DMX Ordered to Pay Uncle Sam Millions ... In Tax Evasion Case

DMX got bad news from the judge in his tax evasion case ... he's going to be a lot lighter in the wallet -- like more than $2 mil lighter.

X will have to fork over $2.3 million in restitution to Uncle Sam. The judge is allowing him to pay in monthly installments of 10% of his gross monthly income started 2 months after he gets sprung from the big house.

And, speaking of the big house, the judge is recommending that the rapper serve his 1 year at the Danbury Federal Correctional Facility ... the prison that became the inspiration for "Orange is the New Black." It's also where Teresa Giudice served her time.

One more thing ... DMX must participate in an outpatient substance abuse program and an outpatient mental health program.

THE REAL DEAL

Aldon Smith's latest slew of off-field incidents might spell the end of his NFL career -- so says Terrell Owens.

FYI, Smith recently checked into rehab to fight an alleged alcohol addiction ... on the heels of a DV incident with his fiancee and DUI hit-and-run case.

So when we got T.O. out on Beverly Blvd ... he dished out some cold hard truth for Aldon, one former 49ers star to another.

"I don't know how many more chances one can get," Terrell told TMZ Sports, before adding, "Hey, that's not my problem."

T.O. had nicer things to say about NFL Combine stud Shaquem Griffin ... and Kobe for winning an Oscar.

Aldon Smith 'Drinking Every Day' Friends Concerned He'll Die

Aldon Smith's alcohol problem got so bad, he was drinking every single day ... and people close to the embattled NFL star are concerned he'll drink himself to death if he continues down this road.

"I'm worried for him. I'm worried for his safety," one source close to Smith tells TMZ Sports.

"He's an alcoholic. It's not about football anymore. We're hoping this is rock bottom for him."

We broke the story ... Aldon checked into a rehab facility on Sunday after a domestic violence incident with his fiancee ... the latest in a string of alcohol-related incidents that includes two DUI arrests.

Smith's fiancee previously told us Aldon contacted her father after the domestic violence incident (he's a doctor) and asked for help. They felt the best move was to go to rehab.

Smith's former Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio believes Aldon's NFL suspension stemming from a DUI hasn't helped -- the isolation from his team has only made his situation worse.

"Never liked 'league rules' that eliminate the ability of teams to offer Aldon and others in his situation the structure they so desperately need."

Raiders lineman Donald Penn made the same points back in March when he told us Smith would benefit from being around teammates who care about him.

Aldon Smith has checked into rehab -- and the people who helped him get there are the parents of the alleged domestic violence victim ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The embattled NFL star was involved in a domestic violence incident Saturday night. When cops arrived, Smith had left the scene and cops were trying to locate him.

Now, we spoke with Smith's fiancee who confirms she is the alleged victim in the incident -- but says the most important thing to her is that Smith gets help for his substance abuse problem.

"I can tell you this ... Aldon called my parents and asked them to take him to rehab," the woman tells us.

"He complied. They went and got him. I was not there. My family took him and had him checked in."

"I wish the BEST for Aldon. And I'm scared for his life with his addiction. I cannot comment on the altercation but I can tell you I love him and so happy he turned to my family who considers him family and hopefully he gets the help he truly needs."

DMX is in rehab for substance abuse, but apparently those substances don't include alcohol ... based on this video of the rapper preaching ... in a Chili's bar!!

X was at the airport bar and grill Monday night in St. Louis when he started breaking down what the man upstairs has done for him in times of need. He'd been in town for a concert with E-40, but obviously still had some words of wisdom to share before leaving town.

Eyewitnesses tell us the rapper was buying everyone shots, and had some booze himself. His lawyer, Murray Richman, tells TMZ he's surprised because X is supposed to be traveling with his sober coach.

As we reported ... X has been given the green light to travel quite a bit as he completes his rehab. He's set to keep his shows going this week in NYC.

GOTTA STICK TO IT!!!
TMZ.com

Steve-O's glad his old friend Bam Margera has checked into rehab, but as an expert on the topic ... he knows Bam's got a long way to go in beating his addiction.

We got a studious-looking Steve-O out grocery shopping in L.A.'s Franklin Village this week and asked him about his former "Jackass" co-star's recent struggles with alcoholism ... and he offered some rather blunt and earnest advice.

The gist -- Bam's got to surrender ... and stick to the steps of sobriety.

Steve-O says he hasn't spoken with Bam in a few months -- so definitely not since his DUI arrest -- but it's clear he's concerned and wishing him the best.

As we reported ... Bam agreed to go to a California rehab facility Friday, and we're told he's committed to getting control of his life for his family.

Steve-O's been sober for nearly a decade after getting clean in 2008 ... so listen up, Bam.

Harvey Weinstein Undercover Drinks Gets 'Starr' Treatment

Weinstein's camp tells us the women came to the meeting to deliver info about an anger management program they're urging him to enter. We're told the trio was waiting to meet with Weinstein's rehab sponsor.

Here's Harvey Weinstein -- or maybe a Blues Brother, or a long-lost member of Run DMC -- wining and dining 2 blondes in the desert.

TMZ obtained the photo, taken last Saturday night at a restaurant in Carefree, AZ ... just outside Phoenix. A witness says Weinstein was at the table waiting for the ladies when they arrived, and he'd pre-ordered 2 glasses of white wine for them. He drank what appeared to be water.

The women appeared captivated by Weinstein's conversation -- but we're told both of them arrived with small portfolios, and it seemed more business-like. They all left together, exiting off the patio instead of walking through the restaurant.

The leather jacket, fedora and shades are, arguably, an upgrade over the wigged out getup he was rocking earlier this month at a different Phoenix-area eatery.

Best of all, we're told he signed his tab with the alias "Nick Starr." You can take the guy outta Hollywood, but ya can't ...

Matt Damon & George Clooney Weinstein Was an A**hole! But We Never Witnessed Him Preying on Women

Harvey Weinstein was proudly a bully and a womanizer -- but kept his sexual preying on women secret from his inner circle ... according to Matt Damon and George Clooney.

Matt spoke out about the Weinstein scandal Monday on 'GMA,' and said he'd never seen Harvey assault anyone, but was aware of the Gwyneth Paltrow incident. Still, he says he only saw Weinstein treat Gwyneth "incredibly respectfully."

George said it was beyond infuriating that Weinstein was silencing women, but thinks the scandal will finally shut down the infamous casting couch ... IF Hollywood reacts the right way.

Weinstein ended a one-week rehab treatment program. As for second chances -- Clooney and Damon don't sound too open to the idea.

Harvey Weinstein Completes 1-Week Outpatient Program Psychologist Says, 'He Took it Seriously'

5:43 PM PT -- A Weinstein rep just called to say the plan has now changed. Weinstein will stay in Arizona for another month or so because he doesn't want excessive distractions and wants to continue working with his doctors. The outpatient program which Weinstein entered still ends Saturday.

Harvey Weinstein is leaving Arizona Saturday after completing a one-week program treating various psychological issues, and Weinstein's psychologist tells TMZ the fallen mogul took it seriously.

Weinstein gave his treating psychologist permission to speak with TMZ. The psychologist asked us not to use his name, but he was a key member of the team treating Weinstein.

The psychologist says Weinstin's program lasted 1 week, and involved "intensive therapy" on an outpatient basis.

The psychologist says he helped Weinstein focus on "dealing with his anger, his attitude toward others, boundary work and the beginnings of work on empathy." He says Weinstein was "invested in the program."

He disputes reports that Weinstein didn't take his sessions seriously and that he ranted that there was a conspiracy to get him. The psychologist says Weinstein "was able to focus on his therapy despite a ton of distractions," adding, "He showed up for all the meetings and was fully engaged."

We're told Weinstein had only one group session at the beginning of his treatment but doctors quickly decided there were confidentiality concerns, so every other session was individual and private.

As for reports that Weinstein was angry, the psychologist says there was anger that manifested itself, but other patients at the facility wouldn't have been privy to it so reports of Weinstein spinning out of control were "just not true."

The psychologist says, "There were things that triggered [Weinstein's] anger and our job was to help him recognize where it was coming from and how to control it. But he was not venting about some conspiracy to get him. It was an appropriate display of anger."

Weinstein will leave Arizona Saturday and begin "significant outpatient therapy" when he returns home.

As for whether he's made progress, the psychologist hedged, saying, "Time will tell."

We're told Weinstein's position -- he did not violate his current contract, which he signed in October 2015. He maintains no sexual harassment complaints were lodged after he signed the contract. We're told TWC never gave Weinstein it's reason for the firing.

What's more, we're told Glaser will argue Weinstein could only be terminated after mediation and arbitration.

We're told the company's position is that it had a right to fire Weinstein immediately and he has a right to challenge the decision in mediation and arbitration.

Harvey Weinstein Luxury Detour Before Starting Rehab

Harvey Weinstein is taking a 5-star time-out before he enters rehab.

The disgraced movie mogul checked into the Phoenician Resort Wednesday night in Scottsdale, Arizona, and will remain there until he begins treatment. We're told he could be at the resort until some time Friday -- at which point he'll be driven to a rehab facility.

TMZ broke the story ... there's been heavy debate within Weinstein's camp as to where he should go. Initially, he was going to Europe, but by the time his private jet took off from L.A. ... the choice was The Meadows in Wickenburg, AZ.

We're now told it will be a different facility, somewhere near Scottsdale.

Harvey Weinstein Rehab Plan Changes ... Now in Scottsdale Area

Weinstein is now getting treatment somewhere in the Scottsdale area ... according to well-connected sources. As we reported, the private jet that took off from L.A. Wednesday evening was scheduled to touch down in Wickenburg, AZ ... near The Meadows rehab center.
