'Big Rich Texas' Star to Aaryn Gries Texans Are NOT Racist
"Big Brother" star Aaryn Gries embarrassed the entire Lone Star state last night when she blamed her racist remarks from the show on growing up in Texas ... this according to "Big Rich Texas" star Bon Blossman.
In case you missed ... Aaryn was evicted from the "Big Brother" house Thursday night ... and told Julie Chen she's NOT a bigot, despite mocking Asians, putting down black people and calling a gay housemate "queer" during her stint inside the BB house.
Aaryn explained, "In Texas, we say things. Sometimes we joke and we don't mean it."
But according to Bon, Aaryn is talking out of her nicely-toned racist ass -- telling TMZ, "This is NOT how we were raised in Texas."
"I watched 'Big Brother' this season, and was embarrassed that [Aaryn] brought such negative attention to one of the most friendly, welcoming states in the United States."
She added ... "Aaryn's comments were an outrage," and ... "This type of behavior is not tolerated by anybody that I know ... and I was born and raised in Texas."
Bon thinks what Aaryn really needs is some tough love, saying ... "We can't ignore behavior like that or she won't learn."
Since Aaryn made it to the "Big Brother" jury house, she's still sequestered from the outside world and doesn't know how big of a villain she's become. But it seems she's in for a rude awakening.

'Big Brother' Aaryn Evicted I'm Not Racist, I'm Just Texan
Aaryn Gries was evicted from the "Big Brother" house Thursday night ... and on her way out, she told Julie Chen she's not really a racist, she's just a misunderstood Texan.
Seriously ... Gries -- who mocked Asians, trashed black people and referred to a gay houseguest as a "queer" during her stint on the reality competition show -- had the cojones to look Chen in the face and say, "I did not mean to ever come off as racist."
Here's her ridiculous explanation:
"In Texas, we say things. Sometimes we joke and we don't mean it. I feel how bad it is being seen and how I've come across to people. I don't want to seem like that person."
Aaryn -- who told Julie she doesn't remember ever making a racist comment in the house -- added, "I apologize to anyone I offended for that. That was not meant to be serious and if I said those things, I feel horrible for that. I regret that."
Julie -- being the badass that she is -- didn't let Aaryn off the hook and READ some of the offensive comments right to Aaryn's face as Aaryn sat there like a racist, homophobic deer in headlights.
FYI -- Aaryn still has no idea she's been dropped by her modeling agency over her behavior in the house ... because she's made it to the "jury house" and will remain sequestered from the outside world until the show ends in September.

'Ray Donovan' Star Jon Voight Victim In CBS vs. TW War I Can't Watch My Own Show!
Jon Voight says he's SICK of the war between CBS and Time Warner Cable ... because the "Ray Donovan" star can't watch his own damn show ... and now he's about to take matters into his own hands.
FYI -- Voight's show airs on Showtime ... which has been dropped by Time Warner Cable due to the current dispute between TW and ST's parent company, CBS.
Voight was leaving Boa Steakhouse in Hollywood with his "Donovan" co-star Pooch Hall when he revealed that he's a TW customer ... which means he's currently blocked from watching his show in the comfort of his own home.
He's clearly frustrated ... and ready to take action. But what's he gonna do about it? Check out the clip to find out.

'Big Brother' Contestant Probed By Cops Over Child Porn Jokes
"Big Brother" contestant Spencer Clawson just learned a valuable lesson about child porn ... don't even joke about that crap ... because cops will go after you.
In case you didn't see the clips from this week -- Clawson grabs the microphone attached to McRae (another houseguest) and while pretending to be McRae, Spencer goes off on this really uncomfortable riff about child porn, saying, "I like to beat off to child porn. Did I ever tell y'all about that? I love it. Beating off to child porn is my favorite thing there is."
You'd think he'd stop there, but no ... he kept going, saying, "I love it when they're around three or four years old. My favorite ones are when you can tell they're in a basement."
And the jokes didn't go unnoticed ... especially by Spencer's hometown police in Arkansas.
Chief AJ Gary from the Conway Police Department in Arkansas tells TMZ, "The Conway Police Department was alerted to comments made. Due to the nature of the comments, our department moved quickly to look into the matter. At this time we haven't found that any criminal act was committed."
Good news, but still ... don't make child porn jokes. They're not even funny.

'Big Brother' Race War Explodes Aaryn Mocks Black Houseguests
The race war inside the "Big Brother" house came to a head last night ... when racist Aaryn picked a fight with a black female contestant ... and MOCKED her by saying, "Whatchu gon do, gurl?"
She continued in an over-the-top stereotypical black voice ... saying, "Whatchu gon do gurrl ... class girl? Where's yo class?" (drama begins at the 2:00 mark)
It was disgusting and vile -- a callback to a white slavemaster talking to a slave on a plantation.
Eventually, Candice -- who's African American -- stood up for herself ... only for another female contestant, GinaMarie, to get in her face ... saying, "You want the black to come out?"
As things got even more intense, Howard -- who's also black -- grabbed Candice and begged her to stand down and not fight with the other racist houseguests.
FYI -- the fight started over a "prank" Aaryn pulled on Candice -- by flipping over her mattress.
Candice broke down in tears after the confrontation. Aaryn probably scouted for wood to burn a cross.

David From 'Big Brother' Still Rooting for Aaryn ... Despite the Racist Stuff
Evicted "Big Brother" guest David Girton -- the blonde surfer dude who made out with Aaryn -- says he's still rooting for his on-screen flame ... despite all the racist crap she's said inside the house.
David -- who got the boot in week 1 -- tells TMZ he didn't hear many of Aaryn's offensive comments when he was in the house ... but says he was "shocked" when he watched the footage at home.
"People are saying I'm racist too because I was with Aaryn," David says ... "That is not me."
David says he's not convinced Aaryn's a bigot -- but will continue to watch the show to see her "true colors." In fact, he says he's still rooting for Aaryn to win.
So how does Dave's MOTHER feel about his BB experience?
“My mom is glad I got off the show early. There are a lot of mean people on the show. She was worried that if I was on the show longer, they would have an impact on me."
Blessing in disguise?

'BB' Star Spencer Clawson Slammed by Day Job Employer
Another "Big Brother" houseguest is on the outs with their employer ... this time it's Spencer Clawson, whose company is already laying the groundwork to hand him his walking papers.
Clawson has been captured on "BB" cams calling one houseguest "Kermit the F**" and praising Hitler as a gifted speaker.
Clawson serves as a railroad conductor for Union Pacific, who released a statement on their website saying, "The values represented by Spencer Clawson's comments during the Big Brother show do not at all align with Union Pacific's values."
They continued, "Mr. Clawson is on unpaid leave of absence while participating on Big Brother. Union Pacific does not condone his comments."
They ended their statement by saying they are "acting in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement terms regarding Mr. Clawson" ... which sounds like they are setting the stage to fire his ass first chance they get.
Both GinaMarie and Aaryn have already lost gigs due to their racist comments on the show.

Rachel Reilly Ex-Big Brother Champ SLAMS Racist Houseguests
Rachel Reilly -- the 2011 "Big Brother" champ -- says she's "disgusted" by all of the racist and homophobic comments being made inside the BB house this season -- telling TMZ, "It makes me sick to my stomach."
Rachel has a vested interest in the show this season because her sister Elissa is one of the houseguests -- and is currently living with the people responsible for the bigotry.
We spoke with Rachel and her husband Brendon (another BB alum) who tell us they, like CBS, are offended by the hateful words that have been spoken inside the house.
"We think it's vile and disgusting and are completely horrified that people can even think such hateful things."
The couple adds, "Being former houseguests we understand how people can turn on each other ... but the offensive things that Aaryn, GinaMarie, Katlin, Spencer and Jeremy say disgust us, and make us sick to our stomachs."
CBS & 'Big Brother' We're OFFENDED By Our Racist Houseguests
The honchos at CBS tell TMZ ... they were certainly OFFENDED by several racist and homophobic comments made by the current "Big Brother" houseguests ... but hey, that's live programming for ya.
The houseguests have been under fire from what appears to be the ENTIRE INTERNET over the following comments:
-- GinaMarie referred to welfare as “n**ger insurance”
-- Aaryn called gay contestant Andy a "queer."
-- Spencer referred to Andy as “Kermit the F**" ... and praised Hitler as a gifted speaker.
CBS has released a statement to TMZ ... saying, "We certainly find the statements made by several of the Houseguests on the live Internet feed to be offensive."
However, The Eye points out that 24/7 live programming can sometimes reveal some bad things about people ... saying, "At times, the Houseguests reveal prejudices and other beliefs that we do not condone."
There have been rumors that Big Brother will be 86ing some of the offensive cast members -- but it certainly doesn't appear that's gonna happen.
CBS Honcho Les Moonves The Daytime Emmys Were a TRAIN WRECK
Les Moonves knows good TV when he sees it -- but he can also spot a turd ... and the CBS honcho told TMZ the 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards show was a bona fide stinker.
Les had his own table at the award show Sunday night ... where he watched disaster after disaster unfold on the stage ... culminating with producers giving Aisha Tyler the WRONG ENVELOPE to open during the Best Talk Show presentation.
"You know what ... it wasn't a very well produced show and you can put that on the air," Moonves tells TMZ.
But there was a silver lining for Mr. Moonves -- check out the video to see why Les was THRILLED after the show.

Lou Ferrigno Bruce Banner Was Too Gay for Television
Dr. Bruce Banner became Dr. David Banner for the "Incredible Hulk" TV show back in the 1970s, and Lou Ferrigno says the name change came about because CBS thought the name Bruce was "gay-ish."
Our photog spotted Ferrigno at LAX this weekend and after hitting him up for some fitness tips, our photog asked him why the Hulk got the name change for the show. Ferrigno explained that back in 1977, CBS felt the name Bruce "was kinda gay-ish."
Clearly that's ridiculous ... if anything was gay about the show, it was a guy running around with jeans and no shirt on.

Judge Judy CBS Sues Over BOOTLEG YouTube Videos
A "Judge Judy" fan must have a cyber-death wish ... 'cause he's declared war on TV's most powerful woman over a series of YouTube videos ... and there's no way in hell he's gonna win.
Long story short ... CBS has filed a lawsuit against someone named Jessie Zaragosa, claiming the person ran multiple YouTube accounts called "JudgeJudyWorld," "JudgeJudyWorld1," "JudgeJudyWorld2" and "JudgeJudyWorld3."
According to the lawsuit, Zaragosa posted numerous episodes of "Judge Judy" on the accounts in order to rack up views ... in an effort to make money off the videos on his pages.
CBS claims it demanded YouTube take down the videos ... and YouTube complied ... but Zaragosa fired off a counter-notice demanding YouTube put it back up.
So CBS took the fight from the Internet to L.A. County Superior Court ... where Zaragosa will undoubtedly get crushed because he has absolutely no ownership rights to the "Judy" footage.
The lesson here -- don't mess with Judge Judy.

We're told everyone at the lot is fine. There were no injuries.
1:44 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us the substance in question was a powder.

Scott Pelley To Replace Katie Couric At CBS
CBS network sources tell TMZ ... Katie Couric's replacement for the "CBS Evening News" will be Scott Pelley.
We're told Pelley, a veteran journalist and "60 Minutes" correspondent, is the choice of CBS News Chairman Jeff Fager. We're told Fager, who became Chairman in February, took the position on the condition he could decide who takes the desk.
We're told Pelley, 53, is the choice for two reasons. First, he's well-liked and respected by his bosses, and second ... there really is no second choice who is appealing to the CBS honchos.
We've heard rumblings CBS's grand poobah Les Moonves is not sold on Pelley, but he will defer to Fager.
Sources connected with Katie tell TMZ ... she made the decision to leave the anchor desk before Fager became Chairman, but they acknowledge Fager was not going to keep Katie as the "CBS Evening News" anchor.
Nevertheless , we're told all of the CBS bosses -- including Fager -- want Katie to do a syndicated show at the network and maintain a presence at CBS News. Couric hasn't made her decision yet.
And that's the way it is ...
