Gwyneth Paltrow reportedly raked in $22 million after selling her L.A. mansion — but she didn't come close to getting her original price.

The actress cut a deal with an unnamed buyer for her 8,000-square-foot estate in a small, fancy enclave of Brentwood known as Mandeville Canyon, according to the Wall Street Journal. The pristine residence escaped unscathed from the recent L.A. wildfires, which impacted Brentwood, among other surrounding neighborhoods.

The Journal reports Gwyneth made the sale after she slashed the listing price from $29.99 million to $24.9 million last year, but she finalized the deal at $22 million.

O.J. Simpson's estate is doing legal battle with one of his children ... suing his son for allegedly moving into O.J.'s home and refusing to leave.

Malcolm LaVergne -- the attorney serving as the special administrator of O.J.'s estate -- filed a suit against Primary Holdings, LLC ... a company he says is owned and operated by Justin Simpson, O.J. and Nicole Brown Simpson's son.

LaVergne says Primary Holdings purchased the house -- while O.J. was living there -- back in Aug. 2022, in order to shield the property against Simpson's creditor claims.

Falcons' Antonio Hamilton Sr. Georgia Home Burglarized

Yet another NFL player has had his home broken into ... this time a residence belonging to Atlanta Falcons defensive back Antonio Hamilton Sr. was burglarized early Friday morning.

According to a Roswell Police Department incident report, obtained by TMZ Sports, cops were called to Hamilton Sr.'s Georgia home at around midnight after the football player told them his home security camera system had captured three men ransacking his pad.

The report states the suspects broke in through a back door using a hammer/mallet while Hamilton Sr. was on vacation ... and took a safe -- before bolting from the residence in a matter of minutes.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Cheryl Hines might be just one little wind shift away from their home going up in flames, based on this aerial view of their 'hood after the Palisades Fire.

Check it out ... their Brentwood mansion is still standing with a massive line of red fire retardant right near the property showing just how close it came to the danger. Kennedy's house is at the end of the street, and it appears the neighboring homes are all safe too.

High winds are still threatening the ritzy neighborhood so he's probably relieved about the extra protection from the fire retardant. Although the Palisades Fire has burned over 23,000 acres, firefighters are nearing 70% containment.

A Los Angeles home belonging to NBA player Ty Jerome was burglarized last week, and cops tell TMZ Sports they're still on the hunt for the supects.

We're told the break-in happened at around 7:30 PM on Jan. 17 ... when thieves gained entry to the residence through a broken glass window.

Cops say the criminals took off a short time after getting in -- and as of now, it's unclear what -- if anything -- was taken. Jerome has been away from the area in recent days while on the road playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
