The woman who was targeted by Justin Bieber fans for kissing their idol in his music video has gotten her revenge ... double barrel style.

19-year-old Cailin Russo is now a model who just took these pictures -- shot in the same style as 18-year-old pseudo-naked reality star runway model Kendall Jenner. The M.O. -- I'm topless but I'm really not.

And Cailin's got 1 very important person in her arsenal:

Sources tell us, Bieber and his entourage hand-picked Karolina and two other dancers to come back to the hotel room for private dances ... and Bieber paid them THOUSANDS each in cash.

As soon as they arrived to the room, we're told the girls' phones were confiscated and they were each required to sign one of Bieber's famous confidentiality agreements, barring them from talking about what transpired that night.

Our sources wouldn't say how far things went between Bieber and the girls -- but we're told Karolina voluntarily posed for the boob photo.

In her suit, Tiffany claims she went under the knife for a routine breast augmentation surgery back in 2008 ... but something went horribly wrong, and "open sores developed" around her left nipple.

Tiffany claims the problems got worse ... and she was hospitalized for pain in her left nipple in 2010 -- where emergency room personnel discovered signs of staph infection.

In her suit, Tif claims she went to another surgeon in 2012 who found "chronic oozing and infection in her left breast."

Tif says the other surgeon also discovered a strain of staph in her left breast that was so severe, she was "at risk of losing her arm or worse, had it spread."
