The actress kicked off her weekend at her new place down in the Keys, hopping on an inflatable banana boat Friday and riding the toy in some skimpy swimwear.

As you can see, Sydney's working on her tan, and her amazing body ... getting some exercise paddling around on a paddle board ... with a super cute dog in tow!!!

Radio and TV personality Bobby Bones is sealing a deal to sell his massive Nashville home for a cool $6.9 million ... TMZ has learned.

According to real estate records, obtained by TMZ, the 6-bed, 12-bath property sold on Tuesday. Looks like Bobby's turning a nice profit on the 14,804 sq ft. home, considering he bought it 4 years ago for $3,724,800.

The property features 3 building structures on 5 acres, and Bobby initially put it on the market in September 2023 for $9.25 million ... so the new buyer got a nice deal. Win-win for them and Bobby!

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Jarecki was a close associate of Epstein's, and someone JE relied on as part of Epstein's sex-trafficking operation. She claims Epstein sent her to Jarecki for mental-health treatment and instead of helping her as a psychiatrist, Jarecki raped her.

In the docs, the woman claims she came to the United States around 2010 through a modeling agency but couldn't legally work because she did not have a visa, and she ended up being introduced to Epstein, who she claims began sexually abusing her and controlling her entire life.
