Fivio Foreign is having a hard time wrapping his head around 21 Savage calling Nas "irrelevant" ... and not only because he was featured on Nas' Grammy Award-winning album a couple years ago.

TMZ Hip Hop linked with Fivio Tuesday at LAX, and he was quick to crown Nas "King of New York" in wake of 21's slander.

The way Fivio sees it ... after 28 years of prolific music making, Nas has earned carte blanche status in the rap game, and can legitimately have zero fear of ever being obsolete.

Fivio was a guest on Nas's "King Disease" -- for the track, "Spicy" -- which took home the Best Rap Album Award at the Grammys in 2021.

Fivio also saluted Kodak Black who also gave 21 a piece of his mind regarding the Nas slander, but says the best course of action for artists nowadays is to focus on their own lane.

He also deployed a 4-3 defense for another New Yorker -- the "Big Drip" rapper wouldn't stand for us giving NFL great Eli Manning's recent time in the booth a negative review!!!

Fivio maintains Eli did his thing on the new song "Giants on 3," which was recorded with another #10 ... Super Bowl XLII champion Shaun O'Hara.

Kodak Black and 21 Savage are setting the stage for either one helluva Verzuz showdown ... or a petty social media beef, with the string of tough talk centering around 21 dismissing Nas as irrelevant.

After taking a break from Instagram, Kodak says 21 made him mad enough to return and address what he deems as disrespect.

21 and Drake just topped the Billboard 200 with their collaborative album "Her Loss" ... selling over 400,000 in the first week, prompting 21 to fire off a snarky tweet questioning rival album sales.

Kodak just dropped his "Kutthroat Bill: Vol. 1" album right before Halloween and seemed to take exception to the tweet ... as he only sold 43K.

On IG, he saluted 21 for his success, but took issues with the album sales. Kodak's view is he's been in and out of prison the last few years, and hasn't had time to generate momentum in the market.

Despite the sales differences, Kodak doesn't think he's being left in the dust and called out Drake and 21 for being 30+ in contrast to his 25 years young and promised to catch up with his next few releases.

Kodak also bigged up Nas for his music and business moves, and questioned 21's sanity ... accusing the Atlanta rapper of straight-up d***-riding Drake to get to the top of the charts.

The way Kodak sees it, hanging with Drake is cool and all but when you're from the trenches ... you sing songs like Nas' "I Can" for inspiration!!!

21 has yet to respond to Kodak since kicking off the Verzuz debate that he could beat everyone in his 2016 Freshman class -- but he did offer some sort of mea culpa after noticing that his Clubhouse comments about Nas had gone viral.

He claimed his comments were taken out of context and he would never disrespect a legend like Nas who made it possible for him to pop s*** in the first place!!!

Nas and Jay-Z arguably participated in hip hop's most publicized beef as far as the music goes ... but 20 years later, it's nothing but LOLs between the 2 rap greats.

On Nas' new album, "King's Disease III," he revisits their bitter diss tracks via the song "Thun" where he raps ... "No beef or rivals, they playing 'Ether' on TIDAL / Brothers can do anything when they decide to / In a Range Rover, dissecting bars from 'Takeover' / Sometimes I text Hova like, 'N****, this ain't over ... laughing!"

Jay dropped "Takeover" on his 2001 classic album "The Blueprint" and accused Nas of falling off while Nas returned fire with "Ether," which was an early precursor for pretty much what we know now as dragging someone on social media.

Jay sold off his TIDAL ownership last year for more than $300 million but the master copy of "Ether" lives on the streaming service ... so their history will also be set in stone.

Throughout the years, the 2 would go on to trade more disses on tracks such as "Supa Ugly" and "Last Real N**** Alive" ... but they've long deaded their issues, and even appeared together on DJ Khaled's 2021 cut "Sorry Not Sorry."

"King's Disease III" marks the third in the series and Nas' 4th consecutive album with Hit-Boy ... who he calls the "Quincy Jones to his Michael Jackson."

Kodak Black took great joy in responding to 21 Savage's claim he is the top dog from their 2016 XXL Freshman class ... applauding 21's confidence, but calling him a liar.

21 was on Clubhouse promoting his recently released "Her Loss" album with Drake when he made the bold proclamation he'd be unbeatable in a Verzuz against anyone in the bunch of rappers who debuted 6 years ago.

That list includes Lil Uzi Vert, Anderson. Paak and Desiigner ... and Kodak was the first to take the bait, hopping on IG Live to accept 21's challenge.

Kodak gave 21 props for the confidence, and said any rapper worth their mettle should brand themselves invincible. Ultimately though, he thinks 21 is full of so much CAP ... he seemingly grabbed every hat in his house to drive home his point!!!

Both rappers have several platinum and gold albums, Billboard hits and guest features with superstars like A$AP Rocky, Gucci Mane, Travis Scott and more.

Big Baby DRAM is one of several celebs Drake's lyrically dragging on his new "Her Loss" collaborative album with 21 Savage -- but he sees the sniping as a well-timed blessing in disguise.

The track "BackOutsideBoyz" features Drake rapping "Tried to bring the drama to me, he ain't know how we cha-cha slide..." -- picking the scab on the "Cha Cha" vs. "Hotline Bling" swagger jacking controversy from many years ago.

DRAM tells TMZ Hip Hop ... their issues turned physical in 2017, when he confronted Drake at a Coachella party -- this was a couple years after Drake had used the template from his "Cha Cha" hit to create "Hotline Bling."

After getting escorted outside, DRAM says "15 of Drake's bodyguards" were ready to pummel him, and did just that!!! While he ended up seeing pink hearts, yellow moons and green clovers ... DRAM considers himself lucky that an artist of Drake's stature is clearly threatened by him.

Which brings us to the "Her Loss" shots ... which DRAM's not losing any sleep over because it comes just as he's making a musical comeback.

DRAM says he's excited about the release of his upcoming album, "What Had Happened Was..." -- his first project since re-adopting his stage name after changing it to his gov't name, Shelley, for a stint.

The switch-up could be credited to DRAM wanting to distance himself from his 2nd breakout hit, the Lil Yachty-featured "Brocolli" ... but he's confident his new tracks will help him get over all his industry drama ... Drake included.

DRAM says he's in love mode, and doesn't pretend to be a fighter ... but he's still gonna need that 1-on-1 fight with Drake to fully bury the hatchet.

Xscape fans started freakin' out after noticing a promo for an upcoming tour featured 3 ladies, not 4 ... but we're told it's not a sign the group is splitting up -- even if LaTocha has chosen to take a step back from the gals.

A source close to the group tells TMZ ... LaTocha is still part of Xscape, despite what fans are noticing online. She made the call herself to put some space between her and the group.

We're told Xscape shot a new Bravo show, which is set to come out in March ... and the issues began once they decided to do a small tour.

Sources say LaTocha was originally part of the tour ... until her husband got into it with the promoter. She asked the rest of the group to not use the guy, but they said no way ... choosing to keep moving forward, which is when she backed out.

LaTocha even asked her bandmates not to use the group name since she'd be MIA -- like when they went by Xscape 3 after group member Kandi took a break ... but no dice.

Drake is firing a direct shot at Kanye West on his new album, saying there was no love gained between them following their 2021 reunion concert -- but, in an odd twist, Ye is reacting calmly, saying he wants no more beef.

On Drake and 21 Savage's "Her Loss" track "Circo Loco" ... Drake revisits their L.A. concert with the line, "Linking with the opps, bitch, I did that for J. Prince/Bitch, I did it for the mob ties."

He further spits in the face of their alleged reconciliation with the verse ... "And I never been the one to go apologies/Me, I'd rather hit 'em up one more time."

"Circo Loco" is the same song where Drake questioned the validity of Megan Thee Stallion's shooting ... which has her hot at the moment.

Kanye awoke on Friday, reminding everyone he's praised Drake plenty of times in the past and called for all rappers to stand together against the record labels and bad contracts.

Drake recently inked a deal with Universal Music Group rumored to be around $400 million ... so that rally cry may fall on deaf ears.

On Ye's now-deleted "Drink Champs" episode, he declared Drake the "best rapper ever" ... so he obviously walked away from their concert with much better feelings.

Last December, Rap-A-Lot Records boss J. Prince convinced the 2 rap giants to squash their years of subliminal disses for the Larry Hoover benefit concert at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum.

Drake's set was later removed from the Amazon playback so yeah, the reunion felt bogus for many fans.

Shaq has advice for Kanye West -- get your affairs in order before commenting on his ... after Ye took a shot at O'Neal on social media.

The interaction started when Kanye tweeted ... "Shaq is in business with Jamie Salter. Jaimie first said he's 50/50 with David Beckham and 50/50 with Shaq. I said "Jamie . . . There’s no such thing as 50/50 in business . . . Who has the extra 1 percent for the control and voting rights."

Ye continued ... "Jamie then said he's actually got the 51 percent on both those deals   We as the creators and talent get so caught up in our vanity that we don’t read or understand the fine print  Like Dave Chapelle said, we need to stop giving up control over our own names and our likeness."

Jamie Salter is a Canadian billionaire ... and his company, Authentic Brands Group manages Shaq's name and likeness. Jamie previously said ABG bought 50% of Shaq's future earnings. The company also owns more than 50 brands, many very large. O'Neal is one of the company's largest shareholders.

The tweet didn't sit well with Shaq, who responded to Kanye, writing, "Believe me you don't know me like that. Worry about your business, and to quote the once great Kanye west " I got more money than you, so why would i listen to you" take my advice get your family business in order. Have a great day brother."

It all seemingly started when Shaq (and Charles Barkley) ripped Kyrie Irving for publicizing the controversial film, "Hebrews to Negroes: Wake Up Black America!" Shaq said the NBA superstar was "not conscious" and didn't care who he offended.

Naturally, West took issue with Shaq's criticism of Irving, writing on Twitter, "They make us bully ourselves because of our business alignments."

Ye has evidently taken a liking to 30-year-old Kyrie ... showing support for the Nets hooper by posting a photo of him on social media.

Both men have been accused of being antisemitic.

Megan Thee Stallion isn't gonna take Drake's insults lyin' down ... because she's firing shots back at the rapper after he called her out on his new album with 21 Savage.

Meg took to Twitter early Friday morning ... soon after Drake and 21's "Her Loss" album dropped -- and it's on the track "Circo Loco" where he blasts the H-Town Hottie.

Drake goes, "This bitch lie 'bout getting shots, but she still a stallion/She don't even get the joke, but she still smiling" ... clearly referring to her getting shot in the foot in 2020 while in a car with Tory Lanez.

Meg quickly responded ... "I know I'm very popular but y'all gotta stop attaching weak ass conspiracy theories in bars to my name lol N***** nor hoes EVER address me or @ me WITH a fact or receipts. I AM CLOUT BITCH keep sucking my p***y."

Not that she needed to say anything more, but she sprayed a slew of follow-up tweets ... one said, "Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot ! You n***** especially RAP N***** ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dog pile on a black woman when she say one of y'all homeboys abused her."

FYI -- Drake circled back to Megan later on the track -- referring to her graduation from Texas Southern University with the line, "Shorty say she graduated, she ain't learn enough/Play your album, track onе, 'kay, I heard enough."

Johnny Depp wants total victory over Amber Heard, and he's just filed an appeal trying to get it ... claiming the jury got it wrong when it ruled in favor of his ex-wife on a single count of defamation.

You'll recall, Johnny was the big winner, by far, when the jury came back in their landmark trial, saying Amber had defamed him and had to cough up $10.35 million dollars -- but it also ruled Amber was defamed, and awarded her $2 mil.

In docs filed Wednesday in the Virginia Court of Appeals, Johnny says the jury had erroneously ruled in favor of Amber ... when it said one of Johnny's attorneys, Adam Waldman, defamed Amber by telling a media outlet she had lied while describing a blowout fight that ended their marriage.

Waldman said, "So Amber and her friends spilled a little wine and roughed the place up, got their stories straight under the direction of a lawyer and publicist, and then placed a second call to 911."

In the appeal, Johnny makes the point that his lawyer said that, not him, and he shouldn't be held responsible for Waldman's remarks. He also says Amber's team failed to prove Waldman made those comments with malice ... a requirement to win a defamation claim.

Johnny wants the court to overturn the jury on that single count. Remember, Amber has also filed an appeal of the counts she lost.

So, scoreboard review: Amber's $10.35 mil check to Johnny is on hold and, likewise, his $2 mil check to her is on hold.

Elon Musk got into a big 'ol Twitter fight with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, trading jabs over the billionaire's intent to charge verified users a fee to maintain their status on the social media platform.

Musk -- Twitter's new owner -- announced this week he would implement a policy charging an $8 monthly fee for users to keep their blue check badges to prove their accounts are authentic. He originally set the price at $20, but then lowered it. It's unclear when he plans to make the $8 fee official.

This didn't sit well with many critics and AOC, who sent out a flurry of Tweets Tuesday/Wednesday, giving Musk a piece of her mind.

"Lmao at a billionaire earnestly trying to sell people on the idea that 'free speech' is actually a $8/mo subscription plan," the New York congresswoman tweeted.

AOC followed up with another zinger ... "One guy's business plan for a $44 billion over-leveraged purchase is apparently to run around and individually ask people for $8. Remember that next time you question yourself or your qualifications."

She even complained that her Twitter notifications weren't working properly.

Musk then got into it with her. The Tesla/SpaceX boss tweeted a photo of an AOC sweatshirt selling on her website for $58, seemingly defending his $8 subscription fee by showing she, too, is trying to monetize her business.

But, the Democratic lawmaker wasn't having it, tweeting ... "My workers are union, make a living wage, have full healthcare, and aren’t subject to racist treatment in their workplaces. Items are made in USA."

Musk fired back ... "Your feedback is appreciated, now pay $8." AOC landed the last punch, though, declaring she had "gotten under a certain billionaire's skin" next to a laughing emoji.

Antonio Brown has a new rap beef after finding out Detroit rapper Sada Baby's been taking shots at him for his "Put That S**t On" antics.

Sada dissed AB earlier this week, essentially calling everything he stands for "lame" ... which understandably angered the former NFL star.

On Friday, an amused Sada reposted a DM AB sent, commanding him to "turn your bitch ass soda. water."

It doesn't read all that fluidly, but is likely a diss on the "Aktivated" rapper's love for lean.

Sada didn't back down, and, instead, doubled down on his stance ... slamming AB for taunting Tom Brady over his divorce from Gisele Bündchen, which was made official today.

Like many sports fans, Sada feels AB selling shirts mocking TB12 is a low move and also took issue with his infamous mid-game retirement last season ... with a "b*tch ass" remark of his own.

Chaka Khan thinks singers who rely on Auto-Tune need to try a different J-O-B, and she's even got a suggestion for 'em ... delivering packages to her doorstep!!!

The R&B icon laid an opinionated smackdown on a portion of this generation's studio-boosted singers when she said, "There’s some very fine young artists out there doing great, great work that I am impressed with. But, the others, they just need to get them a job at the Post Office - they are always hiring!"

Chaka didn't name any names when she spoke to Page Six, but feels saddened by many of today's female R&B artists ... saying they lack confidence and ooze insecurity.

The OG "I'm Every Woman" singer's issues with modern music go beyond Auto-Tune -- for years, she's ripped Kanye West for altering her voice in a high pitch to create the foundation for his breakout 2003 single "Through The Wire."

Apparently, Chaka and Usher are on the same page.

Remember, T-Pain made the bombshell revelation that Usher told him his vocal enhancements essentially "ruined" music as we know it ... spurring years of depression for the Florida rapper.

Chlöe Bailey is spilling the deets on her short-lived romance with Gunna ... hinting she was just another cog in his wheel of women during their time together.

The R&B star previously revealed her new song "For The Night" was specifically written about the incarcerated YSL rapper and delivered the final product on Friday.

Chlöe begins the song questioning why their bond wasn't stronger singing "I play those same games a thousand times over/And you crave those long nights with me."

She also claims Gunna would make his exit before they could spend quality time together ... in the bed. In the self-directed visual, Chlöe shuts things down throwing the apology flowers in the garbage.

"You and your mouth, cashing checks that you know gonna bounce, You say you promise and promise, you'll figure it out, But I can not wait, you're teasing me, I back down," Chlöe croons later on the record.

Latto is also featured on the London On Da Track-produced song ... but didn't claim her savage lyrics of betrayal to be based on real-life experiences like in Chlöe's case.

Gunna and Chlöe were spotted in public several times on shopping trips and NBA games ... but Gunna later admitted on The Breakfast Club that he was far away from settling down.

Khloe Kardashian is publicly sending her support to the Jewish community amid Kanye West's continued antisemitic rants ... becoming the first to do so in her family.

The youngest of the OG 3 sisters reposted a simple statement which reads ... "I support my Jewish friends and the Jewish people." Pretty straightforward, but powerful at the same time -- especially since it's her ex-brother-in-law fueling the hate against Jewish people.

Her remark comes as Ye's bigotry sparks rallies in his name with neo-Nazis coming out of the woodwork in all sorts of forms throughout Los Angeles.

None of the other Kardashians, Kim included, have spoken up about the issue so far ... instead, it seems like they're just giving Kanye the silent treatment.

Khloe might be the first KarJenner to pipe up, but she's certainly not the first A-lister in general to say something about the wave of antisemitism.

Sofia Richie, Reese Witherspoon, Julianne Moore, Jennifer Aniston and several others reposted the same message Khloe did, but also expressed their horror and anger over the images of that Nazi rally over L.A.'s 405 freeway.

For his part, Kanye continues to get further and further isolated -- both professionally and socially -- but his biggest business partner, Adidas, is feeling the heat the most right now.

They've remained silent throughout this whole mess.

Antonio Brown is continuing to show no chill whatsoever to his old pal Tom Brady .... he trolled the Bucs star yet again on Sunday -- with another pic of Gisele.

AB released the savage post on his Snapchat just before Brady's Buccaneers took on the Panthers in Carolina ... showing an old pic of Tom and Bundchen -- but with his head photoshopped over Brady's.

In the photo, Brown is smiling ear-to-ear ... and it's another clear shot at his former teammate, who is in the middle of a messy breakup with his longtime partner.

Brown didn't stop there, though ... 'cause after Brady's Bucs got walloped by the lowly Panthers -- Brown took to social media again to continue to roast TB12.

In that post, Brown photoshopped Brady over his own body ... from his infamous MetLife Field incident last season. AB captioned the photo with nothing more than some dancing finger emojis and the hashtag, "#Putthats***On."

Of course, this is not the first time Brown has gone after Brady this season ... you'll recall, just a few weeks ago, he threw up an old picture of him hugging Gisele following Tampa Bay's Super Bowl win over the Chiefs.

Brown also shaded Tom over his mid-training camp hiatus in August ... writing on his Twitter page, "Tom Brady manipulate the game gets 14 days go home get his mind rt lol."

The two used to be good buddies -- in fact, Brady actually let the former star receiver live with him and Gisele when the two first teamed up in New England and then again in South Florida.
