Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck Selling Art from Marital Home ... Everything Must Go?!?

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly parting ways with some of their shared belongings while also trying to unload their marital home ... all as they remain living separately.

The apparently estranged couple's selling pieces of art they had inside the $60 million Bev Hills abode where they used to live together, according to Page Six.

Ben and J Lo listed art and some other unspecified pieces earlier in June, and according to the report they've had some nibbles from collectors who've already taken a peek at the goods.

Country star Brantley Gilbert is bidding adieu to his Georgia abode ... and looking to pocket some serious dough in the process.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Brantley built the house on the 12 acres of land he purchased back in 2010 ... but recently got a hankerin' for more and snapped up 300 acres of farmland nearby.

While Brantley clearly believes bigger is better ...  the 6-bedroom, 5-bath 8,446 sq ft property in Maysville, GA he's selling hardly suffers from size.

Ben Affleck is cutting all ties to the marital home he owns with Jennifer Lopez ... moving his belongings out while she was off hanging with friends in Italy and France.

Ben took the last of his belongings from their Beverly Hills mansion before Jen got back home from Europe ... according to People.

Zedd says a woman he's never met is impersonating him and showing up at his home demanding to speak with him ... and now he's running to a judge for help.

The DJ beelined it to court Thursday and filed for a temporary restraining order against a woman named Rezwan Senobarian, who he claims is harassing him and his staff.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Zedd claims Rezwan falsely impersonated him by phone and email to numerous people, and he says she came to his Encino home multiple times this week, acting erratically and demanding to talk to him.

Draya Michele is dragging her ex-boyfriend, Tyrod Taylor, to court ... she just filed a lawsuit against the NFL quarterback, claiming he screwed her on a house deal.

The 39-year-old model said in the suit, obtained by TMZ Sports, that Tyrod purchased a Los Angeles-area home back in August 2022 ... and let Draya and her kids move in. She claims that at the time, she entered into a verbal pact with the 34-year-old signal-caller that would allow her to one day buy it from the football player.

She says the two agreed that any contributions that Draya made to the property -- such as improvements to the place or mortgage payments -- would go toward the final purchase price of the home ... if she ultimately chose to buy it.

Randall Cobb's house was engulfed in flames this week, and now the veteran NFL wide receiver is sharing video of the damage, with the longtime pro saying he feared his vehicles were going to blow up!

The 33-year-old former Packers star explained what happened at his Tennessee estate ... where he, his wife Aiyda, and their three kids were at home at the time of the incident.

"First and foremost, we are all safe and healthy," Cobb said in an Instagram post. "We got out of the house and I was able to go back in and get our dog, Louie."

Ben Affleck lost his cool on the paparazzi this weekend -- but for good reason ... they were flashing the crap out of him with their cameras, which he rightly noted was dangerous.

The actor was spotted leaving his and Jennifer Lopez's marital home in Bev Hills Sunday night -- where a group of photographers were waiting at the bottom of a hill for him as he was exiting solo ... and once they saw his car coming down the path, they snapped away.

You can see a bunch of white flashes as Ben attempts to safely get back onto the main road, but he comes to an abrupt stop ... and then gets out of the vehicle to speak his mind.

NBA's Talen Horton-Tucker Home Broken Into ... $170K In Jewelry Allegedly Stolen

A Los Angeles-area home belonging to NBA guard Talen Horton-Tucker was broken into earlier this week ... and law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports cops believe the suspect made off with $170,000 in jewelry.

We're told the break-in -- or at least part of it -- was actually captured on camera ... showing the thief entering the property by jumping over a back fence -- before leaving out of one of the residence's side yards.

Thankfully, our sources say no one was home at the time of the burglary -- as Horton-Tucker was not in town. We're told it was a house sitter who discovered it and reported it to police.

Carrie Underwood & Family Unharmed After House Fire on Father's Day

Carrie Underwood and her family must feel pretty relieved right about now ... 'cause they managed to escape a house fire in their Tennessee home over the holiday weekend.

A rep for the country singer tells TMZ ... "There was a fire on the property on Sunday night, which was quickly contained. There was no fire damage to the primary residence, and the family and their pets were unharmed."

According to Williamson County & Fire, several crews were dispatched to the residence just before 10 PM on Sunday evening -- Father's Day -- after a fire started in Carrie and husband Mike Fisher's garage. The responders were able to put out the fire relatively quickly thanks to a 10,000-gallon water tank ... which was located on the singer's estate.

The Northridge home was on the market for only 3 months by ex-NFL player turned Hollywood writer Rashard Mendenhall -- netting him a considerable profit, as he'd purchased it for $2.5M in 2017.

It wasn't exactly what Rashard had hoped for -- he initially listed the home at $4,236,000, a nod to his NFL career rushing total of 4,236 yards -- but it's still a pretty sweet deal.
