Britney Spears' two sons want nothing to do with Los Angeles anymore and plan to move to the Aloha State for a more private life, away from the attention swirling around their mother ... according to sources with direct knowledge.

Our sources say Kevin Federline, Britney's ex-husband, had his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, fire off a letter to Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, asking if she'd be open to letting Jayden James and Sean Preston relocate to Hawaii full-time with their dad and stepmom, Victoria Prince.

Our sources say they want a response from Britney by week's end. If Britney objects, Kaplan will go to court and ask permission from the judge ... and given Britney hasn't seen the kids in more than a year and the kids want to leave town, it's likely the judge will allow the move.

We're told it's unlikely the case will end up in court and Britney will acquiesce to the move.

Our sources say Victoria has a job offer at a university in Hawaii, Kevin has DJ opportunities there as well, and the kids are eager to make the move. We're told they plan to leave L.A. for Hawaii sometime in July.

16-year-old Jayden will continue taking classes remotely, and 17-year-old Sean Preston will have graduated high school by the time they move, though his plans are unclear.

The kids have been with Kevin and Victoria 100% for a long time, so the move would not be disruptive.

As we reported, Jayden and Sean weren't at Britney's wedding last year ... and months later, she addressed the difficulties in her relationship with the kids by scoffing at Jayden's wish that she gets better.

It's a special week for Conor McGregor -- it's the UFC superstar's youngest son's birthday ... and to celebrate the occasion, The Notorious decided to take a trip to Los Angeles ... with a new look!!!

Ditching his signature beard for the first time in months ... McGregor was thrilled to carry around baby Rian throughout the streets of Beverly Hills on Monday -- just hours before the toddler turned two years old.

McGregor was in great spirits while holding the kid -- making sure TMZ Sports' photog was well aware of Tuesday's big day.

"That's it, that's it," McGregor said, grinning ear-to-ear. "Birthday boy tomorrow! He's two tomorrow!"

Conor also talked a little fighting in between showing love for his baby boy ... telling us he and the UFC will be announcing an official date for his return fight against Michael Chandler "very soon."

He appeared to add that his UFC comeback won't just stop with a tilt against MC either ... telling us he's got his sights set on recording a few more knockouts to break the UFC's all-time career KO record.

"I'm only five KOs to go," the 22-6 fighter said. "So I'm almost there already!"

McGregor has not fought since he badly broke his leg against Dustin Poirier in July 2021 ... but he's been working like a madman to get back -- and, clearly, we're now just a few months away from the return.

Before this sweet little girl in her dress was starring on TV shows and quick-stepping her heart out on "Dancing With The Stars," she was just a little girl with big dreams of making it in Hollywood while growing up in Brooklyn, New York.

She's had quite the successful acting career ... you may recall her angry New Yorker persona as Carrie Heffernan on the sitcom "The King of Queens" or perhaps Vanessa Cellucci in the sitcom "Kevin Can Wait"... both roles alongside Kevin James.

Jamie Foxx continues to receive medical treatment after his serious health scare last month in Atlanta -- but now he's in a new city, at a facility touted as the top physical medicine and rehabilitation center in the country.

Jamie's family, including his daughters Corinne and Anelise, as well as Anelise's mother, Kristin Grannis, were all in Chicago both Saturday and Sunday to spend time with Foxx during his continued care.

While we still don't know exactly what happened to Jamie or why he's there ... we know the facility specializes in stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury rehab, spinal cord injury rehab and cancer rehabilitation.

One source tells us Foxx arrived at this facility in Chicago in late April -- after initially getting treatment in an Atlanta hospital -- and sources connected to Jamie tell us he's "recovering well."

Jamie's loved ones appeared to be in good spirits over the weekend, and there are signs he's alert and active -- including the fact Kristin left the center with Mother's Day flowers and a balloon.

Also, Anelise had her guitar with her, so you gotta imagine she was able to play and sing with her dad ... a good sign considering how important music is to Jamie.

Corinne, who has been by her dad's side from the start of his medical troubles, was also joined by her boyfriend on at least one of the visits, cracking a smile ... which, hopefully, is a marker of positive things happening for Jamie.

At the end of last week, Corinne announced her father had been out of the hospital for "weeks" and was "recuperating" -- she also mentioned he was playing pickleball.

While it's clear he's still getting treatment, the rehab center is obviously encouraging for Jamie's overall progress -- and the facility offers an adaptive sports and fitness program -- which could explain the game of pickleball.

As we reported, Jamie was first hospitalized April 12 in Atlanta for what his family called a "medical complication" ... but all seems to be headed in the right direction.

Anne Heche was laid to rest over the weekend on Mother's Day, in a special yet emotional ceremony for those who loved her most ... TMZ  has learned.

A rep for Anne tells TMZ … Heche was given her final resting place Sunday afternoon at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery - Cathedral Mausoleum, a location reserved for some of the biggest names in showbiz.

The rep says, "She loved everyone so passionately and deeply and her children, her legacy, thank everyone for their support and love through this difficult time and are grateful to be able to honor their mother, [Sunday] on Mother’s Day."

AH was cremated, and our sources say her crypt is across from Chris Cornell and Johnny Ramone and it is next to Mickey Rooney -- a spot with a beautiful view of the lake located within the cemetery's Garden of Legends.

As we reported, Anne died last August after she was involved in a horrendous car crash. You'll recall, her car slammed into an L.A. home and caught the house on fire.

Paul Walker's only child, Meadow Walker, is taking the torch from her late father ... making a cameo in the latest chapter of the 'Fast and Furious' franchise.

Meadow is making her first appearance in one of the 'FF' movies, sharing a preview Thursday of her cameo in the upcoming "Fast X."

Paul's daughter was only 1 year old when the OG "The Fast and the Furious" was released ... and Meadow says she grew up on set watching her dad, Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris and others on the monitors.

Meadow says ... "Thanks to my dad, I was born into the fast family. I can't believe now I get to be up there too. With those who have been around to see me grow up."

Paul's daughter adds ... "I am so blessed to be able to honor my father's legacy and share this with him forever."

Meadow thanked director Louis Leterrier for getting her involved in the franchise. Louis is also set to direct 'Fast & Furious 11' so it will be interesting to see if Meadow gets another cameo.

Kim Zolciak isn't letting her ongoing divorce war with Kroy Biermann stop her from taking care of the couple's 4 kiddos ... still going full mommy mode to keep things as normal as possible ... despite the fact her estranged husband is gunning to take the kids.

Check out the pics, obtained by TMZ, showing Zolciak driving her Range Rover Wednesday to pick up her son, Kane, from school. Our sources say this is a regular occurrence, but something Kim wants to continue to do in order to keep the kids comfortable and calm.

Kroy stated in his divorce petition he wants sole custody of their four kids -- he wants them to live with him, though he didn't specify where. Our Kim sources say despite what Kroy insinuates in the docs, both Kim and Kroy are still living under the same roof with their children.

TMZ broke the story, both Kim and Kroy filed separate divorce petitions, a clear indication things are getting very nasty behind the scenes.

Kroy is asking for both sole legal and physical custody of the kids, without any mention of visitation for Kim. He's also asking she vacate their family home, the same one that went into foreclosure earlier this year.

For her part, Kim's asking for sole physical and joint legal custody of the kids, with visitation for Kroy.

We were the first to report the estranged couple is in serious financial trouble, owing more than $1 million to the IRS ... in his divorce docs, Kroy requested Kim maintain all financial records -- including expense reports as well as income and tax records.

Charlize Theron is sending a crystal clear message to anyone bashing drag queens for being themselves ... saying she'll "f*** up" whoever accuses them of being a danger to kids.

The actress joined dozens of celebs in the recent "Drag Isn't Dangerous" telethon, and while she offered up plenty of kind words of support to drag queens, she followed those up with a threatening message.

She highlighted several dangers in America -- especially gun violence -- as real reasons to panic ... and by contrast, says watching a drag queen lip sync for their life should only bring people some serious serotonin.

Charlize is a big advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, in general, but it's also personal. Her 11-year-old adopted daughter, Jackson, was born male before identifying as female ... which Charlize has fully supported.

Rihanna's baby boy ain't nothing to mess with ... because she and A$AP Rocky named their first child after a famous member of the Wu-Tang Clan!!!

The child's full name is RZA Athelston Mayers ... according to the Daily Mail, after obtaining the child's birth certificate.

With a name like RZA, it's pretty safe to assume the kid's musician parents named him after the rapper and producer RZA, who just so happens to be the leader of the Wu-Tang Clan.

The birth certificate also says Rihanna's kid was born May 13 at 10:58 AM at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Looking back, it seems Rihanna telegraphed the baby's name back in April ... when she and A$AP took their baby boy out to dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, with RiRi wearing a Wu-Tang Clan top.

A$AP's got a musical connection to some of RZA's bandmates ... he collab'd with Wu-Tang's Raekwon on the 2015 song "Fly International Luxurious Art."

Before this beaming boy turned into an actor and a husband, he was mastering the art of karate, dancing up a storm in hip hop class, and growing up in Hudsonville, Michigan with his rents and little sister.

79-year-old Robert De Niro is proof you can still make some serious life changes even in your later years -- like havin' babies, for example -- which is what he recently did!

Here's the deal -- the legendary actor dropped the baby bombshell in a recent interview with ET Canada's Brittnee Blair, who brought up to him the fact that he's got 6 kiddos ... Drena, Raphael, Julian, Elliot, Aaron, and Helen.

Turns out, that list is getting a little bit longer -- shockingly he corrected her by adding "Seven actually ... I just had a baby."

Robert, who's ironically promoting his latest flick, "About My Father," seemed to breeze right past the huge news, especially for a guy his age. Instead, he went on to chat about fatherhood, saying he doesn't see himself as a cool pop ... and adding he disagrees with his kiddos from time to time, especially the younger ones.

As you know, Robert's tied the knot and gotten divorced 2 times -- once with Diahnne Abbott, and another with Grace Hightower. It's unclear who gave birth to baby #7.

However, in March he was seen out with rumored GF, Tiffany Chen, and as they made their way to their car you can hear someone say, "Hey guys, c'mon, she's pregnant."

We've reached out to Robert's reps for comment ... so far, no word back. But regardless, congrats!!!

Offset was on dad duty Monday with his 2 little girls -- he took them to the world premiere of the live-action 'Little Mermaid' movie ... and everyone was looking like Disney royalty.

The ex-Migos rapper made it to the debut screening of the highly-anticipated flick -- which stars Halle Bailey as Ariel -- in Los Angeles ... where he and his daughter -- 8-year-old Kalea and 4-year-old Kulture -- walked the blue carpet as they were headed into the theater.

Their outfits were on point/on theme ... Offset was dressed to the nines, wearing an ensemble that strongly resembled what Prince Eric wears in the animated flick -- complete with a white jacket, black pants and shiny matching boots. His kids were even cuter.

Kalea and Kulture each donned gorgeous mini gowns and tiaras, looking like they were being taken to the ball that Cinderella went to in the fairy tale. Kalea even had her hair dyed red, just like Ariel does in the cartoon and just like Halle in the live-action film. It's clear the family was excited to see this one on the big screen -- and probably for good reason too.

As you may know ... Halle being cast as Ariel -- who's portrayed as white in the OG -- was a big deal in the African-American community ... serving as a crucial point of representation that hadn't really been seen before. Little Black girls everywhere reacted to the trailer when it came out ... and they all pretty much seemed to be in awe that Ariel looked like them.

Of course, there's been some backlash as well ... some of which, you could argue, is steeped in racism. No matter though -- the film's still coming out ... and it's a big deal.

No sign of Cardi here, which is fine. Looks like this was a dad-daughter date that Offset was more than happy to handle on his own -- and he certainly stepped up to the plate.

Kim Zolciak is pulling the plug on her marriage, filing for divorce from Kroy Biermann on the heels of the couple's financial struggles.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star lists April 30 as the date of separation between her and the former NFL star ... the two were married for 11 years and had 4 kids together during that time.

Kim says she's filing because the marriage is "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation." She's asking for primary physical custody of the kids and joint legal custody ... Kim also wants spousal support and to legally restore her maiden name.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kroy owe $1.1 million to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017, and 2018 ... and they also owe the state of Georgia $15,000 for unpaid taxes from 2018.

Remember ... Kim and Kroy's massive country club mansion in Alpharetta, GA -- which was heavily featured on multiple reality shows -- entered foreclosure in February ... though Kim's daughters, Brielle and Ariana, denied their home was heading to the auction block.

Kim and Kroy met at a charity event way back in May 2010, when he was playing with the NFL's Atlanta Falcons. Their relationship was featured on 'RHOA' and they tied the knot on Nov. 11, 2011, at their former estate in Roswell, GA.

Their four minor children ... 11-year-old Kroy Jagger, 10-year-old Kash Kade and 9-year-old twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren. Kroy also adopted Kim's daughters, Brielle and Ariana -- they took his last name.

It's the second divorce for Kim, who was previously married to Daniel Toce from 2001 to 2003, and the first for Kroy.

Amber Heard is still in Spain, which is only a big deal now since it's being claimed she's relocated there ... this after supposedly putting Hollywood in her rearview.

The actress was photographed over the weekend in Madrid, where she's been since last year ... when her defamation trial against Johnny Depp wrapped, which she largely lost. As you see ... she's with her young daughter, Oonagh, enjoying a day out on the town.

Not anything we haven't seen before ... Amber's been seen in this kind of setting for several months now. She's always with the kid, and they're always playing or something.

The difference now ... Daily Mail claims to have inside knowledge about her life sitch -- namely, she's apparently putting roots down there in Spain. Per reports, she's also bought a new home ... and is happy raising her daughter there too, just the two of them.

Not just that, but DM says Amber's in no hurry to return to L.A. for work -- at least not until the right role comes around at the right time. She's got 2 films in post-production now, with nothing completely new on the horizon from what we can see. Unclear how she's earning a living these days ... Amber strongly suggested she was tight on cash in the wake of the trial.

Of course, Amber was completely vilified during the court proceedings -- and that's because the public, by and large it seems, didn't buy what she was selling ... and ditto for the jury.

As you can imagine, her reputation has taken a major hit since -- so her fleeing to Europe isn't all that surprising. Word is, she's fluent in Spanish and appears to be getting on quite well with her little girl ... the father of whom nobody knows the identity of at this point.
