Kayvon Thibodeaux just made the biggest highlight play of the offseason -- he just bought his mom a new house ... and her reaction is priceless!!

The 2022 first-round pick to the New York Giants posted a video to his YouTube channel on Monday ... showing off the new crib he gifted his mom. In the clip, Thibodeaux explained why the purchase meant so much to him.

"When I was in high school, I had to live with another family," Thibodeaux said in the video. "After that, I went to college ... Five years of my life I never had dinner with my mom. We never sat at a table with my family, we never had a place for all the family to get together for Christmas and for holidays when the time came. Now being able to provide that is a blessing."

The pad comes with all the works -- the backyard is decked out with a basketball court, a pool with a waterfall and a nice view of the hills of California.

As you would expect … Thibodeaux's mom, Shawnta Loice, is quite emotional during the reveal, commenting on how nice her new place is and saying what a blessing the past few years have been.

Thibodeaux took to Twitter as well … thanking the Giants for believing in him to make this opportunity possible.

"It started with a dream, turned it into a goal," he said. "Love you Mom, you deserve the world!  #assetsoverliabilities  Thank you @Giants for believing in me!"

Betty White's former home in L.A. -- where she'd lived for decades -- is nothing but dust and dirt now ... as the new owners apparently aim to build up a massive mansion in its place.

The late actress's relatively modest Brentwood property -- modest for A-list celebs, that is -- was recently demolished ... and now, photos of the aftermath are surfacing, showing construction crews already hard at work laying the groundwork for something new.

As you can see, her old house -- a roughly 3,000-square-foot structure with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, complete with a pool -- is practically all gone, meaning the folks moving in did, in fact, want to build out from the ground up without a trace of the former estate intact.

Per real estate records, reviewed by TMZ, the buyers ended up being a dentist and his wife ... and it looks like they filed for a permit to bulldoze back in November. In February of this year, they filed more paperwork signaling they're interested in putting in a new pool and spa.

It would also appear they're geared up to get an entirely new main house built as well. Considering what they've already suggested they'll be putting in -- you can bet it's gonna be a lot bigger than what BW was staying in for quite literally decades.

As many know, Betty had lived at this Brentwood address since the '60s ... and her career in Hollywood got fully in swing shortly after that. Her crib was a staple of celeb sight-seeing for tourists visiting town -- but now, they won't be able to get an eyeful of what was once.

Pretty sad, to be honest. But, when you drop upwards of $10 mil for a piece of real estate -- you're entitled to do whatever the hell you want with it ... regardless of its iconic status.

The thousands of Californians who've fled to Tennessee, Florida and Texas are having second thoughts ... and many are, as they say, going back to Cali ... so says L.A. real estate mogul Kurt Rappaport.

Michael Jordan's $15 million mansion was broken into this week ... and now, an 18-year-old faces several charges, including criminal damage to the property.

Highland Park Police Department responded to a robbery in progress call from neighbors at the 2700 block of Point Lane around 4:10 PM on Tuesday, April 4th, according to Lake & McHenry County Scanner.

The home belongs to the Chicago Bulls legend ... and when police arrived, they found Raiden Hagedorn still inside the 56,000-square-foot home.

Hagedorn was arrested and charged with criminal trespass to an occupied residence and two counts of criminal damage to property -- all misdemeanors.

Thankfully, Jordan was not there at the time of the incident. In fact, MJ hasn't lived at this address since he placed the mansion on the market in 2012.

The property comes with 9 bedrooms, 19 baths, an indoor basketball gymnasium, an infinity pool, a tennis court and a cigar room.

It also has the famous personalized gate with Jordan's #23.

It was also the scene of a recent Travis Scott song featuring Young Thug and M.I.A. called "FRANCHISE." The video was shot on the grounds.

The Jordan estate was initially listed for $29 million but has been dropped to $14,855,000 ... but Michael has still been unable to unload the property.

Pete Davidson's alleged stalker has been deemed unfit to stand trial after cops say the woman trespassed on Pete's property and claimed to be his wife ... TMZ has learned.

The Staten Island District Attorney tells TMZ, "Ms. [Michelle] Mootreddy is unfit to stand trial. She has been placed in the custody of a psychiatric facility where she will receive treatment and regular evaluations to determine whether or not she is able to return and participate in her defense."

TMZ broke the story ... Mootreddy allegedly snuck into Pete's Staten Island home through an open side door a couple years ago. According to law enforcement sources, Pete wasn't home at the time, but a relative was -- and promptly called the cops.

Mootreddy was charged with burglary in the second and third degree -- both felonies -- as well as 2 misdemeanor counts of stalking, and 2 misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and harassment ... but now it looks like she won't stand trial until she receives treatment and is ready to participate in her defense.

It's no secret Kim Kardashian has a crazy-expensive collection of cars, but to see them all in one shot is a pretty insane visual ... given their price tags totaling a couple million dollars.

Check out the fleet -- Kim's got her Hidden Hills driveway lined with 8 beautiful whips, including 2 versions of the Range Rover Autobiography and a 2022 Rolls-Royce Ghost.

She's also got a 2023 Cadillac Escalade, a 2022 Maybach, and a 2022 Lamborghini Urus Mansory. Altogether, her rides are worth at least an estimated $2.1 mil. And if ya couldn't tell, grey is KK's color of choice when it comes to what she rolls around in.

Looks like she's also getting some landscape work done while she travels -- with some machines moving dirt around the front of her property.

Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian are one step closer to being next-door neighbors -- because it looks like their swanky side-by-side mansions are practically complete.

Check out the overhead views of this Hidden Hills, CA compounds they've built ... Kris' pad is the dark-colored one, while Khloe is moving into the lighter building.

Interesting to note -- there isn't so much as a white picket fence separating their homes, and they have shared driveway space ... so, privacy is out the window!

Aaron Carter's estate is trying to sell his L.A. County home, and TMZ has learned one important note for potential buyers ... the bathroom where the singer died is undergoing renovations.

Listing agent Christie M. Limpus of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices tells TMZ … Aaron's 4,131 square foot house in Lancaster, CA is back on the market, this time for just under $850K.

Aaron listed the home last year, about 1 month before his death, for $779,900 ... and it was put back up for sale last week.

The money made on the house will go to Aaron's estate, and into a trust for his 1-year-old son, Prince.

The 7-bedroom, 4-bath house will come with a full remodel of the bathroom where the late singer's housekeeper found him dead last November. We're told the place is still being shown during the renovations.

Christie says 5 prospective buyers have already toured the house since it came back on the market, and she believes it'll go into escrow very soon for the asking price.

"Grey's Anatomy" star Caterina Scorsone and her family are reeling after her house burned down ... and while her family made it out alive, the actor's pets did not.

Caterina shared the devastating news Monday, saying, "A couple of months ago my house burned down. While getting my kids ready for bed and finishing bath time, smoke began to seep up through the grout around the tub."

Caterina says by the time she looked down the hallway, she could already see a river of thick black smoke filling the house ... and she knew she had to act fast.

She continues, "I had about two minutes to get my three kids out of the house, and we escaped with less than shoes on our feet. But we got out. And for that I am eternally grateful. Heartbreakingly, we lost all four of our pets. We are still sitting with that loss, but we are lucky we got to love them at all."

In the post, Caterina took the time to thank those who showed up during a time of need. She says, "This is not a post about a fire. This is a post about community" before listing off some folks who made the whole process easier -- including her team, the firefighters, investigators, parents at her kids’ school, her neighbor and sister.

"Love After Lockup" stars Monique Robinson and Derek Warner are proving why they're perfect for this reality show ... telling us they're sticking together even after his latest arrest.

Monique and Derek tell TMZ ... they are stronger than ever and she even bailed him out of jail after he was busted in Ohio for felony assault.

Derek says the arrest stems from an incident he had with a fellow inmate in 2021 when he was behind bars ... claiming he was indicted after an investigation wrapped.

While there was some speculation Monique would break up with Derek, she says he's her man, and she won't leave him over his legal issues because they're in love.

Monique tells us it was a pretty easy decision to bail Derek out of jail ... and he says he'd do the same for her were their roles reversed.

Derek has a court date next week, and says the case won't stop them from remaining on the WE tv series.

YouTube star Colleen Ballinger, best known for her Internet character Miranda Sings, is laughing all the way to the bank ... after selling her L.A. home for more than $3 mil!

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the YouTuber/comedian unloaded her 5,000-square-foot Encino home for $3.4 million. The 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom pad sits on a 9,000-square-foot lot ... and it has a whole lot to offer.

The house has high ceilings, which is always awesome, and lots of natural light. It's not only got a kitchen, but a butler's pantry as well.

The primary suite has its own fireplace, outdoor terrace, walk-in closet and spa-like bath.

The backyard is cool ... a built-in BBQ center and a "cigar patio" with a fireplace. Of course, there's the obligatory pool.

Colleen listed the home back in January for $3.75 million after moving her and her fam to Santa Barbara.

Rihanna's learning motherhood is all about multitasking -- something her son reminded her of as she tried squeezing in a workout, with him riding the human equivalent of shotgun.

The singer posted a sweet home video of her at the crib with the kid -- whose name we still don't know ... but whose face we're certainly getting familiar with as time goes on. The 10-month-old was being held by his mama, and it looks like he was a little fussy in her arms.

In the video, you see her boy squirming about as Rihanna cradles him -- but, before long, she's got him distracted with what sounds like a family-friendly TV show of some sort. That seems to have done the trick ... judging by his big smile and cute cooing.

You can also see Rihanna's growing baby bump here as well ... where she's carrying her second child with A$AP Rocky. Just like we saw at the SB, it's pretty noticeable -- although it's hard to say just how far along she might be at this point. Looks like she's in the second trimester.

Gotta hand it to Rihanna ... she seems to be quite the hands-on mother ... even amid her pregnancy. Her son's been tagging along with her wherever she goes these days -- including for an overnight photo shoot she recently did, where Baby Fenty was asleep on mama bear.

Ever since we saw the kid's face in full view in December ... she's been showing off her little man a lot more on social media, and the kid's absolutely adorable. No exception here either.

"Vanderpump Rules" stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix are living under the same roof ... despite the fact everyone knows they broke up after she found out Tom cheated on her with Raquel Leviss.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Tom and Ariana are continuing to live in their Valley Village home when they're in town, though they're no longer sleeping in the same room obviously.

It's not going to be an easy split ... Tom and Ariana each own 50 percent of the home, according to property records, and we're told they have not sat down to talk about what they'll do with it.

It's kinda cringeworthy ... they are sometimes still in the house at the same time. With the palpable anger, it's gotta be rough.

While it sounds like a pretty awkward setup, Tom and Ariana aren't always in town at the same time ... our sources say she's up in Seattle filming a Lifetime movie for the next few days ... and we first reported, Tom took a Southwest flight home this week to visit family in St. Louis.

The home is 4,453 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms ... so there's enough space to create a buffer zone of sorts. Think "The War of the Roses."

Raquel stopped by the pad this week ... but we were told she didn't spend the night and was just saying bye to Tom before he took off for his hometown. Kinda weird, right?

Dean Cain, who famously played Superman in the '90s, is selling his super snazzy Malibu pad ... TMZ has learned.

The 3,302 sq ft. home has been listed with a $7.25 million price tag ... and by L.A. standards it's well worth the price.

The single-level 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom pad sits along the Malibu coastline and has an amazing ocean view!!!

And, if the blue Pacific isn't enough ... there's a gorgeous pool and a waterfall spa.

The backyard has an expansive grassy yard, perfect for entertaining. There's also a lush garden filled with fruit plants.

Fans will best remember Dean as the famous TV superhero with an "S" on his chest from 1993 to 1997 ... of course, he's also racked up a ton of other acting credits over the years.

Raquel Leviss is still spending quality time with Tom Sandoval, and they're cozy enough to be hanging together in the very home where Tom lives with Ariana Madix for years.

The "Vanderpump Rules" villainess -- to most fans -- was outside Tom and Ariana's place tossing a bag into the trunk of her car Wednesday around 4 PM.

Here's the thing ... Raquel was wearing some very comfy clothes and slides as she made her exit.

As for Tom's location, well he left his home about half an hour after Raquel ... on his way to catch a flight outta town.

Sandoval made his way to LAX around 7 PM, catching a Southwest flight to his hometown of St. Louis. He was flying solo, so apparently, he's not ready to bring Raquel home to meet the fam.

Photogs brought up the elephant in the room at the airport -- as well as a couple more Qs, but the guy wasn't in the mood to chat, instead makin' a beeline to check his bag.

However, the fact he and Raquel are close enough to kick it where he lived with his ex is pretty telling about how close they remain, now that the 'Scandoval' dust is settling.

As we reported, Raquel was a no-show in court Wednesday for the hearing over her restraining order against Scheana Shay. She'd alleged Scheana attacked her over the affair ... but since she skipped court, the restraining order was dismissed.

Now we know what, or who, was more important than court for Raquel.
