Will Smith just one-upped everybody once again by doing just about the craziest thing you could do for the big 5-0 ... bungee jumping out of a helicopter over the Grand Canyon.

Will documented his big jump Tuesday for his 50th birthday, where he, his family, Alfonso Ribeiro and a lot of spectators gathered in Arizona to watch the Fresh Prince take a plunging dive of death. He did it as a challenge from Yes Theory ... and did it in blazing fashion.

He was flipped around a bit like a rag doll on the way down, and eventually snapped back up after a couple seconds of disappearing out of the camera's view.

Once back on the ground, Will called the experience "pure bliss" ... and encouraged others to commit to conquering their fears.

Tommy Lasorda just turned 91 years young this weekend ... and now he's letting TMZ Sports in on his secret to living to almost a century old!!

We spoke with the Dodgers legend while he was out celebrating the big 9-1 at Rao's in Hollywood on Saturday ... and asked him the key to out-living the average American by 13 years.

FYI -- the U.S. life expectancy is 78. AKA, not great compared to other developed countries.

Arnold and Patrick Schwarzenegger went back to their roots Saturday to celebrate Patrick's 25th birthday in Munich, Germany.

The famous duo decided to mark the occasion at Oktoberfest. It was a long trip for Patrick, but not so much for Arnold. The former Governator has been in nearby Budapest, shooting the yet-untitled Terminator 6.

They went all out ... wearing standard Oktoberfest issue.

Arnold's girlfriend, Heather Milligan, was also on hand and appropriately dressed. Lest there be any doubt, it's pretty clear Arnold has fully recovered from his recent heart surgery.

Kylie Jenner brought the glamour and her BFF Jordyn Woods brought the glitz -- and together, the dynamic duo painted the town.

The ladies were all dolled up to get a head start on Jordyn's birthday celebration. She turns 21 Sunday but kicked things off Thursday with dinner at Petite in L.A. ... before heading off to Poppy.

Kylie turned 21 over a month ago and clearly couldn't contain herself at the thought of her BFF coming THIS close to legal drinking age. They capped off their dinner with a small chocolate cake and giant sparkling candle. Nope, no cereal ... with or without milk.

Bottle service was flowin' later that night -- at least for Kylie, who held up a giant poster with Jordyn's face on it.

They're obviously tight. Remember, Jordyn was front and center in Kylie's birth announcement and they're nearly inseparable -- except for that one time Jordyn flaunted the goods down in Mexico.

Beyonce and Jay-Z are still in the midst of celebrating the singer's birthday ... squeezing in some time for a private photo shoot too.

The pair hit the beach on the Italian island of Sardinia Saturday for a boat tour followed by some cute couple pics shot by a private photog. It's no secret, Jay is crazy about his wife ... and the photo shoot proves it.

Beyonce turned 37 last week, and the pair has been in Italy celebrating -- seemingly sans kids -- ever since.

The singer posted a message Thursday recapping 36 and sharing her hopes for the year ahead, saying, "I became a new mother of 3. I breastfed twins. I renewed my vows with my husband of ten years. I came back home to the stage to do Coachella, after pregnancy. Then my husband and I released our album together, Everything Is Love."

Beyonce spent her 37th birthday reflecting on what 36 meant to her -- also known as ... living her best life.

She's been celebrating her big day all week in Italy, and just posted these pics of the trip. Yes, she and Jay-Z are living the high life while floatin' around on a yacht, but Queen Bey still took time to do what we commoners do on birthdays ... cut some cake!!!

The guy who'll soon be playing Freddie Mercury in a theater near you honored the iconic singer in the best way possible on what would've been Freddie's 72nd birthday.

Rami Malek was with a crew of pals singing his heart out at Wednesday night's Queen concert in Las Vegas. Of course, Rami's playing Freddie in "Bohemian Rhapsody," and he gave us a little preview with the way he rocked out in his seat to "We Are the Champions."

Based on how into the show he was -- and how much he looks like Mercury on camera -- Rami might as well have hopped onstage himself to give Adam Lambert (Queen's current lead singer) a breather. The cast and crew were also spotted living it up at celeb hot spot Intrigue.

"Bohemian Rhapsody" drops later this fall, and it's already getting a ton of buzz for Rami's performance. Good to see he hasn't let go of the character even after filming.

Jay-Z's no Instagram hubby, but he's playing one for Beyonce in Italy.

Jay and Bey are in Sardinia Wednesday, the day after her 37th birthday. They jumped on a boat and headed to a hotel restaurant for a lil chow down. On the way there, Jay admired the picturesque views. Italy looks good too.

Even Sardinia's blue waters gotta take a backseat to Beyonce celebrating her bday. The Hive would demand it.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star got engaged this weekend down in Cabo San Lucas with her Hollywood producer boyfriend, Randall Emmett, who put a ring on it Saturday night. They were celebrating twice over though, 'cause Lala was also ringing in her 28th birthday.

In video obtained by TMZ, you see Randall and Lala inside the Mandala Los Cabos nightclub having champagne bottles with sparklers sent around the room. It's a raucous scene, made even more so when Randall gets on the mic to say ... "All you motherf****** know when you fall in love, you turn into a bitch. And that's what I am. I've fallen in love with Lala Kent."

He wishes her a happy birthday, and then tells everyone inside to basically turn up in honor of their engagement. BTW ... see if you can catch Lala's GIANT ring. It's kinda hard to miss.

As we reported ... Randall finalized his divorce from his wife of 8 years this past December. He'd been seen getting cozy with Lala well before that, though.

Michael Jackson's posthumous 60th birthday celebration brought 2 of his children front and center onstage.

Paris and Prince were there Wednesday night to honor and celebrate their late father's birthday at the Michael Jackson Diamond Birthday Celebration at Mandalay Bay in Vegas.

Paris looked stunning in a purple gown while rocking some MJ-themed sneakers. Prince wore a red jacket that looks similar to the one Michael famously wore in the late '90s. Style, man.

Tito and Jackie were also at the star-studded event ... along with Ashlee Simpson, Evan Ross, Blake Griffin, Gabrielle Union, Angela Bassett, Vanessa Hudgens and Usher, who was profoundly influenced by MJ's music and dancing. Usher performed ... as did Cirque du Soleil with its "Michael Jackson ONE" number.

Tons of MJ memorabilia was also on display at the event. BTW ... that cube Prince is holding -- it's a humanitarian award they accepted on their father's behalf from the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation.

When the shindig ended ... it moved over to the DAYLIGHT Beach Club for an after-party.

Janet Jackson kicked off Michael's birthday right Wednesday. As TMZ first reported ... Janet did an homage to MJ's "Remember the Time" music video, and it was awesome.

Lamar Odom got emotional while wishing happy 40th birthday to Kobe Bryant Thursday -- thanking his good friend for sticking with him through thick and thin ... even during his darkest hours.

Remember, Kobe was one of the first people who rushed to the hospital to meet with Lamar following his overdose at a Nevada brothel back in 2015.

In fact, Kobe bolted from a Lakers preseason game early right when he heard the news and was with Lamar hours after the incident.

Kobe continued to support Odom during and after his recovery -- and Odom hasn't taken his friendship for granted.

"There are no words in this world that can describe the mad love I have for you," Lamar wrote.

"I appreciate you Bean, you have been there for me in my most dark times until today and I hope till the end of times."

"We shined together in my most glorious times and those are like a tattoo in my heart . I can never repay you back for the unconditional love but I can tell you how much I appreciate you."

Former 'Bachelorette' star Jordan Rodgers had a big bash for his 30th birthday over the weekend -- featuring friends and family ... but NOT his famous brother, Aaron Rodgers.

The family beef is well known -- hell, they even played it up during Jordan's season on "The Bachelorette" -- but people in Aaron's life had been trying to convince him to reconcile.

Doesn't seem like it worked ... because when Jordan posted pics from his birthday bash in Bowling Green, Kentucky on Saturday -- we saw brother Luke and dad Edward but no Aaron.

One source who was there confirms to TMZ Sports Aaron did not attend.

JoJo Fletcher -- the woman Jordan proposed to on "The Bachelorette" -- was there (she's in the gold wig). So was Luke's fiancee, Aimee.

If you're wondering, the Packers had a preseason game on Thursday ... so, it would have been theoretically possible for the QB to make it.

Joe Jonas should've asked for a box of tissues for his birthday.

Joe had a mini-crisis on his hands Wednesday in the Big Apple as he consoled fiancee Sophie Turner. The "Game of Thrones" actress looked distressed as they walked around the city.

It's not clear why Sophie was crying ... maybe she's lamenting Joe's final bday in his 20s? The middle Jo bro turned 29.

What a difference a few days can make ... Joe and Sophie spent Monday double fisting fruity drinks and sucking face in Miami.

Kylie Jenner is no stranger to flowers or cash ... so clearly nothing makes more sense than to gift her a gigantic solo cup made of roses ... which comes with a hefty price tag.

Jenner showed off the creation from La Fleur Bouquets Thursday -- a 21st birthday gift she got from her friend, Yris. We're told the "Legal AF" solo cup was made with more than 1,000 real roses -- and comes in right around $5,000.

The arrangement was just one of several gifts Jenner got for her 21st, not to mention the gigantic party she threw at Delilah in West Hollywood ... with guest that included her fam, along with Bella Hadid, The Weeknd, Dave Chappelle and baby daddy Travis Scott.

Travis Scott can switch it up from beast mode to cuddly daddy mode pretty quick ... dancing with and kissing daughter Stormi in a new vid.

Kylie -- who turned 21 on Friday -- posted the quick clip of her baby daddy holding 6-month-old Stormi while one of the rapper's new tracks from his album, "Astroworld," plays in the background.

If Travis is feeling any aftereffects of Kylie's wild 21st birthday from Thursday night, he certainly isn't showing them ... even cracking a smile in the clip.
