Wendy Williams made many shocking claims during her interview with "The Breakfast Club" this morning, and one of the biggest stunners came when she offered her dark prediction about Diddy's fate.

It all started at the end of the 30-minute discussion when host Charlamagne tha God brought up the long-held belief the disgraced music mogul got Wendy fired back in 1998 from her HOT 97 radio gig.

Wendy did not respond directly to the accusation ... but, instead, said she looks "wild" on TV before pivoting to Diddy, bluntly saying he's gonna spend the rest of his days behind bars.

Forget the issue of Drake's street cred (just for a moment), because it's his lawyers who clearly know very little about Kendrick Lamar ... the guy who wrote the song they're suing UMG over.

A big part of Drake's 81-page defamation lawsuit over "Not Like Us" refers to the danger the diss track created for the Toronto rapper -- as the song "repeatedly suggests that violence should be used against Drake because he is a pedophile," and "the Recording repeats 'wop, wop, wop, wop' and then says Lamar will 'f**k 'em up.'"

But this is where Drake's legal team gets out over its skis, writing ... "Later, the Recording threatens that if Drake comes to Oakland, where Lamar grew up, he will not make it out alive: 'I think that Oakland show gon' be your last stop.'"

Betty White may've been known as "America's Sweetheart," but the Hollywood legend allegedly had a mean streak ... this according to fellow actress Sally Struthers.

The "All in the Family" star came out swinging against the "Golden Girls" alum during an appearance on the "Let's Talk About That" podcast ... blasting the late comedy legend as a "very passive-aggressive woman."

Per Sally, she had a less-than-enjoyable encounter working with Betty on a game show pilot.

We have invested massively in his music and our employees around the world have worked tirelessly for many years to help him achieve historic commercial and personal financial success.

"Throughout his career, Drake has intentionally and successfully used UMG to distribute his music and poetry to engage in conventionally outrageous back-and-forth ‘rap battles’ to express his feelings about other artists. He now seeks to weaponize the legal process to silence an artist’s creative expression and to seek damages from UMG for distributing that artist’s music.

"We have not and do not engage in defamation -- against any individual. At the same time, we will vigorously defend this litigation to protect our people and our reputation, as well as any artist who might directly or indirectly become a frivolous litigation target for having done nothing more that write a song.”

Drake is not backing down in the war against his own label, in fact he's now upped the ante by suing Universal Music Group for spreading the "false and malicious narrative" he's a pedophile ... TMZ Hip Hop has learned.

Drake filed the defamation case Wednesday morning in federal court in NYC ... ripping UMG for releasing and promoting Kendrick Lamar's vicious diss track, "Not Like Us." In the docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Drake says UMG knew full well Kendrick's lyrics, and images in the music video, referring to Drake as a pedophile were false and dangerous.

In the suit he calls Kendrick's hit -- filled with "inflammatory and shocking allegations"-- was a "gold mine" for UMG ... and he says they had an ulterior financial motive in promoting it.

Justin Baldoni is warning Disney and Marvel to hold onto all docs related to the various characters Ryan Reynolds played in "Deadpool & Wolverine" as he mounts his legal case ... and he's zeroing in on one particular character he thinks was intended to mock and bully him.

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, fired off a legal letter, viewed by TMZ, to Marvel’s Kevin Feige and Disney’s Bob Iger, indicating he believes Reynolds was openly mocking Baldoni in a scene from the July 2024 release.

In one scene, Reynolds drops the line, "Where in God's name is the intimacy coordinator?!"

In another scene, playing a character called "Nicepool," he compliments Blake Lively’s character "Ladypool" after just having had a baby, saying "you can't even tell" ... and makes a comment about identifying as a feminist.

Prince Harry and Megan Markle's wildfire relief efforts in L.A. aren't being appreciated by at least one celeb, Justine Bateman, who is calling them "disaster tourists."

Bateman jumped on X over the weekend to go on a rant about the former British royals, starting off by labeling Harry and Meghan "ambulance chasers."

The "Family Ties" actress then blasted the couple for a "repulsive photo op" in which they were filmed Friday touring the disaster area near Pasadena along with that city's mayor, Victor Gordo.

Ex 'Bachelorette' Rachel Lindsay won't have to fork over monthly spousal support anymore to her ex, Bryan Abasolo -- they've finally reached a settlement and split up their assets.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Bryan gets a Miami property they owned, a 2021 Honda Accord, several bank accounts, his Breitling watch and some LLCs in the fitness biz.

For her part, Rachel gets their North Hollywood home, a 2023 Porsche Macan, some Jad Najjar paintings and photos and other bank accounts. She and Bryan are splitting the equity she gets from an upstart sports organization called the Fan Controlled Football League.

Ryan Reynolds has resurfaced for the first time since getting caught up in all the legal drama involving his wife, Blake Lively, and Justin Baldoni.

The actor showed up Tuesday night at the National Board of Review Awards in NYC to introduce the wildly popular "Wicked," which was picked for best movie of 2024 by the members.

Missing from Ryan's side was Blake, who, as everyone knows, filed a California Civil Rights Department complaint and a federal lawsuit accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment on the set of their film, "It Ends With Us," as well as smearing her good name in the press.

Baldoni made several accusations against Blake Lively and husband RR in a $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times ... claiming the "Deadpool" star was aggressive toward JB at a meeting that took place in the couple's NYC home, as celeb pals came and went.

Our source tells TMZ ... the meeting did go down last January, as "It Ends With Us" was to resume production after it was stalled by industry strikes ... and everyone in attendance knew Baldoni's alleged behavior would be addressed ... so, there was zero blindsiding.

Justin Baldoni is suing The New York Times for $250 million over the publication's bombshell article, in which they alleged the actor and others coordinated a smear campaign against his "It Ends with Us" costar, Blake Lively.

Baldoni, who directed and starred in the romance drama with Lively, was accused of sexual harassment by the actress in a legal complaint -- and subsequent lawsuit -- which was featured heavily in The Times' piece.

However, according to Variety, Baldoni has now accused the paper of libel, invasion of privacy, promissory fraud and breach of implied-in-fact contract over the article ... alleging the Times "cherry-picked" details and altered key communications to "deliberately" mislead readers.

Blake Lively has just filed a lawsuit making a formal demand for money, suing Justin Baldoni and others for mental pain and anguish, severe emotional distress, and lost wages.

The lawsuit mirrors the complaint filed with the California Civil Rights Commission -- but this action has been filed in federal court in New York.

In addition to Baldoni, Blake is suing Baldoni's crisis managers, Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel, along with Wayfarer Studios, which produced the movie "It Ends with Us."

Whitney Cummings may not know Justin Baldoni personally ... but that sure didn't stop her from opining that she knows his type -- and she thinks there were clearly warning signs that align with allegations in Blake Lively's recently filed complaint.

Here's the deal ... Blake sued costar Baldoni for sexual harassment and alleged he took part in a coordinated effort to destroy her reputation ... all stemming from their work together on "It Ends with Us."

Since news of the shocking complaint broke ... Justin has been dropped by his talent agency ... and a number of stars -- including SAG and Sony Pictures -- have expressed strong support for BL.
