En un extraño mensaje de texto dirigido a Elon Musk, Kanye afirma: "¿Cuándo vamos a hablar? No me debes nada. No tienes que volver a hablarme. Pero si hablamos. La naturaleza de la relación tiene que cambiar. No soy bipolar. Tengo signos de autismo por mi accidente de coche".

Y continúa: "No puedes ver cómo Kim oculta a mis hijos de mi. No decir nada públicamente y luego llamarte mi amigo para que pueda llevar a mi audiencia a tu plataforma en apuros".

Los textos fueron publicados por Ian Connor, un tipo que ha estado en el círculo de Kanye durante años, se puede ver que Kanye le dio instrucciones para transmitir el mensaje, debido a que ha perdido el acceso a casi todas sus cuentas de redes sociales.

The mother-daughter duo was laughing and smiling as they booked it out of the swanky Italian steakhouse ... where they were likely celebrating the release of Jada's memoir, "Worthy."

Jada and Willow certainly had a lot to talk about over dinner ... as you know, Jada's been spilling all sorts of family secrets during her media blitz for the book -- and even if Willow knew most of the tea, the public reaction to it certainly new to them.

She wasn't just going to ingest her own placenta, though ... it looks like Kailyn spread it around on paper as well, showing off different art pieces she made with her uterus leftovers.

We'll say this ... the placenta Picassos aren't half bad -- and it looks like she/her fam took precautions handling it, including using gloves and other protective gear. KL writes of the whole experience ... "This was the second time I got to work with @lancasterplacentaco."

That's a company that offers placenta encapsulation services ... apparently, it's big business.

Of course, all this placenta fun comes on the heels of her announcing that she welcomed another kid -- her fifth, a son named Rio. She shares the baby with her BF, Elijah Scott ... and Kailyn revealed last week that she gave birth last year, keeping it under wraps.

Normally, Kailyn's baby news is very public -- but this time around, she says she wanted to keep it to herself and out of the spotlight. She told People, "I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share instead of being within a contractual obligation or storyline."

Kailyn has 4 other children -- 3-year-old Creed, 6-year-old Lux, 9-year-old Lincoln and 13-year-old Isaac. Her newest bundle of joy is named Rio.

The mother of one of Antonio Brown's children is fed up with the ex-NFL star ... telling TMZ Sports he's still ducking child support payments -- and now, she wants him arrested over it.

Wiltrice Jackson -- who gave birth to Brown's daughter, Antanyiah, in 2008 -- spoke with us about her ex this week ... claiming he owes her nearly $31,000.

And, she says if she doesn't get the cash ASAP ... she wants him behind bars.

Of course, cops have already been ordered by the court to arrest Brown ... after a judge ruled back in August that he missed child support payments. According to court records, there's been no movement in the case since the order was issued.

It was the second time this year that a judge has issued the order against Brown.

Jackson says, regardless, it's all getting old for her ... and she's now wishing police would find him and slap the cuffs on him once and for all.

"I do want him arrested," she said. "Because, right now, he's making a mockery out of the judge, out of everything, because he feels like he's untouchable."

It's not all about dollar bills, though ... Jackson's attorney, Pascal Michel, tells us his client wants Brown to be "an involved father," especially since his 15-year-old daughter is following in his footsteps as a star athlete.

In fact, Jackson said Antanyiah -- who participates in track and field at her high school -- has received interest from over 80 schools, including the University of Miami and Oregon.

"By him having a daughter like an athlete like her, you would think he'd be in her corner to support her," Jackson said.

Here is a 25-year-old version of the charming actor in his iconic cop uniform ... playing Dewey Riley in the slasher franchise film "Scream" back in 1996 (left). This was the first of five films in which he portrayed the handsome Woodsboro police officer.

And, nearly three decades later, the now 52-year-old father of three recently hit the streets of Hollywood -- all smiles, hair slicked back and reppin' his favorite character, Bozo The Clown (right).

Jenelle Evans and David Eason could soon be facing charges of assault and neglect in the ongoing saga with Jenelle's 14-year-old son, Jace … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they expect they'll wrap their investigation very soon, and just interviewed Jace this past week. Our sources say at this point, it appears charges will be filed for both neglect and assault.

What hasn't yet been determined, we're told, is whether both Jenelle and David will get hit with charges ... or if only one of them will face legal repercussions.

TMZ broke the story ... cops started treating Jace's situation as a possible case of neglect after the young teen ran away from home for a third time in about a month.

Cops say Jace told officers David had assaulted him and appeared to have visible marks on his neck and arm, making the investigation that much more serious. What's more, we’re told there's video of the alleged assault and cops have it in their possession.

David Eason is Jace's stepdad … Jenelle regained custody of the 14-year-old from her mother, Barbara, earlier this year. Barbara had stepped in years ago to take custody of Jace after Jenelle was unable to properly care for her son.
