Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz have a lot of air to clear in the aftermath of Scandoval -- and they were doing just that this weekend ... while cameras were rolling, no less.

TMZ has obtained footage of the two "Vanderpump Rules" stars and business partners seemingly hashing out their issues Saturday night at none other than their own establishment ... TomTom in West Hollywood.

As you can see, they're seated across from each other and engaged in what looks to be a fairly serious conversation -- with Sandoval giving Schwartz a bit of a death stare here.

And yes, there's a film crew around them as well ... with cameras pointed right at them, so this will almost certainly be featured in the upcoming season -- which they're obviously shooting right now. Now, when it comes to what exactly they were saying ... it's anyone's guess.

You can't quite make out the convo from the audio in our clip -- but ya gotta figure they were discussing the fallout of Sandoval's cheating with Raquel Leviss ... which has been dogging him for months now, and which came to a head during the recent reunion episode.

Schwartz seems to have tried to distance himself from Sandoval of late -- but since they're both back on the show ... their paths were going to cross again eventually. BTW, we're told this intense chat between the Toms ended abruptly with Sandoval leaving and Schwartz staying behind ... who then continued talking with Lisa Vanderpump, sans any cameras.

In between this ... eyewitnesses tell us Schwartz didn't seem all that fazed by whatever happened with Sandoval, 'cause the dude was taking selfies with fans -- looking chill.

"Elon, you need me on your team, brother!"

That's retired UFC superstar Jorge Masvidal's message to Elon Musk ... offering to train up the $250 billion man for his would-be scrap with fellow billionaire and social media rival, Mark Zuckerberg.

"Elon, if you're watching this, I mean, we all know you're a smart dude, man. You're going to want as many options, missiles, if you're going to war, right, you're going to want the snipers, you're going to want everything. Give your boy a shot, man! I can show you some techniques to deal with these jiu-jitsu guys that they don't like."

"I'm not going to be teaching all this arm bar stuff," Masvidal said, continuing ... "I'm just gonna show you some techniques to break someone's face, man."

And, let's be real ... there aren't many people who have more combat experience than Gamebred -- from the streets to the biggest arenas in the world -- and that's why Jorge believes he could help Elon.

Of course, we've seen Musk working out with legendary Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor John Danaher and BJJ black belt (and great podcaster) Lex Fridman ... but Masvidal believes he can help in ways they may not be able to.

"All those guys, you mentioned are studs but none of those guys have 50 pro fights and all the amateur fights that I got, all the street fights that I got. So no offense to none of them, because they're all great at what they do. Elon, you need me on your team, brother! That's who you need on your team."

Although he admittedly is Team Elon, Jorge has no beef with Zuck (even says he's "done some great things in this world") ... he just connected with Musk on a different level.

"The reason why I love Elon so much, this dude's a patriot, man. He's just a dude that's for America, that understands how our rules work, and he's not even like naturally American, you know? And understands how well this country works and what makes this country work, that's why I'm cheering for Elon."

Jorge's Gamebred Bareknuckle MMA promotion has been incredibly successful. In fact, Masvidal inked two former UFC heavyweight champs, the legendary Fabricio Werdum and Junior dos Santos are rematching (they fought at UFC 90 in 2008!) on September 8 in Jacksonville!

Naughty By Nature isn't exactly gelling as a group these days ... but, ironically, their dysfunction allows them to cover more ground!!!

TMZ Hip Hop linked with Treach and his posse on Broadway out in NYC last week ... and we grilled him about the group's glaring absence during the massive rounds of hip hop tributes during the '23 BET Awards.

The culture rallied around the genre's 50th anniversary and Busta Rhymes' legacy but there wasn't any "Hip Hop Hooray" felt on Naughty's end!!!

Treach tells us the group was invited but Vin Rock and Kay Gee had scheduling conflicts that interfered with the show ... and suggested the guys were perfectly good staying put wherever they were at!!!

He's looking forward to DJ Cassidy's upcoming "Pass The Mic" extravaganza — where he'll be performing as a soloist.

And the group will likely be overshadowed even more when Treach's solo documentary hits the market ... a project that made him perk up at the mere mention.

Britney Spears and NBA phenom Victor Wembanyama have critically different accounts of what went down before his security guard slapped her, and video of the incident, obtained by TMZ, supports Britney's version.

Check out the video ... you hear Britney approach Victor outside Catch restaurant in Vegas Wednesday night, screaming in a British accent, "Sir, Sir!"

Britney reaches up and taps Victor on his left shoulder. This is important because Victor described Britney "grabbing" him. The video does not support that claim.

You then see Victor's security slap her hand and either his hand struck her face or he made contact with her hand and the force of impact caused her hand to hit her face.

Either way, you hear the slap. As the police said, it does not appear he struck her intentionally ... it was more him swatting her hand away.

Britney's glasses flew off, but she did not fall as she indicated.

After the slap, you hear Britney clearly upset, screaming, still in a British accent, "That's America for you. F*** you all!"

Britney and friends went to dinner after the incident ... where a witness tells us she seemed super pissed.

As we reported, the Metro PD has closed it's investigation and no charges will be filed against Victor's security.

Paris Hilton is getting called out by PETA for getting her new dog from a breeder instead of an animal shelter or adoption service ... and PETA's not pulling punches.

A rep for the animal rights organization tells TMZ ... "Paris Hilton has apparently been living under a rock for the past decade, because a day in an animal shelter would have shown her just how many Chihuahuas already need homes, and five minutes on Petfinder would turn up thousands more, including puppies."

The outrage comes after Paris showed off her latest addition to her family of pets ... a teacup chihuahua, who Paris says is related to her late dog, Harajuku Bitch.

Paris apparently got the pooch from Foufou's Teacup Puppies Inc ... according to their website, they get puppies from breeders, and that's the issue for PETA.

The PETA rep adds ... "PETA knows that retail therapy is what Paris loves best, but we ask her to keep the shopping to baubles and bags and give an animal a chance to be 'sliving' by adopting."

It's unclear if Paris bought the dog herself or if the breeder gave her the pooch as part of a collab ... but regardless, PETA isn't happy with how Paris is promoting the biz. These dogs go for around $6k and up.

Paris' new puppy is getting a similar reaction from PETA as Pete Davidson did when he recently got a Cavapoo puppy from a pet store.

Pete later went scorched earth on PETA, leaving an expletive-laden voicemail in response.

Mark Zuckerberg's new Twitter-like app is just days away from taking flight -- and it seems Elon Musk's not happy about the competition ... further fueling the two techies' beef.

In case you've forgotten ... the reason Mark and Elon are talking about fighting each other (for real) is because of this new service that Meta is rolling out called 'Threads -- which is said to be the "new" Twitter, if you, will ... only, it'll be rolled out under Mark's watch.

When Elon caught wind of MZ's new toy last month, he jokingly said he was willing to battle the guy -- and now, it's full-steam ahead on negotiations as they prepare to duel.

Welp, the impetus for this all came full circle Monday ... with word of Threads' supposed launch date being revealed as July 7 -- with the option to pre-order it now available on Apple's app store. There's more info as well as to what sorta data it's going to harvest from users ... something EM couldn't help but comment on Monday, taking a swipe.

In response to all the ways Threads is going to manage personal data (mining a helluva lot, frankly), Elon replied ... "Thank goodness they're so sanely run." That carries significance.

Reports have suggested that a Meta executive told staffers recently that Threads would be "sanely run" compared to Musk's wild west on Twitter lately -- but it sounds like Elon's scoffing at how much freaking user data they're going to control in order to do so.

Of course, you could argue Elon's probably a little worried about this new foe on the market -- especially in light of his absolutely hated decision to limit Twitter users' daily tweet count ... as far as being able to see new content. He's upped the count since the debacle this weekend -- but folks are still pissed and certainly looking for an alternative for news.

Cam'ron is publicly supporting Jim Jones amid the brooding brouhaha with Pusha T ... saying it's very clear who's got the better rhymes.

On Wednesday, Killa Cam fanned the flames and admitted he and Jim don't always see eye to eye ... but instructed Pusha NOT to use their past tensions as fuel for his future disses.

Cam says he's Team Harlem all the way and still acknowledged Pusha's rap skills. Nonetheless, he thinks Jim is currently winning the rap battle and won't give the Clipse rapper any points for using him as a prop -- he's retired as a rapper!!!

Jim took to those same Harlem streets to splash ether in Pusha's face with a fiery response. The Diplomat rapper threw jabs at Pusha, his brother Malice and their fashion sense, among other things.

More social media drama for Selena Gomez -- or so it seems anyway ... especially if you put any stock into her official digital friend count.

The singer is said to have unfollowed a string of famous people of late -- including Dua Lipa, Zayn Malik, whom she was rumored to have been dating in March. Not just that ... but his baby mama, Gigi Hadid, and her sister, Bella, have also been scrubbed from Selena's IG "following" tab.

While it's unclear when Selena might've stopped following these folks, we know for certain they're not there now. And SG was following most (if not all) of them in the recent past.

So the question ... what gives??? And more importantly ... does this actually matter?!?

On its face -- coupled with Selena's history of social media feuds -- it would appear that it does ... especially on the Zayn front. Rumors swirled this past Spring about the two of them seeing each other, not to mention one alleged sighting where they were seen kissing at dinner.

While Selena has since made it clear she's "single" ... the Zayn rumor picked up steam for a while. Obviously, they're both pop stars -- and also seem to run in adjacent circles.

The Hadids and Selena have also palled around over the years -- and as for Dua, she was gushing over Selena just 6 or 7 months ago when asked about the prospect of collaborating with her ... ditto for Selena, BTW, who was quoted as being down in the same article.

Again, we have no idea why Selena unfollowed all of them ... but it points to some kind of falling out, which has been a thing lately for her. Look no further than Francia Raisa ... and let's not forget the whole "mean girls" thing with Hailey Bieber and Kylie Jenner.

Selena tends to mostly mind her business/do her thing ... but every now and then, she's roped into a social media controversy. Whether she's the one initiating it ... debatable.

Matty Healy was called out in a big way this weekend ... getting dragged across the coals by none other than one of his fellow labelmates, who put him on blast at Glastonbury.

Singer Rina Sawayama didn't mention Matty by name Saturday during her set, but there's simply no question who she was referring to as she was leading up to her song, 'STFU.'

Before going in on the first verse, she said ... "I wrote this because I was sick & tired of these micro-aggressions. This goes out to a white man that watches Ghetto Gaggers & mocks Asian people on a podcast. He also owns my masters! I've had enough!"

The crowd started losing it ... and Rina then launched into a passionate performance.

Of course, people on Twitter were even more turned up ... not only is she trending right now, but Matty is as well -- and people are giving her kudos for calling out what many have labeled problematic behavior of his for a good while, especially as it pertains to race.

The reference to "ghetto gaggers" comes from a podcast Matty appeared on earlier this year -- where he cracked jokes about watching the porn site .. which many considered insensitive.

Not just that ... but he was also yukking it up with the podcast hosts as they mocked Asian accents, all while disparaging Ice Spice. Matty was laughing along to the whole thing -- and he's been getting called out for that as well ... especially amid his romance with Taylor Swift.

Many of Taylor's fans didn't approve of her relationship with him ... and were calling on her to dump the dude. Big picture, the feeling was that he wasn't good for her squeaky clean brand.

As we reported ... the two of them broke up last month after about a month and change of seeing each other. We'd also heard the podcast controversy didn't play a factor in the split.

TS is still touring and getting on with things, and ditto for Matty -- who's been performing with his band, The 1975. All the backlash he'd been facing up until that point had mostly fizzled out -- that is, until Rina here brought it back up again ... in passionate terms, no less.

As for her claim about him owning her masters -- it's unclear what she's getting at. Yes, The 1975 was also signed to her label, Dirty Hit, but there's no indication, publicly at least, that Matty's a label head there. Perhaps Rina's aware of something the rest of us aren't.

Mark Zuckerberg may have Jon Jones in his corner, but Elon Musk's potential coach isn't too shabby himself ... the legendary Dominick Cruz, the G.O.A.T. bantamweight, tells us he's down to get the Twitter owner ready to fight!

38-year-old Cruz joined Babcock on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weekdays on FS1) ... where Dom offered his services.

"I would coach and train Elon Musk in a heartbeat. I would start with him immediately. I'm a fan of that guy and the things that he's doing for the world and the things that he stands for," Dom told us.

"He's a special guy in the world right now and so I would love to be in his corner to watch him execute martial arts which brings us all together."

Musk could do a lot worse than 24-4 Cruz ... who has beaten the likes of greats such as Urijah Faber, T.J. Dillashaw and Demetrious Johnson.

Remember, Jones offered his services to Zuck, writing ... "You already know I am Team Zuck ... Let me know if you need a training partner!"

As for the naysayers who say Musk vs. Zuckerberg is a bad idea and disrespectful to martial arts, Cruz (and many others) believes the opposite.

"If you're gonna say this is gonna be the highest level of sport and we're gonna call it that, that might be disrespectful, but nobody's saying that. This is just fun. This is just making fun, and letting people get their aggressions out and their differences in a healthy way."

Of course, we broke the story on Thursday ... UFC president Dana White spoke to both billionaires, who he told us are "absolutely dead serious" about fighting each other in an Octagon.

The UFC honcho said he believes it'd be the biggest fight, by far, in combat sports history.

We reported on Friday ... the biggest holdup at this point is the roughly 50 lbs. size advantage that Musk enjoys.

Assuming the kinks can be ironed out, some of the most dangerous men in the world are ready, willing, and able to whip the rich guys into shape.

Ariana Madix is putting Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval on the back burner because she's got more pressing issues ... like figuring out how to juice up her electric car.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star was out Tuesday in Los Angeles when she ran into some car trouble ... namely, how to get the dang ride to charge.

Ariana was parked at an electric car charging station as she was peppered with the usual "Scandoval" questions from paparazzi ... and the most notable thing to come out of the interview was her having no clue how to charge her ride.

It looks like Ariana was scrolling the internet on her phone for answers ... and she brushed off questions about Raquel because her mind was on the task at hand.

Ariana seems to have gotten one of the first steps down ... she's got the car plugged into the charging point ... but apparently, it wasn't working.

She says she's not a millionaire either despite a bunch of recent brand deals that have come her way courtesy of the Scandoval exposure ... but it sounds like she needs the help of a billionaire here.

Babyface is speaking out about the alleged bad blood between Anita Baker and him which led to him getting canned as a supporting act on her Songstress Tour!!!

TMZ Hip Hop obtained the first clip of the R&B maestro's upcoming appearance on "The Jason Lee Show" where he addresses his newfound free time head-on.

Babyface clarified to JL that the tour belonged to Anita, as it celebrated the 40th anniversary of her debut album -- but he did suggest one of his last nights on the tour was far more "complex" than his fans know.

He was referring to the Newark show where technical difficulties drastically shortened the show, meaning only one of the legacy artists could perform -- and, as we reported, that was the headliner ... Ms. Baker.

Anita pulled the plug last week on Babyface's role as her opener ... after what she called cyberbullying from fans upset with his limited stage time. She also accused him of going over his scheduled stage time.

Babyface says he had no issues opening for Anita and enjoyed watching her perform after him.

Gucci Mane had a few things to get off his chest on his new Lil Baby collab "Bluffin" ... an ode to cleaning up his act in and out of the rap game.

Midway on the track, Gucci took a shot at Wack 100's Clubhouse legacy, rapping ... "I want my M's up to one, two, three, four, five one-hundred (Go)/I ain't arguin' on no internet, I'm not Wack100 (No)."

Wack eventually got wind of the lyrics and, although he and Gucci share plenty of mutual friends, vowed to return fire on a diss track of his own after the weekend is over.

The longtime manager of both The Game and Blueface doesn't rap per se, but seems to think he can beat Gucci at his own game.

Tank couldn't bite his tongue after Anita Baker fired Babyface as the opening act on her tour, fiercely defending his friend and mentor, while still trying to be as respectful as possible.

While Tank admits he's biased toward Babyface, he just sang backup at the R&B legend's "Tiny Desk Concert," he claims Babyface is an innocent victim of AB's rage who he says is acting irrationally.

As we reported, AB officially pulled the plug on Babyface Tuesday, removing him from her Songstress Tour after she felt attacked by his fans.

The two R&B legends had been clashing over stage time, and Babyface was even barred from hitting the stage at the tour's New Jersey leg in May ... a fail Tank notes Babyface apologized for despite it being no fault of his own!!!

Tank says Babyface is too meek to issue a proper response to AB ... but not him!!!

To rectify the situation, Tank says the people need a "Protect Black Men" movement to counter what the women have going on. We'll see if it sticks.

Tom Schwartz seemed to be one of the only folks sticking by Tom Sandoval's side in the wake of the affair but now, even he's taking a step away ... saying he hasn't seen or spoken to his pal in a while.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star was on Wednesday's episode of "When Reality Hits with Jax and Brittany", and he got candid about where things stand with his longtime buddy and business partner ... now that the whole 'Scandoval' has hit the fan.

Schwartz tells the hosts, he pretty much felt caught in the middle of the entire thing and became an "unfortunate confidant" for Sandoval while he was having an affair ... but that's no longer the case.

He made it clear, he feels super-exploited by someone he called a friend ... adding, he hasn't seen or spoken to Sandoval in quite some time. Schwartz says he still loves Sandoval but the bottom line is, he can't support what he did.

It doesn't sound like the Toms are on great terms right now ... because Schwartz flat-out says Sandoval made a huge mess and needs to take more accountability for his actions. He also added, Sandoval needs to drop his ego and apologize without making up excuses.

As you know, Sandoval has come under fire since word got out he was cheating with his girlfriend of 10 years, Ariana Madix, with their friend/costar Raquel Leviss.

Up until this point, Schwartz was one of the few people to maintain a friendship with Sandoval ... despite other castmates pressuring him to cut him off.

You'll recall, things got super messy when the other 'VPR' stars found out Schwartz may have known more about the affair than he led on.

And just like that, Kim Cattrall is reprising her role as Samantha Jones for the sequel to "Sex and the City" ... TMZ has confirmed.

The actress is set to make an appearance as her famous character in the upcoming series of "And Just Like That..." ... but Kim will be limited to just a brief cameo as Sam the publicist.

Kim filmed one scene for the upcoming series, returning to the franchise after a nasty feud with her former costar, Sarah Jessica Parker.

After reports of Kim's shocking return broke Wednesday, the official Twitter account for the show played into the news ... tweeting, "Secret's out!!"

Kim did not appear as Samantha in the first season of "And Just Like That..." ... but she's involved in the second season, which premieres June 22 on Max, despite previously declaring she was done with the franchise due to her beef with Sarah.

The last time Kim played Samantha was in the 2010 movie, "Sex and the City 2."

While "And Just Like That..." is coming back in June, reports say Kim's cameo doesn't come until August, so it sounds like it's pretty late in the season.
