Bravado International -- which was empowered by the MJ estate to be the exclusive merchandising company of MJ memorabilia -- filed papers in L.A. federal court yesterday, claiming Emoda.com has been selling MJ t-shirts without permission.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made after "Seinfeld" star Jason Alexander was involved in a car vs. bike accident with a young boy in Los Angeles back in April.

The call was made by a woman who had just witnessed the accident -- she says a "nurse" had rushed to the scene to attend the injured boy.

According to the caller, Alexander was driving a Prius at the time of the incident.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made moments after "Mad Men" star January Jones slammed into a couple of parked cars last week.

A female witness called 911right after the incident. During the call, the witness asks January how she's doing ... January responds, "My heart is racing."

Jones later admitted to the crash -- claiming she was "being followed by paparazzi."

A source handling the situation tells TMZ the DNA test was performed in 2002, as part of "an ongoing child support battle."

We're told although the DNA test excludes Tiger, it establishes to a reasonable certainty who fathered the boy -- a guy from Florida.

The boy's pics were posted on Kikster.com. Coincidentally, he does look an awful lot like Tiger.

We've learned another car was stolen from The Summit -- a nearby gated community where Britney Spears used to live.

We're told the vehicle from The Summit was not pushed over the cliff, but it was left at a lookout point near where Charlie's car was dumped.

Remember, 4 months ago, when Charlie's first car was stolen and dumped over Mulholland, other cars were vandalized and a Bentley was pushed over a nearby cliff.

We're told so far cops don't know if the two thefts are connected.

The doc was in Santa Monica Wednesday afternoon -- where his girlfriend and baby live -- when we asked him about Randy Jackson's bum ticker.

Gary Coleman's closest friends are arranging a private memorial for the actor -- but TMZ has learned Gary's ex-wife and his parents will not be invited.

TMZ spoke with Kent Emmons and Anna Gray -- two of Gary's good friends whom the actor had selected to help execute his will.

We're told Emmons and Gray are organizing a private memorial for 15-20 of Gary's closest friends -- including Gary's "Diff'rent Strokes" co-star Todd Bridges.

We're told the group plans to honor Coleman with a night of "telling fun stories." The event is expected to go down in California sometime in the next few months.

As for why Shannon Price and Gary's parents won't be invited -- we're told Emmons and Gray don't feel it would be appropriate.

We're told the couple was married in the Governor's mansion in Santa Fe. Their marriage license was filed Wednesday in the County Clerk's Office.

As TMZ first reported -- when the first incident occurred in February -- Charlie had left his car in his driveway with the keys in the ignition. Thieves made off with the car and rolled it off a cliff on Mulholland Drive.

We're told Charlie made a habit of taking the keys out of the ignition since the February incident ... with only 2 exceptions -- the last being Monday at around 4 PM.

Sources say there's a feeling someone might have been casing Charlie's house, waiting for another opportunity to strike. Since it's a gated community, one of the avenues being explored is that a worker on the grounds could be involved.

Sources close to the situation -- but not too close -- tell us the daughters really wanted to get their dad a Lakers jersey for his special day. So, AEG president Tim Leiweke -- whose suite they happened to be sitting in -- ran down to the Lakers team shop in the Staples Center and had an Obama jersey made up on the spot.

To top things off, Phil Jackson even autographed the gear for the kids after the game.

According to the docs, signed by both Charlie and Brooke, they will get joint legal custody of their two kids. Brooke gets primary physical custody and Charlie becomes a weekend dad, getting the kids on the first, third and fifth weekends of the month from Saturday at 10 AM until Monday at 10 AM.

Brooke gets $55,000 a month in child support, plus various other expenses, but, according to the docs, "under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."

TMZ broke the story ... Denise gets $50,000 a month in child support ... although the new document suggests Denise may be getting $55k a month.

Brooke waives spousal support but still cashes in. In addition to getting a 50% cut on the baby photos the couple sold to Getty Images, Brooke gets several bank accounts and a lump sum parting gift of $757,689.70.

Charlie gets the house but has to buy Brooke out to the tune of around $1 million.

Charlie also gets to keep his $5.6 mil watch collection.

At the end of the document, Brooke agrees "not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie's sexual affairs or alleged drug usage." For his part, Charlie agrees not to talk about Brooke's alleged drug use.

And they're not allowed to talk crap about each other in front of the kids.

TMZ also obtained divorce documents that were signed by Charlie but not filed with the court ... at least not yet. The documents cite "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for divorce.

We're told no decision has been made on whether to pull the trigger on the divorce.

Our spies tell us ... the footage that was already shot of Sammi, Ronnie, Vinny and Angelina has "underwhelmed" MTV honchos. As for replacing them for Season 3, one source said, "They should be very worried."

As for The Situation, Snooki, Pauly D and Jwoww ... they're sold for next season.

Sources on the shoot tell TMZ security had to "dive" on the overzealous fan to keep the little girl away from the stars. We're told nobody was hurt and they eventually let the kid go.

It's unclear if the kid was trying to get to Kim or Justin -- but the duo was rollin' with heavy security that day because of previous threats to Kim from jealous Bieber-aholics.

The White House just confirmed rumors that had been circling all day.

We're told the outing is a "family event" -- so we're expecting one of the First Daughters to be with her.
