It's being hailed as the "Battle of the Hollywood Bad Boys" -- and celeb fight promoter Damon Feldman tells us it's all going down in September at a venue in Los Angeles.

Feldman says the fight won't be a cakewalk for Canseco ... Lohan is 3-0 in celeb boxing fights, beating up guys like reality star Jonny Fairplay.

Canseco is 5-1 in the celeb boxing world ... with victories over Danny Bonaduce and 'Real Housewives' alum Tareq Salahi.

And get this ... we're told Dean McDermott will ref the fight.

Deontay Wilder Sues Disgraced Boxing Opponent Your Doping Test Cost Me Millions!

Heavyweight boxing champ Deontay Wilder is suing the man he was SUPPOSED to fight back in May -- claiming Alexander Povetkin's positive doping test cost him MILLIONS ... and he wants his money.

In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, Wilder claims he was guaranteed 70% of the $7.15 MILLION purse for the May 21st fight (math translation: $5 million).

Problem is ... Povetkin tested positive for the banned substance meldonium (the same stuff Maria Sharapova was using) and the fight was called off 6 days before the bout.

Wilder says he was suspicious that Povetkin was doping since he had traveled to Spain in the months before the fight ... and "[Spain is] notorious as an epicenter of doping."

Sources close to Wilder tell the the champ was PIIIIIIISSSSED in the days after the fight was cancelled -- and now we know why ... a $5 million loss would probably ruin your week too.

Shane Mosley Ordered to Fork Over $300k to Ex

Shane Mosley just got hit with a costly hook after a judge ordered him to hand over $300k to his ex-wife.

According to docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... Mosley must pay Jin Mosley $180k in back child support dating from December 2014 to November 2015. He also has to pony up almost $85k for his share of a tax debt the couple owed.

To add insult to injury, Shane's gotta pay Jin's attorney fees to the tune of $50,000.

It's been a nasty divorce since jump street -- as we've reported, Shane claims they were never really married since Jin two-timed him.

Adrien Broner Bowling Alley Accuser Drops Assault Suit

The man who sued Adrien Broner for beating him up and robbing him outside of a bowling alley has suddenly dropped the lawsuit ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to docs filed in Cincinnati ... the man is dismissing the suit he brought against Broner, claiming the boxing great beat the crap of him and stole more than $12k. The whole altercation was allegedly over a bowling bet gone bad.

It's unclear why the alleged victim's had a change of heart, but Broner doesn't care much. His lawyer tells us he's "moving forward" ... and added he couldn't comment on the possibility that a settlement deal had been struck.

Broner's still facing criminal charges -- including felonious assault and aggravated robbery -- for the alleged incident. The trial is set to begin next month.

Floyd Mayweather's Dad Hospitalized In Vegas

Scary moment for Floyd Mayweather Sr. ... who was hospitalized in Vegas early this morning ... but appears to be okay now, TMZ Sports has learned.

We've confirmed ... emergency personnel responded to a call around 7:30 AM to a coffee shop. The 63-year-old was loaded into an ambulance and transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

A rep for the Mayweather camp tells us Floyd Sr. was simply dehydrated and is doing much better now. We're told he's not expected to be held overnight.

Floyd Sr. was a pretty good boxer in his own right -- and fought Sugar Ray Leonard in 1978 (he lost though). He eventually became one of the biggest trainers in boxing.

An honest moment from legendary boxing trainer Freddie Roach -- who says he's sad about Muhammad Ali's death because it makes him think about "what I maybe have to look forward to."

Just like Ali, Roach has Parkinson's disease -- and while outside of Ecco in NYC, Roach told us the two actually bonded about their conditions when Ali came into his gym about 15 years ago.

"As soon as he started hitting the heavy bag, his tremors went away," Roach said ... "I said we have something in common, because when I do mitts, my tremors go away."

"I think it's more of our comfort zone. We're boxers, we're both very comfortable doing that."

He continued, "I'm a little bit sad that he passed away ... I wonder what I maybe have to look forward to sometimes."

Roach says he's hopeful ... noting they have made tremendous advancements in medicine and science.

Ken Shamrock Kimbo Never Got the Respect He Deserved

Ken Shamrock says his heart aches for Kimbo Slice -- saying the guy made a tremendous impact in the world of combat sports ... but never got the respect he truly deserved.

Shamrock -- who fought Slice (and lost) last year -- says Slice made one helluva splash in MMA and boxing ... but still had to battle extreme negativity from haters -- even when he won his fights.

"Even when he won a fight it seemed like he was never good enough," Shamrock says.

"When you really care about your fans and you really care about what you do then those things that come at you from a negative position ... it hurts ... especially when it comes in thousands of people with negative thoughts. It stings, it hurts."

Shamrock says he never spoke with Slice directly about it -- but says it was obvious Kimbo was affected by the negativity.

In the end, Shamrock says Slice should be remembered as a warrior.

Muhammad Ali 'The Greatest' Dead at 74

Muhammad Ali has died in a Phoenix-area hospital where he was battling respiratory issues ... according to a family spokesman.

The legendary boxer and humanitarian was 74 years old. He had checked into the hospital on Thursday and reps said he was in fair condition, but on Friday his health worsened throughout the day.

The family says his funeral will be held in Ali's hometown of Louisville, although the spokesman didn't specify a date. NBC News first reported his death.

Ali will be remembered as one of the most recognized figures worldwide -- after winning boxing's heavyweight title 3 different times ... with the first coming in a KO of Sonny Liston in 1964.

He was as famous for his boxing matches -- the "Rumble in the Jungle," the "Thrilla in Manila" -- as quotes like, "Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee."

Ali, born Cassius Clay, changed his name and converted to Islam in 1964. He also famously refused to enter the Vietnam War in 1967 as a conscientious objector.

Although he was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 1984 ... Ali remained very active at international events in and out of the sporting world. His lighting of the Olympic flame at the 1996 Atlanta games is considered one of the most iconic images in Olympic history.

The champ is survived by his wife Yolanda Williams and 9 children -- 7 daughters, 2 sons -- including Laila Ali, who became an undefeated boxing champ herself.

When he retired in 1981, Ali had 56 wins, 5 losses and 37 knockouts.

He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1990 ... and will always hold the title of "The Greatest."

Shane Mosley Blasts Amir Khan You Suck Too Hard to Fight at Olympics

Shane Mosley is dashing the hell out of Amir Khan's Olympic dreams -- saying it would be DUMB AS HELL to fight at the '16 Games in Rio after the way he was brutally K.O.'d back in May.

FYI, Khan has expressed serious interest in fighting for Pakistan at the summer games -- after the International Boxing Association finally voted to allow pros to compete for gold.

But after watching Khan nearly get decapitated by Canelo Alvarez last month, Mosely tells TMZ Sports, the dude needs to rethink his plan.

The dance group is called "The Finest Family" -- comprised of 6 adorable siblings from Chicago ... led by their dad, Henry.

They're incredible dancers -- but they've struggled financially for years. Henry says the family spent 6 months living out of their van in Chicago.

That was before Floyd came into the picture roughly 4 years ago ... saw them dance, became an instant fan and vowed to be a mentor for life. They've since been featured on shows like "Steve Harvey."

But earlier this month, with the family in serious need of cash (they wash cars to make ends meet), Mayweather contacted the crew and flew them out to Vegas to check in.

Get this ... during the trip, Mayweather pulled out $10,000 IN CASH and gave it to the family ... telling them, "Whatever you need, let me know."

"He's been a blessing," Henry said of Floyd ... "He's amazing."
