Fetty Wap's no snitch and that's exactly why he will not file a police report or even talk to cops about his jewelry robbery.

We're told the rapper won't cooperate in the investigation to determine who stole $450k in jewelry and thousands in cash at a Paterson, New Jersey deli early Sunday morning ... a robbery that triggered a shootout in which 3 people were injured.

We're told Fetty sees it this way ... let the streets handle his feud with Raheem Thomas, aka Fuzz ... who was arrested on gun charges after he flashed Fetty's stolen "1738" chain on Instagram.

It's unclear if cops have tried reaching out to Fetty or anyone in his camp, but they shouldn't waste their time.

The 75 carat gold Cuban chain alone is valued at $350k.

Cops aren't saying who fired the shots or who got hit.

One of Fetty Wap's longtime rivals was arrested in connection with the robbery and shooting that broke out Sunday morning -- and the suspect was flashing Fetty's stolen chain on Instagram.

Cops in Paterson booked Raheem Thomas for the shootout. Thomas is the same guy who posted an IG pic wearing Fetty's signature "1738" chain. He claimed he didn't personally jack the chain, but bragged about taking a pic with it.

Sources tell us Thomas and Fetty have had a "deep rooted" beef over music deals for years. We're told Thomas' crew had warned Fetty to "stay out of Paterson" ... even though it's his hometown.

Thomas, aka Fuzz, owns Muscle Team Entertainment, and earlier this year, they dropped "Got Em Remix" ... an intense diss track against Fetty.

Thomas has not been booked for burglary ... only gun charges for the shootout.

Mel B's husband, Stephen Belafonte, is following her lead and still rocking his wedding ring, but it's not stopping him from chatting up a mystery woman ... who had shades of his estranged wife.

Stephen then hit the liquor store before heading to the Beverly Hills Hotel and Serafina in WeHo -- where he's an owner -- he was spotted chatting up a Mel B look-alike at dinner. She's even wearing the same shade of nail polish as MB.

The gun raises the stakes in the latest celebrity break-in. The burglars, who entered by breaking a window, got the gun because they stole the safe in which it was stored. It's unclear if they knew a gun was inside.

This is the second safe that was stolen by a celebrity. Nick Young also lost his safe when he was hit last month.

Jaime Pressly did not have her burglar alarm on when burglars hit Friday night, and they made off with $30k in jewelry ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Jaime was the latest celeb to be hit in L.A. -- other victims include Kendall Jenner, Yasiel Puig and Alanis Morissette.

The thieves got in by breaking a window, but we're told the security company never called the cops and therefore they believe the alarm wasn't on.

Our Kardashian sources say the guard was posted outside the house, which raises the question ... why fire him if it was an inside job and the thief was almost certainly a partygoer who made his or her way into Kendall's bedroom and stole $200k in jewelry?

It appears the fam is upset because when Kendall left for an hour around midnight, someone who was not an invited guest got inside the house.

You'll recall, Kim's longtime bodyguard, Pascal, was given his walking papers after the Paris robbery, because he left the apartment with Kourtney and Kendall shortly before the invasion.

We're told there are surveillance cameras in and around the house, and cops are hopeful it will give them a hot lead.

We're also told the items stolen include a Rolex and a Cartier watch.

Kendall Jenner was not burglarized, despite what she told cops ... it was definitely an inside job, according to law enforcement sources.

TMZ broke the story, Kendall reported the alleged burglary at 1:15 AM Thursday after she realized $200,000 in jewelry went missing.

Our law enforcement sources tell us what really went down. They say Kendall was having a party with a bunch of friends Wednesday night. At some point in the evening she heard an alarm warning that someone opened a door, but she thought nothing of it.

We're told Kendall left at midnight, leaving her friends in the house. When she came back just after 1 AM she discovered her jewelry box was open, and that's when she called the cops.

Our sources say there was absolutely no sign of forced entry and they are certain the thief knew exactly where Kendall kept her bling.

BTW ... if the person who steals stuff inside a home was invited in, it's not a burglary -- it's the crime of theft.

6:10 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us, Kendall called 911 after hearing a noise and believing a burglar might be in her home. When cops arrived they thoroughly searched the house but found no one in the house who didn't belong.

Kendall Jenner is the latest Hollywood celebrity hit by burglars ... this time to the tune of $200k.

We're told she was hanging around the house for several hours, and noticed nothing amiss ... that is, until she went into her bedroom just after 1 AM and realized some of her jewelry was missing. She called the cops, who responded quickly.

Our sources say there was no sign of forced entry, and so far no suspects.

TMZ broke a story last August ... an alleged stalker followed Kendall up her driveway shortly after she bought the Hollywood Hills home.

Law enforcement sources say, although a number of celebs have been burglary victims this year, it's become a much bigger problem citywide.

As for Kendall, cops are on the hunt.

Self-described "Hood Pope" A$AP Ferg is trying to one-up the real Pontiff with a crucifix-inspired grill with just about every color in the rainbow.

Dave Bling and Big Will of NYC-based DWS Jewelry tell us Ferg dropped $10k this week on a new mouthpiece that spells out "Hood Pope" in multicolored diamonds.

It's pretty dope ... Bling used white diamonds for the top part's "Hood," plus green, pink, yellow and blue diamonds to spell out "Pope" on the bottom. He threw in some rubies, pearls and pink diamonds to fill out the design.

Bling says Ferg was inspired by an old photo he remembered of His Holiness rocking a bejeweled crucifix. No official papal blessing for Ferg's grill. Not yet.

Hollywood celebrities are being hit left and right by burglars ... but as far as the crooks are concerned they're nobody special, because high-end break-ins are out of control this year.

TMZ broke the story, Dodgers star Yasiel Puig was the latest to be hit, with thieves making off with more than half a mil in jewelry. Other celebs hit include Alanis Morissette, Cesar Millan and Derek Fisher.

Law enforcement tells us ... they believe the celebs were not targeted because they flaunted their jewelry and other riches on social media. The sources say these celebs all live in ritzy areas of L.A., and there has been an influx of criminals because California has recently opened the prison doors.

Recent laws have addressed terrible prison overcrowding by ordering the release of a number of non-violent criminals. There are also drug offenses that have been reduced from felonies to misdemeanors.

Our sources say a number of the people released are burglars, and now that they're out they're going back to what they know. As a result, there has been an explosion of burglaries in the L.A. area.

Kim Kardashian West's stolen $4 mil diamond may not be as rare as once thought -- a VERY similar stone surfaced in Italy, and it raises questions about what REALLY happened to Kim's bling.

After the robbery in France, one of the suspects told officials the stone was likely chopped up because it would be easier to move tiny diamonds than one big one.

But look what's up for sale in Italy ... a 22 carat cushion cut diamond ring that looks identical to Kim's piece.

We're not saying it's Kim's ring -- she said hers was only 20 carats -- but the point is, maybe Kim's diamond isn't the once-in-a-lifetime piece everyone thought it was.

And the more massive look-alikes on the market, the easier it would be for Kim's diamond to get lost in the shuffle IF someone tried to fence it.
