Jennifer Garner spent her birthday giving back to the community ... hosting a food drive at her house instead of throwing a traditional party.

The 50-year-old actress was all smiles Sunday as she turned her house into a drop-off spot for food ... boyfriend John Miller and her 16-year-old Violet helped her out.

The "13 Going On 30" star had her hands full of boxes but got the job done.

Big turnout ... among the group was Adam Scott, offering a helping hand while wishing his friend a happy birthday.

Two people that were MIA were ex-hubby Ben Affleck and his fiancee ... J Lo.

Ben and Jen hosted a food drive last Thanksgiving, working with Rise Against Hunger by turning his Pacific Palisades home into a food drive staging area.

Ben and Jen were unloading huge sacks of rice ... Ben was slinging 2 back over his shoulders at a time, while J Lo did it all in heels.

Khloe Kardashian pulled out all the stops for her daughter's 4th birthday -- and the theme this year is quite clear ... it would appear the kid likes kitty cats, so the party's purrrfect.

Mama Bear has been documenting the festivities all day ... and just like any other Kardashian shindig for their children, this one's no different in how above and beyond Khloe went to make True's day special. Seriously ... their pad's totally decked out with decorations.

Indeed ... it would appear Khloe and co. went with a feline feeling to ring in the big day -- and True's loving it. Some of these vids of her soaking it all in are pretty heart-warming.

Not only are there a ton of cat party favors all over the place, but some actual kittens have been brought in as well ... so True and all of her cousins/friends have more than enough to keep themselves occupied, on top of all the other activities around.

There's a trampoline, a face painter, a ball pit with stuffed animals and prizes, a jump house/slide -- and there's even some kind of anime cat animal character in costume who's all set to boogie ... and which True is willing to help with as well. The girl gets down!

Oh, and her actual birthday cake was something behold too -- multi-layered, and intricately designed. Also, very on theme for what's going on around them.

Like we said ... it's kind of the M.O. for the Kardashian moms -- they go all out for their kids, and Khloe is no exception. These are just a handful of snapshots of the scene, but if you peep her IG Story ... you'll see the full scope. The place is like a kid wonderland out there.

It looks like some of Kim's children are also on hand ... including North -- who gets a little mouthy with her aunt about her thoughts on age 4 -- plus Dream and other little ones who are all running around and having a blast.

There's toys, there's games, there's attractions, there's music ... what else could a 4-year-old want in this day and age???

Ben Roethlisberger spent most of his career beating the Cincinnati Bengals -- but it turns out, The Tiger King is still a huge fan!!!

TMZ Sports has confirmed ... Joe Exotic has written a letter to Big Ben from prison, asking the Pittsburgh Steelers star for his autograph.

Exotic's lawyer, John M. Phillips, tells us the 59-year-old penned the note just recently.

In his letter, Exotic told the future Hall of Famer that he needed a signature from Ben so he could gift it to his stepson for a birthday present.

"I promised him an autographed jersey by you because he thinks you are the s*** and he holds you on a pretty big pedestal," said Joe, who's been in prison since 2019 after he allegedly tried to hire men to kill his rival, Carole Baskin.

"There is one on eBay, but I don't have the $600 to buy it for his birthday. My fans helped get everything else he wanted. I'm just missing your jersey."

Joe ended his note by pleading for Ben to honor his request -- saying, "Can you help a man out that is fighting for his own freedom? Every kid needs a hero and you are his!"

Quavo had an epic night as he celebrated his 31st Bday with a huge glow-themed birthday bash.

The star star-studded party went down Monday night in L.A. at Nightingale Plaza, with a glow-in-the-dark theme ... glowing jello shots, glow drink cups, dancers, the works.

Check out the video. The Migos rapper had the spotlight as he took the stage, rapped some songs and helped folks sing happy Bday to him.

There were a whole bunch of glowing accessories like bracelets, glasses, rings and sticks to go along with the theme. In true Quavo fashion, some of his amigos were able to sip on some drunks like the 'Huncho Rita' and the 'Cheat Code'.

Among the celebs there were Travis Scott, Offset and Takeoff ... and yep you guessed it, actress Karrueche Tran. As you know, folks have speculated that Karrueche and Quavo are indeed a thing, after they were spotted having a romantic dinner and taking a vacation to St. Martin back in January.

Of course, Karrueche told us the two are just friends and nothing more ... but we aren't buying it just yet! Either way, she was sure to pull up and celebrate the birthday boy.

Quavo's actual birthday is April 2 ... and he celebrated in the ATL with the Atlanta Hawks, but hey, the party continues.

One of Gwen Stefani's bandmates claims he's having some trouble with a fella who thinks Heath Ledger is still kicking and living on his property -- and he's asked a judge for help.

No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal filed for and received a temporary restraining order against a guy named George Leonardopoulos ... whom Kanal says has terrorized his family for the past few months with unannounced and unwelcome visits.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kanal claims Leonardopoulos has swung by his L.A.-area pad repeatedly since late January -- even hopping a gate onto the property on one occasion.

On one such alleged drop-in from just last week ... Kanal claims Leonardopoulos came to their front gate and buzzed the intercom, telling Kanal's wife that he used to live there with the previous owner of the property -- and that person is Heath.

Kanal says he purchased the house from HL in 2005 (before the actor's death) and Leonardopoulos apparently lived at the house in the past and bizarrely told the Kanals he thinks Heath is still on the premises ... and alive.

Even creepier ... Leonardopoulos allegedly said it was gravely important he be let in to pop into their garage so he could "wake" Heath -- telling them if "you know what is good for you, you will let me in." At least that's what Kanal is claiming here in his TRO paperwork.

In addition to the alleged threats, Kanal says they've seen Leonardopoulos wielding a large stick and a knife and that they've called the cops on him in the past. Now, they're asking for legal help in the form of a restraining order ... and they got it.

A judge signed off on Friday, and it's in effect until a hearing can be held later this month. Leonardopoulos has to stay 100 yards from the Kanal family and their grounds until this can be hashed out.

Logan Paul went balls-out for his birthday -- literally.

The YouTube/boxing/WWE superstar got buck nekkid to celebrate 27 laps around the sun on Friday ... showing off his bod for his 22.5 million Instagram followers.

Of course, the Maverick doesn't show EVERYTHING ... he made sure to have a conveniently placed mirror covering his Mr. Happy area.

All of Logan's closest friends wished him a HBD in the comment section of his steamy post ... with some even jokingly asking him to start an OnlyFans page.

The Big Aristotle made the comment at his surprise belated birthday party at Steak Market in Atlanta on Wednesday ... when the crowd of about 250 people asked him to get up to the DJ booth and give them a set.

The NBA legend ended up grabbing the mic and spitting off the dome for about 10 minutes instead ... name-dropping his "Inside the NBA" friends and referencing the infamous Oscars moment in the process.

"Tomorrow I'm on TNT, with f***ing Kenny, with f***ing Chuck, I might Will Smith his ass I don't give a f***," Shaq raps.

Unlike the real interaction, everyone loved the reference ... cheering and laughing after Shaq dropped the line.

Now, Shaq and Chuck have had a playful rivalry for years ... with both Hall of Famers going back and forth at every possible opportunity.

O'Neal was letting the insults fly on more than just Barkley, though -- he even brought up LeBron James while dissing a dude's hairline ... which was a crowd favorite as well.

The whole bash looked fun as hell -- it was sponsored by D'usse, so you know the adult beverages were flowing.

Celebs like Bobby Valentino and 2 Chainz were also in attendance ... as well as a tiger.

As for Shaq's birthday, it was March 6 ... but hey, better late than never!!

Chris Brown couldn't pass up an impromptu performance ... taking the mic at his friend's birthday bash to sing one of his hits!

Chris was a guest at the party of Umar Kamani, founder and CEO of fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing, at La Casita in L.A. Monday night.

While he was only invited as a guest, it didn't stay that way for long -- Chris dusted off his classic, "Take You Down," and the crowd went crazy! Everyone joined in ... harmonizing with the singer -- Stevie Mackey, who's worked with the likes of J Lo and Selena Gomez, played away on the piano.

Christina Milian also took the mic at the bash! Other party guests included will.i.am, Snoop Dogg, and Tank ... most of which performed!

Post Malone might be the nicest superstar ever … so says one mom, after he helped wish her autistic son, and fan, a happy 21st birthday.

Nicole Schumacher tells TMZ ...  she and her son Andrew, who's a huge fan of Post's, ran into the "White Iverson" rapper at Matsuhisa Restaurant in Bev Hills to celebrate his 21st birthday.

She tells us Andrew follows the law and had been eagerly waiting to have a beer for the first time ever! While he waited for the brewsky, he was in for a big surprise.

The table next to them sent PM a bottle of sake, so Post came over to thank the group, and as he was about to walk back to his table, Nicole told PM that her son was a big fan and would love to meet him. Post more than obliged.

Simone Biles brought her 25th birthday celebration to the sand of Turks and Caicos ... enjoying a romantic walk on the beach, and a private dinner with fiancé Jonathan Owens.

The couple shared some of the bday fun on social media on Monday ... and it looks and sounds amazing.

The gymnast and NFL player have been dating since 2020 ... when Biles slid in his DMs. The two got engaged on Valentine's Day this year and plan to say 'I do' in 2023.

Ayesha Curry poured her heart out for her NBA superstar husband on his special day ... sending Steph a super-romantic note on his birthday.

Steph turned the big 3-4 on Monday ... and Ayesha was there to congratulate her husband on another year of life.

Of course, Steph's wife doesn't mess around when it comes to their union -- she recently denied rumors alleging they were in an open relationship ... saying the claims are "ridiculous" and calling it disrespectful to her marriage to make such an insinuation.

Ayesha is by far Steph's biggest cheerleader -- she was in the building at Madison Square Garden when Steph passed Ray Allen for the most 3-pointers made in NBA history.

How's this for a birthday gift? Deandre Ayton celebrated his son's first birthday by dropping 30 points ... and he did it rockin' custom Elmo kicks!

TMZ Sports has learned Ayton's team reached out to Cleveland artist Van Monroe requesting Elmo artwork for his sneakers to celebrate Deandre Jr.'s first birthday on March 6.

Monroe brought Ayton's vision to life -- delivering a dope design featuring the Sesame Street Muppet.

Aside from a painted photo of Elmo ... the Puma's also have Ayton's son's name and birthday, March 6, 2021, painted on them.

Monroe -- who tells us he was honored Deandre chose him for such a special occasion -- says it only took him 15 hours from sketch to finished product on the size 18 shoes.

Besides the birthday sneaker tribute, Ayton went off against the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday, dropping 30 points for the Suns -- a season-high for the 6-foot-11 center.

Despite the great performance, the Suns lost, 132-122 ... but that didn't stop Ayton from dedicating his best performance of the year to Jr.

"Happy birthday to my son," Ayton said post-game, "That game is dedicated to him."

Shaquille O'Neal pulled out all the stops for his birthday on Sunday ... shutting down a Miami hotspot and throwing a HUGE party to celebrate his big 5-0.

Shaq took over Prime 112 in South Beach and partied late into the night ... and TMZ Sports has learned the bash was epic.

We're told the party featured a ton of food, Shaq-themed decorations, and plenty of star guests.

In fact, at one point during the festivities, a huge video tribute was played on a big screen ... showing a bunch of sweet messages from celebs, musicians and athletes to the Big Diesel.

Guys like Kevin Hart, Steph Curry, Ludacris, Charles Barkley and more gave their well wishes to the NBA legend ... who watched all the clips with a huge smile on his face.

There was also a walkway of all of the Sports Illustrated covers Shaq has been on over the years -- plus so many more tributes and nods to the former Lakers and Heat star.

The party started at around 7 PM and went past midnight ... and it culminated with Shaq blowing out candles on a big, custom Pepsi-themed cake.

Shaq also got on the mic for a few moments, and gave some words late in the evening to thank his friends and family, before he eventually called it a night.

No word on what gifts Shaq received at the party ... but as we reported, he got a sick Dodge Hellcat Charger earlier in the week -- so, overall, it was a great week to be Shaq.

Shaquille O'Neal's turning 50 this weekend, but he ain't slowing down ... in fact, the NBA legend's literally getting faster after getting a brand new, customized Dodge Charger Hellcat for his big day.

The NBA Hall of Famer -- who's turning the big 50 on March 6 -- showed off his new whip on Friday ... saying it's the "best birthday ever!"

The car looks awesome ... with it's custom silver and red paint job and scissor doors (like on a Lamborghini). It also has the words "Diesel Dog Mafia" painted on the hood.

And, it's not just any old Charger ... it's a Hellcat, with about 800 horsepower.

Shaq was extremely hyped and thanked Swaggpack Shaq, Atlanta Street Xecs and Padgett Motor Sports for getting him the bday ride.

"Best car club ever," Shaq said, "love you guys thanks."

Shaq (of course) also had to take a shot at his buddy Chuck.

TMZ Sports has learned the Boston Celtics star wanted to celebrate the big 2-4 with a big new watch -- so he hit up celeb jeweler Eric Da Jeweler.

It's not just any watch, BTW ... it's a Richard Mille, which are famously known for their unique designs, cases and quality material.

Tatum copped the all-white RM055 Bubba Watson watch that has skeletonized movement and a grade 5 titanium case band and back bezel.

When it comes to the price -- we're told it cost JT $500k!

That may seem like a lot but the 6-foot-8 hooper already made over $57 million since the Celtics drafted him in 2017.

Eric tells us he made the special delivery to JT out in Boston the night before his big day -- giving Tatum some time to enjoy his gift ahead of the Grizzlies-Celtics game.

Tatum's 4-year-old son, Deuce, also delivered a dope gift -- by making him a bday video of all his favorite childhood spots in his hometown of St. Louis.

Jayson Tatum has played with a ton of great players so far in his career, but his best teammate might very well be his son, Deuce ... who wished his NBA Star dad a happy birthday by hitting up some of his favorite childhood spots!!

The Celtics forward is celebrating his 24th birthday on Thursday ... and posted a video on social media of his adorable son showing him some love on the special day.

The video starts out with 4-year-old Deuce in a Cardinals jersey ... which, of course, is only fitting since Tatum is a native of St. Louis, Missouri.

Deuce is seen jumping excitedly in front of a place where JT has childhood ties to ... before the video transitions to Tatum's favorite pizza spot.

Deuce then hit up Tatum's old high school, Chaminade College Preparatory School ... where Jayson averaged 26.0 points and 11.0 rebounds per game his sophomore season.

After leaving his dad's old stomping grounds, Deuce made his way to the gym at the WOHL community center in St. Louis ... while wearing his pop's Celtics jersey.

The video's precious ... with Deuce signing off by saying, "This is St. Louis," as Nelly's hit song "St. Louie" plays in the background.

Tatum will have his hands full when he plays Ja Morant and the Grizzlies later on his birthday ... but don't be surprised if he balls out and has a career game in honor of the occasion.
