Here's what happens when you fight a chick that outweighs you by almost 100 pounds ... and said chick doesn't speak the same language as the ref.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu star Gabi Garcia -- who's listed at 6'2'', 209 pounds -- just fought in her first ever Shoot boxing (Japanese kickboxing) match in Tokyo ... and landed two illegal kicks to the dome that left her MUCH smaller opponent seeing stars.

Gabi's first head-kick on 45-year-old Megumi Yabushita got flagged by the ref -- but his warning appeared to be lost in translation ... 'cause seconds later, Garcia uncorked another more devastating skull-shot.

That one put Megumi down for the count -- and possibly with a dislocated shoulder.

Gabi probably should've been DQ'd ... but the match was ruled a no-contest. Maybe cause of that whole "I don't speak Japanese" thing.

Floyd Mayweather has officially tapped boxing superstar Gervonta Davis to fight in the "co-main event" at the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight, TMZ Sports has learned.

Davis is a killer -- he's 18-0 with 17 knockouts including a ridiculously violent victory over Liam Walsh back in May.

We spoke with "Tank" -- who tells us he's fired up about fighting on August 26 ... even though promoters haven't nailed down his opponent yet.

The Under Armour sponsored superstar says it's down to two fighters -- but promises he'll put either one of his potential opponents to sleep.

Gervonta says he's been training his ass off with Floyd -- and says he's confident he can knock out McGregor, too!

7:30 PM PT -- A rep for Floyd Mayweather wants to make it clear that the boxer has NO affiliation with "The Mayweather Experience."

The workouts do go down at Mayweather's gym ... but the rep says Floyd makes no money off the camp, and has absolutely no involvement in its operation.

Floyd Mayweather's private Vegas boxing gym has opened its doors for normies -- like you -- to train with Floyd's REAL boxing team ... but it ain't for the poor.

It's called "The Mayweather Experience" -- and for $650 a pop, regular people will get their hands wrapped by Floyd's guys, step into Floyd's ring and hit the mitts with Floyd's dad, Mayweather Sr.

It's essentially a 2-hour fantasy camp for Mayweather-aholics to see if they can make it through TBE's legendary grueling workouts.

Got rich friends? Mayweather's gym is offering training camp packages for groups -- a 6-some will run you $3,500.

We're told Floyd's team has been offering the workout for about a month so far and it's been going great.

Not too late for Conor to sign up ...

Chuck Liddell has a challenge for Floyd Mayweather -- you really wanna make a statement? Don't run from Conor McGregor ... KNOCK HIM OUT!

The Iceman was out in Calabasas when he said he'd love to see Floyd really take the fight to Conor in a real-deal brawl. But he knows Floyd probably has less exciting plans ...

"I don't think Floyd will come after him. Floyd will be happy making the money and running around."

Not so fast ... Floyd's dad says the boxer has some "presents" for Conor and plans on "whooping his ass."

Floyd Mayweather's father says it's not even gonna be close -- "Even if [Conor] goes the distance, [Floyd's] gonna whoop his ass!"

Floyd Sr. -- who's also TBE's trainer -- sat down with Helen Yee and said they've drawn up a perfect game plan for Conor McGregor and plan on giving him a few "presents" in the ring.

"We gonna be able to touch him up," Floyd Sr. said ... adding Conor's "gonna get whooped."

Andre Berto is pissed about Manny Pacquiao's loss to Jeff Horn for the WBO title over the weekend, telling TMZ Sports the controversial decision was "a whole bunch of bulls**t."

We spoke with the former welterweight champ about the outrage surrounding Pac-Man's unanimous 12th round loss on Sunday ... and the Beast is clearly siding with the critics who think the judges butchered the call.

But Berto thinks Manny will "handle his business" and get his belt back ... amid rumors that Pacquiao is seriously considering retirement.

Here's Fat Joe telling TMZ Sports about the time he almost got the HELL KICKED OUTTA HIM by Roy Jones Jr. ... and it was all over one of Joe's most favorite rap lines.

You might remember Ja Rule's 2004 hit "New York" which featured Joe and contained a line where the rapper makes reference to Roy's career struggles at the time, having been KO'd by Antonio Tarver.

"Even Roy Jones was forced to lean back," went the line.

Roy was none too pleased about the line -- which he interpreted as a diss -- and according to Joe actually threatened to beat the hell outta him, although in the end cooler heads prevailed.

Joe says they're all on good terms now.

We reached out to Roy about the whole thing ... and he confirmed to us it's 100% true, saying he was "furious" at the time ... but he's let it go.

Conor and Floyd ain't the only ones looking to make HUGE bank on August 26 -- the pimps and the hoes are projecting "crazy money" in Vegas that weekend ... so says Don "Magic" Juan.

The Bishop -- a former real life pimp who's also Snoop's spiritual adviser -- says Sin City's sex workers are FIRED UP about the big event 'cause they know it'll bring big spenders.

"The city is gonna be lit up," Magic says ... "When you talkin' about pimpin' and playin' and hoes and prostitutes ... it goes right in with pro sports."

Conor McGregor responded to Floyd Mayweather's insanely fast boxing training video with a clip of his own -- one that showcases his power.

While Floyd showcased blazing speed and quick footwork, Conor's training video was more focused on power shots ... particularly, a punishing uppercut.

Everyone keeps saying it's a matchup of speed vs. power (you've heard the "all it takes is one shot from Conor" argument) ... these videos seem to play right into that story line.

Conor issued a warning to Floyd -- "You've never seen these moves."

Floyd Mayweather admits he's not the same dominating boxer he was 20 years ago -- or even 5 years ago -- but he's still gonna beat that ass.

The 40-year-old boxer hit the gym Wednesday night to put in some more training time for Conor McGregor -- and posted video of his workout.

He included the caption, "I know I'm not the same fighter I was 20 years ago, I'm not the same fighter I was 10 years ago... As a matter of fact, I'm not the same fighter I was 5 years ago."

"I'm just an old legend putting in work in 16 oz gloves."

Floyd has broken down the shift in his fighting style for TMZ Sports before -- and says he went from knockout artist to defensive-minded boxer to protect his hands.

It worked.

Canelo Alvarez says there's only ONE way his fight with Gennady Golovkin's gonna end -- with GGG getting KNOCKED THE HELL OUT!

The boxing superstar tells TMZ Sports there's a ZERO percent chance their superfight goes the distance -- and there's "no doubt" Golovkin will hit the canvas for the first time in his career.

Canelo also says he ain't losing sleep over the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight being booked 3 weeks before his Sept. 16th brawl ... but says the move was straight disrespectful.

As for Bernard Hopkins, who told TMZ Sports Canelo will win by decision -- Alvarez has a message for him too.

Conor McGregor is gonna be PISSSSSED when he finds out how much cash Floyd Mayweather will make from their fight ... at least that's what Floyd's telling people.

One of those people is UFC champ Tyron Woodley -- who kicked it with Floyd at the Maxim 100 party in L.A. over the weekend.

In fact, Floyd made a video with Tyron calling him "the best UFC fighter" -- a compliment to Tyron and an obvious diss to McGregor.

Tyron co-hosted the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weeknights on FS1) and said Floyd was super cool during their hangout -- and even offered to give him some private fighting and business lessons.

Mayweather also mentioned McGregor ... telling Tyron, "Conor's gonna be pissed when he sees how much money I'm making."

Make no mistake about it, Oscar De La Hoya is still pissed Dana White scheduled his superfight 3 weeks before Canelo vs. GGG ... but he's just taken the first step in repairing their friendship.

Long story short ... De La Hoya says White broke a very serious unwritten rule between fight promoters -- a rule everyone from Don King to Bob Arum hold sacred.

But despite their feud over the McGregor vs. Mayweather fight -- De La Hoya tells TMZ Sports he still "loves" Dana and even made a pretty solid peace offering.

No word if Dana will accept ... he's still pretty pissed too.

Boxing legend Julio Cesar Chavez's brother, Rafael, was murdered in Mexico during a botched armed robbery ... local authorities announced Monday.

According to a Sinaloa state prosecutor, two men entered Rafael Chavez's Culiacan home Sunday night and demanded money. One of the men was armed.

During the robbery, Chavez resisted and was shot and killed in front of his family.

Attention NBA, think twice before starting any static with Raptors superstar DeMar DeRozan ... 'cause the dude is spending his off-season throwing some serious hands with Floyd Mayweather's camp.

DeMar was one of the few people inside Floyd's private workout at Ten Goose Boxing Gym in L.A. this week -- begging the question ... whatcha doing here?

Turns out, DeMar's been training with the people who train Floyd -- plus, he's been studying Mayweather at the boxer's home gym in Vegas over the years, too. They're pretty tight.

We got our hands on one of DeMar's training sessions ... dude is no joke.

Gennady Golovkin's wife Alina actually wants to spend time with her husband (crazy, right?!) ... and the boxing superstar says he's considering retiring from boxing if it makes her happy.

GGG is 35 -- and there's talk he could hang 'em up after he clashes with Canelo Alvarez on Sept. 16th.

So, we asked Gennady straight-up to set the record straight and he told us, "This is a question for my wife!"

"She says, 'I need time with you!'"
