Pete Davidson It Wasn't THAT Bad ... Bev Hills House He Hit Now Razed!!!

The home Pete Davidson smashed into with a Mercedes-Benz is no more -- it's like gone gone, nothing but a mound of dirt for some mysterious reason.

The 2-story Bev Hills house, which used to sit at the intersection of famed Rodeo Drive and a smaller street was recently razed, just the outline of its foundation remains on the lot.

As we reported, Pete was just charged Friday with reckless driving for crashing into the home back in March. Police say he was speeding through the neighborhood with his GF Chase Sui Wonders in the passenger seat.

At the time, the damage to the house seemed very minimal, and everyone figured Pete -- or the homeowner's insurance -- would just cover the repairs. It's unclear how much damage, financially speaking, was done ... but it is crystal clear a brand-new house will soon be on that lot.

As for why the owner decided to go all scorched earth on his abode ... no clue, really. We've reached out, but no word back yet.

BTW, if Pete's convicted, he could get up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.

One little car accident can change a lot.

Pete Davidson Charged With Reckless Driving For Crashing Car into House

Pete Davidson has officially been charged with reckless driving after smashing his car into a Beverly Hills home earlier this year.

The 'SNL' alum was charged with one count of reckless driving Friday by the L.A. County District Attorney's Office, about 3 months after the crash.

TMZ broke the story, law enforcement sources told us Pete and his gf Chase Sui Wonders were involved in the crash March 4 around 11 PM. Pete was behind the wheel of a Mercedes, and allegedly driving fast through a residential street when he lost control and smacked into the home.

It's unclear how Pete lost control, but sources familiar said he hopped the curb and took out a fire hydrant before hitting the side of the house ... thankfully, no one was hurt.

At the time, cops didn't believe drugs or alcohol played a factor in the crash. Pete was not arrested, either.

We spoke to the homeowner of the property Pete hit who told us his 16-year-old daughter was "a bit" traumatized after the close call. He did mention he's got no beef with Pete, though -- and had no intention to slap a lawsuit on the comedian.

A spokesperson for the DA's office tells us, "Luckily, no one was seriously injured as a result of this collision. We know that reckless driving can have devastating consequences. In 2022, traffic fatalities in Los Angeles have reached the highest levels seen in 20 years. This is an alarming trend that we cannot ignore. As a result, it's crucial that we take all allegations of reckless driving seriously and hold those responsible accountable."

As for possible punishment -- reckless can carry a sentence of up to 90 days in jail, a $1,000 fine and a knock on your driver's license.

We reached out to Pete's rep ... so far, no word back.

On Wednesday, People magazine interviewed an eyewitness who revealed he saw Treat fly 15 feet into the air after his chopper collided with an SUV in East Dorset, Vermont.

Police said Treat was unable to maneuver out of the way of the oncoming Honda Element SUV, which had just made a turn into his path. The other motorist suffered minor injuries and has not been charged or cited in Monday's crash, although cops are still investigating.

'GENERAL HOSPITAL' STAR HALEY PULLOS SUED OVER DUI CAR CRASH

"General Hospital" star Haley Pullos is being sued over the car crash from her recent DUI arrest ... the driver she smashed into says it's her fault he went to the hospital.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a man named Courtney Wilder claims Haley plowed into his car last month while driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana.

Wilder says the car he was driving behind barely swerved to avoid Haley's car as she drove the wrong way on a freeway offramp ... but he claims he didn't have time to react when he saw headlights coming his way and crashed head-on into Haley. He says he ended up getting transported to a hospital in critical condition.

TMZ broke the story ... cops said Haley was driving on a freeway in Pasadena on April 29, when she swerved into oncoming traffic, colliding head-on with another car that cops say was going about 60 mph.

Police say they searched Haley's car and found weed edibles and mini-bottles of tequila ... and she was arrested for felony DUI when she was taken to a hospital. Cops said she reeked of booze, had watery eyes and slurred speech.

The lawsuit also references what we first reported ... cops said Haley hit a firefighter who was assessing her injuries and shouted, "This is a $400 f***ing shirt!" Wilder slams the comment, claiming Haley cared more about an "overpriced shirt" than the safety and well-being of the crash victims.

In the docs, Wilder claims Haley should have stopped driving when she got into a hit-and-run earlier that night ... and he says she never should have been behind the wheel after mixing alcohol with weed edibles.

Wilder says the crash caused lasting injuries to his body and severe damage to his car, which was totaled ... and he's going after Haley for damages.

We reached out to Haley's reps, who had no comment.

Davis -- 29-0 as a pro boxer -- was sentenced to 90 days of house arrest on May 5 ... and was ordered to 200 hours of community service.
