Jay Z & Beyoncé $300 Million in L.A. Properties ... Holding On to Bel-Air Estate

It's nice to have options ... and that's exactly why Jay-Z and Beyoncé are going to hold on to their $100 million Bel-Air mansion, despite just shelling out $200 million in a historic purchase.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, as crazy as it sounds ... the brand new Malibu pad will serve as a weekend home -- in a sense -- at least for the time being. We're told the Bel-Air home, purchased for $88 million back in 2017 is still "home" ... close to the kids' schools and friends.

Eventually, our sources say, Jay-Z wants to move his family to the Malibu estate full-time ... but hasn't indicated whether that shift would also include selling Bel-Air.

TMZ broke the story ... the couple paid $200 million for the 30,000-square-foot mansion, setting a record in the state of California for the most expensive home ever sold. It sits on 8 acres on the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove area ... aka Billionaires' Row.

What's also astonishing ... our sources say the home's previous owner and builder, William Bell, one of the biggest art collectors in the world, had a $1 BILLION art collection inside.

Those pieces obviously won't stay with Jay-Z and Beyoncé ... but you gotta wonder if they might've been able to work a portrait or two into the final negotiations.

Owen Wilson Alleged Burglar Jumped in Actor's PJ's, Cops Claim

Owen Wilson needs a new pair of pajamas ... because police say a homeless man got into the actor's house and promptly threw on some of Owen's sleepwear.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the man ended up inside Owen's Santa Monica home Tuesday night, rummaging through the house before slipping into a pair of the actor's pj's.

We're told Owen's assistant came home to discover the intruder, coming face-to-face with the man before they both booked it out of the house in separate directions.

Owen's assistant called Santa Monica PD, and cops rushed over with lights and sirens blaring, setting up a perimeter and nabbing the suspect in a nearby yard, still wearing Owen's duds.

Police say it doesn't appear the man took anything else from the home. The guy was booked on felony burglary.

We're told cops believe the suspect didn't know it was Owen's home.

Owen's Santa Monica estate has been the site of some brazen crimes before. As we first reported, Owen parked his Tesla on the street outside his place last summer and walked out to find someone had made off with the car's tires and rims!!!

Jay-Z And Beyonce Celebrate $200 Million Record Home Purchase ... With Soufflé Dinner In London

One would think Jay-Z and Beyoncé would be living it up in their new $200 million Malibu estate -- the most expensive home sale in California history --- but nothing could be further from the truth.

In fact, the power couple was thousands of miles away in London Friday night after news surfaced about their massive house purchase, which bested the previous record of $177 million in the Golden State.

Check out these photos, obtained by TMZ, which show Jay and Bey dressed to the nines as they leave Harry's Bar in Mayfair with their security in tow. We're told they climbed inside a Viano box van and were driven back to their hotel.

Our sources say the A-listers had dinner at Harry's with billionaire entrepreneur Nassef Sawiris and satisfied their taste buds with a "delectable soufflé."

Not a bad way to spend the night ... but it probably would have been cozier inside their mansion fit for a king or a queen or both in their case.

Of course, there's plenty of time for Jay and Bey to enjoy their 30,000-square-foot monstrosity in the heart of Malibu's Paradise Cove area ... aka Billionaires' Row ... overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

TMZ broke the story Friday morning about their eye-popping real estate transaction -- which would have been the largest ever residential purchase in the nation if not for someone having bought an NYC apartment for $238 million.

Still though, Jay and Bey's house is a true architectural masterpiece, created by master builder Tadao Ando, who is also designing the house Kanye West bought in Malibu.

Turns out this is Jay and Bey's second big housing purchase in the Los Angeles area ... back in 2017, the couple plunked down $88 million for a Bel-Air mansion and funneled millions more into the home to push it over the $100 million mark.

We covered it all in the latest episode of The TMZ Podcast, available on all podcast platforms.

Matt Healy Rushes Into Taylor Swift's Building ... Carrying Overnight Bag, Video Shows

LATE-NIGHT RENDEZVOUS
Tik Tok/@brandeegaar

Matt Healy is learning ... when you're Taylor Swift's boyfriend, it's virtually impossible to escape the limelight.

The 1975 frontman found that out recently ... he was caught on video dashing up a flight of stairs at Taylor's Manhattan townhouse with what appeared to be an overnight bag gripped tightly in his hand.

When Matt got to the entrance, a man -- presumably a security guard -- threw open the front door. Matt zipped inside, heading through the lobby as the guard shut the door and followed.

The video started to spread on social media Friday, but it was purportedly shot Thursday night by a mysterious shutterbug. It's clear that Matt was trying to be inconspicuous as he rushed inside Taylor's building, but obviously it didn't work.

Safe to say, though, Matt was probably not sweatin' it given the fact he's dating the biggest pop star in the world. This kinda thing just goes with the territory.

As we reported, Matt and Taylor became an item after Taylor called it quits with her longtime boyfriend, actor Joe Alwyn, in April. Since then, the two have been almost inseparable with Matt accompanying Taylor on her Eras Tour to cheer her on as she performs.

Matt has also spent some time with Taylor's dad, Scott Swift, at one of her recent concerts in Philadelphia. The couple have also been on a double date with friends and recording in the music studio together.

What's next for these two lovebirds? Stay tuned.

Bill Gates San Diego Bachelor Pad Finished ... Sorry About the Noise!!!

Bill Gates's new mansion is all set for move-in... and you gotta imagine his neighbors are happy the home's construction is finished after years of disturbances.

The Microsoft founder completely transformed the multi-million dollar pad in Del Mar, San Diego, gutting the whole thing, adding solar panels and a bunch of other luxury add-ons.

However, while rebuilding the home, Bill definitely ruffled some feathers with locals in the area ... with some neighbors reportedly complaining about the noise and disruptions from construction. So, it's likely a huge relief for them to finally see someone move in.

Gates and his now ex-wife Melinda originally snagged the beachfront estate for a whopping $43M back in 2020. The two pulled the plug on their marriage the following year ... which left BG with the San Diego pad.

BG has other properties in Seattle and Palm Springs, and now he has an all-new place to call home in San Diego ... and perhaps even make it up to his neighbors with an invite to hang.

Jay-Z, Beyoncé Purchase Most Expensive Home Ever in California

Jay-Z and Beyoncé have just snagged one of the greatest architectural masterpieces in the country ... a 30,000-square-foot home in the prime area of Malibu ... and they paid a King's ransom.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the couple paid $200 million for the property, making it the most expensive home ever sold in the entire state of California ... eclipsing the previous record of $177 million. It's also the second most expensive real estate deal in the country -- the top being $238 million for an NYC apartment.

They actually got an unbelievable deal ... the home was quietly listed for a whopping $295 million.

The house sits on an 8-acre bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove area ... AKA Billionaires' Row.

It's also an architectural jewel, designed by Tadao Ando, a Japanese master architect, who is also designing the house Kanye West bought in Malibu.

The house was owned and built by William Bell, one of the biggest art collectors in the world. It took Bell almost 15 years to build the all-concrete structure.

The home is the couple's second massive real estate purchase in the Los Angeles area that we know of ... back in 2017, they purchased a Bel-Air mansion for $88 million, and pumped millions more into the home to push it over the $100 million mark.

Mega-celebrity realtor Kurt Rappaport repped both the buyers and seller. We contacted his office for comment ... so far, no word back.

Tom Sandoval Arrives Home Alone ... New Normal After 'VPR' Finale

Tom Sandoval is back at the home he shares with ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix ... arriving alone and looking somber on the heels of the explosive "Vanderpump Rules" finale.

We got these shots of Tom pulling up to their place Thursday morning in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley, and he was riding solo, which has become the norm for him since the "Scandoval" broke.

It's a pretty good indication of what life is like for Tom now -- Ariana wasn't home, she's off in New York City for work and play, hanging with her new bae and doing a media blitz about Tom with several outlets.

We're told Tom appeared somber and in low spirits Thursday morning and his only companion was the guy helping him unload music equipment ... who might just be an Uber driver.

He and his band have been touring in Texas, but they don't have another gig until next week in Illinois -- so, lots of time to sit and think. For better or worse.

NOT BUYIN' THE BREAKUP
Bravo

As we reported ... Ariana went on "Watch What Happens Live" Wednesday night and cast doubt on reports of a breakup between Tom and Raquel Leviss. Ariana says Raquel sent a letter earlier this week to the house. It was for Tom, not Ariana.

Maybe Raquel's letter will brighten Tom's mood ... unless it was a breakup note.

TMZ broke the story ... Tom and Ariana are still living in the home they share together despite his affair with Raquel, but they're sleeping in different rooms and are rarely there at the same time. Never been a better time for them both to be busy!

We covered the "Scandoval" drama on the latest episode of The TMZ Podcast, available on all podcast platforms.

Jake Paul Buys Mansion Off Molina ... $15.7 Mil Puerto Rican Palace!!!

Jake Paul is going to have to take a break from boxing soon to do some serious unboxing ... 'cause TMZ Sports has confirmed the fighter just bought a mega-mansion in Puerto Rico -- off of ex-MLB star Yadier Molina!!!

The Problem Child, according to a rep for The Caribbean Realty Group, scored the San Juan-area palace on Wednesday for $15,750,000 ... and it's insane.

The two-story property has eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two 1/2 bathrooms, a fitness center ... and a luxury pool.

It's also got an elevator, a wet bar, a dry bar, a 6-car garage ... and over 12,000 square feet of living space.

No word on why the newly retired Molina gave up the place -- which was built in 2021 -- but Paul landed a great deal on it nonetheless.

The Caribbean Realty Group reports the house was initially listed at $19,995,000 ... before the former Cardinals catcher and Paul worked out the new price this week.

Jake and his brother, Logan, initially moved to Puerto Rico a couple years ago ... after the two brothers claimed the region gave them the ability to train for fights without distractions.

Here's to hoping the new home provides that same quiet space ... after all, Jake's going to need it this summer -- he's got a fight with ex-UFC star Nate Diaz coming in August!!!

Harry & Meghan Man Arrested for Prowling At Montecito Mansion

UPDATE

12:43 PM PT -- A rep for the sheriff's office now says, "Follow up investigation by Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office Detectives determined the case to be a violation of 647(h) PC – Prowling (misdemeanor) and not a stalking violation. The investigation is ongoing."

A scary situation for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, as a man was arrested at the couple's home for stalking ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office tells us they got a call Monday morning, around 2 AM, from security staffers at Harry and Meghan's Montecito mansion for a man near the property.

We're told 29-year-old Kevin Garcia Valdovinos was placed under citizen's arrest by Harry and Meghan's security at the entrance to the property. Once cops arrived, they took him into custody and booked him for misdemeanor stalking. Valdovinos was later released on $2,500 bail.

The law under which Valdovinos was arrested indicates whatever he did, he's done before ... which makes sense because he never actually made it on the property. We know he told security something that triggered this arrest, though the sheriff is not saying what that was ... it's now up to prosecutors to decide the next steps.

It's unclear if Harry and Meghan were home at the time of the incident, but it's not the first time an intruder has been arrested at or near their home.

TMZ broke the story ... back on Christmas Eve 2020, a man named Nickolas Brooks, who apparently drove all the way from Ohio, was dinged for trespassing on the property -- but he was let off with a warning. However, cops say Brooks returned yet again on December 26, 2020, and was arrested for trespassing.

We've reached out to Harry and Meghan's reps ... so far, no word back.

JoJo Siwa Home Ransacked Suspects on the Loose

JoJo Siwa's swanky home was the subject of a terrifying break-in ... and those allegedly responsible are still on the loose as cops work to track them down.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officers responded to a call around 2:40 AM Monday from an alarm company about the break-in at JoJo's San Fernando Valley home -- but by the time they arrived, the suspects had already taken off.

We're told cops found an open door at the property, which is believed to be what they used to get into JoJo's house.

The total value amount of what was taken is still unclear, as sources say no one was home at the time -- we're told investigators are still waiting to hear from JoJo on what's missing.

The dancer shared the scary incident with her fans Tuesday, claiming the alleged suspects were armed when they got in. Police didn't confirm with us if the suspects had weapons.

Gene Simmons Former Estate Gets Insane Makeover ... And $32 Mil Price Bump!!!

Gene Simmons' former estate looks like a brand-new property ... one he might not even recognize at first glance, but the new price tag -- more than double what it was -- will definitely catch his eye!!!

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the Beverly Hills property, which sits on almost 2 acres of land, is now selling for a whopping $48 million and it's been completely transformed since the KISS frontman had the keys to this palace.

You'll recall, Gene sold the home to Max Nobel of Nobel Development Group back in 2021 for a mere $16 million. We're told the entire property underwent a massive 18-month makeover before returning to the market ... so much so, it's considered a brand-new property.

The new place is completely unrecognizable and was stripped to its studs ... with Nobel L.A. redoing every inch of the 79,948-sq-ft lot and estate that features 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

It comes with enough parking for up to 30 cars! There's a 3-car garage attached to the main house and a separate 10-car garage with the option for lifts that can accommodate 20 cars -- it all sits where Gene used to have a tennis court.

We're told there's still room for a pickleball court if the new owners are interested in installing it. The property also includes a gorgeous new 60x20 swimming pool, a movie theater and an outdoor BBQ area with a 30-guest dining space ... lots of room for entertaining!

Buzz around the city is this is one of the most incredible properties in California and despite it being massive, it has the type of privacy one can only dream of having in Bev Hills.

"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" stars Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman hold the listing but had no comment.

SYLVESTER STALLONE Relists $21.3 Mil Hidden Hills Home ... 3 Months After Taking It Off Market

Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin are once again looking to unload their Hidden Hills property ... they just put it back on the market, only 3 months after pulling the original listing.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the famous couple's estate is now listed for $21.3 million, which is a $1.2 million price reduction.

Remember ... Sly and JF put the place up for sale back in December for $22.5 million, but it never sold, and in February they took it off the market.

We're told they took the home off the market in February because it was listed during the holidays, and after waiting a couple months they feel it's being relisted at a better time.

The 4-bedroom home is 10,460 square feet with 8 bathrooms ... and it's decked out with a pool, home theater, gym, horse barn and stables, plus a riding area.

The property rests on 2.26 acres with picturesque mountain views ... and there's also a pool house and a guest house, plus a koi pond, vegetable garden and 100+ avocado and citrus trees on the expansive lot.

The master bedroom stands out ... it comes with dual walk-in closets, a private balcony and a sitting area.

TMZ INVESTIGATES

Sly and Jennifer are no strangers to L.A. real estate ... as we first reported, he sold his Beverly Hills home to Adele for $58 million at the beginning of last year, and then in March 2022 he and Jen bought the Hidden Hills home.

Our sources say Sylvester and Jennifer are selling the place because they spend the majority of their time in Florida, where they own a $35 million mansion in Palm Beach.

Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX ONE holds the listing.

Chipper Jones Sells Georgia Mansion For $11 Mil ... Comes W/ Heated Olympic-Sized Pool!!

Someone's about to live like a champion -- a very wealthy World Series champion -- 'cause Braves legend Chipper Jones just unloaded his gigantic mansion in Georgia for $11 MILLION!!

The estate was built in 2013 and sits on 37 wooded acres in Canton, only 13 miles northeast of Atlanta ... where the Braves star was one of the greatest players of his generation.

The gated estate has eight bedrooms, nine baths, a nine-car garage, and entertainment for days including a home theater, game room, dirt bike track, and a 4-stall horse barn.

BTW, the stable has a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment inside, as well.

But, perhaps the best perk is the heated Olympic-sized pool on the mansion grounds!

The interior features floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, natural stone, and high ceilings.

The Jones property was listed by Katie McGuirk of Ansley Real Estate for $15 million in 2022, but after months on the market, the crib finally sold this week for $11M. Jones bought the property in 2018 for $9.25M.

Now, why would Jones let this beautiful place go? We're told he's simply downsizing.

Of course, Jones has been a beloved Atlanta resident since the Braves selected the third baseman as the first overall pick in the 1990 MLB Draft ... and during his 19 seasons, he became an 8-time All-Star, a 2-time Silver Slugger winner, an MLB batting champ, NL MVP, and a World Series champ.

The Braves retired his No. 10 jersey and he was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2018. He's currently the Braves' assistant hitting consultant.

Congrats to the new homeowners!

Bret Michaels He Picked His Poison ... A $5.4 Million Vacation Home!!!

Bret Michaels found his Los Angeles vacation home ... an impressive estate in Westlake Village, outside of L.A.

Our real estate sources tell us the Poison lead singer spent $5,471,000 on the 5-bedroom home.

The main house is 5,461 square feet and has all the bells and whistles ... a wine room, pool, spa, basketball court, and outdoor kitchen.

Bret's new place is super modern ... nestled in a gated community. He's definitely familiar with the area because he used to live in a mansion across the street before selling that place back in 2020 for $4.28 million.

The rocker calls Arizona home, but he was in the market for a vacation pad in L.A. after a successful stadium tour... and now he's found one. We're told he paid in cash.

Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX represented Bret and the seller.

'RHOA' Kim Zolciak Still Living with Kroy Despite Divorce

The marriage of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann may be over, but that doesn't mean they're ready to completely cut ties, not yet anyway ... we've learned they're still living under the same roof.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim and Kroy both continue to live in their Georgia mansion with their 4 young kids. It's the same home that went into foreclosure back in February. There's typically a grace period for homeowners to pay up and save the home. It's unclear where they are in that process.

It's also unclear how long they'll live there together, especially if things get nasty. Given they have 4 kids, they may want to cushion the blow of the divorce by staying in the same home ... at least in the short term.

As for what led Kim to file for divorce, we're told that's a mystery to everyone around the estranged couple, who thought all was good between the 'RHOA' star and Kroy.

In the divorce docs, Zolciak said the marriage was, "Irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation" ... but she didn't get more detailed.

Of course, the couple's recent financial struggles have been well documented. TMZ broke the story -- Kim and Kroy owe the IRS $1.1M in taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018 ... and also owe the state of Georgia $150,000 in unpaid taxes from 2018.

As we first reported, Kim's asking for primary physical custody and joint legal custody of the couple's kids ... she also wants spousal support.

Bradley Cooper Sells First L.A. Home in Venice

Bradley Cooper is kissing his longtime Venice home goodbye ... the property has been snatched off the market, leaving him with a nice chunk of change considering what he purchased it for so many years ago.

According to real estate records, the actor closed the deal on the home Monday for $3.13M.

As we reported, Bradley listed the property last month for $2.4M. He originally snagged it back in 2004 for $1.19M, and he has since given the home a complete makeover ... transforming the inside while working with renowned designer Santillane de Chanaleille.

The home is super charming, with a natural aesthetic. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathrooom pad comes with some nice features ... including concrete floors, high vaulted wood ceilings and a converted garage that can be used as an office, home gym, or living spa.

The new owner will also enjoy the really cool accordion doors that lead out to a fire pit and hot tub.

While this is first sale in L.A., he's not new to the world of real estate, whatsoever. Bradley also has another beautiful 3-level townhouse in Venice, a $13M townhouse in NYC and a $4.8M pad in the Pacific Palisades.

Diana Braun of Compass held the listing.
