Sharon Osbourne wouldn't go back to CBS if they unloaded a Brinks truck in front of her house ... because the bad blood is still boiling.
Sharon and Ozzy were at Erewhon market in L.A. Thursday, and our photog asked the question lots of folks want to know ... Whoopi Goldberg's punishment was way less severe than Sharon's, so would she consider going back to "The Talk" if CBS asked her?
Well, we're thinkin' she wouldn't give it another go, because she said, "I would never go back to that show because CBS sucks big time d**k." So we're thinkin' no.
As you know, Sharon got the ax after defending her friend Piers Morgan who attacked Meghan Markle on his show.
She also made it clear ... she's not hanging it up -- she is NOT retiring. Sounds like she's got plans.
Ozzy was quiet ... he's been ill for a while. We asked how he was doing and Sharon said he's ok. Hopefully, he's on the rebound.

CBS Rolling Out New 'Survivor'-Ish Show ... With Celebs Battling!!!
-

CBS is going back to the well that's served them well for years -- pumping out a new reality show that'll have contestants outwit, outplay and outlast one another, but with a celeb twist.
Production sources tell TMZ ... the network is getting set to debut a new series that we're told is very "Survivor"-esque, but the main difference here -- the contestants are all celebs, including a handful of reality stars.
We're told that, like "Survivor," this show will feature similar challenges -- and will have a similar vibe to what viewers have watched since 2000.
Some of the names we're hearing attached ... Colton Underwood, Metta World Peace, Ray Lewis, Jodie Sweetin, 'RHONY’s' Eboni K. Williams and model Paulina Porizkova. There may be others who end up tagging in, but these folks are for sure playing the game.
Our sources tell us all participants had a certain amount of money donated to the charity of their choice. The show has already been filmed, and we're told a lot of it went down in Panama -- so, sounds like it's straight outta the "Survivor" playbook.
The series is expected to premiere in April 2022, and an announcement or teaser from the network should be coming in the near future.

'Big Brother' Steps Up Perimeter Security To Thwart Returning 'Wall Yellers'

The “Big Brother” cast has more than just their own drama to sort through as they shoot -- there are would-be outsiders trying to butt in and ruin the show ... something producers are desperately trying to prevent.
Production sources tell TMZ ... there’s a group of ‘BB’ mega-fans who’ve made it tradition to head over to the CBS lot in Studio City where they film the series ... and shout over the wall to get the cast’s attention.
They’re known as “wall yellers” -- and we’re told after successfully getting near the wall last year for some screams, there are now rumblings of a potential return for the current season ... and the studio wants to nip it in the bud before they try again.
Our sources say security around the premises has been significantly ramped up, with at least 5 bodyguards roaming the grounds to keep people at bay.
If you’re wondering what’s got the ‘BB’ team bugging to begin with, we're told it all has to do with social media chatter. Our sources say folks on the crew actively monitor some socials of prior trouble makers -- including one from last year to whom they sent a cease and desist letter.
So, in order to get ahead of that nonsense ... we’re told ‘BB’ is adding this extra muscle to shoo 'em off, assuming they show up at all.
Luckily, our sources say it’s been quiet thus far -- but the crew’s keeping a watchful eye out.

Wayne Brady I Don't Care About Racist Voicemail ... Caller Can 'Kiss My A**'!!!

11:15 AM PT -- Wayne says he's not bothered by the voicemail, telling us he's heard much worse and telling the person who left the message to "kiss my a**."
WB joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and told us the racist hate mail is the least of his worries. Wayne's happy to talk about it, telling us he hopes the incident can spark a bigger conversation on the social climate in America.
Wayne says the voicemail wasn't even clever and hopes the caller keeps watching him on TV ... and he tells us why people don't have to like him, but they better respect him.
Wayne Brady was the target of a racist, expletive-laced voicemail left at the studio where he films his game show ... and it's disgusting.
TMZ's obtained the audio of the message left at CBS Studios in L.A.'s Fairfax District where the affable comedian and singer hosts "Let's Make a Deal." The voicemail's as deplorable as it sounds ... with the caller dropping a couple of "f***ing n*****" bombs.
The audio lasts only 9 seconds but the caller spews plenty of racism and hate. It's unclear exactly what he's ranting about ... but it's clear he's no fan of Wayne's.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the message was left on the studio's voicemail system. We're told CBS security filed a report and immediately notified the LAPD.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the LAPD looked into it but, in the end, we're told cops determined the VM didn't rise to the level of a crime.
In any event ... sad to think someone feels this way about one of the nicest guys in Hollywood. #SMH

CBS Studio Center Worker Injured by Set Wall Collapse

A man working at CBS' famous TV and film studio was injured when part of a 600-lb. wall collapsed on him ... TMZ has learned.
Our sources say the workplace accident went down June 7 at the CBS Radford lot in Studio City around 8 in the morning. The L.A. Fire Department and paramedics were called to the scene.
We're told the emergency staff treated a man who was injured when a portion of the enormous wall on a sound stage fell on him.
According to Cal/OSHA ... the worker, listed as an employee of CBS Studio Center, was hospitalized for a dislocated shoulder, and an investigation into what happened is underway.
It's unclear if he was working on a specific production at the time of the accident. A CBS source says it was not one of their own shows. The location is known as the home to several popular shows -- for instance, "Big Brother" and "The Conners" -- but not all of them air on CBS.
As you may recall ... a 'Conners' crew member died at the site earlier this year after suffering a medical emergency.

Derek Chauvin Juror No Pressure for a guilty verdict ... Hardest Part Was Déjà Vu

One of the jurors on Derek Chauvin's trial says there was no pressure to reach a guilty verdict -- but does explain the most difficult part of the job ... seeing the videos on replay.
Brandon Mitchell -- Juror #52 on the case -- did an early blitz of interviews Wednesday morning ... sitting down with 'CBS This Morning' and 'Good Morning America.' He offered interesting insights on both, but told CBS what everyone's been wanting to know.
Gayle King asked Mitchell if he or his peers felt heat from the public to deliver guilty verdicts on all counts -- especially 2nd-degree murder, the heaviest of charges -- but he tells her straight up ... nope. He admits there was stress, but not the kind you might expect.
Watch for yourself ... sounds like the jurors stomachs turned every time they had to watch George Floyd die -- which happened countless times throughout the 3-week proceedings. You can also tell Mitchell took a lot of what was discussed at trial personally ... as he himself is a tall Black man, similar in stature to Floyd.
Robin Roberts asked another lingering question ... how were they able to reach consensus so quickly, and were there any holdouts??? Mitchell spilled on that as well -- and, surprisingly, he tells her there weren't any major hang-ups ... except on how to interpret the instructions.
Mitchell explains that once they went around the room and read the instructions back multiple times over ... the one juror who was hesitant finally came around, and the rest is history.
As you know ... Chauvin was found guilty on all counts, and can spend upwards of 40 years behind bars, depending on how sentencing goes. He's scheduled to hear his fate on that front in late June ... and, in the meantime, is sitting in jail.

Sharon Osbourne is done talking, at least on CBS' daytime TV lineup ... because she's leaving "The Talk."
CBS announced Friday Sharon decided to quit -- a move that comes on the heels of her recent on-air feud with co-host Sheryl Underwood. Things got heated on the March 10 episode when Sharon defended her friend Piers Morgan against claims his coverage of Meghan Markle was rooted in racism.
The argument left Sheryl in tears and sparked a network investigation into multiple allegations Sharon had made racist remarks over the years to co-workers
Sharon eventually posted an apology, but it apparently wasn't enough to fix all the damage.
Referring to the March 10 incident, CBS says Sharon's behavior toward her co-hosts "did not align with our values for a respectful workplace."
"The Talk" went on hiatus last week and CBS says it has been using the time off to have workshops and training about equity, inclusion and cultural awareness for hosts, producers and crew.
CBS says the show is coming back April 12 ... but Sharon won't be there.

A crew member died on the set of ABC's "The Conners" while the show was wrapping production ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us the crew member was up on the catwalk on Stage 22 at the CBS Studio Center Thursday when he suffered some sort of medical emergency.
We're told studio medics were called, but were unable to resuscitate the man ... he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A source with knowledge tells us the show was on one of its final days of production at the CBS lot, our sources say the man was in his 50s or 60s.
"The Conners" started in 2018 with the remaining cast members from 'Roseanne' after the show was canceled following a racist tweet from the show's star, Roseanne Barr, about former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett, saying, "muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes."
A rep for Werner Entertainment tells us, "With heavy hearts we regret to confirm that a member of our technical crew suffered a fatal medical event today. Demi Lovato was just minutes away from taking her last breath ... a terrifying realization that has ultimately helped the singer in her recovery from the overdose that almost killed her.
Demi recently sat down with Tracy Smith for CBS "Sunday Morning News," in a preview released Friday, she says she only had 5-10 minutes to live had she not been found by when she was by someone in her home after her 2018 OD.
Smith, who also sat down with Demi in 2016 after she had struggled with addiction asks the singer what's changed this time with Demi's recovery ... the singer shares, "I essentially had to die to wake up." Demi says after her 2016 scare she was "sober but still miserable."
Of course, the interview comes on the heels of the release of Demi's "Dancing with the Devil" documentary where she makes several stunning revelations.
Among them ... she says she was raped as a teen when she was part of the Disney family and reveals she was declared legally blind after her 2018 heroin OD. The singer still can't drive because of blind spots she suffers as a result of the night that almost killed her.
Demi's full interview will air on CBS "Sunday Morning News" and "Dancing with the Devil" premieres March 23 on YouTube TV.

Gayle King Meghan Interview Would Have Been Postponed If Prince Philip Had Died
Gayle King says the Meghan Markle-Prince Harry interview with Oprah would have been temporarily 86'd ... if Prince Philip had died following his trip to the hospital.
Oprah's BFF revealed Wednesday on her "Gayle King in the House" SiriusXM radio show there was a plan in play to pull the plug on airing the interview on CBS if Philip had passed.
Gayle said, "Well, just so you know, they had done that interview before Prince Philip went into the hospital. If something, God forbid, had happened to him, the interview would not have run at this particular time. But, the interview was done and was scheduled before he went into the hospital. But, a lot of people have raised that point."
Prince Philip, of course, was admitted to the hospital in mid-February before word leaked that his condition was much more serious than the Palace admitted. He had been battling an infection related to a pre-existing heart condition, for which he eventually underwent surgery.
He was discharged on Tuesday ... a little over a week after his grandson and Meghan went public with claims of racism against the Royal Family.

Meghan Markle's Friend Palace Knew About Her Struggles ... My Texts, Emails Prove it!!!
Meghan Markle’s friend is calling BS on the Royal Family's claim it didn't fully understand the challenges Meghan and Prince Harry were going through ... and she says she has receipts.
"The Morning Show" actress, Janina Gavankar, has been friends with Meghan for almost 2 decades, and she spoke out earlier this week to support her pal and call out Buckingham Palace for essentially playing dumb about her mental health struggles.
Janina says she has emails and texts proving the Queen's family and staff were all fully aware of what the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were going through ... which contradicts Buckingham Palace saying they didn't know the "full extent."
Though Janina says she's happy Queen Elizabeth's people are finally publicly acknowledging Meghan and Harry's issues, she adds ... "Though their recollections may vary, ours don’t because we lived through it with them."
Janina also told the hosts of Britain's "This Morning" that what Meghan and Harry said about someone in the Royal Family making racist comments about Archie's skin is true ... and she knew about that stuff way before Oprah.

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Secret 'Backyard' Wedding Not Official ... According to Church Rules
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may think they officially tied the knot in a secret wedding 3 days before their televised one -- but we've learned the church doesn't see it that way.
A source within the church tells TMZ ... a marriage must be solemnized by a member of the clergy in a church or in a place specified in a special license -- be it a cathedral, chapel or hospital -- AND in the presence of 2 witnesses.
That last part is key, because Meghan told Oprah she and Harry got married prior to the big royal wedding we all saw -- in their backyard with only the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby. So, they'd be one witness short of a real marriage.
Remember, during the explosive chat, Meghan referred to their big TV wedding as a "spectacle" for the world, but she and Harry wanted "our union between us."
We reached out to a rep at the Archbishop's office and the rep said they don't comment on "personal or pastoral matters" -- but the church's wedding rules are spelled out pretty clearly in black and white.
Ya gotta wonder if Harry and Meghan read the fine print.

Meghan Markle Reportedly Kind to Kate ... In Oprah Interview
Meghan Markle is taking off the gloves in her highly-anticipated/feared interview with Oprah, but she reportedly is nothing but nice to a Royal with whom she had issues ... Kate Middleton.
Markle has only kind words for her sister-in-law, according to NY Post sources.
The Palace reportedly is overwrought with worry over Sunday's sit-down, and an obvious concern is the now widely-reported rift between Meghan and Kate. There have been numerous stories about Kate being reduced to tears over Meghan's alleged demands revolving around Meghan's wedding.
Nevertheless, The Post says Meghan is nice to both Kate and William. William and Harry have had a fractured relationship for a while now ... when Harry left England we're told the 2 were barely speaking.
The interview, however, justifies cause for concern among the Royal Fam. Meghan goes after The Firm hard, saying she was silenced, lorded over and smeared.
Queen Elizabeth will go before the cameras in England hours before Meghan's interview airs, asking her country for unity. It may be a futile effort, because the buzz is the Oprah interview amounts to a declaration of war.

Prince Harry Stepped Back to Protect My Family ... British Press Destroyed My Mental Health
Prince Harry says he moved his family to L.A. to protect his family like any husband and father would -- and blamed the media for "destroying my mental health."
Harry's episode with James Corden for 'The Late Show' finally aired Thursday night and while riding an open-air double-decker bus -- COVID-safe -- he denied leaving the Royal family.
In his eyes, "It was never walking away. It was stepping back rather than stepping down. It was a really difficult environment. As I think a lot of people saw, we all know what the British press can be like, and it was destroying my mental health. This is toxic. I did what any husband, any father would do. I needed to get my family out of here."
Just last week, Buckingham Palace said Harry and Meghan had "confirmed to Her Majesty The Queen that they will not be returning as working members of The Royal Family."
James and Harry, who are mates off-camera, also talked about Netflix's "The Crown" ... with Harry saying even though the series is clearly fictional it's loosely based on the truth.
James also asked Harry who in Hollywood he'd like to see portray him. Harry butchers the name at first but at least he picked a SOLID Englishman to play him.

Barack Obama Michelle Adamantly Opposed Me Running for Prez
-
Breaking News

Barack Obama laid it all out on the table for "60 Minutes" -- offering advice to President Trump, dishing on how we can overcome systemic racism ... and giving rare insight into how pissed Michelle was at him for pushing for the presidency.
44 gave a wide-ranging interview to CBS's Scott Pelley, and the first order of business was Trump's refusal to concede the election ... despite a clear and decisive win for Joe Biden. Barack was asked what he might tell the sitting President in a time like this, and his answer was both meaningful and heartfelt ... this, to someone who by all accounts hates his guts.
Barack says if Trump wants at all to be remembered in any sort of favorable light -- even at this point -- the best thing to do is bow out gracefully and help Biden transition easily ... just like almost all administrations before him. Not only is it tradition -- it's the right thing to do, in BO's eyes anyway.
44 was also asked about systemic racism and police brutality -- specifically, about George Floyd and what he made of the video and the aftermath that followed. First, Barack said he had seen the clip -- which broke his heart. At the same time though, he also says he was heartened to see how many people, regardless of race or party, came out to decry Floyd's death and call it what it was ... murder.
As for what to do about police shootings on African-Americans, Obama said the issue will require more than just looking at how cops and police forces run -- although he said that needs to be reexamined and restructured as well.
In his mind, the police should be looking to get to the root of poverty, inequality and other issues in communities instead of just trying to "keep a lid on things," which he says so many officers in this country are trained to do. He also says that responsibility is on all of us, from the top down -- which extends to corporate America.
Lastly, Obama got brutally honest about how his political ambitions affected his family life -- especially as it pertains to his wife, Michelle, who told him she did NOT want him to run for President ... this according to Barack himself, as told in his new book, "A Promised Land."
Check out the clip to hear what she said to him -- it's clear the former First Lady wasn't totally on board with the White House stint, even after they'd won it. It also says a lot about Michelle's grace in general -- the fact we never saw this side in public speaks volumes.
It made for a fascinating interview, and it's definitely worth seeing in its entirety. You can watch the full "60 Minutes" segment with Obama here.

'Big Brother' Alum Marcellas It's About Damn Time, CBS!!! Diversity Pledge a Good Start, But ...
-
Exclusive

One of the most famous houseguests in "Big Brother" history says CBS committing to casting more people of color on reality shows is coming way too late, but adds ... it doesn't have to be too little.
Marcellas Reynolds was the first Black gay man on 'BB' way back in its third season in 2002, and he tells us he's shocked it took the network this long to address what he calls inherent biases on so many of its hit shows ... including "Survivor" and "Amazing Race."
Reynolds says CBS is on the right track now, but a pledge to have unscripted show casts that are 50 percent Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) isn't good enough.
The reality show alum says more focus needs to be put on making sure there's proper representation behind the camera. He says until this happens, those biases will remain ... and true diversity won't be achieved in the stories being told.
The good news -- CBS did touch on this subject as part of its diversity pledge, vowing to also commit at least 25 percent of its unscripted budget to projects created by minorities ... and set a target of 40 percent BIPOC representation in writers' rooms.
Marcellas really stresses the positive impact this will have on viewers -- especially young viewers from different walks of life who need to see themselves represented.
