Heath Ledger Home Where He Died Sells For Big Bucks

Heath Ledger's Manhattan home has sold for a ton of cash -- the same place the late actor was found dead more than 15 years ago.

Heath rented out the swanky loft for around $25K a month. It sold for $14.25M last month .. per the NY Post.

The 4,400+ square foot penthouse has an open floor plan and was sold fully furnished. It's also got some great architecture, including cast-iron columns.

TMZ broke the story, Heath was found dead in this NYC home back in 2008 after an accidental drug overdose involving prescription meds. Fans of the actor quickly flocked to his loft after the news spread, holding a vigil out front.

Not long after his death, the building was converted into condos. A triplex penthouse in the same building sold in 2021 for a record at the time -- going for a whopping $49 mil.

Bennifer Drop Out of Escrow Yet Again ... On $64M Home Sale

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are out on their latest would-be new home -- the couple has pulled the plug on yet another real estate deal ... and they're once again on the hunt.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ that Bennifer has fallen out of escrow on the $64 million Pacific Palisades mansion they seemed to have their sights set on earlier this month -- which was an absolute beauty that would've certainly accommodated their needs.

It's unclear why they're bailing ... but we're hearing they're done with it, and are moving on.

Now, if you're keeping count -- this actually marks the third home they've fallen out of escrow on in the past year. There was a $55 million Bel-Air estate they were set to buy way back in April, but that sale fell through. They were also set to buy another PP palace last month -- which was worth just $34.5 mil -- but they walked away from that property as well.

We haven't been offered any legit explanation for why J Lo and Ben keep changing their minds ... all we know is that they simply can't commit, and this is the most recent example.

Not wasting any time, Jen was actually pounding the pavement anew this past weekend -- cruising through Holmby Hills.

We're told she was taking a gander at this mansion above. The current owner is Max Azria, the founder of BCBG. From what we can see, it looks about as nice as everything else they've been perusing. It's listed for $65 million.

INVESTIGATING FLIGHT 23

Ben and Jen might wanna pull the trigger on something soon, because there's a new mansion tax that's about to hit L.A. in April. The measure, which was passed last year, imposes a 4% tax on home sales above $5 mil and a 5.5% tax on sales above $10 mil.

The tax probably won't affect Ben and Jen directly -- they're not house hunting in the city of L.A., more so on the ritzy outskirts -- but it could seriously impact the market and L.A.-area home prices in general.

Cher Relists $75 Million Malibu Mansion ... Strong Enough Discount?!?

Cher is once again looking to unload her massive Malibu mansion ... putting the estate she's called home for decades back on the market, at a reduced price.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the pop icon's oceanfront property is now going for $75 million, which is a sizable reduction from the original $85 million price tag.

Remember, Cher listed the home back in October, but it never sold and was taken off the market ... and on Friday afternoon it was relisted.

The Italy-inspired home is a true beauty ... with just about all the bells and whistles you can imagine, including a home gym, infinity pool, home theater and tennis courts.

The home rests on 1.7 acres and overlooks the Pacific Ocean ... and the grounds are dotted with 40 palm trees, plus a fountain and a courtyard.

And, get this ... apparently, there's a climate-controlled wig room storing up to 100 hairpieces ... where else are you going to find one of those?!?

Cher originally bought the place way back in 1989, plunking down $2.95 million.

Drew Fenton and Robert Kass of Hilton & Hyland hold the listing.

'Million Dollar Listing' Star Josh Altman L.A.'s Mansion Tax 'Dumbest Tax Ever' ... Everyone's Gonna Feel It

TRICKLE-DOWN TAX
TMZ.com

L.A.'s new "mansion tax" is about to go into effect, forcing sellers to cough up a ton of cash if their property sells for at least $5 million ... and Josh Altman is one of many real estate agents who think it's absurd.

Josh joined us Thursday on "TMZ Live," and immediately dumped on measure ULA ... calling it "the dumbest tax ever put through in the history of Los Angeles." Passed on the ballot last November, it slaps a 4 percent tax on homes selling for $5 mil and up, and 5.5 percent on those selling above $10M.

Josh points out the ridiculous ways agents would have to work around the taxes if they wanted to, including listing it for cheaper than its actual value ... just to dodge the additional tax.

The selling point to voters who supported the tax was the funds would go toward battling the homeless crisis in L.A. by developing more affordable housing -- it's projected to bring in $1B annually.

Josh tells us he's all for helping the unhoused, but just doesn't believe they'll get a dime from the new taxes.

TOSS THE TAX

The "mansion tax" goes into effect April 1, so sellers are scrambling to close deals before that -- and while many think this only impacts the rich ... Josh told us why he believes there's gonna be a trickle-down that eventually hurts all homeowners.

Jacob Elordi Alleged Stalker Is Teriffying Me ... Help Me Out, Judge!!!

Jacob Elordi is scared ... he says a male fan with a criminal history keeps showing up at his home with unwanted gifts, and even though he's told the guy to scram, the dude is professing his love for him.

The "Euphoria" star beelined it to court Monday to get a restraining order against 61-year-old Robert Dennis Furo, who he claims has been stalking him.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jacob says Furo twice dropped by his Hollywood home in February to leave gifts ... pastries, a bouquet of roses, candies and a handwritten note ... even though Jacob says he's never met the guy before.

Jacob claims the first incident happened Feb. 5 when he went out to walk his dog with a friend and came home to find a bag of pastries hanging over a street-facing side gate.

He claims he trashed the food but a few minutes later Furo was in his yard yelling Jacob's name, professing his love and saying he was happy to see Jacob's "stupid ugly face."

Jacob says he confronted the guy, telling him to beat it. When the guy finally left, Jacob says he ran outside to get his license plate and then called police.

A few weeks later, Jacob claims he came home from running errands to find flowers, candy and a note in his backyard ... and he says he has Furo on security footage entering his property 3 times in 30 minutes that day.

Jacob submitted a copy of the note in the filing, and it reads ... "Jacob, I wanted to apologize for 3 sat. ago. Was hoping to catch you in. Wanted you to tell me if you have been sending. I found you on a beautiful Saturday afternoon quite organically without address without getting lost like this time. Would it be possible if you could call. My hands are shaking."

It sounds scary ... Jacob says he thinks Furo is monitoring his home or tracking his location ... because he says the guy only shows up when he leaves the house. He says he is now shooting a film and afraid to come back home.

Jacob says he has heard Furo has a rap sheet and claims he is the same guy Nicolas Cage said barged into his house back in 2007, waking Nick up in the middle of the night while wearing nothing but one of Cage's leather coats.

What's more, Jacob says Furo keeps posting on social media about how he loves him ... and he says he's scared Furo's behavior may escalate.

The judge signed off on a temporary restraining order ... and it calls for Furo to stop trying to contact Jacob and stay at least 100 yards away from Jacob, his house, car, and job.

Tiger Woods Me and My Ex Had No Oral Deal ... She Had No Right to Live in My House!!!

Tiger Woods has fired back at his ex-gf, disputing her claim he had an oral agreement to let her live in his house and essentially support her for years ... in what is shaping up to be a hyper-nasty $30 million lawsuit.

Tiger's lawyers are challenging Erica Herman, who claimed in her lawsuit Tiger promised to support her and let her live in his house for at least 5 more years in return for services (she did not specify) -- this before he broke up with her a few months back.

According to legal docs, Tiger's lawyers said (BTW the house is partly owned by a trust)  ... "During their relationship, Mr. Woods invited Ms. Herman to live with him as his guest in the Residence. Mr. Woods never negotiated an oral tenancy agreement with Ms. Herman. Nor was there ever a written tenancy agreement between Mr. Woods or the Trust, on the one hand, and Ms. Herman, on the other hand. Mr. Woods never transferred to Ms. Herman any ownership interest in or rights of possession to the Residence."

Herman claimed in her lawsuit ... Tiger's people convinced her to pack a suitcase back in the fall for a "short vacation" -- without Tiger -- and drove her to the airport. Upon their arrival at the airport, Herman claims she was told the locks to the house were changed and she was out.

Tiger's lawyers claim the golfing legend did not throw Erica out in the cold ... rather, they say Tiger put her up in a luxury resort and gave her enough money for a new residence.

Herman is also challenging the NDA she says Tiger made her sign, claiming it's unenforceable under a federal law that nullifies NDA's if there are matters involving sexual assault or harassment.  This is a separate legal action and Tiger's lawyers did not address this in his legal filing.

'The Challenge' C.T. Tamburello Estranged Wife's Packin' Her Bags

"The Challenge" star C.T. Tamburello and his estranged wife have agreed on who gets the house in the midst of their divorce ... and he won't be the one movin' out.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Lilianet "Lili" Solares filed back in December to get sole possession of their Florida pad -- but she has now agreed to move out and leave the marital home to C.T.

Docs say Lili will move into a rental property ASAP ... but C.T. will be responsible for the $7,200 deposit for her new place. Lili's only allowed to enter the marital home to get her stuff -- including furniture and personal items, as well as some of their kid's things.

C.T.'s required to pay $761 a month for temporary child support ... and they agreed to stick to a schedule when it comes to taking care of their little one, Christopher Jr.

TMZ broke the story, C.T. filed for divorce last November, putting an end to their tumultuous marriage. No word on what led to the decision, but their relationship issues were front and center on "The Challenge: Double Agents" -- where he revealed they separated back in 2020, before eventually getting back together.

He also said he was "in the doghouse" last year with Lili ... but it seems he's got the doghouse all to himself now.

$2.04B POWERBALL WINNER Meet 30-Year-Old Edwin Castro ... Former Boy Scout, Athlete

Edwin Castro, the recent winner of the $2.04 billion Powerball prize, grew up in Los Angeles and was once a prominent Boy Scout and high school athlete ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources tell us 30-year-old Edwin rose all the way to Eagle Scout during his time in the scouts, and he attended Crescenta Valley High School in La Crescenta, CA ... not far from Joe's Service Center in Altadena, where he purchased the winning lottery ticket.

In addition to being a Boy Scout, we're told Edwin played football and baseball in high school ... our sources say he grew up in a "wholesome family" that frequently took fishing trips.

Our sources say Edwin, who studied architecture at Woodbury University in Burbank, is a quiet guy with a kind heart.

Since striking it rich, Edwin's already used some of his new money to buy a swanky $25.5 million pad in the Hollywood Hills ... one month after claiming his lump sum payment of $997,600,000 before taxes.

Edwin's new crib has all the bells and whistles, including a home gym, garage parking for seven cars and a motor court ... and we're told he has a passion for classic cars and fitness.

As we reported, Edwin was being sued by a man who claimed the winning lotto ticket was actually stolen, claiming Edwin was involved in the alleged theft ... but the lottery says they have the utmost confidence Edwin's the rightful winner.

One source told us, "Winning the lotto couldn't have happened to a better guy."

Good luck out there, Edwin.

Jay Cutler Lists Tennessee House For $11M ... Where He & Kristin Lived

Jay Cutler is putting his house on the market with a hefty price tag, but it comes with some sentimental value -- it's the same one he and Kristin Cavallari once called home.

The listing shows Jay's Tennessee pad is up for sale for a whopping $11M ... the 10,697-square-foot house sits on over 45 acres of land, and comes with a gym, sauna, and a new pool house.

According to real estate records, Jay and Kristin bought the home in 2018 for $4.2M ... they later bought the surrounding 35 acres for an additional $1.2M. Sources tell us this house was left to Jay in their divorce and where he has lived since -- unclear why he is unloading it.

Kristin and Jay also extensively filmed their reality show "Very Cavallari" while living at the home during its 3 seasons.

As we reported, it was a tumultuous breakup between the 2 ... with Kristin filing docs in 2020, claiming the former Bears quarterback was withholding money from her as a way of stopping her from buying her own home. Jay said they already had multiple pads, so buying a new one didn't make sense.

They also sold one of their other homes in Nashville the same year -- unloading the property for $3.7M.

Tim Thompson of Premier Relators and Marty Warren of Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty hold the new listing.

SIEGFRIED & ROY LAS VEGAS MANSION SELLS FOR $3 MILLION ... To Carden Circus Owners

Siegfried & Roy's former Sin City estate is changing hands ... the palace where they famously lived alongside their tigers and lions is being sold to circus owners.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the new owners went under contract Wednesday on the Las Vegas mansion, which is going for the full $3 million asking price.

Brett Carden, owner of the Carden International Circus, tells us he and his father George are the folks buying the property ... and they've got big plans for the estate known as the "Jungle Palace."

Brett says he met Siegfried & Roy back in the day in Las Vegas when their circus was in town, and when he saw the home on the market he grew concerned someone might purchase the property and tear it down ... so he and his father swooped in.

We're told the Cardens view the home as an investment ... and they're thinking about turning the property into a tourist attraction or short-term vacation rental.

Remember ... the late Roy Horn lived on the property and raised the magic act's jungle cats there, even swimming with the animals in the estate's biggest pool and sleeping with them in the same bed.

The Moroccan-themed compound was built way back in 1954 before Siegfried & Roy bought it in 1982 ... and it includes an 8,750-square-foot main house, three guest houses, three pools, two detached studios and a jacuzzi.

There are amenities fit for a circus owner too ... the home also includes several animal enclosures and a bird sanctuary.

Future plans aside, the Cardens tell us they're happy to be the new owners of a piece of Las Vegas history.

Tiger Woods Ex-GF Suing for $30 Mil After He Kicked Her Out ... Claims He Changed the Locks!!

Tiger Woods' split from his ex-girlfriend is way nastier -- and potentially more expensive for him -- than we thought ... TMZ Sports has learned she's suing him for $30 million, claiming he cooked up a scheme to toss her out of their home.

According to docs we've obtained, Erica Herman and Tiger actually broke up last fall. The then-couple had been living together in his Hobe Sound, FL home for 6 years, during which time Erica says she performed "valuable services" for Tiger in exchange for living there rent-free.

She admits she doesn't have that in writing, but refers to an "oral tenancy agreement," which was supposed to last 5 more years after their split.

HERE WE GO AGAIN

About that breakup ... Erica claims Tiger's people convinced her to pack a suitcase last fall for a "short vacation" -- without Tiger -- and drove her to the airport. Once they arrived at the airport, she was told she'd been "locked out" of the house and could not go back.

In the docs, Erica alleges one of Tiger's lawyers even met her at the airport with a proposal to resolve any outstanding issues between Tiger and her. She also claims they confiscated more than $40K in cash she had at the house, and accused her of doing something shady to get the money.

She's suing Tiger's trust -- the titleholder on the house -- for $30 mil because she claims that's the "reasonable rental value" of Tiger's house for the 5 remaining years on their oral agreement.

TIGER IN COURT

Tiger's trust filed docs in response to the suit, and said Tiger had broken up with her and asked her to leave the home, which he shares with his 2 children. The trust denies there was ever any oral agreement about her living in the home ... instead, Tiger's team says she was only there as his girlfriend.

Basically, once the relationship ended ... so did her right to live there.

We broke the story ... Erica is also asking a judge to declare the NDA she signed unenforceable. She says federal law allows her to speak out in cases involving sexual misconduct or harassment -- but, so far, she hasn't specified what he allegedly did.

$2B Powerball Winner Take A Look Inside My New $25M Mansion!!!

The Powerball winner, turned instant billionaire, obviously has a lot to celebrate ... but wait until you see inside the home he purchased with just a fraction of his winnings.

The three-story $25.5M mega-mansion sits in the Hollywood Hills and has all the bells and whistles you'd imagine ... and even some you wouldn't!

For starters, the kitchen looks like something out of the future -- with glass doors that open to the outside and beautiful granite countertops. There's plenty of living space too, with 13,578 sq ft total.

There's also plenty available for entertaining the new billionaire and his guests -- with a movie theater, game room, wine cellar bar, gym and a sauna area that looks like it's straight out of a resort.

As we reported ... Edwin Castro, the winner of November's $2.04 billion Powerball prize, scooped up the huge Hollywood estate ... just one month after taking home his one-time payment of $997.6M before taxes.

Castro won't have any problem making room for any visitors either -- the place has a five-car showroom, in addition to a separate two-car garage and over seven gated off-street parking spots ... which is the equivalent of gold in the Hills.

Of course, the backyard is stacked with an infinity pool, full outdoor kitchen and a rooftop deck with breathtaking views.

The whole "money can't buy happiness" thing may no longer apply.

Joe Mixon Trainer Called 911 From RB's Home ... Reported Hearing Multiple Gunshots

911 AUDIO

Joe Mixon's trainer called 911 on Monday night from the NFL star's home to report hearing gunshots outside of the residence ... this according to new police audio, obtained by TMZ Sports.

Sean Pena -- a famed personal trainer who's worked out with high-profile athletes like Antonio Brown in the past -- put in the call from Mixon's Cincinnati-area house at around 8:25 PM ... police records show.

In the call, you can hear Pena say several "kids" were playing near Mixon's home ... and had, at one point, blocked off the street with their cars.

Antonio Brown 2019
Sean Pena And ANtonio Brown

"One kid was running around brandishing a weapon and he went back to his car and it looked like it was a fake weapon," Pena said. "But then I kept watching, watching, watching and then he was screaming something and he went back to his car and he pulled out another weapon. It looked like a Kel-Tec or something and ran up the back driveway of this house that he had been going up and down, and said, 'F*** yeah.'"

That's when Pena said he heard what sounded like five gunshots.

"Then all the sudden I heard him running, running down there, and you heard 'Pop, pop, pop, pop, pop,'" Pena told dispatch.

Pena said three of the cars in the area then "sped off."

The trainer, who described the home he was in as "my athlete's house," went on to say he had been watching the group of individuals playing outside for 10-15 minutes.

Police documents show when officers arrived on the scene they found a juvenile suffering from a gunshot wound to his foot. They noted he did not want medical attention, saying his dad is a doctor. Later in the report, police noted the victim "believes he has a bullet fragment in his foot."

Police also said in the documents a shell casing had been found in the rear of Mixon's house.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, meanwhile, has shed little details on the incident publicly. It said in a press release Tuesday officers responded to the area for a report of shots fired. It added that officials conducted a search warrant on a home in the area -- and did confirm a residence belonging to Mixon is "part of the crime scene."

"We hope to provide a more comprehensive update to the investigation later this week," an HCSO spokesperson said.

We've reached out to Pena for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

As for Mixon, he's yet to publicly comment on the matter.

Siegfried & Roy Las Vegas Mansion Up For Sale ... $3 Million 'Jungle Palace!!!'

Siegfried & Roy's former Las Vegas estate is on the market ... the same palace where they famously lived alongside their lions and tigers.

The 8-acre estate is known as the 'Jungle Palace' ... and it's where the late Roy Horn raised the jungle cats for the magic act's Sin City show. Roy even slept in the same bed as the lions and tigers and swam with them in one of the home's 3 pools.

Listed for $3 million, the compound features an 8,750-square-foot main house, plus 3 guest houses, 2 detached studios, 6 electric gates, 3 pools and a jacuzzi.

It's not called a Jungle Palace for nothing ... the estate also includes a bird sanctuary and several animal enclosures.

The home hit the market this week and Murray The Magician, who has a residency at the Tropicana in Vegas, tells us he's already taken a tour.

Murray tells us he's a potential buyer and while he hasn't made an official offer, he's interested in buying the famous magic house to preserve its rich history.

Built way back in 1954, Siegfried & Roy bought the Moroccan-themed compound in 1982 ... and it's where Roy lived until his May 2020 death from COVID complications.

The property reportedly changed hands a year ago, with the current owner snapping the place up for $1.87 million.

While the Jungle Palace is famous for its former animal residents, we're told the place doesn't come furnished or with any exotic cats. Sigh.

$2.04B Powerball Winner Check Out My New $25.5 Million Home!!!

The recent winner of the $2.04 billion Powerball prize is movin' on up ... because he's picked up a HUGE mansion in Hollywood for $25.5 million -- but the price tag is just a drop in the bucket for the newly-minted billionaire.

Edwin Castro, the lucky winner of November's jackpot prize, just snagged a 13,578-square-foot home in the hills of L.A., according to Dirt ... coming just 1 month after claiming his 1-time payment of $997.6M before taxes.

The guy's now going to be living next to huge stars like Jimmy Kimmel and Ariana Grande  ... and the mansion comes with all the bells and whistles.

The 3-story hillside pad has an infinity pool, full outdoor kitchen, gym, wine cellar, movie theater, and sauna. It's also got a deck on the roof for anyone wanting to get a view of that perfect Cali sunset.

Edwin might be looking to pick up some extra wheels, too -- because the house has 2 separate garages that can hold up to 7 cars, as well as a motor court out front to fit even more rides.

As we reported, Edwin was getting sued by a man that claimed his winning lottery ticket was stolen -- believing Edwin was involved in the alleged theft. A lottery spokesperson told us, however, the org has the utmost confidence Edwin's the rightful winner.

Way to go, Edwin -- spend the rest wisely!
