Heavyweight Champ Deontay Wilder says there's only one UFC fighter he'd like to get in the boxing ring ... and it ain't Conor ... telling TMZ Sports he'd love to kick the hell out of Brock Lesnar.

We got the big man out at LAX and wanted to know which Octagon star he'd like to rumble with ... since boxing vs. UFC is all the rage these days.

He totally disses McGregor ... saying he's too small and not skilled at all ... but definitely had a guy in mind ... and although it's the biggest, baddest monster in MMA ... Wilder says he'd roll him.

Floyd Mayweather was gonna make $35,000 for 90 minutes of work at a Vegas nightclub ... but blew it off because he didn't feel like leaving Europe ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Mayweather's being sued by the SLS Hotel in Vegas -- which says they had a deal with Mayweather to host his 39th birthday party at their Foxtail Nightclub on February 20.

All Floyd had to do was show up ... host the party and do the red carpet -- and bam, easy $35,000.

The SLS says he even got half the money in advance.

Problem is ... Floyd allegedly bailed at the last minute so he could "stay in Europe for his birthday."

Obviously, the club was pissed ... and demanded the advance back, which Floyd has allegedly refused to fork over.

The SLS is suing for the money back -- plus additional damages.

Add another boxer to the list of people calling out Conor McGregor ...

This time, it's "Sugar" Shane Mosley saying the UFC star wouldn't have a scintilla of a chance if the two stepped inside of a boxing ring.

Oscar De La Hoya has proclaimed himself single -- which apparently means his longtime marriage to pop singer Millie Corretjer is down for the count.

Conor McGregor believes he's got all the advantages in a fight with Floyd Mayweather -- power, reach and youth ... saying, "Age waits for no man!"

McGregor talked about his possible boxing career during an event in Northern Ireland on Friday -- when, of course, the topic of Mayweather came up.

"If I focus with the work ethic I have solely on the sport of boxing, there’s no telling what I could do,” McGregor said.

"I would not go in there just to show up, I’d go in there to knock [Floyd] out. That’s it. He can be hit, he’s been hit before. Age waits for no man."

"I know the size is on my side, I know the reach is on my side, I know the youth is on my side."

He continued, "There’s a lot to lose for them, so that’s why they're scrambling ... but that’s okay, I’ll leave them scrambling. I’ve got some other boxing opportunities and potential opponents in mind. Some previous Floyd opponents. They can bring in anyone in the game. We’ll see what happens."

Someone brought up boxing champ Paul Malignaggi -- who called McGregor out on social media.

You know who would beat Conor McGregor's ass?? Canelo Alvarez ... this according to boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya.

The Golden Boy was leaving 1 OAK on the Sunset Strip when we asked for his thoughts on Conor getting a boxing license in California. He pulled no punches.

Good news and bad news for Conor McGregor ...

GOOD NEWS: Northern Irish boxing superstar Carl Frampton -- the reigning WBA featherweight champ -- says he loves Conor and would be down to train with the guy if he's serious about boxing.

Legendary boxing promoter Bob Arum has some truth bombs for Conor McGregor -- you'd get straight-up killed in the ring.

Arum -- who's promoted everyone from Muhammad Ali to Sugar Ray Leonard and Manny Pacquiao -- says McGregor is delusional if he thinks he can compete with the best boxers in the business.

That being said ... Arum says now that Conor has a license in California, he probably needs a boxing promoter -- and Bob tells TMZ Sports he's down to set up a meeting ASAP!

"I'd jump at the chance if Conor wanted to sign on ... but I would warn him about the huge odds against him."

So, how does he feel about potential Mayweather matchup?

If Conor McGregor actually gets his $100 MILLION boxing match with Floyd Mayweather, you'll never see him compete in MMA again ... so says Tyron Woodley.

Tyron makes it clear, he wants NOTHING MORE than to fight Conor at UFC 209 ... but would totally understand if McGregor turns him down for the life-changing payday.

He also suggests Conor's decision to get a boxing license could just be a power move to stick it to the UFC -- which recently made CM relinquish his featherweight title.

One last thing ... Woodley -- who's been beefing with Conor since their backstage run-in at UFC 205 -- says he actually respects the guy for what he's done for the sport.

See, these guys can play nice.

Despite his new California boxing license, Floyd Mayweather still doesn't believe Conor McGregor is serious about getting in the ring.

We spoke with Floyd this week ... who says he thinks McGregor is all talk when it comes down to it.

Mayweather has previously told us he thinks Conor is piggybacking off his name to try and get even more famous ... and it's clear he still feels that way.

Conor was issued a boxing license in California, as first reported by Ariel Helwani, and commission officials say they're excited to see the UFC star try his hand at the sweet science.

Cynthia and Yahu, a cruiser weight boxer, were spotted at an Atlanta restaurant this week. Fans and many friends thought they were banging -- they do look good together -- but sources close to both tell us it was strictly a biz meeting.

We're told Yahu's starting a boxing app and wants access to models at The Bailey Agency for upcoming photo shoots. That was the main topic at their power lunch, but we're told there's a chance he might cameo on 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' ... if their deal goes through.

Light Heavyweight champ Andre Ward has a message for anyone still questioning his victory over Sergey Kovalev ... I WON, GET THE HELL OVER IT.

Kovalev and his team were furious over the loss ... saying Ward's unanimous decision victory had more to do with politics than boxing.

Ward talked to TMZ Sports and said that's all sour grapes ... and he's more than willing to do it again, but warns that this time, he's had 12 rounds of schooling on the guy -- and that's bad news.

Andre Ward has a great big NOT SO FAST for anyone who thinks UFC guys can't hang with pro boxers ... saying he actually sparred with Nick and Nate Diaz, and the dudes can throw hands ... FOR REAL.

Ward's in Vegas getting ready for his PPV throwdown with Sergey Kovalev on Saturday and took a little time to talk to TMZ Sports before the two lock horns.

Of course, we asked him who he'd pick in a mega-fight between Conor and Floyd ... and while he made it clear Floyd has the edge in a boxing ring, he told us he knows FIRSTHAND how hard UFC guys can hit.

Get this ... Ward also says he'd like to see a truce in the whole MMA vs boxing war.

Boxing great Zab Judah was just ordered to spend the next MONTH in jail -- after a Vegas judge determined his recent domestic violence arrest violated his probation from a DUI conviction.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the 39-year-old former 4-time world champ was arrested for domestic violence back in July after he allegedly roughed up his wife after a night of boozing.

Problem is ... Judah was on probation at the time stemming from a 2014 DUI arrest -- and one of the terms was to stay out of trouble.

Judah appeared at a hearing in Las Vegas on Thursday and the judge determined Judah violated his probation -- and ordered the bailiff to take him into custody immediately.

Sergey Kovalev has a message for Andre Ward ... I'M GONNA KICK YOUR ASS ... telling TMZ Sports their fight Saturday night ain't gonna be a Mayweather/Pacquiao snoozefest ... it's gonna be all-out war.
