So fresh and so clean clean.

Demi Lovato has admitted that she was a "cutter" -- and began self-mutilating her wrists at age 11.

Lovato opened up to "20/20" about her recent stint in a treatment center -- where she was treated for cutting, bulimia and other emotional issues.

18-year-old Lovato said the cutting was, "A way of expressing my own shame, of myself, on my own body."

She adds, "I was matching the inside to the outside. And there were some times where my emotions were just so built up, I didn't know what to do. The only way that I could get instant gratification was through an immediate release on myself."

During the interview, Lovato also says she takes "100 percent, full responsibility" for attacking her back-up dancer Alex Welch last year ... saying, "I feel horrible, [She] was my friend."

Lovato says she hopes her story can "open up the eyes of so many young girls" who are fighting the same issues.

After completing a 30-day stint in a treatment facility -- "American Pie" star Seann William Scott was back out in public last night ... taking in a Knicks basketball game in NYC.

Reps for Seann confirm he will begin shooting for "American Pie 4" next month.

Jason "Gummi Bear" Davis -- grandson of oil mogul Marvin Davis -- pled not guilty to felony heroin possession this morning in connection with his arrest back in January.

Davis appeared in an Orange County courtroom this morning -- where he also pled not guilty to two lesser drug charges.

As TMZ first reported, the "Celebrity Rehab" star was popped in Newport Beach, CA and cops believe he was high on a "central nervous system stimulant (prescription meds) and narcotic analgesic (painkillers) at the time of his arrest.

Tareq Salahi -- 'Rehab' ILLEGALLY Fired My Wife

Alleged White House crasher Tareq Salahi is hinting that he may SUE "Celebrity Rehab" ... claiming the show illegally fired his wife because of her "health condition."

It's unclear what "condition" Tareq is referring to -- but Michaele has said in the past that she suffers from multiple sclerosis.

Tareq and his lawyers have issued a statement saying, "[Michaele] was fired due to her health condition which is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act."

Team Salahi says they will announce more details about their gripe later today.

Earlier this week, Tareq told reporters that his wife's only addiction was "chocolate" -- leaving many wondering why she was even on the show in the first place.

911 Call for Bai Ling At 'Celebrity Rehab'

Bai Ling's mysterious trip to the roof of Dr. Drew's recovery center led to a 911 call to the facility this evening ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the call came in to Pasadena PD around 5:30PM ... Bai Ling was on the roof and there was concern for her safety.

Bai Ling is on the new season of "Celebrity Rehab" ... which, coincidentally, is just starting to shoot.

Before officers could respond ... we're told Bai came in from the roof -- and since there were medical professionals there to handle the situation there was no need for the police.

As for whether Bai was in danger -- multiple sources at the center tell us they were unaware of any emergency.

Michaele Salahi Booted From 'Celeb Rehab'

Michaele Salahi was just kicked off "Celebrity Rehab" ... TMZ has learned.

Sources on the set tell us Michaele was asked to leave because she has "no addiction," and thus had "no reason to be there."

Over the weekend we got Tareq Salahi out in Los Angeles who told us that Michaele's only addiction was "probably to chocolate."

Wouldn't you think the show would have figured that out before they cast her?

Warner Bros. to Charlie: Here's Why You're Fired

TMZ has obtained a letter Warner Bros. sent to Charlie Sheen's lawyer, stating Charlie was being terminated because he committed a felony involving "moral turpitude."

In the 11-page letter, obtained from sources connected to Charlie, Warner Bros. states, "Your client has been engaged in dangerously self-destructive conduct and appears to be very ill."

The letter then goes on to describe Charlie's hijinks, including trashing the Plaza Hotel in NYC, coke binges, on-set failures because of drug fatigue, and diatribes against "Two and a Half Men" creator Chuck Lorre.

The letter also notes that Charlie derailed production when he went into rehab, and then he fired his sobriety coach. In fact, Warner Bros. claims it was so concerned about Charlie's well-being, "Warner Bros. had an airplane waiting" to take him to a treatment facility ... but Charlie would have none of it.

As for why Charlie got fired, the letter says there is a clause in his contract saying they can fire a performer who commits "a felony offense involving moral turpitude."

The letter says, "There is ample evidence supporting Warner Bros. reasonable good faith opinion that Mr. Sheen has committed felony offenses involving moral turpitude (including but not limited to furnishing of cocaine to others as part of the self-destructive lifestyle he has described publicly) that have 'interfere[d] with his ability to fully and completely render all material services required' under the agreement."

In short, that's why Charlie was fired.

Charlie's lawyer, Marty Singer, has demanded Warner Bros. pay Charlie for the eight canceled episodes -- or else.

Warner Bros. seems undaunted by the threat, even reserving its right to take legal action against Charlie.

Strippers to "Baywatch" Star -- Come Down Under

Ex-"Baywatch" star Jeremy Jackson could shed more than an addiction to hormone injections after rehab -- because TMZ has learned he just got an offer to take his clothes off in Las Vegas.

One of the guys behind "Thunder from Down Under" -- a famous male strip show in Sin City -- tells TMZ producers saw the ridiculously jacked pictures of Jeremy that TMZ posted on Friday ... and think he'd make a perfect addition to their line-up.

We're told "Thunder" wants to get their hands on Jeremy as soon as "Celebrity Rehab" wraps up -- despite the fact that he ain't actually Australian ... which is kinda their thing.

But there's one problem -- Jeremy plans to quit injecting himself with hormones now that he's in rehab ... so he might not look exactly the same by the time he gets out. Oh well.

"Celebrity Rehab" -- The Return of Steven Adler

If at first you don't succeed ... try, try again -- and with that idea in mind, Steven Adler is going back for another season of "Celebrity Rehab" ... TMZ has learned.

Adler appeared on season two of "Rehab" and the first season of the spin-off show "Sober House" back in late 2008, early 2009. Adler then went on to stints in real rehab centers after being ordered to by a judge as part of a DUI bust.

Tareq is living the bachelor's life in West Hollywood while his wife Michaele is off shooting "Rehab" as well. We tried to ask Tareq what Michaele's "addiction" was -- and all he did was explain she has multiple sclerosis.

Not sure how you rehab MS, but that Dr. Drew is a smart guy ... he'll figure it out!

'Baywatch' Star: I'm Addicted to to Hormone Injections

Former "Baywatch" star Jeremy Jackson is entering "Celebrity Rehab" because he's addicted to hormone injections -- and fears his fitness obsession has taken over his life ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Jeremy -- who played Hobie on the show -- got into fitness a few years back as a way to help kick his meth addiction, and it worked ... but what used to be a healthy hobby spiraled out of control ... and now he fears for his life.

Sources close to Jeremy tell us, he's not only addicted to the gym -- he can't stop injecting HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and testosterone (an anabolic steroid).

We're told Jeremy even injects himself with vitamin B12 -- a procedure typically done by medical professionals -- and loads up on countless other supplements he fears are destroying his body.

But based on these JACKED photos taken days before he entered "Rehab" this week, you wouldn't guess it ...

Lindsay to Dad -- Why The Hell Are You Doing 'Rehab?'

Lindsay Lohan was "shocked and upset" to hear that her father signed up for "Celebrity Rehab" ... telling friends she's worried he'll embarrass the family.

We're told Lohan is saying she's most upset that her dad, Michael Lohan, began taping the show without ever giving her a heads up.

Lohan is also adamant she will NEVER make an appearance on the show.

Lindsay also wants to know how much Michael is getting paid for the gig -- because she wants to make sure her dad kicks over some of the cash to Dina ... since "he should be paying his child support for Ali and Cody."

FYI -- "Celebrity Rehab" had been gunning for Lindsay to star on the show in the past ... but it never came to be.
