Buffalo Bills Josh Allen Fan Gets In Violent Fistfight ... During Loss to Broncos
The Bills' struggles on the field have apparently frustrated Buffalo fans so much, they've now turned on each other -- getting into a violent fistfight at the game on Monday night.
The wild scrap happened at some point during Buffalo's loss to Denver at Highmark Stadium ... when several fans clearly became upset with a man in a Josh Allen jersey.
It's unknown what sparked the commotion ... but you can see in video shot by someone a few rows away from it all, fists started to fly just seconds after words were exchanged.
Check out the clip ... after the Allen fan got tagged in the face by a jab, he threw some haymakers -- which led to an all-out melee.
At one point, a man in a Thurman Thomas shirt jumped in to try and help out the Allen fan, which led to even more chaos.
Thankfully, it appeared cooler heads prevailed after just a few moments of fighting.
We've reached out to cops to see if any arrests were made, but so far, no word back yet.

25-year-old Hamlin -- a healthy scratch from the Bills' 24-18 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals -- made his way onto the field after Sunday's matchup ... crouching down near the spot he collapsed and needed resuscitating last season.
"Head Clear. Blessed & Highly Favored. Thank You," Hamlin said on social media alongside a short clip of his time on the grass.

Hamlin also took his return as an opportunity to do something really special -- announcing scholarships named after the 10 medical professionals who brought him back to life ... and enjoying a dinner with the heroes over the weekend.
The $1,000 scholarships will help young kids in Cincinnati over the next three years.

Ja'Marr Chase I'm Ready To Recreate Epic Camera Celebration ... After Striking Deal With Chad Johnson
Ja'Marr Chase could look more like Ja'Marr Uno this weekend ... 'cause after striking an agreement with Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson this week -- he's promised to recreate one of the Bengals legend's epic touchdown celebrations!!
The deal was consummated on Thursday afternoon ... after the Cincinnati superstar initially offered it to Johnson during his media availability earlier in the day.
Chase told reporters if the former Bengals wideout would pay the fine, he'd go and grab a broadcast camera after scoring a TD just like Johnson did nearly 16 years ago.
And, it didn't take for Johnson to shake on the pact ... because just minutes after he became aware of Chase's words, he tweeted out, "Say less I’ll pay the fine."

Chase, of course, will now have to find the endzone against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday night in order to try to duplicate the celly ... though it shouldn't be too hard for him, considering the tear he's currently on.
Chase has recorded 31 catches in his last three games ... and he's scored four times in that time frame as well.

"Happy Gilmore" star Christopher McDonald may have been a bit over-served at the Bills game on Sunday ... 'cause he appeared to be very intoxicated -- stumbling and swaying while inside the stadium's concourse.
Check out this video obtained by TMZ Sports ... the actor -- who played Shooter McGavin in Adam Sandler's blockbuster golf flick -- looked like he could hardly stand during Buffalo's contest with the New York Giants at Highmark Stadium.
In the footage, which was taken at halftime of the game, McDonald can be seen nearly falling down some stairs ... before two men helped save him from a face plant.
He was also spotted in the clip needing some further assistance from the guys as he wobbled back to his seat -- all while several people yelled "Shooter!" at him.
One witness at the game tells us McDonald -- a diehard Bills supporter -- was then seen inside of a suite getting water from pals.
We've reached out to a rep for McDonald for comment, but so far, no word back yet.
As for the game on the field that Shooter now may or may not remember ... the Bills won it in a close one, 14-9.

Bills' Damien Harris Out Of Hospital ... After Suffering Scary Neck Injury
UPDATE
1:42 PM PT -- Great news ... Bills head coach Sean McDermott just told reporters Damien Harris has been released from the hospital and is currently resting at home.
McDermott added that Harris has been diagnosed with a neck sprain and is in the concussion protocol ... but he's "in good spirits."
Buffalo Bills running back Damien Harris was taken away from the field on Sunday night in an ambulance after sustaining a neck injury ... and the scene -- one that felt eerily similar to Damar Hamlin's on-field medical emergency -- was scary.
The 26-year-old was hurt in the second quarter of Buffalo's tilt with the New York Giants ... when he was trying to fight for a first down after taking a handoff from quarterback Josh Allen.
Obviously, this is an emotional and scary moment for the #Bills…

As he slammed his body into a pile of New York defenders ... he was wrestled to the ground -- and when he didn't get up, trainers raced in to tend to him.
They immediately stabilized him -- before strapping him to a backboard and loading him into an ambulance. At one point, he was able to give a thumbs up.
After the game, Bills head coach Sean McDermott said Harris, thankfully, has full movement of his extremities.
"Things are heading in a good direction right now for Damien," he said.
No further updates on his condition were released.

Hamlin, who, like Harris, required an ambulance to leave the field when he was infamously hurt during a game back in January, watched the scene unfold from the sidelines -- and appeared very concerned for his teammate.
"It's really an emotional thing," Bills offensive lineman Dion Dawkins told reporters after the game, "and people be trying to act like we're unhuman like ... that stuff is real."
"It's very real."
Despite the terrifying scene, the Bills were able to beat the Giants, 14-9.
Ex-NFLer Sergio Brown Fought Cops During Extradition ... Video Shows
Ex-NFL player Sergio Brown -- who's accused of murdering his mother -- fought Mexican cops in a wild meltdown on a plane over the weekend as they were trying to extradite him to the U.S. ... new video shows.
The footage was filmed by Michelle Williams, a California resident, who told CBS 8 the incident went down on an Aeromexico plane still on the tarmac in the Mexico City airport. Williams said the plane was slated to go to Tijuana.
In the clip, you can see Brown appeared to be extremely agitated as two law enforcement officers were trying to hold him down in his seat so they could start the process of getting him back to the States after a warrant for his arrest was issued in Illinois.
Brown complained repeatedly that he was being kidnapped -- and at one point, he got physical with one of the cops.
Brown can be seen in the video pushing the man ... before the officer's partner restrained the former Buffalo Bills defensive back from behind. Still, 35-year-old Brown screamed and wiggled.
"Let me go!" he yelled. "This is kidnapping! Cameras, please! Kidnapping!"
The struggle lasted several more seconds -- and after Brown appeared to lurch backward and hit his head on the top of the plane ... a woman who said she was a doctor stepped in to try to calm him down.
They shared an exchange of words ... before the video cuts out.
Despite the chaotic scene, Brown was ultimately moved to the U.S. ... and booked into a San Diego jail on Tuesday. On Wednesday, cops revealed he was taken in on a warrant for first-degree murder in the death of his mom, Myrtle Brown, who was found deceased with apparent assault injuries last month.
Brown -- who played in the NFL from 2010 to 2016 -- had been in Mexico in the days following the 73-year-old's death ... partying and drinking with clubgoers in Tulum as if nothing was wrong.
He's now scheduled to be transported to Illinois in the coming days to face the murder charge.

Travis Etienne I Ruined My Fantasy Football Week!!! .... After Big Game
Good news, bad news for Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne -- The good?? He played out of his mind on Sunday. The bad?? He was going up against himself in fantasy football.
The 24-year-old former Clemson star was all over the field against the Buffalo Bills, finishing with 136 rushing yards, 48 receiving yards and 2 rushing touchdowns in the win.
In fantasy football terms, that’s a helluva day -- earning 37.4 points, and pleasing any team owner who had him in their lineup.
The only problem for Travis -- he was racking up points for his opponent ... so there's a good chance the only win he's getting this week is the one with the Jags.
By the way, NFL players are permitted to partake in fantasy football ... as long as the potential earnings don’t exceed $250.
With Monday Night Football still to go, it's unclear what kinda shape Etienne's team is in right now ... but he'll have the opportunity to light up the fantasy scoreboard at home against the Colts this weekend without any consequences.

Takeo Spikes Bills Made Me Feel 'Worthless' ... Over Seat At Game
Takeo Spikes says he was legitimately hurt by how the Buffalo Bills treated him at a game earlier this season ... claiming his visit with his former team had him feeling "worthless."
The ex-NFL linebacker went viral after sharing a pic of his setup for the Bills' matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sep. 17 -- a suite seat that was completely obstructed by the upper deck of the stadium.
Congrats to @BuffaloBills for getting a dominant win in home opener. I wish I could've stayed for the entire game but seating accomodations were NOT the standard. How you gonna have the @NFLLegends supporting with this obstructed sample size of a view!? Felt like I was in timeout https://t.co/RT8kAvLomK pic.twitter.com/DTBDMmccJX
— Takeo Spikes, M.B.A (@TakeoSpikes51) September 17, 2023 @TakeoSpikes51
As it turns out, the view wasn't the only issue -- Spikes said the organization didn't fulfill his request for a first-class seat for his flight to upstate New York ... and overall, the staffers did a bad job at communicating leading up to the game.
Spikes -- who was the Bills' "Legend of the Game" for the day -- admitted he considered not making the trip due to the accommodations ... but decided to go through with it anyway.
While Spikes said the pregame celebration was "great," things quickly went south -- 'cause once he got to his section for the game, he was shocked to find out it was not up to his standard.
"If I'm going to take time out of my day to come up, at least just show me the respect that I deserve," Spikes said on his "Behind the Mask" podcast. "Sometimes you have to remind people of how they need to be treated, and this was a case right here which hurt me. I felt hurt."
"For a second, it made you feel like you was worthless."
Spikes feels like the team should have offered him a spot in the owner's suite with Terry Pegula ... but that was never suggested as a possibility.
Ultimately, Spikes left the game unhappy ... but revealed Bills GM Brandon Beane texted him and offered to make up for the blunder.
Despite all the drama, Spikes said he will "always be a Buffalo Bill" ... but will have to think long and hard before agreeing to return to Orchard Park.

Kellington is the man who performed CPR on Hamlin as a team of medical professionals fought to restore his heartbeat on Jan. 2 ... and Damar later referred to him as "the savior of my life."
Hamlin also had a conversation with Tua Tagovailoa after the Bills' 48-20 win ... with the Dolphins QB saying, "How you feeling, babe?"
"You guys keep going, man. We'll see you guys again ... best of luck, stay healthy."
Hamlin -- who revealed back in April his medical emergency was the result of commotio cordis -- was a part of special teams during the game ... taking the field for the majority of kickoffs and punts.

Stefon Diggs On Bills Reporter's Remarks They Were 'Hurtful' & 'Insulting'
2:17 PM PT -- Stefon Diggs is breaking his silence on Maddy Glab's comments ... making it clear Thursday afternoon that he's furious over her words.
In a series of tweets on his X page, the Buffalo wide receiver called Glab's remarks "hurtful" and "insulting to my character and to how I was raised."
"Idk why it was said," Diggs wrote, "but this is an example of why people don't want to deal with the media. It's hard to fight the preconceived notions people have about you. Regardless of ever having a personal experience with them."
He continued, "We get you all have a job. And I respect it, but please remember I’m a human just like you. And if I ever made you or anyone else feel like you can’t approach me. I apologize."
Diggs also ensured his fans that he's "always treated people how I want to be treated" ... adding that he'd "never treat anyone how she described."
I "have never said anything remotely close to that to her," he said.
A Buffalo Bills reporter bashed Stefon Diggs inside a room full of journalists on Wednesday -- and after the rant was picked by a hot mic ... she issued an apology.
The incident happened as media members were waiting for Bills players to arrive at a podium -- two days after their disappointing, season-opening loss to the Jets.
Several people could be heard on the live microphone appearing to wonder which Buffalo star would meet with them. And, at one point, team reporter Maddy Glab seemed to be asked by another journalist to go help bring Diggs out.

"I apologize for that," she wrote. "Stef is not in the wrong, I am."

NFLPA Leader Lloyd Howell Demands Teams Switch To Grass Surfaces ... After Rodgers Injury
The new leader of the NFL Players Association, Lloyd Howell, is demanding teams rip up their turf surfaces and replace them with grass ... believing the switch could prevent injuries similar to the one Aaron Rodgers suffered on Monday night.
Howell -- who took over the executive director position from DeMaurice Smith this offseason -- insisted on the swap out in a stern statement Wednesday morning.
"Moving all stadium fields to high quality natural grass surfaces is the easiest decision the NFL can make," Howell said.
"The players overwhelmingly prefer it and the data is clear that grass is simply safer than artificial turf."
Howell went on to say he knows the cost could be high for teams to change surfaces ... but noted "there is a bigger cost to everyone in our business if we keep losing our best players to unnecessary injuries."
He added that he thinks the move is possible because several stadiums will make the switch when they host World Cup games or big exhibition soccer games in the near future.

The @NFL says its commitment to diversity extends beyond the sideline and front office, but the numbers in the newsroom at the league-owned media group says otherwise. So I asked @nflcommish sbout it. 👇🏾 pic.twitter.com/nabWjo0SDm
— Jim Trotter (@JimTrotter_NFL) February 8, 2023 @JimTrotter_NFL
Ex-NFL Network Reporter Files Lawsuit Against NFL I Was Canned For Questioning Goodell
-
Breaking News
- 1.1K shares
1:30 PM PT -- Trotter referenced Jerry Jones in his lawsuit and now the Cowboys owner is responding, providing his version of a conversation the men had in 2020.
"Diversity and inclusion are extremely important to me personally and to the NFL. the representation made by Jim Trotter of a conversation that occurred over three years ago with myself and our VP of Player Personnel Will McClay is simply not accurate," Jones wrote in a statement.
1:20 PM PT -- Bills owner Terry Pegula also vehemently denied claims made by Trotter in the lawsuit.
"The statement attributed to me in Mr. Trotter's complaint is absolutely false," Pegula said in a statement. "I am horrified that anyone would connect me to an allegation of this kind. Racism has no place in our society and I am personally disgusted that my name is associated with this complaint."
"The statement attributed to me in Mr. Trotter's complaint is absolutely false," Pegula said Tuesday in a statement. "I am horrified that anyone would connect me to an allegation of this kind. Racism has no place in our society and I am personally disgusted that my name is associated with this complaint."
Jim Trotter, a longtime reporter and columnist who worked for NFL Network for 5 years, is suing the NFL ... claiming his contract wasn't renewed after he pressed Roger Goodell on the league's hiring practices when it comes to minorities.
"Jim Trotter ... was let go by the National Football League because he challenged Commissioner Roger Goodell and others regarding the NFL's record of race discrimination and lack of diversity," the complaint, filed in U.S. District Court in New York, reads.
On several occasions, Trotter, an employee of the NFL-owned NFL Network, publicly grilled Goodell on the lack of Black execs within the league and teams, including during a nationally televised interview during the week leading up to the Super Bowl in February 2023.
Still, Trotter says all indications were he'd receive a new contract in the spring, as his deal was expiring ... however, in late March, his deal was not renewed, and he was out of a job.
"It has already been acknowledged by many in the media that the NFL retaliated against and took vengeance on Mr. Trotter for him having taken the NFL to task on its discriminatory practices," Trotter's attorneys from Wigdor LLP wrote.
"The NFL’s treatment of Mr. Trotter is consistent with a documented history of silencing, retaliating against and 'blackballing' Black men who speak out about such conduct. This is the NFL’s modus operandi and part of the fabric of the league."
Wigdor is the same firm that is representing former Dolphins head coach Brian Flores in his racial discrimination suit.
The lawsuit also references Jerry Jones ... and an alleged conversation he had with Trotter in August 2020, when the reporter asked the Cowboys owner (similar to the question he posed Goodell) about the league's hiring practices when it came to Black executives.
“If Blacks feel some kind of way, they should buy their own team and hire who they want to hire,” Trotter claims Jones responded.
Trotter also references Buffalo Bills owner Terry Pegula ... whom he claims once remarked ... “If the Black players don’t like it here, they should go back to Africa and see how bad it is.”
JT says he raised concerns about the comment, but "no remedial action was taken."
FYI, per Trotter's suit, the NFL only has 8 Black General Managers and 3 Black head coaches.
In addition to the 53-page lawsuit, Trotter, who now works for The Athletic, also released a statement further explaining his reasons for filing the lawsuit.
"The NFL has claimed it wants to be held accountable regarding diversity, equity and inclusion. I tried to do so, and it cost me my job. I'm filing this lawsuit because I can't complain about things that are wrong if I'm unwilling to fight for what is right," JT wrote on social media.
"I hope this lawsuit leads to real change across the league and in the newsroom. It is on the backs of a majority black player population that owners have made billions and those players deserve to have someone who shares their cultural and life experiences at the table when decisions are being made about how they are being covered."
