Melyssa Ford Fractures Skull in Nasty Car Accident ... Claudia Jordan Posts Pic
Hip-hop video vixen and reality TV star Melyssa Ford was badly injured in a car accident this week -- and her good friend, Claudia Jordan, posted a pic from the scene.
The 'RHOA' star shared a photo Saturday of Melyssa lying on the ground surrounded by bystanders after a horrific car wreck she was involved in Thursday. Melyssa was travelling on an L.A. freeway when an 18-wheeler clipped her Jeep, flipping her multiple times.

Claudia says Melyssa suffered a huge gash on her head and brain bleeding -- adding Melyssa doesn't remember what happened and pleading with witnesses to come forward.
Another friend of Melyssa's, Maryam Iman, notes Melyssa suffered a skull fracture and a concussion on top of the brain bleeding. Maryam goes on to say that Melyssa's gash was 10 inches, and had to be surgically sealed with staples and stitches. Both women say Melyssa is lucky to be alive.
The former "Blood, Sweat & Heels" star -- who had a bottle broken on her head in 2014 -- is said to be healing in a hospital under intensive care and constant surveillance.

We broke the story ... Michael was arrested in Miami after the car he was driving in smashed into a police car, badly injuring the cops, one of whom was so badly injured he was airlifted to a hospital.
Michael lucked out BIG TIME because he avoided felony charges.

The whip's being auctioned off by the fine folks at Copart. The insurance company totaled the vehicle, because the repair cost exceeded its value.
The estimated retail value of the car is around $100k ... the top bid so far is just north of $12k. Buyer beware ... the car's got a few scratches, to say the least.
The auction runs through Wednesday.
TMZ broke the story ... Mac crashed and knocked over a utility pole back in May. He was arrested at his home for DUI and hit and run after admitting to driving drunk. So far, he has not been charged, but if he is and he's convicted ... it'll be Uber time.

Jim Jones Busted for Drugs, Gun Possession ... Chased Down by Cops
Jim Jones is facing a handful of charges after he and friends led Georgia cops on a chase that ended with him getting busted for possession of drugs and a handgun ... TMZ has learned.
The NYC rapper was a backseat passenger in a car cops pulled over Wednesday night in Coweta County. According to the Sheriff's Dept., instead of stopping, the car accelerated and cops gave chase. During the chase, the car struck a deputy's vehicle ... and finally stopped.
We're told Jones and three others were in the car. After a search, deputies found marijuana, oxycodone, Percocet, vape cartridges, THC oil, 2 loaded pistols and cash ... which Jones called "just petty cash."
One of the pistols was stolen, according to cops. Neither Jones nor his friends admitted possession of any of the items ... but Jones said he had a prescription for the Oxy and Percocet pills. Jones also told cops he told the driver to pull over, but she was acting "incoherent."
Since no one claimed the paraphernalia ... everyone was busted. Jones was charged for possession of the stolen gun, possession of a firearm during commission of a crime and possession of narcotics ... all felonies. He also got a misdemeanor for the prescription pills not being in their original container.
Jones was released on $7,000 bail.
Lil Scrappy's Car Wreck Injured Friend I Lawyered Up Because ...
Lil Scrappy's passenger who suffered horrible injuries in their recent car accident wants to set the record straight -- he's NOT a vengeful friend out for money.
Ca$ino Roulette tells us the reason he hired a lawyer is simply because he needs help navigating Florida laws and his medical insurance coverage. Ca$ino is from South Carolina, and had driven down to FL with Scrappy ... hours before the wreck.
CR says he's still boys with Scrappy and gives a play-by-play of what happened in the aftermath of the crash. TMZ broke the story ... Scrappy fell asleep at the wheel and broke his foot in 7 places, but Roulette was in the ICU for 3 days, and required 2 major surgeries for a ruptured large intestine.
He makes it clear he's not out to sue Scrappy. In fact, their tight friendship was on full display immediately after the crash -- "busted gut" and all.

Ca$ino's attorney, Brett L. Schlacter, tells us ... Ca$ino sustained life-altering injuries and is "lucky to be alive." He feels Scrappy was negligent and reckless when he fell asleep at the wheel. Surveillance video of the crash shows they're both damn lucky.
We're told Roulette was in ICU for 3 days following the accident and is now home in South Carolina recovering from his injuries -- broken ribs, concussion, bruised lungs, liver and kidneys -- and 2 major surgeries to repair his ruptured large intestine.
Schlacter says Ca$ino's pursuing legal action to cover medical expenses, and to get compensation for life-altering injuries and significant wage loss.
Lil Scrappy tells us he has no recollection of falling asleep, but admits he might have overdone it by driving too much in one day.
We broke the story ... police say Scrappy won't face criminal charges for the accident. His friendship with Ca$ino, on the other hand, might be tried in court.

Lil Scrappy clocked in at least 11 hours and about 800 miles on the road the day he fell asleep behind the wheel and smashed into a utility pole ... leaving his friend and himself badly injured.
Scrappy spoke for the first time about the accident on "TMZ Live," and he revealed he had driven from South Carolina to Atlanta to Miami on the day of the accident. He admits he might have overextended himself by deciding to go out on the town with his friend, Ca$ino Roulette, who was a passenger in the car.
The rapper says he has no recollection of falling asleep behind the wheel, but he does remember Ca$ino and himself struggling to escape the car. Scrappy broke his foot in 7 places, and Ca$ino's injuries were far worse.
Cops say there were no drugs or alcohol involved, and have closed their investigation.

The rapper was released Monday from the Miami hospital where he spent 8 days following a vicious solo car crash after leaving King of Diamonds strip club. As we first showed you ...a surveillance camera captured the moment Scrappy slammed his white Mercedes into a utility pole, breaking his foot in 7 places.
Our Scrappy sources say he'll have to undergo several months of intensive therapy on his foot, which now has a lot of hardware in it. For now, he'll be in a wheelchair until he can graduate to using a walker.
Scrappy's friend, Ca$ino Roulette, was a passenger in the car, and we're told he got out of the hospital a few days ago. Police believe Scrappy fell asleep at the wheel, and they've closed their investigation into the accident.

Lil Scrappy's car crash this past weekend was caught on camera ... and, judging by the footage, the rapper is lucky to be alive.
TMZ obtained surveillance footage of Scrappy's white Mercedes veering off the road in Aventura, FL, near Miami, and slamming into a utility pole ... grille first. Based on the clip, it's unclear what exactly caused Scrappy -- who cops listed as the driver -- to crash.
Witnesses were quick to dial 911 too, and you can tell they were gravely concerned for Scrappy and his friend, Ca$ino Roulette, by the nature of the frantic call. Luckily, Aventura PD was quick to respond to the scene, as noted in the audio.
As we reported ... Scrappy and his friend were hospitalized as a result of their injuries. The 'Love & Hip Hop' star also avoided any criminal charges in the matter. He blamed the crash on sleep deprivation.
As for the Mercedes ... say goodbye to that thing.

Lil Scrappy Avoids Criminal Charges For Now Over Nasty Car Crash
Lil Scrappy just got the same treatment from cops that Offset received after crashing his whip -- he won't be facing prosecution over the accident ... at least for now.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that police have closed their investigation into Scrappy's violent car wreck over the weekend -- which left him and a friend hospitalized and seriously injured. As we reported ... Scrappy says he doesn't remember the crash or the aftermath.
We're told cops didn't find any evidence of drugs or alcohol, and no other cars or witnesses were involved ... which led to their decision not to pursue criminal charges against the driver -- whom they believe was Scrappy.
What police did find, however, was nearby surveillance footage that captured the crash, which cops say shows Scrappy's car veering off the road, hitting a utility pole. Scrappy blamed it on exhaustion.
Here's the kicker ... although Scrappy won't be charged, sources say the case could be reopened if, God forbid, someone dies. Remember, Scrappy's friend, Ca$ino Roulette, was in ICU because his injuries were so serious.

Dr. Phil Surveillance Vid of Skateboarder Crash ... Shows Dude Appeared Fine
The guy who claims Dr. Phil badly injured him when his car allegedly plowed into him has some explaining to do ... because we got the surveillance video and he didn't seem hurt at all.
TMZ has obtained video of the October incident, which shows Dr. Phil trying to pass a van in front of him on the way out of the Universal Studios parking structure. You see him pull around the van ... coming in contact with the skateboarder.
The impact seems pretty mild -- and the skateboarder was able to get up and shake Dr. Phil's hand. As we previously reported, the skateboarder told Phil he was fine, but after a passerby called paramedics, he told the EMT's he was injured.
As we reported ... the skateboarder was gearing up to sue Dr. Phil, claiming he experienced pain and injuries after the fact. We've reached out to the alleged victim's attorney, John H. Mardoyan, who tells us ... "After viewing the video footage, we have decided to no longer represent Terrence Bembury in the matter."
Case closed.

Lil Scrappy was hospitalized this weekend after being found nearly unconscious and seriously jacked up following a horrific car accident he was involved in ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the 'Love & Hip Hop' star tell us Scrappy was cruising along early Sunday morning with a friend as they were leaving the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami. We're told Scrappy believes his buddy fell asleep at the wheel, however cops list Scrappy as the driver in the crash. Either way ... they slammed into a pole, totaling the car.
According to the traffic crash report -- obtained by TMZ -- Scrappy and his pal, Ca$ino Roulette, were found outside of the car and on the ground when authorities arrived. Neither could coherently explain what had happened. The report also notes there were no witnesses ... and no citations issued. Cops say the car was probably driving too fast for the conditions.
Scrappy eventually came to at a hospital, but sources say he doesn't remember who found him or how he got there. We're told he is seriously injured, with a broken foot that needs to be operated on. We're told his friend, Ca$ino, is in ICU ... Scrappy is not.
Scrappy's famous mother, Momma Dee, and his wife, Bambi, are currently at his bedside as he recovers.
After the accident, Scrappy took to social media, saying, "@casinoroulette in here hurt too we f***ed up but God saved our lives #Godisgreat #Mercy #Grace."

Rasual Butler Fatal Crash Autopsy Alcohol, Weed & Pills
Ex-NBA player Rasual Butler had multiple substances in his system at the time of his fatal crash back in January ... including alcohol, marijuana and painkillers ... according to the autopsy obtained by TMZ Sports.
As we previously reported, Butler was behind the wheel of a Range Rover -- with a female passenger, Leah LaBelle -- when he lost control around 2:30 AM and crashed into parking meters and a concrete wall. Both died immediately from injuries suffered in the crash.
Toxicology results show Butler's blood alcohol level was tested from blood collected from his heart and leg. The heart sample showed a BAC of .118, above the legal limit.
The leg sample showed a .062, which is under the legal limit. One law enforcement source told us the results are consistent with a person who was legally drunk.
Tests also show Butler tested positive for cannabinoids (marijuana), methamphetamine and oxycodone.
The report shows an empty box of Don Julio tequila was recovered at the crash scene.
As for Butler's passenger, Leah LaBelle -- a former "American Idol" contestant, who Butler referred to as his wife -- she had a .144 blood alcohol level.
The information could be relevant to Leah's family if they decided to go after Butler's estate for wrongful death.
UPDATE: We spoke with Leah's mother who is adamant the two were NOT married.

Offset Thanks for Saving Me ... Here's a New Car!!!
Offset just paid back the good Samaritan who he says saved his life following his accident with a new car, so the guy won't ever have to walk to and from work again.
We broke the story ... the Migos rapper totaled his green Dodge Challenger in Atlanta earlier this month. He said he was swerving to avoid hitting a "crackhead" in the road.
The good Samaritan, Jamar, had been walking to work when he saw Offset climbing out of the wrecked car... at least that's how Offset described it. Offset says now Jamar will be driving around a new whip, instead.
The wreck was so bad Offset had to go to the hospital where his hand was bandaged. It's unclear exactly what Jamar did, but Offset says he got him to his destination safely.
As for Jamar's new whip ... it appears to be a Nissan Altima.

Tesla Sorry, Officer ... My Ride Was on Autopilot!!!
Reallllly bad look for Tesla -- one of its top-of-the-line sedans smashed into a police car, while it was in the much maligned autopilot mode.
The wreck happened Tuesday morning in Laguna Beach. The police cruiser was parked, and luckily no officers were inside when the Model S rammed into it. The driver of the Tesla reportedly suffered some minor injuries, but nothing that required immediate treatment.
There have been a handful of crashes involving Teslas on autopilot ... including a fatal incident in March of this year, and another in 2016.
Tesla says it's warned drivers NOT to rely on the system and to remain alert while it's engaged.
