Pop Smoke's mother Audrey Jackson isn't entertained by her son's killer making the rounds on the interview circuit and just may pursue legal action to prevent it from happening again!!!

TMZ Hip Hop got Ms. Jackson in NYC and the anti-gun violence advocate was all fired up for this weekend's celebration to commemorate Pop's 25th birthday ... food, games, a basketball event and a full-blown parade will cap off the week's festivities.

We broke the story in 2020 ... the platinum-selling "Dior" rapper was shot and killed at a Hollywood Hills residence once owned by "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Teddi Mellencamp ... and posthumously became a hip hop legend with his music earning rave reviews in death.

Shannen Doherty Divorced After Death

Shannen Doherty was determined to finalize her divorce before she died, but she didn't quite make it ... nevertheless, a family law judge gave her a unique, posthumous assist.

As you know, Shannen died Saturday after a multi-year struggle with cancer. Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, those closest to her knew she would not make it past the weekend.

Shannen, we're told, wanted an official divorce from Kurt Iswarienko before she passed. They were married in 2011 and the split was bitter.

Shannen Doherty appeared to make peace with longtime frenemy Alyssa Milano before her death ... as she doled out surprising praise for the actress in her final days.

The actress recorded an episode for the "House of Halliwell" podcast with "Charmed" costar Holly Marie Combs, which was released July 14, the day after Shannen died. During the episode, Shannen reflected on actress Lori Rom originally playing Phoebe Halliwell in an unaired "Charmed" pilot -- with the role later going to Alyssa.

Despite their decades-long feud, Shannen praised Alyssa for bringing some much-needed levity to the supernatural drama.

Slim 400 Killer Sentenced To 32 Years

The man convicted of killing rapper Slim 400 was just sentenced to several decades behind bars.

On Wednesday, L.A. native Michael Terry was sentenced to 32 years in prison on Monday after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter for Slim's December 2021 shooting death.

Shannen Doherty Settled Ugly Divorce with Husband ... Shortly Before She Died

Shannen Doherty was in the middle of an ugly divorce with her husband before she died -- but it looks like it was a chapter they were able to close together, on the same page.

New legal docs, obtained by TMZ, show that the late actress and her estranged spouse, Kurt Iswarienko, reached an agreement on a number of issues in their divorce case ... which was very much so active before Shannen passed away this weekend.

In the paperwork, it notes both parties had come to terms on property and other issues ... and that the case would not proceed as uncontested. As part of their settlement, they also served docs with final disclosures that usually cover finances and such.

SHANNEN DOHERTY SEEN IN LAST PUBLIC PICS BEFORE DEATH

Shannen Doherty was all smiles ... having a great time with her friends in her last public photos before she died Saturday.

The actress was pictured with her mom Rosa and good pal Chris Cortazzo outside Kristy's Malibu on June 16 -- almost a month before her death.

As you can see, SD was clearly enjoying great company ... carrying a brown paper bag while Chris had his arm around her shoulders, chatting away.

Shannen Doherty -- best known for her starring role in "Beverly Hills, 90210" has died in Malibu, California, TMZ has confirmed.

Her rep, Leslie Sloane, tells TMZ ... "It is with a heavy heart that I confirm the passing of actress Shannen Doherty. On Saturday, July 13, she lost her battle with cancer after many years of fighting the disease."

Sloane continued ... "The devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend was surrounded by her loved ones as well as her dog, Bowie. The family asks for their privacy at this time so they can grieve in peace."

Super Bowl Champ Jacoby Jones Dead At 40

12:18 PM PT -- The Jones family just released a statement to the NFLPA that Jacoby died "peacefully" at his New Orleans, Louisiana home.

"The family, including his mother, Emily and his son, Little Jacoby, are together and are asking for your prayers, privacy, and support as they navigate through this difficult time."

Former NFL star receiver Jacoby Jones -- who won Super Bowl XLVII with the Baltimore Ravens -- has passed away. He was only 40.

Ex-NFL quarterback Matt Leinart, and Jones' former teammate, confirmed the devastating news on Sunday, saying he's heartbroken over Jacoby's death.

"His laugh and just bigger-than-life personality will be something I'll always remember," Leinart said, "RIP brother."

LAPD's elite Robbery Homicide Division responded to his house because this is a high-profile death though they still do not suspect foul play.

2:10 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources say Richard took a fall last night, which may be connected to his passing.

Richard Simmons -- the legendary fitness guru -- has died at 76 ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police and fire responded to a call from his housekeeper just before 10 AM Saturday and pronounced him dead at the scene. We're told no foul play is suspected at this time, and cops are investigating it as a natural death.

Shockingly, RS posted multiple times on Facebook recently ... including thanking fans for all the birthday wishes he received.

Ruth Westheimer -- better known as the legendary TV sex therapist Dr. Ruth -- has died in New York City.

The German-born, Jewish Holocaust survivor passed away at her home on Friday, according to her rep, Pierre Lehu, who declined to give a cause of death.

In the '80's, Dr. Ruth had a huge following on NYC radio network WYNY with her first call-in show, "Sexually Speaking," which led to her success in television as well.

Matthew Perry Death DEA Zeroes in On Suspects For Fatal Drug Distribution

The feds probing Matthew Perry's death are "confident" they have the goods to take down the people who helped him obtain the ketamine that contributed to his death ... TMZ has learned.

DEA agents launched their Perry death investigation after the L.A. County Medical Examiner determined the "Friends" star died from drowning in his hot tub after taking ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic that has some hallucinogenic effects.

Our sources tell us ... the feds are aiming to charge the suspects with drug distribution resulting in death or great bodily injury, which carries a mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison.
