Jenelle Evans y David Eason pronto podrían enfrentar cargos por agresión y negligencia en la saga en curso con el hijo de 14 años de Jenelle, Jace ... se enteró TMZ.

Las fuentes de las fuerzas policiales le dijeron a TMZ ... que esperan poder cerrar su investigación muy pronto y recién acaban de entrevistar a Jace la semana pasada. Nuestras fuentes nos dicen que, en este momento, parece que los cargos serán presentados tanto por agresión como por negligencia.

Lo que aún no se ha determinado, nos dijeron, es si los cargos serán imputados tanto para Jenelle como para David ... o si solo uno de ellos tendrá que enfrentar las consecuencias.

TMZ publicó la historia ... los policías comenzaron a tratar la situación de Jace como un posible caso de negligencia después de que el joven adolescente huyó de su hogar por tercera ocasión hace aproximadamente un mes.

Los policías dicen que Jace les comentó a los oficiales que David lo había agredido y que parecía tener marcas visibles en el cuello y brazo, haciendo que la investigación fuera mucho más seria. Es más, se nos ha dicho que hay un video de la presunta agresión y los policías lo tienen en su poder.

David Eason es el padrastro de Jace ... Jenelle recuperó la custodia del niño de 14 años de su madre, Barbara, a inicios del año. Barbara había intervenido desde hace años para tomar la custodia de Jace después de que Jenelle no podía cuidar adecuadamente a su hijo.

Sin embargo, su tiempo de custodia viene con algunas advertencias, aparte de las pruebas, también tiene que asistir a AA (Alcohólicos Anónimos) una vez a la semana, así como a otras sesiones de terapia.

As we reported, new docs obtained by TMZ showed Jeremy agreed to test for alcohol as part of a custody agreement he has with his estranged wife, Addison Timlin.

It said he would test up to 5 times a week when he has the little ones in his care -- and if any booze is found, that custody goes out the window. Docs said Jeremy and Addison also agreed to share joint physical custody over their kids.

His custodial time comes with some caveats, though ... apart from the testing, he also has to attend AA once a week as well as other therapy sessions.

Donations towards Mary Lou Retton's medical expenses now top $360k and the Olympic star's daughter, Shayla, says she's blown away by the "unbelievable love" her mom is receiving from her fans.

The docs say Jeremy and Addison agreed to share joint physical and legal custody ... but Jeremy's custodial time has strings attached, and he's also got to attend at least one Alcoholics Anonymous meeting a week, plus other therapy.

TMZ broke the story ... Addison filed for divorce back in May after 3 years of marriage.

The exes seemed to get along fine in August when they were both at their kids' soccer practice ... but they have yet to finalize their divorce.

YG's baby mama, Catelyn Sparks, was involved in an unfortunate accident, resulting in the death of an 89-year-old woman ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sparks was driving her 2023 Tesla in L.A. Wednesday when the crash occurred. We're told the other woman -- driving a 1985 Cadillac -- made a U-turn in front of Catelyn's vehicle, and Catelyn struck the woman's driver-side door.

The 89-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene ... and Catelyn was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Our law enforcement sources tell us Catelyn did not commit a crime, no drugs or alcohol were involved, and the crash was the result of an accident.

It's not totally clear if YG and Catelyn are currently together, they've got 2 kids, but their relationship has had it's ups and downs. It was back in May when the rapper and Saweetie were spotted on a romantic trip down in Cabo ... locking lips in the pool.

Shortly after the photos went public, Catelyn posted a cryptic message on social media, writing, "Just because we got the same blood don't make us family & just because we got kids don't make us family, cuz with 'family' like mine? I rather not have any."

Deion Sanders is hoping Shedeur Sanders cashes in on his now-famous watch celebration ... telling media members Tuesday his son's ready for a "lucrative" deal.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have struck a deal in their divorce case -- and it sounds like they're both on the same page.

As we reported, Joe and Sophie were hashing out the terms of their divorce during 4 days of mediation last week.

There is a prenup, so it looks like assets were not a big issue. The bigger issue, of course, was child custody. Sophie wanted the kids to live with her in the UK, and Joe wanted them to stay with him in the U.S.

According to settlement docs, obtained by TMZ, "an amicable resolution on all issues between them is forthcoming." Translation -- they're super close to signing a settlement.

In the meantime, they have agreed to a temporary child custody agreement. Under the terms, the 2 kids -- ages 1 and 3 -- will be with Sophie from October 9 through October 21. During that time, she's allowed to travel with them to the UK.

On October 21, Sophie must return with the kids to the U.S., where Joe will then take them through November 2.

The kids will then go back to Sophie until November 22. Joe gets them on that day and will presumably spend Thanksgiving with them.

The kids go back to mom on December 16, where they will stay until January 7. So she gets them for XMAS and New Year's.
