Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan's relationship was put in the crosshairs during a stand-up routine over the weekend ... with a comedian cracking a savage joke right in their faces!!

TMZ Sports obtained video of the uncomfortable moment at 10XLaw.com's Miami Beach gathering hosted by Russell and Teddy Berman ... which shows Greg Wilson taking advantage of Larcus' presence as he entertained the crowd on the mic.

"Larsa Pippen is here with Marcus Jordan," Greg said at the start of his roast. "You're a legend. You're the only person that's ever managed to f*** up both Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan at the same time."

"You're basically the greatest New York Knick of all time," he added. "You should be in their ring of honor."

The jab was met with some laughs ... but it's clear the vibe was a bit awkward.

Of course, it's no secret Larsa and Marcus' relationship has ruffled some feathers considering Pippen's ex-husband HATES Jordan's pops ... and a lot of folks have chimed in on social media.

But, Wilson didn't need a keyboard to fire off his take ... which is more than any internet troll can say.

It wasn't just a roast sesh for the two lovebirds, though -- they appeared to enjoy themselves throughout the event ... which also featured *NSYNC's Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone, Jonathan Cheban and others.

Malle asked Victoria if she had any relationship advice for the young couple who has no children ... yet. Victoria replied that she'll always offer them support, but she's not down with giving advice.

Then Malle smacked Victoria -- AKA "Posh Spice" -- right across the face with the geriatric stuff, asking, "Are you excited to be a grandmother?"

Check out the video ... Victoria was absolutely floored by the suggestion Brooklyn was having a baby with Nicola -- and she delivered an extremely animated response, "Oh. Jesus. What? Woo. Hang on."

The fashion designer even used her hand to fan her face before turning to the audience and insisting, "I don't think it's happening just yet unless you guys know something I don't."

Victoria finally regained her composure and, on a more serious note, stated, "If I am blessed, then that would be wonderful."

Then she returned to her funny routine, fanning her face again and reiterating that "we are not there yet."

The video -- directed by The D'Innocenzo Brothers -- not only highlights NW's "your bestie" bars ... but it also gives an up-close look at her hair styling routine -- as you can see, she's getting her hair braided in this clip.

She's not the only famous daughter in the mix here -- TD$ also introduces his daughter Jailynn Crystal in the video as he sings about protecting her from the crazy world.

BTW -- this is the same song North performed in Miami during Art Basel, where she surprised the crowd and rapped these same lyrics ... which she's definitely proud of. Her appearance on the song also tracks with recent enthusiasm she's shown as a creative -- remember, she hopped on TikTok and laid out her ideas for a music video of her own.

On its face, it appears she might be following in her dad's footsteps ... guess we'll see!

Anyway, the first installment of Ye and Ty$'s "Vultures" is finally expected to drop Friday -- although, it remains to be seen whether it'll actually hit mainstream streaming services. Ye's had a hard time finding distribution lately -- so it's unclear who people are gonna listen to this. We're also not sure if the project will release at all ... he's pushed it back a ton already.

Kanye recently complained he's being barred from booking venues in his hometown of Chicago ... and didn't rule out it might be because of his past antisemitic remarks. Clearly, that's all still top of mind for many -- which makes getting this project out sorta difficult.

In any case, Ye's got his little girl right by his side ... North obviously loves her father.
