Leo DiCaprio may be as famous for yachting as he is for another, even bigger ship, but these days he's strictly upper deck!

The "Titanic" star was lounging this weekend on the top deck of a super yacht with some buddies ... along the coast of Sardinia.

There he was -- again -- a shirtless Leo lovin' life on the high seas. He was recently seen on another yacht in Cannes, where he was promoting his upcoming flick, "Killers of the Flower Moon."

The movie is a throwback -- an American Western crime drama -- directed by none other than Martin Scorsese.

Leo made an appearance at the Cannes Film Festival but still found the time to jump on a yacht with his pal, Tobey Maguire.

Phil Spector's daughter wants a judge to bang the gavel ... to prevent tons of his music memorabilia from being sold to the highest bidder ... and now she's suing one of the biggest auction houses over it.

The late music producer's only daughter, Nicole Spector, is suing Julien's Auctions ... claiming the items actually belong to her, so they have no right to sell them.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Nicole says she only recently found out about Julien's "Music Icons" auction, which features 82 items the auction house has been promoting as coming straight from Phil's estate.

Among the items ... a letter from President Nixon, a baseball signed by Mickey Mantle, tickets from a 1966 Beatles concert, a book signed by Yoko Ono and tons of gold records and album cover plaques.

Nicole claims Julien's told her they got the stuff from a woman named Sheryl Coughlan, who told them she got the property from Phil's daughter. Problem is, Nicole says she never gave any of Phil's property to Coughlan or anyone else.

In her suit, Nicole thinks her late father's ex-wife Rachelle may be to blame ... claiming she believes Rachelle misrepresented herself to Coughlan as Nicole when transferring the items.

Nicole claims when Phil divorced Rachelle, the judgment called for Phil to get all of his personal property back aside from a few specific items ... but she claims Rachelle didn't play ball and refused to turn over a bunch of Phil's memorabilia to Nicole a few years later when Phil died.

Shannon Sharpe's home in L.A. was burglarized last week ... and cops say the thieves made off with around $1 million in goods from the ex-NFL star's residence.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports ... the break-in happened back on May 19 between 7 PM and 9:30 PM -- after Sharpe had left his place for a few hours in the early evening.

We're told when Sharpe returned home after dinner with friends and noticed something was not right ... so he called the police.

Shannon told cops he was missing expensive watches, jewelry and some designer bags.

According to law enforcement, there were no obvious signs of forced entry -- and an investigation into the matter remains ongoing.

No arrests have yet been made ... but make no mistake, Shannon wants the perpetrator held accountable. So much so, Sharpe has put up a $50k reward for info leading to an arrest and conviction.

Dean Cain has finally unloaded his super Malibu home ... and while the sale went below his OG asking price, it's still gonna net Cain millions.

Real estate sources tell TMZ Dean's pad sold Wednesday for $6.25M, going for $1 mil under his original asking price. We're told $7.25M was a bit of an overreach, but everything worked out and Dean is stoked with the deal.

TMZ broke the story, the "Superman" star listed the beautiful property in March -- and the 4-bed, 5-bath home has an incredible pool, waterfall spa, and a lush garden full of fruit plants.

The place also had a pretty fun sea creature-themed bedroom with a window that has ocean views ... which, by the way, are absolutely breathtaking.

Michael Jordan's giving Floyd Mayweather's car collection a run for his money ... His Airness plunked down $3.5 MILLION on one of the rarest hypercars in the world, a Hennessey Venom F5 Roadster that goes OVER 300 MPH.

60-year-old Jordan got the special ride this week from Hennessey founder and CEO, John Hennessey, who posted photos with the NBA immortal on Instagram ... and the car is amazing.

"Today was a special day," Hennessey, one of the most respected minds in the automobile industry, said in the IG caption.

"Such an honor to build a special Venom F5 for a special friend 🐐"

The 2-seated Roadster -- which is based on the Venom F5 coupe -- is souped up with a massive twin-turbocharged, 6.6-liter, 'Fury' V8 engine that packs an incredible 1,817 horsepower.

The Texas-made car also has a tempered glass engine viewing window and according to the site, "can withstand aerodynamic forces exceeding 300 mph and temperatures beyond 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit."

"This panel, in the middle of the rear engine cover, spotlights the massive ‘Fury’ V8 engine in all its glory," the company said on the site.

"Its engineering was no simple task – developed and certified for use in jet aircraft."

The ride -- known as a hypercar -- also comes with lightweight, aluminum wheels that have the words "Hennessey" and "Roadster" scripted on the outer face of each rim.

Jordan's new Venom F5 is one of 30 made ... and Hennessey expects it to be the "world's fastest convertible."

The current record is held by the Hennessey Venom GT Spyder at 265.6 mph.

"The Roadster version takes the Coupe’s speed, exhilaration, and awe, plus a sprinkling of respect-inducing fear, to a new, truly visceral level that brings owners closer to the Venom F5®’s extreme performance," Hennessey said.

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are celebrating their engagement on the romantic French Riviera ... and it's not just her giant diamond ring that's turning heads in Cannes.

The Amazon founder and his fiancée Lauren had a dinner date Monday night at La Petite Maison, where the soon-to-be-newlyweds dined with Jeff's sister, Christina, and her hubby Steve Poore. No doubt the family members were toasting Jeff and Lauren's big news.

And yes, Lauren's massive rock on her left hand drew plenty of attention ... along with her stylish white mini-dress!

As we reported, Lauren's engagement bling was first spotted while she and Jeff were aboard his new $500 mil superyacht, Koru. The couple sailed out of Mallorca, Spain, and beelined it for all the festivities around the Cannes Film Festival.

Lauren and Jeff started dating in late 2018, and they've been inseparable since ... traveling around the world together.

Unclear when Jeff and Lauren are going into wedding-planning mode, if they aren't in that zone already ... but odds are it'll be an extravagant affair. Comes with being one of the world's richest!!!

Jeff looks to have spared no expense on an engagement ring, which Lauren proudly showed off Sunday aboard Jeff's yacht. As you can see, the rock on Lauren's finger is HUGE!!!

Still, no matter what Jeff dropped on an engagement ring, it's just a drop in the bucket to the Amazon founder.

It seems Jeff and Lauren actually got engaged last week, because she was photographed Wednesday with a ring on THAT finger, but it was twisted so the huge rock was hidden on the inside of her hand.

Sydney Sweeney is making it crystal clear she and her fiancé are doing just fine ... rocking her engagement ring for the first time in a very long time.

The "Euphoria" star was spotted in Cannes, leaving the Hotel Martinez with her fiancé Jonathan Davino by her side. More notably, she was wearing her bling on THAT finger --- something we've rarely seen this past year.

Now, she wasn't exactly flaunting her engagement ring -- she was holding on to Jonathan's arm, but you can see the diamond is indeed on her left hand.

It's significant after the flirty behavior and speculation with her costar Glen Powell. Remember, they seemed to start getting cozy while shooting their rom-com in Australia ... and thereafter.

As you know, GP's girlfriend wound up dumping him. But, Sydney has maintained there's no trouble in paradise for her and Jonathan ... with a source telling us they're still very much together and engaged, although she wasn't always wearing her ring.

Only last month was SS and her man were seen for the first time together since all the GP rumors -- but they didn't look super smitten, mainly staying stoic as photogs snapped shots ... and yeah, still no ring.

Paul Walker's brother says there are no surprise appearances from him in the final chapter (allegedly) of the 'Fast and Furious' franchise ... but he's happy another family member is getting her shine.

We got Cody Walker Thursday right after Ludacris got his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame -- and we asked him about the new "Fast X" movie, and Paul's daughter Meadow Walker appearing in it.

The new movie is in theaters this week and is expected to make a ton of money at the box office ... which is no surprise to Cody. He tells us why Paul would have been pleasantly surprised at the franchise's direction since starring in the OG film back in the day.

Cody's still big on the car scene -- just as Paul was -- his FuelFest will be at Irwindale Speedway, outside L.A., on June 3 ... and he says the accompanying car show will showcase the top custom exotic cars from around the globe.

Cody sounds like he's fine with not joining the franchise, preferring to leave the acting up to his niece.

Jake Paul is going to have to take a break from boxing soon to do some serious unboxing ... 'cause TMZ Sports has confirmed the fighter just bought a mega-mansion in Puerto Rico -- off of ex-MLB star Yadier Molina!!!

The Problem Child, according to a rep for The Caribbean Realty Group, scored the San Juan-area palace on Wednesday for $15,750,000 ... and it's insane.

The two-story property has eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two 1/2 bathrooms, a fitness center ... and a luxury pool.

No word on why the newly retired Molina gave up the place -- which was built in 2021 -- but Paul landed a great deal on it nonetheless.

The Caribbean Realty Group reports the house was initially listed at $19,995,000 ... before the former Cardinals catcher and Paul worked out the new price this week.

Jake and his brother, Logan, initially moved to Puerto Rico a couple years ago ... after the two brothers claimed the region gave them the ability to train for fights without distractions.

Rick Ross is going toe-to-toe with Fayette County over his 2nd annual car show ... telling us denying him a permit isn't gonna stop him from throwing the event for thousands of fans.

The hip hop mogul assures us the car show will go down exactly as planned on June 3 on his Promised Land estate in Fayetteville, GA, and he's called in backup -- some event planning experts -- to ensure his neighbors can rest easy.

Fayette County recently rejected Ricky Rozay's permit, saying the car show is not in compliance with the county's zoning ordinances, adding last year's show -- a huge success in Rick's eyes -- happened without County approval.

Regardless, Rick's full steam ahead, and is likening the whole thing to a front yard BBQ -- one with about 7,000 folks in attendance! He says he didn't hear any complaints after last year's show, but some neighbors have now been voicing their concerns.

If you're wondering if this is all about the County wanting a slice of Rick's financial pie ... he ran down all the ways his car show is an absolute cash cow for Fayette County and its businesses.

Forget Rookie of the Year ... is new Ravens wideout Zay Flowers already the Son of the Year?!?

Baltimore's first-rounder sure made a great case for that accolade this week ... buying his dad a new car as a thank-you present following April's NFL draft!!

Flowers' agent, Eric Dounn, said the 2023 Mercedes Benz GLE 450 was the first thing the former Boston College star picked up with the new marketing money he got after the Ravens took him with the No. 22 overall pick ... and, check out the video, Poppa Flowers was clearly elated with the present.

In the footage, you can see Willie Flowers smiling ear-to-ear while looking at the new car before he shared an emotional handshake and hug with his 22-year-old son.

Of course, Willie had every reason to be jacked for the gift ... the luxury car can cost right around six figures with all of the bells and whistles on it.

Rolly Romero pulled out all the stops before fighting Ismael Barroso on Saturday ... rockin' a 20-carat diamond pendant of HIMSELF, and it's awesome!

The lightweight boxer earned a (controversial) 9th-round TKO against Barroso at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas on May 13th ... bringing his record to 15-1.

Lily Collins is the latest celeb to fall victim to a major theft ... cops say she had high-end jewelry and other goodies swiped during what was supposed to be a calming trip to the spa.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the "Emily in Paris" actress was at a West Hollywood hotel over the weekend and secured her belongings -- including her wedding band, engagement ring, and some electronics -- at the spa before going to enjoy some relaxation.

We're told she came out singing a completely different tune, once she found all of her stuff was gone!

L.A. County Sheriff's deputies are currently investigating, and we're told there was no sign of forced entry where Lily stored her belongings.

We're told cops are now looking over the building's security footage for leads.

The theft is classified as "over $10,000," as you'd imagine since the thief made off with Lily's wedding rings. So far, no arrests have been made.

There's been a handful of L.A.-based celebs burglarized, this year alone -- as we reported, cops pulled up to Drake's pad in January after a man took off with something from inside his home.

LAFC star Kellyn Acosta had his house broken into in February, losing out on a few watches -- and Miles Teller's place was ransacked that same month.

The loss for Lily -- Phil Collins' daughter, if ya didn't know -- is particularly tough, considering the sentimental value of her engagement ring. Anyone with info is asked to call the L.A. County Sheriff's Office.

We've seen some celebs opt for leaving their expensive jewelry and watches at home in the current environment.

Charles Leclerc is a multi-millionaire, but you wouldn't be able to tell by the way he went into full rescue mode when he lost his AirPods this week ... 'cause he got on the ground, used some tweezers and brought them back to safety -- all while ironically wearing a $200k watch!!!

Cher and Alexander "AE" Edwards have called it quits on their relationship, and were never even engaged, despite multiple reports to the contrary ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ they ended things a couple weeks ago, though it's currently unclear what led to the relationship's collapse or who first decided to end it.

What's more shocking, our sources say the two were never even engaged to be married, despite a massive diamond ring she was gifted around Christmas. We're told the two just decided to play into the speculation it was an engagement ring.

It was back in January when 76-year-old Cher told paps she and 37-year-old AE were engaged, but now we know they were just having some fun.

Remember ... Cher and AE were first linked back in November when they were photographed holding hands during a night out in West Hollywood.

AE even told us last month he was getting super close with Cher's sons, Chaz Bono and Elijah Blue Allman.
