Donald Trump Arrested At Miami Court For Classified Docs Indictment

Donald Trump has officially arrived at a court in Miami ... getting arrested and booked for his indictment regarding the droves of classified documents authorities say he stashed away at Mar-a-Lago.

The former President was at the Miami federal courthouse Tuesday, where a crowd of protesters gathered out front earlier in the day -- some in support of Trump's indictment, while others continue to defend his claims of innocence.

WAVING TO THE CROWD
CNN

He was spotted Monday leaving his Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ on his way to Florida -- and he's reportedly going to head back there to give a speech regarding the case later tonight.

Trump was also posting on Truth Social on the way to the Miami courthouse early Tuesday morning -- calling it "one of the saddest days in the history of our country" ... adding it's a "WITCH HUNT!!!"

As we reported, DT's prosecutors claim he stored a ton of classified docs wherever he could at his Palm Beach resort -- photos showed piles of boxes stacked on a ballroom stage, a storage room, and even next to a toilet.

The feds say he housed information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the U.S. and foreign countries, U.S. nuclear programs, and other highly sensitive material about potential vulnerabilities of the country and its allies to military attacks.

According to the indictment, Trump's been hit with whopping 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information.

As for the other six counts, he's facing separate charges for false statements and representations, conspiracy to obstruct justice, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document, concealing a document in a federal investigation, and a scheme to conceal.

We spoke with Loyola Law School professor Jessica Levinson, who told us why his latest indictment shouldn't have the ability to stop his 2024 campaign trail -- and she says he shockingly could even serve as president behind bars.

For those unaware, Trump announced the indictment on Truth Social before the docs were even unsealed -- and of course, he claimed total innocence.

This indictment also comes a little over 2 months after a New York grand jury indicted him over his alleged involvement in Stormy Daniels' hush money case.

According to the Denver Police Dept. ... the shooting took place about a mile from Ball Arena at around 12:30 AM on Tuesday morning.

Full details surrounding the incident are not yet clear -- cops described the scene as "a complex" situation -- though they did say 10 total people had sustained gunshot wounds.

Cops revealed one of the injured has been identified as a suspect. Three others, police said, are in critical condition. The rest "are believed to have non-life-threatening injuries."

"As far as what led up to this altercation that resulted in the shots being fired, that’s still under investigation at this time," a police spokesperson said. "It did occur in the area where we had largest gathering of folks celebrating during the night."

Photos from the scene show authorities have marked off the area with caution tape as an investigation continues.

Fans had climbed street poles to cheer on their NBA team with others -- before they hurled themselves into happy crowds below.

Ex-NFL WR Travis Rudolph Found Not Guilty In Murder Case

Former NFL wideout Travis Rudolph is a free man once again ... a jury just found him not guilty on all counts in his murder case.

The scene inside the courtroom Wednesday as the jury read its verdict was emotional ... Rudolph was in tears -- as were his family members.

The 27-year-old, though, eventually cracked a huge smile and shared an embrace with his lawyer. Afterward, he and his attorney thanked the jurors, the judge, the court and all others involved in the case.

"It means everything, man," the former New York Giants receiver said to reporters. "I finally got my freedom back and I can get back to my life."

Added Rudolph's attorney added, "We knew he wasn't guilty. He's one of the nicest human beings you ever met whether he plays sports or not. This is an innocent man who did what he had to do."

Rudolph was initially hit with four charges -- including one count of first-degree murder with a firearm -- back in April 2021 ... after authorities alleged he opened fire on four people inside of a car in West Palm Beach, FL, killing one, following a dispute that Rudolph had had with a woman earlier.

Rudolph, however, had adamantly claimed he was only acting in self-defense.

"I knew all along," Rudolph said Wednesday outside of the courtroom, "I did what I had to do to protect me and my brother's life."

The case went to trial last week ... and the jurors reached their verdict Wednesday afternoon after only about four hours of deliberating.

Rudolph told reporters he now has plans to resume his football career ... saying he's open to competing in any league -- not just the NFL.

"I'm going to reach out to my agent," he said, "and if God's willing, I'll still be able to play football. Definitely planning on getting back to football."

Rudolph -- a former Florida State star -- went unpicked in the 2017 NFL Draft ... but signed on with the Giants a short time later and played in seven games in his rookie season. He later spent time with the Miami Dolphins and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers -- before his arrest in '21.

Gervonta 'Tank' Davis Jailed Over Home Confinement Violation

UPDATE

12:32 PM PT -- 6/2 -- Gervonta Davis was sent to jail over a home confinement violation, prosecutors confirmed to TMZ Sports on Friday.

UPDATE

According to a spokesperson for the State's Attorney's Office ... Davis had initially given an address for where he'd serve his home detention back at his sentencing hearing on May 5 -- but moved to a Four Seasons Hotel instead.

UPDATE

The spokesperson said Davis' lawyer had indicated the initial home was too small -- but the star boxer didn't get permission from a judge to make the address change. To make matters worse, the SAO rep said Davis moved again to a different home about a week ago without getting permission yet again.

UPDATE

"As a result," the spokesperson said, "Judge Handy ordered the defendant to serve the remainder of his home detention sentence at the Baltimore City Detention Center."

Gervonta "Tank" Davis is currently behind bars in Maryland -- TMZ Sports has confirmed he was taken into custody after an "impromptu" court hearing.

28-year-old Davis was booked at Baltimore Central Booking Thursday afternoon.

The Baltimore City Sheriff's Office confirmed to TMZ Sports Davis was taken into custody after an "impromptu hearing" ... but would not disclose any additional information.

Just weeks ago, Davis struck a plea deal with prosecutors that was intended to keep him out of jail following the November 2020 incident where he allegedly ran a red light and slammed into a Toyota.

Prosecutors claimed the woman in the Toyota was pregnant at the time ... and accused Davis of fleeing the scene without helping her.

Davis -- 29-0 as a pro boxer -- was sentenced to 90 days of house arrest on May 5 ... and was ordered to 200 hours of community service.

Davis' attorney told the Baltimore Banner the boxer will now serve the remainder of his 90-day sentence in jail.

Davis' troubles come on the heels of his recent 7th-round TKO victory over Ryan Garcia in Las Vegas.

Danny Masterson Guilty In Rape Retrial

Danny Masterson has just been found guilty by a jury on two of the three rape counts he was facing ... with a deadlock on the third.

The "That '70s Show" actor received the guilty verdict Wednesday in Downtown Los Angeles. He faces up to 30 years to life in prison, and has a sentencing hearing Aug. 4.

As we reported, Masterson's first trial kicked off in October where he pled not guilty ... and the whole thing ended in a mistrial the following month after the jury couldn't come to a decision. Two of 12 jurors voted to convict Masterson on one rape charge, four jurors voted to convict him on a second rape charge and five jurors voted to convict him on the third rape charge.

After the mistrial, Masterson's attorney Philip Cohen told us the case was "about nothing other than the credibility of the three accusers and that credibility could only be determined by comparing, contrasting and focusing on the ever-evolving statements given by the women."

His team tried pretty hard to get the case dismissed, but to no avail -- and the retrial started up last month, bringing in Shawn Holley to his defense, known from O.J. Simpson's criminal trial.

You'll recall, Masterson was charged back in 2020  -- with the alleged victims saying the incidents went down between 2001 and 2003, which is smack dab in the middle of his work on the comedy series.

Masterson and co. have profusely denied any rape allegations ... claiming the incidents the Jane Does are referring to were completely consensual.

The film and soundtrack drop simultaneously on Friday ... and Metro has been slowly revealing the features on Instagram, just like he did with his chart-topping "Heroes & Villians" album last year.

So far, Metro has confirmed heavy hitters such as Lil Wayne, Future, Nas, 21 Savage, Coi Leray ... and the list goes on.

Armie Hammer No Charges in Alleged L.A. Rape

UPDATE

2:13 PM PT -- Armie Hammer just posted a statement about the decision, writing, "I am very grateful to the District Attorney for conducting a thorough investigation and coming to the conclusion that I have stood by this entire time, that no crime was committed. I look forward to beginning what will be a long, difficult process of putting my life back together now that my name is cleared."

UPDATE

Armie Hammer will not be charged with rape in L.A. County ... as the District Attorney's Office says it could not prove the allegation beyond a reasonable doubt.

As we've reported, this case has dragged on for more than 2 years as police said they were continuing to investigate -- but the D.A. says the case was just too murky, partially because of the "complexity of the relationship" between the accuser and Armie.

Prosecutors also say they couldn't "prove a non-consensual, forcible sexual encounter" had occurred between them.

This has been going on since February 2021 ... when the accuser, Effie Angelova, first reported her allegations to police.

She said they'd been romantically involved since 2017 ... but claimed things turned violent after Hammer forced sex on her during one of their encounters.

Armie, through his attorney Blair Berk, has always denied the allegations.

He's insisted it was a consensual sexual relationship, and they were role-playing in a rape fantasy.

EFFIE'S EMOTIONAL STATEMENT

In an interview earlier this year, Armie admitted that he'd, perhaps, been emotionally abusive to some past partners ... with whom he'd participated in BDSM sex.

The L.A. County D.A.'s Director of Communications Tiffiny Blacknell says, "Sexual assault cases are often difficult to prove, which is why we assign our most experienced prosecutors to review them. In this case, those prosecutors conducted an extremely thorough review, but determined at this time, there is insufficient evidence to charge Mr. Hammer with a crime."

She continues, "We know that it is hard for women to report sexual assault. Even when we cannot move forward with a prosecution, our victim service representatives will be available to those who seek our victim support services."

Tom Brady Strikes Deal W/ Mark Davis Agrees To Buy Piece Of Raiders

Tom Brady is one step closer to going from under center to overseeing a team ... the ex-quarterback has reportedly struck a deal with Mark Davis to buy a piece of the Raiders.

The future of Hall of Famer and the Las Vegas owner had been in talks for weeks about a potential agreement ... but according to NFL insider Albert Breer, the deal is now done.

All that's needed for TB12 to be referred to as Owner Brady going forward is an approval from at least 24 of the league's other owners. Breer reported Monday that vote will not happen in the spring, but is expected to happen soon.

If and when the move becomes official ... Brady will reportedly not have a say in the team's business or football affairs -- though FOX's Jay Glazer still told us earlier this month he expects the future Hall of Famer to have a huge impact on the org. nonetheless.

Of course, this would not be Brady's first foray into sports ownership ... he's already a Major League Pickleball Team owner -- and he's got a part of Davis' WNBA team, the Las Vegas Aces, as well.

Meanwhile, Brady is still expected to help call games for FOX starting in 2024 despite his potential new job as NFL owner.

Anthony spent eight seasons in Denver, and while he never won a chip with the Nuggets, he did lead Denver to the Western Conference Finals against the Lakers in 2009.

When he was in Denver, Melo's battles against LeBron, Wade and Kobe Bryant endeared him to NBA fans and cemented his legacy as one of the game's best iso scorers.

Carmelo spent the second half of his career in New York with the Knicks, and he won the 2012-13 scoring crown after averaging a league-high 28.7 points per game that season.

Melo, who was voted to the NBA's 75th Anniversary team, was a member of the 2008 U.S. Men's Olympic basketball team, AKA the "Redeem Team," that won a gold medal in Beijing.

Melo scored over 28,000 points in his career, playing for the Nuggets, Knicks, Blazers, Lakers, Thunder and Rockets, and he retires in the top 10 for most points scored all time.

JACKSON VS THE JUDGE
KMBC

Jackson Mahomes appeared in a Kansas courtroom on Tuesday afternoon ... marking one of the first times he's been seen in public since he was arrested for aggravated sexual battery earlier this month.

Patrick Mahomes' little brother -- a social media star who's amassed over 1 million followers on TikTok -- showed up to the Johnson County court looking sharp ... wearing a grey suit, a dark tie, and some sunglasses.

Jackson briefly sat before a judge in order to request a modification of his bond.

The 23-year-old was asking to be able to contact four people that he had been previously barred from speaking with as part of the conditions of his release from jail on May 3.

During Tuesday's proceedings, the judge ruled he could have contact with three of the four.

Jackson then left the court without speaking to reporters on the scene. He's due back for another hearing in late August.

As we reported, Jackson was arrested earlier this month and hit with four charges -- including three counts of aggravated sexual battery -- after a restaurant owner claimed he tried to forcibly kiss her multiple times during an incident back in February.

THE ALLEGED INCIDENT

At the time of the alleged encounter, the owner also claimed Jackson had shoved a male member of her wait staff earlier in the evening.

Jackson, through his attorney, Brandan Davies, has said he's done nothing wrong.

"Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson's accuser including the statements of several witnesses," Davies said. "We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter."

Jamie Foxx Daughter Says He's Out of Hospital 'Recuperating'

Jamie Foxx's daughter has had enough of the internet running wild with theories about her dad, saying he's now out of the hospital and "recuperating."

Corinne Foxx took to Instagram Friday, writing, "Update from the family: Sad to see how the media runs wild. My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone's prayers and support!"

She continues, "We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!"

Unclear whether or not Foxx is doing any sort of rehab or physical therapy while out of the hospital -- and Corinne didn't include any new pics of her dad in the post.

Corinne's message comes on the heels of reports this week saying Foxx's family was preparing for the worst ... some even stating he was on life support.

TMZ broke the story last week, Jamie and Corinne were unable to perform their hosting duties on the FOX show "Beat Shazam" while he recovered and she stayed by his side. Nick Cannon has taken over those duties until Jamie is healthy enough to return.

It's been over a month since Jamie was hospitalized in Atlanta for a "medical complication." We've still not seen the actor since the incident.

NYC Subway Rider Death Marine Arrested For Strangling Jordan Neely ... Charged With Manslaughter

UPDATE

9:38 AM PT -- Daniel Penny has been released on $100,000 bail.

UPDATE

8:16 AM PT -- Daniel Penny was just seen exiting the police station in handcuffs.

Daniel Penny has just been criminally charged in the death of NYC subway rider Jordan Neely, who died after Penny put him in a chokehold on a train.

The Marine vet surrendered to police at a Manhattan station house Friday morning and was booked on a charge of second-degree manslaughter. After posing for a mug shot and getting fingerprinted, Penny will go before a judge to be arraigned on the felony charge in criminal court.

His attorneys from the law firm Raiser & Kenniff issued a statement Thursday night, saying they were "confident that once all the facts and circumstances surrounding this tragic incident are brought to bear, Mr. Penny will be fully absolved of any wrongdoing."

Penny was a passenger in a subway snaking through the Manhattan underground on May 1 when he and other riders encountered Neely, who was allegedly in the throes of a mental health episode. Penny's lawyers say Neely was aggressive and threatening.

Neely was reportedly screaming that he was hungry and thirsty and didn't care if he went to jail. He also allegedly ripped off his coat and threw it on the ground.

In what he says was self-defense, Penny placed Neely in a chokehold while a witness started filming. Over the next several minutes, Penny and Neely grappled on the floor until Neely's body went limp and he was pronounced dead.

The medical examiner ruled his death a homicide due to "compression of neck."
