Von Miller continued his baller diamond binge ... this time, dropping $25k on an iced out custom Super Bowl MVP ring, complete with 15 carats in diamonds!

It was all part of a $120k shopping spree at the exclusive Avianne & Co. in NYC -- where the Denver Broncos superstar also scooped up a diamond tennis chain and a fancy cross pendant.

But the ring ... damn.

We're told it's comprised of 14 karat rose gold and covered with VS quality diamonds.

The top has the letters MBG -- which we're told stands for Money Bag Gang (Von's crew of close friends).

The side has an image of Texas -- Von's home state.

Von's reportedly expecting to sign a $100 million contract this offseason -- so, why not treat yo'self, right??

There's one shiny part of Johnny Manziel's nightmare spring ... his face ... 'cause the Hollywood bad boy has officially followed the lead of his old teammate Von Miller ... and copped a custom grill.

We noticed the ice when we got Johnny leaving Warwick nightclub in Hollywood ... sporting a twinkle in his smile we hadn't seen before.

That caused us to do a little digging ... and it turns out Manziel hit up celebrity grillsmith Johnny Dang and commissioned some custom swag for his chompers.

Dang was mum on how much Manziel's 18 karat white gold, diamond encrusted creation actually cost ... but said similar pieces he's done in the past would set you back around $20k.

Tyga is taking shots at people slamming him for showing up at a Sunset Strip nightclub with an armed man ... claiming he's like a moving bedazzled target.

We showed you pics of a guy in the backseat of Tyga's Rolls Saturday night hold a gun as Tyga was leaving Hyde lounge. It seemed odd ... in the middle of the glitzy Strip a guy would be brandishing a weapon.

We're told Tyga feels the need for heat, since he typically wears north of $100k in jewelry. The word we're getting is that it's common in the hip-hop community that people snatch chains off rappers. What's crazy ... are they suggesting it's ok to use a gun when that happens?

It's unclear why the gun was out in the open. Sources connected with Tyga say the gun was being put away and the photog got a quick shot. As for why it was out in the first place ... we don't know.

Sean Kingston picked up a Rolex and a diamond bracelet with nothing more than a promise that he'd pay for them the next day -- but now the jeweler's suing to get the dough.

According to the lawsuit, Kingston went to Haimov Jewelers in Florida and traded in a used Rolex for a new $59,000 model, and the balance owed was $25k. The bracelet was a lot less ... just $19k to buy it or $4,000 to rent.

Sean chose door #3 -- pay nothing, according to the suit ... even though he signed the receipt, agreeing to pay the next day.

Ray J may have good reason to have armed security follow him around, because he and his fiancee are dripping in tens of thousands of dollars in jewelry.
