Jennifer Lopez says she's dismayed by all the negativity in the world -- but the question ... is she referring to current events in 2024, or is this about her personal woes of late?

In her latest "On the JLo" newsletter that got blasted out to fans Wednesday, J Lo used her movie "Atlas" and it doing well on Netflix as the jumping-off point into this topic ... taking a jab at pessimism at large and reminding everyone there's tons of love to spread.

Jennifer wrote, "Hi everybody, I just found out some great news and it's all because of YOU!! 'ATLAS' is #1 worldwide again this week!!! Thank you all so much!!!"

Julie Bowen acknowledges she helped her "Modern Family" costar Sarah Hyland leave an abusive relationship in the past ... and also says she didn't even think twice about it.

The actress talked about Sarah's 2014 breakup on Monday's episode of "The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast," and when it was pointed out to her that SH had shouted her out for helping her at the time, Julie made it seem like it was a no-brainer and NBD.

Julie explained her intervention was the obvious thing to do, just a case of "a responsible adult that happened to be around at the right time." She says she was sure others would have done the same.

J Lo shared a somber look as she rolled up in a white car to Mihran K. Studios in Burbank on Friday. The singer/actress got out of the vehicle and greeted her team nearby, hugging one of the women before they all went inside the dance studio.

Seems like J Lo needed a little love and support from her peeps as she navigates through this rough patch in her life.  But the positive vibes didn't last ... As J Lo later exited the studio, she was photographed looking down sadly at her cell phone before she climbed inside her car, which drove her away.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez continue to put on a united front -- now holding hands in public again ... but things still appear really tense in their relationship, at least at first glance.

Check it out ... Ben and Jen were seen showing a little PDA Thursday while leaving Ben's daughter Violet's high school graduation ceremony in L.A. However, the duo looks very uncomfortable ... or at least they do in a few of these shots, which look uncomfortable.

As you can see ... Jen was looking at Ben with a serious expression at one point -- and, if a picture's worth a thousand words, this one certainly seems to spell out an essay.
