Drake flatly denied getting "robbed" ... and technically he's right although he's clearly dodging the point.

Drake showed up with Rihanna at The Nice Guy in WeHo Wednesday night, when our photog asked about the $3 million jewelry heist that went down earlier in the day.

Two problems with the question ... he was not "robbed" since that requires force to get something and this was more like a burglary. Second, the victim is Drake's DJ, who owned the bling.

The guy who allegedly nabbed $3 million in jewelry from Drake's tour bus just got arrested ... TMZ has learned.

The suspect, Travion King, was arrested on campus at Arizona State University Wednesday afternoon, and cops describe him as a transient.

Police say they found him with the briefcase which contained all of the jewelry. He's been booked for felony burglary.

As we first reported ... cops say the loot -- which belonged to Drake's DJ, Future the Prince -- was lifted from one of Drake's tour buses parked outside the Talking Stick Arena in downtown Phoenix.

We're told King has worked for the arena in the past for concerts ... but he was not working during Tuesday night's Drake-Future show.

We got video of Drizzy going off on someone on his security team after he learned about the heist.

9:15 AM PT -- Cops tell us they got a couple of names twisted ... the jewelry actually belonged to Future the Prince, Drake's DJ on the tour ... not Future.

Honest mistake.

Drake went ballistic early Wednesday morning after learning one of his tour buses was targeted by thieves, who made off with 2 to 3 million dollars in bling.

Drake and Future were performing at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix Tuesday night when a thief or thieves made it onto a bus shared by the 2 rappers. They took a briefcase that contained millions of dollars in jewelry.

We're told the jewelry was Future's, but the video is clear -- Drake was super upset when he learned about the heist.

Sean Kingston has no problem picking out tons of high-end jewelry, but paying for it is another story ... according to the high-end jeweler who says they got screwed.

NYC jeweler Aqua Master just sued Kingston over 9 pieces of jewelry he scooped up last month -- valued at more than $300,000. The jeweler says Sean promised his biz manager would wire money to pay his tab.

According to the suit, Aqua got 2 checks instead of a wire transfer ... and they bounced. Meanwhile, Sean was enjoying 2 diamond necklaces, a few gold chains, a ring, a bracelet and 2 watches. A rep for Aqua tells us Sean even flaunted the goods on IG.

The company is suing Kingston and his company, coincidentally named ... Time Is Money Entertainment.

This is old hat for Kingston, who was sued by a Florida jeweler in March, and also ordered to pay another NYC jeweler for an unpaid bill.

Sean's rep hasn't gotten back to us -- but on Raq Rants he explained why so many jewelers have beef with him.

Kim Zolciak's left arm is getting a serious workout thanks to the 11 karats worth of ice her husband just put on her for their 5th anniversary.

Kroy Biermann slipped the new diamond on her a few months early, but you know Kim's not complaining. The couple got married on 11/11/11 ... hence the karat count for the gift, we're told.

Our sources say the NFL linebacker dropped $100k on the piece and keep in mind ... Kim was already hauling a 10 karat engagement rock! Modern etiquette says 5th anniversary gifts should be silverware -- but imagine her face if he'd gone that route.

As we reported ... Meek dropped $380k last week for one of the first Bentley Bentaygas to hit U.S. soil, but it's chump change compared to the $540k he just spent on his new neck bling.

The chain is covered in 250 karats and was made by Shyne Jewelers. It's adorned with the letters DC -- a bedazzled shout-out to his Dream Chasers label.

We're told Meek waited months for the piece and finally picked it up in Philly.

So, technically, Drake's not the only one dropping weight in Meek's hometown.

Scott Weiland's widow is unloading her engagement rock on eBay, and the starting bid is a steal for any die-hard fans looking to pop the question.

Jaime Weiland, who married Scott in 2013, listed the white gold and diamond band for $8k and then promoted the listing on Facebook. If you're in the market, she says it's 2.74 carats.

Jaime didn't provide a specific reason for dumping the ring, other than saying she was 8 months into a new chapter of her life, and the time was right. Scott died in December of an overdose, and she has an ongoing lawsuit against his estate for money she claims she's owed under their prenup.

One unlucky Grammy celeb was supposed to get draped in $15 million worth of Chopard jewelry -- but got stiffed when a delivery guy went rogue and lost all the loot ... according to a new lawsuit.

The Swiss watchmaker and jewelry company says it hired Ferrari Express, Inc. -- no relation to the sports cars -- to transport and safeguard the merchandise back in February ... on the night before the Grammys.

According to the lawsuit, Ferrari's guy decided to take a very costly detour. Chopard says he allegedly brought the van home and parked it on the street -- WITH $15 MILLION in jewels still inside -- in a neighborhood where "vehicle thefts are common."

Genius.

Naturally, the van and all its contents were gone in the morning. Chopard says Ferrari Express refuses to pay up, so it's suing for the $15 million and then some.
