU campus, and wash the inside and outside of law enforcement vehicles.

Conner says Brown will be kept "under the watchful eye of a supervisor" to make sure he doesn't cut any corners.

Oprah to Chris Brown -- Get Help

Oprah Winfrey is firing back at the comments Chris Brown made about her in the new People Magazine.

Here's the background: People had asked Brown about the fact that Oprah did "a show on abuse, inspired by Rihanna." Chris replied:

"I commend Oprah on being like, 'This is a problem,' but it was a slap in my face. I did a lot of stuff for her, like going to Africa and performing for her school. She could have been more helpful, like, 'Okay, I'm going to help both of these people out.'"

We called Oprah to see how she felt about Brown's statement, and her rep sent us the following response:

"Oprah is very appreciative that Chris Brown performed at her school but she takes domestic abuse very seriously. She hopes he gets the counseling he needs."
