Fernando Tatis Jr. got Petco Park rockin' with an early home run Tuesday night -- but Tom DeLonge made sure the Padres party kept on going later in the evening ... when he led the crowd in a legendary rendition of a Blink-182 classic.

It all went down during Game 3 of San Diego's National League Division Series with the Dodgers ... when the Padres were trying to take a commanding 2-1 series lead over their hated rival.

Tatis Jr. did his part in the second inning, blasting a two-run homer to give the Pads a 6-1 lead.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker aren't taking any risks when it comes to the safety of their home ... requesting local police keep a close eye on their pad.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the reality TV star and the blink-182 drummer, who own multiple properties across Southern California, requested extra patrols for their marital home earlier in the week.

We're told the couple has made the request due to past trespassers who've made their way onto the property ... though, there isn't a current threat they're concerned about.

Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian are traveling with all the small things as they hit the road for the Blink-182 tour ... because baby Rocky is riding the tour bus too!!!

Rocky was all snuggled up in a brown onesie Friday as Kourtney carried him in her arms ... and they boarded the tour bus with Travis.

The family of 3 was in New York City this morning before hitting the road and heading south to Ocean City, Maryland ... where Blink-182 is about to play a concert.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker couldn't keep their hands off each other at an event where they really needed their feet ... engaging in some light PDA at Barker's 5K in support of Boys and Girls Club Los Angeles.

The famous couple hit his "Run Travis Run" wellness event in Los Angeles early Saturday morning where the dynamic duo held hands, hugged ... and -- in typical Kourtney-Barker fashion -- grabbed a handful of booty.

Check out the pics ... KK and TB hit the festivities in their Saturday athletic-best leggings, shorts and t-shirt galore and they seemed to walk together for at least part of the race.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are still rockin' and rollin' like high school sweethearts after having a kid -- 'cause they went to a punk show for some alone time.

The married couple was spotted out at the No Values festival in Pomona, CA last Saturday -- which had a lineup chock-full of hardcore bands that are right up TB (and presumably KK's) alley ... although the vibe they were giving off was totally lovey-dovey.

The Blink-182 drummer took on the role of bump cradler during Kourtney's revealing shoot -- and when she ditched the clothes, he channeled his inner Janet Jackson circa 1993 with a strategic boob-cupping move.

The Polaroid IG images caught some heat online with fans likening it to a "prison conjugal visit" and others saying it was way too much PDA for their liking - "We could've lived happily without seeing these pics."

But, the star made it obvious she wasn't holding back on displaying her infatuation ... going on to gush in the caption: "To my husband, the keeper of my heart, my partner in crime, my personal heartthrob, the daddy to our little mischief-maker, my all-encompassing joy… Here's to another year of putting up with me! Happy birthday, love!"

Ensuring to express her gratitude to Travis further, Kourtney took things one step further by throwing him a Thanksgiving-themed birthday bash.

She offered a glimpse of the festive atmosphere with a series of snaps and clips with Frank Sinatra's "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" playing in the background. She captioned it, "vegan thanksgiving for my baby's birthday @travisbarker ❤️."

Kourtney Kardashian threw an epic baby shower for her and Travis Barker's future son together ... and some fans are seeing the forest for the trees on the kid's potential name.

The Disnelyand-themed bash went down Sunday, and it looks to have been hosted at their Calabasas mansion -- with the backyard being turned into a recreation of the famous theme park ... complete with Disney signage, Mickey Mouse ears and even the Dapper Dans!

Indeed, Kourtney's camp went all out here ... however, in one of the intricate party decorations -- an apple tree in the vein of 'Snow White' -- folks noticed a bunch of cards with hand-written notes were being hung ... and somebody zoomed in on one of those.

There's a note that can be partially read ... and it seems to mention a baby name. It's hard to make out in its entirety -- but what it appears to say is ... "May Baby Rocky have ... life filled with love." The rest of it is too blurry, but seemingly more well-wishes.

Eagle-eyed fans have seen this ... and there's already speculation Kourtney and Travis might be naming their kid Rocky. Of course, it could also be a reference to the fact TB is a rocker -- but in any case, it's spurred a lot of chatter online.

Time will tell what they end up calling the new Baby Barker ... but Rocky's not half bad.

Anyway, the rest of the shindig was top-tier in terms of Kardashian-led blowouts. Like we said, the party favors were incredibly well-thought-out and detailed -- and it looks like they didn't spare any expense in making the crib look like it came straight out of Anaheim.

BTW, Travis was masked up while mingling with friends and family ... he's got COVID right now. It also looks like folks were maintaining social distancing all throughout -- safety first.

As for Kourtney, she looks like she's almost ready to pop ... that baby's probably due any day now. She was all smiles and in an incredibly good mood based on what we can see.

Of course, the reason that's significant is because she kinda fell into the crosshairs of a mayor from another ritzy town just down the freeway ... and that would be Malibu.

As we reported ... Mayor Silverstein excoriated City officials for what he claims was them bending the knee to organizers of a Poosh party -- which is obviously Kourtney's wellness brand. He alleged that the folks who put that together got a last-minute special events permit greenlit ... and he suspects it was done under shady circumstances.

Luckily, Kourtney doesn't live in Malibu ... and she was at arm's-length from that drama this weekend.

Travis Barker's family emergency appears to have been connected to his pregnant wife, Kourtney Kardashian -- as expected -- but she's still got their bun in the oven.

The Blink-182 rocker and eldest Kardashian sister were photographed leaving an LA-area hospital Saturday ... where they boarded a waiting SUV with some handlers and security guards in tow as well. As you can see, KK still looks very pregnant ... and she's on her feet.

More importantly, no sign of a newborn anywhere ... so, it looks like she hasn't popped yet -- which is what most people assumed had happened as far as the family emergency.

Remember, Travis' band announced a sudden postponement in their tour Friday while in Europe ... writing, "Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States. The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed. More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available."

No official reason was offered for Travis' departure ... but, obviously, the fact Kourtney is pregnant and quite far along came to most everyone's mind as a possible explanation.

Like we said, we still don't know what exactly went down or why Kourtney might've been in the hospital -- but, thankfully, she seems to be doing better now and heading home.

Shanna Moakler is narrowing down Travis Barker's "urgent family matter" that has Blink-182 postponing concerts ... she says the kids they have together are safe and sound.

The drummer's ex-wife told a photog in Los Angeles Friday that Travis' family issue doesn't involve their son or daughter, and she says tons of folks have been reaching out to her for clarity.

Shanna says whatever Travis is dealing with that forced him to leave scheduled tour stops in Europe and return to the United States ASAP must be serious ... and she's praying everything is good with Travis, his immediate family, Kourtney Kardashian and their pregnancy.

As we reported ... Blink-182 suddenly postponed three shows due to an unspecified "urgent family matter" involving Travis.

Kourtney's pretty far along in her pregnancy with their first child ... and Travis posted photos of a prayer room before the concert news broke ... though no one is saying what caused the postponement.

But, Shanna's reporting everything is good with her side of Travis' family ... so that narrows it down a bit.

Hours before Blink-182 broke the news, Travis posted photos of a prayer room to Instagram, though it's unclear where he was or why he did so.

As you know, Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant and seems to be far along. Nevertheless, no one is saying what urgently caused the postponement.

Kourtney announced her pregnancy with a big sign at Blink's show back in June.

The clock's ticking for rescuers to find the 5 people missing on a sub aimed at exploring the Titanic wreckage ... but that's not stopping the stepson of one of the passengers from enjoying his favorite band, Blink-182.

British billionaire explorer, Hamish Harding, is among those onboard OceanGate Expeditions' Titan, a carbon-fiber submersible. Harding's stepson, Brian Szasz, posted about Harding's disappearance on Facebook Monday ... writing, "Hamish my stepdad is lost in a submarine thoughts and prayers that the rescue mission will be successful."

Just a few minutes after posting about the rescue mission, Brian revealed he was attending a Blink-182 show in San Diego, posting a pic of himself outside the venue.

Clearly recognizing some people might take it the wrong way, Brian writes, "It might be distasteful being here but my family would want me to be at the Blink-182 show as it’s my favorite band and music helps me in difficult times!♥️🙏🏽"

As we reported, OceanGate lost communication with Titan almost 2 hours into its journey down to the wreckage. The submersible has a 96-hour emergency supply of oxygen onboard -- which has likely dwindled to about 40 hours remaining.

It's not yet known where the Titan is, or whether the 5 on board are even alive.

Mark Hoppus from Blink-182 is waging legal war with his neighbor in Beverly Hills ... and it's all because of a pine tree Mark says is growing too tall.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Mark and his wife Skye are suing their neighbor over a tree they claim is blocking their view.

In the docs, Mark says the neighbor is violating rules adopted by the planning commission they hashed out years ago, which called for her to remove a bunch of trees and maintain a pine tree at a maximum height of 15 feet.

Mark says his neighbor is flouting the rules, claiming the tree is over 15 feet now, and new trees are growing in place of those that had previously been removed ... obstructing his view in the process.

In his suit, Mark claims his neighbor's been ignoring repeated requests to maintain the trees ... so now he's running to a judge for help.

Mark's seeking an injunction to force his neighbor to follow the rules and trim the trees ... he's also going after his neighbor for damages.

Kourtney Kardashian is apparently hittin' the road with her beau Travis Barker and the rest of Blink-182 like a true groupie ... and the happy couple was out for a walk in NYC ahead of the band's epic concert at Madison Square Garden.

Kourtney and Travis were wandering down 5th Ave. Friday, sippin' some matcha just hours before Travis and co. blow the roof off the city's titular arena. They had some music-themed garb on, albeit on opposite ends of the spectrum -- him in Slayer and her in Ice Cube.

The 2 are still finding some time for each other despite their busy schedules ... and as you know, we've seen them practically attached at the hip numerous times over the years.

As we reported, Blink-182 rocked the Coachella crowd last month -- and it was a big one, being the first time in 9 years that Travis shared a stage with his bandmates Tom DeLonge and Mark Hoppus.

Frank Ocean's out at Coachella as a result of an ankle injury, but Benny Blanco says his much-maligned performance still left him inspired.

TMZ Hip Hop caught the decorated producer out Wednesday afternoon in Bev Hills, and he offered a much different take from the majority of Coachella attendees who felt Frank's show was a bust.

Benny says he saw Frank live and thinks the "Channel Orange" singer, hands down, had the best set of Coachella Weekend 1 ... and he insists all the internet chatter won't sway his opinion.

The guy's worked with Snoop Dogg, SZA and Lizzo in recent months, so his ears have to count for something ... even if he's going against popular opinion. 🤷🏽‍♂️

The quality of Frank's set might be up for debate, but with his exit from the festival, it's definitely a one-of-one now.
