Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston's House -- In Escrow
TMZ has learned that the Beverly Hills mansion that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston called home during their marriage is in escrow for a whopping $22.5 million.
The couple purchased the home in 2001 for $13.5 million. We're told they spent between three and four million dollars renovating the estate.
The property -- built by famed architect Wallace Neff -- was listed last November for $28 million. After it sat for several months, it was reduced to $24,950,000. Read more

Page Six, The Magazine, Debuts
For those who can't get enough gossip about starlets and socialites, The New York Post launched a glossy magazine Thursday based on its hugely popular gossip fixture, Page Six.
The 76-page magazine was distributed as an insert to Thursday's editions of the newspaper, which is owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.
Angelina Jolie graces the cover of the first issue, which also has a quiz for readers to guess the false names celebrities use to register at hotels, and an Academy Awards preview. A piece called "Tale of the Tiaras" compares the lineage, loves, pet projects and bankrolls of the Hilton and Hearst heiresses.
In his opening letter, Editorial Director Richard Johnson writes, "You are holding in your hands the culmination of 30 years of blood, sweat and tears -- and plenty of threatened lawsuits." Page Six was started in 1976.
The magazine also includes an interview with a Victoria's Secret model, a roundup of new nightclub openings and a Hamptons real estate preview.
No publication date for a second issue has been announced. Page Six, which these days is more likely to appear on Page 8 or 10 of the Post, features celebrity sightings and gossip about Hollywood and high society figures.
Despite its regular financial losses, the New York Post is a key part of News Corp.'s global media conglomerate for the presence it gives Murdoch in New York.
Scarlett, Keira Nude on Vanity Fair Cover
With award season still under way, Scarlett Johansson and Keira Knightley are exchanging ballgowns for birthday suits.
Under the artful eye of photographer Annie Leibovitz, the starlets posed nude for the cover of Vanity Fair magazine's yearly Hollywood issue, to be released Wednesday.
Brad One Step Closer to Being Dad
In what was the first step towards Brad Pitt becoming the adoptive father of Angelina Jolie's two adopted children, a judge today granted Jolie's requests to change the children's names to Jolie-Pitt.
"The court granted the name change," attorney Evan Spiegel, who represents the actress, told reporters outside court. He did not take questions.
Maddox Chivan is 4-years-old, while Zahara Marley just celebrated her first birthday on Jan. 8. Pitt and Jolie are expecting a child of their own sometime this year.
Pitt is referred to as "the adoptive father-to-be" of each child in court papers filed last month.
Brad and Angelina did not attend the hearing themselves.
Pitt divorced Jennifer Aniston last year after four and a half years of marriage. He has denied that Angelina was behind the cause of the breakup, and for months the couple did not publicly acknowledge their relationship.
For Angelina, marrying Brad would be her third trip down aisle; she is divorced from actors Billy Bob Thornton and Jonny Lee Miller.

Pitt's Personality Change
Sources who interact frequently with Brad Pitt tell TMZ that the star has regained his sense of humor and is "fun" to be around, like he was before he married Jennifer Aniston.
For now, Pitt and Angelina Jolie are joyfully sharing the house in Malibu that he bought last year for $9 million. We're told the floors are riddled with kids toys and there are fingerprints on the walls as high as 30 inches from the base. Visitors often see "food all over the floor." Jolie's two kids live with the couple; Brad is in the process of adopting them.
The couple uses the tented tennis court to store toys, motorcycles and gym equipment. One source said it's turned into "a playground for kids."
The prior owner completely renovated the property, but that didn't stop Brad from putting his own touches on the place. A fanatic about home improvement, Brad ripped off the roof and installed crazy-sophisticated lighting. We're told Angelina "couldn't care less" about home improvement because her focus is solely on the kids.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt visit Haiti
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt brought a rare dose of Hollywood glamour to this beleaguered Caribbean nation during a visit Friday.
The couple, who recently announced they are expecting a baby this summer, flew to Haiti from the neighboring Dominican Republic, where Jolie is filming the movie "The Good Shepherd," directed by Robert De Niro.
They traveled in a convoy through the capital of Port-au-Prince, protected by police and U.N. peacekeepers as crowds cheered them along the way.
"You hear so much just about the danger and the fear and then you come here and you meet just an amazing people," said Jolie, a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations. "Given just a little chance, and given a little help, this is going to be a great country."
Jolie, 30, and Pitt, 42, visited a school supported by Yele Haiti, a charity founded by Haitian-born hip-hop musician Wyclef Jean, where they watched children dance and recite poetry.
Baby on the Way!
Now that the world knows that Angelina Jolie is pregnant with Brad Pitt's baby, rumors are swirling that their next big step is marriage. The two lovebirds appear serious about starting their new life together, and TMZ has learned exclusively that the couple and Angelina's two kids will all move into Pitt's home in one of Hollywood's hottest and hippest neighborhoods (see where Brad lives - watch video).
Jolie has confirmed her pregnancy, which was first reported on PEOPLE magazine's Web site. "Yes, I'm pregnant," the magazine quoted Jolie telling a charity aid worker Monday in the Dominican Republic, where she is filming 'The Good Shepherd' with Matt Damon.
Pitt's publicist has also confirmed the pregnancy to the Associated Press.
'EXTRA': Brad & Angelina Never Called Jen
According to the television show 'EXTRA,' recent reports that Brad Pitt called Jennifer Aniston to tell her about Angelina Jolie's pregnancy prior to the public announcement are false. Aniston's publicist Stephen Huvane tells 'EXTRA,' "All the reports about phone calls between Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie are all made up lies."
The full story will air on the Thursday, January 12th edition of 'EXTRA'.

Angelina's Paper Trail
TMZ has obtained legal documents filed by Angelina Jolie which will bring Brad Pitt one step closer to adopting her two children.
Jolie has already filed adoption papers. Now she has filed legal notice to change the last names of Maddox and Zahara to Jolie-Pitt.
California law requires proposed name changes to be published four successive weeks in a local newspaper. Jolie has published her intention to change the last name of her children in the Daily Commerce. The notice reads: "The Court orders that all persons interested in this matter shall appear before this court at the hearing indicated below to show cause, if any, why the petition for change of name should not be granted."
A hearing on the name change is scheduled for January 19 at the Santa Monica courthouse.
So what's the deal? Will Brad and Angelina get hitched, or are they pulling a Goldie and Kurt? There's no evidence they've filed for a marriage license.

Angelina Swarmed by Paparazzi
Angelina Jolie was accosted by paparazzi photographers in New York City Monday night (Dec. 5) where she hosted a benefit gala for WITNESS, the international human rights group.
Jolie attempted to enter the event via a back door when she stopped to sign a few autographs. But the situation quickly got out of hand as several photographers surrounded her. Jolie even had to push a camera away from her face.
The mayhem continued and Angelina pleaded with photographers to "just back up." When the crowd failed to oblige, Jolie and her security detail left to go into the event.
Jolie made news last week when she confirmed that Brad Pitt is in the process of becoming her children's adoptive father, and filed a petition to change her kids' names to Zahara and Maddox Jolie-Pitt.

Brad and Angelina Promote Film Together in Tokyo
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arrived together in Tokyo this morning (Nov. 28) to promote their recent film, 'Mr. & Mrs. Smith.'
The pair had previously gone to great lengths to avoid being photographed together, but took no such precautions this time.
Brad and Angelina, along with Jolie's adopted children, Maddox and Zahara, were filmed as they arrived at the Narita Airport in Tokyo. They later arrived together at the film's premiere, pulling up in the same car, but then quickly went to different areas in the crowd to greet fans and press.
The movie's DVD will be available in stores on Nov. 29.
Brad and Angelina's First Official Public Outing Together
The moment most of America has breathlessly waited for finally arrived Saturday night (Nov. 19) when Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie appeared together in public. This definitively proves that not only are they an item, but they really are light years more attractive and interesting than the rest of us.
The dynamic duo went to the Grand Opening Gala for the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville, Kent. through a side entrance and joined a crowd of thousands, including fellow celebs Bill Clinton, Chris Tucker, Jim Carrey and Matt Lauer. All appeared eager for their first public glimpse of the eugenics experiment now popularly known as "Brangelina."
Pitt has a long history of playing fighters on the silver screen, from 'Fight Club' to 'Troy,' but didn't need to fight for attention as he worked the room with his remarkable good looks and manly charm.
In a stunning red ensemble, Jolie floated through the crowd like a butterfly and stung like the realization that she will never, ever date you.
