"Sugar" Shane Mosley says he suffered a love TKO because his ex was already married when she said "I do" to him, and then made out like a bandit when she divorced him -- but that's not her memory of what went down.

The ex boxing champ marched into an L.A. courthouse on Wednesday to start taking legal action against Jin Mosley -- who he was married to from 2002 to 2011. Shane claims he recently got proof Jin was also married to another guy from 1995 until 2006 ... which would make her a bigamist.

It would also mean Shane and Jin were never legally married, and therefore never divorced -- which makes a huge financial difference, 'cause according to docs ... Jin cleaned up in the break up:

- 3 houses
- several investment and bank accounts
- 2009 Mercedes G Wagon and 2008 Cadillac Escalade
- income from Mosley's fight library
- $600k lump sum for spousal support

So, clearly there's a lot on the line. However, Jin tells TMZ Sports ... she has no idea what Shane is talking about, and denies being married to anyone else.

It's unclear what kind of "proof" Shane has, but outside court he told us he plans to sue for bigamy and fraud so he can get back everything he shelled out.

Let the trash talk begin -- Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s already counting on Andre Berto becoming his 49th victim, guaranteeing a victory, but Berto says he's about to teach the champ a history lesson.

Money called out Berto on IG, saying, "September 12, 2015 for number 49. Come be part of the history." If Floyd wins, he'll tie Rocky Marciano's perfect 49-0 record.

Now, AB tells TMZ Sports Mayweather's boast "sounds good, but he gonna be in there with a different animal bro."

As for Floyd's undefeated streak continuing ... Berto says, "We focused and dialed in ready to MAKE history!"

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is officially confirming what TMZ Sports first told you -- he's giving Andre Berto a shot at the title next month.

Floyd just posted a promotional poster for the Sept. 12th Las Vegas bout on his Instagram.

We broke the story more than 2 weeks ago ... when the deal was actually inked.

As usual, the 48-0 Floyd is feeling confident. He boasted on his IG post, "September 12, 2015 for number 49. Come be part of the history."

Of course, Berto's no slouch at 33-3. Place your wagers.

Adrien Broner made $1.3 million for his fight against Shawn Porter, who beat him soundly for 11 of the 12 rounds.

With his new riches Broner decided to buy a couple of new cars, a Benz and a Maybach ... so say our friends at BlackSportsOnline.

Broner is scheduled to be back in the ring in October. No word on if the opponent will be a soft touch or another big name.

Andre Berto's personal chef is serving up a hot, steaming plate of CHEF BEEF ... claiming Floyd Mayweather's chef is WEAK SAUCE when it comes to feeding her fighter!

TMZ Sports spoke with Chef Justine -- who's in charge of Berto's diet as he preps for the September 12th fight with Floyd in Vegas -- and she tells us Berto has a major advantage when it comes to cuisine.

"What we are doing over here is 100 times better health-wise than what Floyd's doing," Chef tells us.

She's clearly referring to Chef Q -- who's been handling Mayweather's food for a while -- and recently told us Floyd's been indulging on all sorts of kick-ass sweets during training camp.

"I will never ever EVER do what she does," Justine says ... "Her food looks good on the soul food side but I don’t think your heart could last too long eating that all day."

Translation -- CHEF WAR!!!!!

Justine says she's got Berto on a special "Warrior Diet" -- which means no sugar, no grains, no calories wasted. Instead, he'll be eating a lot of "organic and raw foods."

"Andre is working super hard. He is not taking anything lightly to get his mind and body right," Justine says ... "My diet program will be a huge reason why Berto will win."

We got bad news and good news for Russell Wilson ...

The bad news? Boxing star Peter Quillin tells TMZ Sports he's seen Russell box ... and the Super Bowl champ is less than impressive in the squared circle.

The good news? Peter says that he's willing to personally get in the ring with Russell to help him become un-sucky.

We spoke to Quillin ... and the former middleweight champ tells us he checked out some of the boxing videos that Russell's been posting to social media ... and he's FAR from impressed.

"They're just going through the motions, he needs to learn proper technique."

He's not the only one ... since Russell uploaded the clip, people have been killin' him on social media wondering how a guy who's so athletic can look so ... not.

Peter says all hope isn't lost ... telling us he trains plenty of celebrities in the pugilistic arts and would be more than willing to help Wilson ... all Russy has to do is ask.

"I train my wife, Melo, Curtis Martin, and Shia LeBeouf ... if Russell wants to do the same he should call me up ... I'm here for you Russ."

Floyd Mayweather Jr. taught Hollywood "It" girl Ruby Rose a few things about boxing -- during a Las Vegas meet-and-greet that must've had Floyd thinking he was seeing double.

Ruby went to the TMT gym on Thursday to watch the champ training for his upcoming fight against Andre Berto. Sources at the gym tell us the "Orange Is the New Black" star said she's been a longtime fan of Floyd's and just really wanted to meet him.

We're told a mutual friend of Floyd and Ruby's doppelganger, Justin Bieber ... helped set up yesterday's meeting.

Life's good when you're on The Money Team ... 'cause one of Floyd Mayweather's proteges tells TMZ Sports the boxing champ hooked him up with a brand spanking new ride worth over $30k!

Okay, it's not a Bugatti or a Ferrari, but Ashley Theophane -- who's 38-6 -- ain't complaining. Theophane tells us he was chillin' at home when Floyd called and said meet him at a dealership.

When he arrived Floyd handed him the keys to a fully loaded 2015 Chrysler 300. Theophane says he needed a car, but had no idea his mentor was hooking it up like this.

AT says it's Floyd's way of showing him love for winning 5 straight fights. He added, "Floyd makes so much money. He likes to take care of his team."

Boxing legend Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini says Floyd Mayweather is never going to truly be "The Best Ever" ... until he steps in the ring with the most dangerous dude in the sport ... Gennady Golovkin.

Mancini -- a 2015 Hall of Fame inductee -- was outside Ecco restaurant in NYC when he sounded off about Mayweather fighting Andre Berto. Check out the clip ... Boom Boom's NOT impressed

In fact, he says it will be a "terrible" fight ... and explains exactly why. Mancini says if Floyd really wants the boxing world to kiss the ring ... he's gotta face GGG.

It's on ... Floyd Mayweather is officially set to square off with Andre Berto in September ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Andre Berto has NOT signed on the dotted line to fight Floyd Mayweather on September 12th ... but they're getting there ... sources connected to the deal tell TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported, Mayweather dropped Berto's name as a possible opponent -- and Berto WANTS to fight Floyd -- but the fact of the matter is the deal has not been finalized.

Our sources tell us ... the two sides have spoken -- but without a firm deal in place, we're told Mayweather's camp is still reaching out to other potential opponents in case Berto falls through.

That being said, our sources tell us it's pretty likely the two sides WILL come to an agreement -- this isn't at all like the Pacquiao situation which took FOREVER to close.

We're told there should be some significant movement in the next few days.

Interesting cameo in that viral video of the bully who was forced to get into a boxing ring after picking on kids at school -- ex-NFL star Willie McGinest was there egging on the action.

The video has roughly 3 MILLION views ... and the family has been praised for teaching the kid an impactful lesson in humility after learning he had picked on a fellow classmate.

But we noticed that while the kid was getting his face blown up by more experienced boxers at the Jack Rabbit Fitness gym in Long Beach, Willie was there ... taking part in the tough love.

You can hear Willie shouting at the kid, "C'mon tough guy!" over and over ... while recording the beatdown on his phone.

FYI -- we're told the kid has trained at the gym before ... and the boxers he was fighting weren't pros, just more experienced. His family wanted to show him that being picked on by someone who's bigger and stronger sucks.

By the way, lesson learned.

We're told Willie insists he just happened to be in the gym that day ... and had no role in organizing the event.

Just because someone's "on drugs," doesn't mean they're a "drug abuser" -- so says Floyd Mayweather who claims his baby mama is making a drug mountain out of a drug molehill.

It all has to do with Floyd's $20 MILLION legal war with his ex Josie Harris -- who sued Floyd for defamation over comments he made about their domestic violence incident during an interview with Katie Couric.

In her lawsuit, Josie said Mayweather labeled her as a "drug abuser" who had to be restrained during the 2010 dom. violence incident.

But now, Mayweather is firing back -- saying he NEVER called Josie an "abuser" during the interview, just someone who was "on drugs" at the time of the incident. He insists there's a big difference.

For the record, Floyd was convicted of domestic violence and spent two months in jail for the attack -- and there was no mention of Josie being "on drugs" in any police report we've seen.

Manny Pacquiao's manager Bob Arum is declaring war on Floyd Mayweather's promoter -- claiming the guy is "rigging the boxing industry" ... and taking aim at everyone, including Jay Z ... this according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

Arum's Top Rank boxing promotions company just filed a $100 MILLION lawsuit against Al Haymon -- who many consider the most powerful man in boxing.

According to the suit, Top Rank claims Haymon has been using unsavory tactics to monopolize the boxing industry -- including illegally blocking fights, blocking venues and freezing out other promoters, including Top Rank and Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports company.

Top Rank claims Haymon -- who "famously runs his empire from an old school flip phone" -- is leveraging his impressive client list (which includes Mayweather, Adrian Broner, Danny Garcia and more) to monopolize the boxing industry.

For example, Top Rank claims Haymon cajoled one of his fighters -- Peter Quillin -- to turn down a $1.4 million payday in 2014 (the biggest payday of his career) because Jay Z had won the right to promote the fight and Haymon didn't want to let Roc Nation get his foot into the boxing game.

Top Rank is going after Haymon and his financial backers, the Waddell & Reed investment group for fraud and conspiracy.

Blac Chyna's still not banging her boxer/boyfriend J'Leon Love ... and this time the reason for the sexual time-out is down right holy.

Chyna was leaving Ace Of Diamonds strip club in L.A. Monday night when we asked if carnal activities had commenced between she and her love now that the Money Team member is no longer in training. You'll recall, she had previously said he was in a no-sex zone for 30 days before a fight.

Then Chyna hit us with the bad news ... J'Leon is a Muslim ... and is forbidden to do the horizontal mambo during the holy time of Ramadan ... which happens to be going on right now.

Ramadan lasts until July 17th.

Floyd Mayweather almost got fined by police this weekend ... and he couldn't have cared less.

The boxer and his entourage were rollin' down Hollywood Blvd. late Friday night in a caravan of expensive cars ... Floyd was driving his Bugatti, flanked by SUVs with another Bugatti and a Rolls Royce in the back.

Our law enforcement sources tell us ... at one point during the joy ride, Floyd stopped his car in the middle of the street, stood up inside of it and played up to the cheering crowd.

Cops approached Mayweather and told him he needed to move the car ASAP (because traffic in that area SUCKS) or else they would ticket Floyd or impound his car.

Floyd's reply -- "It's not like I can't afford it."

BTW, he's right ... Mayweather was just listed as #1 on Forbes' highest paid celebrities list.
