Bella Thorne and her musician boyfriend went ring shopping together ... but it's not what you think.

Bella and Mod Sun -- who've been super close lately -- hit up Pristine Jewelers in NYC Thursday to get her a custom ring for the premiere of her new movie with Patrick Schwarzenegger, "Midnight Sun."

We're told the owners, Avi and Ofir -- celeb jewelers to the stars -- helped her pick out a ring with 7.5 karats in yellow diamonds ... surrounding a huge 15-karat emerald.

Bella's BF didn't leave empty-handed either -- he ended up walking out with a custom heart pendant with 22 karats in colorful stones.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner laid off the jewelry ... while attending celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz's soiree.

Kim and Kris hit up Lorraine's bash Tuesday night at Delilah in WeHo to celebrate The Eye Bangles launch ... a new addition to her signature Against Evil Eye Collection. While Kim and Kris chose the minimalist road ... that certainly had no bearing on the fact they were THE main attraction in a sea of celebs, who were out in full force.

This party's guest list was insane ... Usher, Pharrell, Alessandra Ambrosio, Sofia Vergara, Sharon Osbourne (so THAT'S where she was) and on and on and on.

Pretty cool moment when the DJ cranked out the obligatory "Yeah!" track ... with Usher front and center partying like it was 2004. Yeah, Rita Ora was digging it.

Larry David's legacy is now cemented in gold -- literally -- thanks to a $150,000 chain of the comedian's mug.

Larry's been immortalized in a piece purchased by Executive Producer and manager David Weintraub. David's a huge fan of the "Seinfeld" creator and wanted to honor him with some bling.

The piece -- created by Moses the Jeweler in NYC -- weighs about 200 grams. The Larry mold features 300 diamonds and the chain he swings on is made with 200 additional diamonds. It's even got one of Larry's famous lines, "Pretty, Pretty, Pretty" inscribed on the bottom.

Weintraub tells us in total, he'll have 40-carats in diamonds hanging from his neck.

Larry David's always super busy with awesome projects, but he's also great just hangin' around.

Quavo appears to be nearing a light at the end of the tunnel after he allegedly beat down a famous jeweler ... 'cause we're told the case is going nowhere fast.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the investigation into whether Quavo attacked Eric the Jeweler after the Grammys has stalled because the alleged victim has stopped cooperating with police.

We broke the story ... Eric initially told the NYPD that Quavo and another man jumped him at a Grammys after-party when Eric started talking smack about an alleged $10k debt Quavo owed him for some jewelry he'd provided. He also said his chain went missing afterward.

Quavo and a famous jeweler are cool with each other again ... because an alleged $10k debt that led to a beatdown was all just a big misunderstanding.

Sources close to Eric the Jeweler tell TMZ ... he and the Migos rapper met a few hours ago to put their beef behind them -- and Quavo took care of the debt that was owed.

Eric cleared the air online too, saying he's not suing or pressing charges against Quavo over the story we broke about a post-Grammys fight that left the jeweler battered and bloody. Good news for the rapper ... since NYPD was ready to arrest him for it.

Eric adds ... "It was all just a big misunderstanding. We are on good terms and back to conducting business as usual!"

No word yet if Offset will get the same treatment ... since it was allegedly his fault to begin with.

Ed Sheeran is bucking tradition when it comes to who wears an engagement ring -- but it's clear who's got on the nicer bling between him and his fiancee.

Ed and his bride-to-be, Cherry Seaborn, were spotted leaving a restaurant Wednesday night in London with both of 'em rocking hardware on their ring fingers. Ed got folks all freaked out by making everyone think he'd already gotten hitched ... but he hasn't.

He addressed his silver wedding band at the 2018 BRIT Awards this week, saying his gal had made it for him and thought men should wear engagement rings, too ... adding "It's the same commitment either way."

Sean Kingston just picked up another L ... and it wasn't cheap.

The rapper's been ordered to pay $301,500 to NYC jeweler Aqua Master who sued him over 9 pieces of jewelry but was never paid. The items included 2 diamond necklaces, a few gold chains, a ring and 2 watches.

Making matters worse, Aqua says Sean flaunted the pieces on his IG.

TMZ broke the story ... Aqua sued Sean back in 2016, but the rapper never responded to the lawsuit, so the judge issued a default judgment. Aqua says Sean made a halfhearted attempt to pay ... sending 2 checks. But they later bounced.

Floyd Mayweather hit up a crazy expensive restaurant sporting a crazy expensive watch -- and couldn't wait to show off his jewelry on camera!

This time, Floyd -- surrounded by his TMT bodyguards -- was in the mood for fancy Chinese food at Mr Chow in Bev Hills ... and on the way out it, he let his blinged-out wrist do the talking.

As we've previously reported, Mayweather has an insane watch collection -- including a $2 MILLION diamond-covered timepiece ... which he showed off back in 2016.

He also bought a $1.1 million diamond-covered Hublot watch during a shopping spree at a mall in Dubai back in 2015. It's one of the most expensive watches in the world.

Quavo doesn't have a thing to worry about when it comes to an arrest in the 1 OAK nightclub fight in NYC, because video shows he didn't touch the alleged victim ... according to Quavo's attorney.

Drew Findling tells TMZ ... he's seen surveillance video from inside 1 OAK on Grammy night, and it shows Quavo did NOT "come within 3 feet" of Eric the Jeweler. He says the video does show an altercation, but Quavo wasn't involved.

TMZ broke the story ... Eric says 2 men jumped him in the club, and possibly jacked his $30k chain. He claims Quavo was one of the attackers. Law enforcement sources told us NYPD was preparing to arrest the Migos rapper for the fight.

That's news to Findling who says, based on the video, his client is in the clear.

Quavo is about to get a new wrist accessory -- handcuffs -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Our sources tell TMZ ... NYPD detectives have gotten in contact with the Migos rapper's attorney, Drew Findling, informing him they have enough evidence to arrest Quavo. We're told an arrest warrant hasn't been issued but it's only a matter of time.

Findling tells us his client's an innocent man and hopes for the sake of the NYPD and the Manhattan DA's office, they don't embarrass themselves by hooking his client up and prosecuting him.

We're told it was finished just 3 hours before the show and hand-delivered to him -- just in time for him to walk the red carpet ... and give this hilariously awkward interview.

Rapper NBA YoungBoy's setting the bar high when it comes to friendship and loyalty ... immortalizing Young Thug with this SICK pendant.

We're told YoungBoy reached out to Joe the Jeweler, aka "Shyne," in Philly and requested the custom pendant ... encrusted with 95 carat VVS diamonds worth around $150k. Shyne needed about 2 months to complete the masterpiece, which btw is a replica of an actual YT pic.

So why Young Thug? YoungBoy considers him a great friend and an idol. It's that simple.
