Nate Diaz says he's not waiting around to fight Conor McGregor for a 3rd time -- but he's not exactly closing the door on it either.

With McGregor tied up with Floyd for the next two months, many are wondering if the Irish superstar will ever return to MMA ... and who he'll fight if he gets back in the Octagon.

So, when we saw Nate out in L.A. Wednesday night, we had to ask if he's down to complete their trilogy.

"We'll see," Diaz told us ... "I've got a lot of stuff going on."

Obviously, a McGregor vs. Diaz rematch would be huge -- the first two fights were epic. Plus, Nate would undoubtedly get a massive paycheck.

Dana White has said he's reached out to both Nate and his brother Nick to book fights -- and neither guy will sign a contract. White says he's not sure either guy will ever fight in the UFC again.

But if the price is right ....

Floyd Mayweather stepped out in Hollywood Wednesday night ... as the RICHEST ATHLETE TO EVER WALK THE EARTH!

Hours after the big McGregor vs. Mayweather announcement, Floyd hit up the "All Eyez On Me" movie premiere in Westwood lookin' like a million bucks (times 300).

Mayweather spoke with our friend, Robert Littal at BSO, during the premiere -- and had a message for Conor and his fans.

Floyd has said he expects to make between $200 and $300 million for the McGregor fight -- though he hasn't confirmed the terms of the deal yet.

We spoke with Dana White who says Conor should rake in around $100 mil.

Sylvester Stallone says he's Team McGregor all the way -- telling TMZ Sports he believes Conor has a real shot against Floyd Mayweather.

"Then again, I live my life in fantasy," Stallone joked.

Sly is a huge boxing fan -- but he's also one of the celebrity minority owners of the UFC. So, he's kinda got a dog in this fight ... the underdog.

"I always have the underdog."

Conor and Floyd are set to fight at the T-Mobile Arena in Vegas on August 26 -- but Stallone says he's already made up his mind about going to the fight.

Conor McGregor ain't the only one hoping to last 12 rounds in Vegas ... 2 of Nevada's most famous brothels are already prepping for the onslaught of horny people lookin' for legal action while in town for the big fight.

Both the world famous BunnyRanch and Sheri's Ranch launched super fight packages minutes after Conor and Floyd Mayweather made the fight official.

Sheri's is offering the ultimate VIP(enis) package ... for a mere $100K, john's will get 2 tickets to the fight along with some pre-fight action with all 24 girls on staff.

The BunnyRanch has deals too ... owner Dennis Hof says he's running a 2-for-1 special -- 2 girls for the price of 1.

Remember, prostitution is legal in the state of Nevada ... but only in regulated brothels.

The road leading up to the Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor super fight has been filled with expletives, public insults and name calling ... and it's all been documented on TMZ Sports.

Now that it's official and we get to see these two face-off in August, check out the best highlights of the many, MANY times Notorious and Money have barked at each other leading up to the fight.

August 26 can't come soon enough.

2:46 PM PT -- TMZ Sports spoke with Dana White who says the fight will be a 12 round boxing match. Both guys will use 10 ounce gloves. They will fight at 154 pounds.

The fight will take place at the T-Mobile Arena. Ticket prices have not been set yet.

There WILL be an undercard -- it will be boxing and Mayweather Promotions will handle the matchmaking.

We asked Dana if there was a possibility Roy Jones Jr. will fight Anderson Silva -- he told us, "I highly doubt it."

Both Floyd and Conor will be tested by USADA for performance enhancing drugs.

Dana says he expects Conor to make around $100 million for the fight but wouldn't break down the financials.

Dana says he spoke with Conor Wednesday morning -- he's VERY excited. Conor also believes with all his heart he will knock Mayweather out.

Floyd Mayweather has signed his deal and will box Conor McGregor on August 26.

Dana White was leading the negotiations for the UFC -- and had vowed to strike a deal with Floyd's camp. Now, the two sides have reached an agreement, as first reported by Yahoo Sports.

Conor and Floyd will square off in Vegas.

Conor posted about the fight on Instagram -- saying, "The fight is on." He replaced Floyd's pic with a shot of Floyd Sr.

Conor has said he expects to make more than $100 MILLION from the fight. Floyd has said he wanted double or triple that. No word on the exact details.

The last time we spoke with Floyd, he laid out exactly why he thinks Conor has a real shot to beat him.

The kickboxer who knocked his opponent OUT COLD while the guy's back was turned says he's been getting death threats over the brutal hit ... but he's adamant it was a fair shot.

Triple G joined the guys from "TMZ Sports" and went off on Canelo -- mocking everything about that garbage matchup back in May.

GGG also clowned Canelo for standing up between rounds of the Chavez fight -- saying he was just trying to look tough to impress women.

Golovkin -- who's on his way to Kazakhstan for Expo 2017 -- did give Canelo one compliment ... saying he's the first "real champion" he's ever fought.

Oscar De La Hoya isn't backing down from Dana White -- and doubled down on bashing the Floyd vs. Conor fight ... even after White tore him a new one.

Oscar appeared on "SportsCenter" on ESPN and directly responded to the expletive-filled tongue lashing White delivered to the boxing legend on "TMZ Sports."

White had said Oscar's criticism stemmed from his own insecurity because ODLH's last fight -- Canelo vs. Chavez -- "sucked."

Well, Oscar says Floyd vs. Conor will suck even worse ... and explained why.

Oscar says he still has respect for Dana ... but we doubt these two are hanging out any time soon.

"I couldn't hit him. Oscar [De La Hoya] couldn't hit him. Canelo [Alvarez] couldn't hit him. Conor's not going to hit him."

Boxing legend Ricky Hatton says he absolutely LOVES Conor McGregor -- but knows in his heart the guy has no shot against Floyd Mayweather.

Ricky famously fought Mayweather back in 2007 -- they were both undefeated at the time -- but Hatton got rocked and lost in the 10th round.

Hatton says he knows from experience how hard it is to land a shot against Floyd -- and says he thinks there's a real possibility Conor won't land a single punch if they actually fight.

"What I think happens in the fight ... it could be a bit embarrassing. And I would not like to see that happen to Conor 'cause I love him to bits."

"If the truth be known, I'd like Conor to splatter him. But I don't ... my heart says it but my mind says 'no,' he probably wouldn't."

LeBron James is getting the highest possible praise from Muhammad Ali's ex-wife -- who's anointed the NBA star the "Muhammad Ali of basketball" for the way he's addressed racism in America.

Khalilah Ali -- who was married to Muhammad from '67 to '76 and has 4 kids with the boxing legend -- tells TMZ Sports she was extremely impressed with Bron's reaction to the racist vandalism at his L.A. home.

She says Muhammad would not only be proud ... he'd be a huge fan.

"I think Ali would be very supportive of him because Ali went through the same thing in the past," Khalilah says.

"He would really look up to James."

Dana White tells TMZ Sports he has 3 simple words for Oscar De La Hoya -- "WHAT THE F**K?!"

The UFC honcho is furious with the boxing legend after Oscar publicly trashed the Mayweather vs. McGregor negotiations ... calling it a "joke of a fight" that could kill the sport of boxing.

Earlier Wednesday, White posted a video on Instagram showing Oscar praising a UFC vs. Boxing fight four months ago ... and then trashing it now.

White says Oscar is coming off as an insecure hypocritical weirdo for changing his position so drastically -- and says it makes it sound like Oscar has no confidence in the boxing match he's promoting, Canelo Alvarez vs. Gennady Golovkin.

The entire Mexican world will be rooting for Canelo Alvarez to knock GGG the HELL OUT ... that's according to Mexican boxing superstar Mikey Garcia.

Of course, Gennady Golovkin fights in what he describes as the "Mexican style," something that he and his trainer, Abel Sanchez, have used to endear themselves to throngs of fans south of the border.

We talked to Garcia -- an undefeated champion and one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the sport -- and he tells us style or no style, all of Mexico is riding with Alvarez.

A boxer in Indiana started off his pro career this weekend by obliterating his opponent's face with a shot that sent the guy through the ropes and out of the ring!

Even more impressive ... this was ROUND 1.

The fighter is Mikey Dahlman -- a promising middleweight who made his pro debut Monday against Rick Ogden at the Civic Center in Hammond, IN.

The entire fight lasted 2 mins and 14 secs. Obviously, Mikey was fired up.
