Kevin Hart celebrated his big 4-0 in grand fashion, and tons of celebs were on hand to ring in Kevin's new decade on earth.

As for who showed up at L.A.'s TAO restaurant ... well, for starters, LeBron James, Don Cheadle, Meek Mill, Chris Paul, Nick Cannon, Usher, Evan Ross, Draya Michele, Karrueche Tran, Marlon Wayans, Michael Ealy, Gabrielle Union ... shall we go on.

The dinner was at TAO, and the party will be continuing through Sunday on to The Highlight Room. TAO and The Highlight Room are connected to Dream Hollywood ... one the hottest hotels in town.

Kevin predicted the party would be amazing, saying, "A pool party like you've never seen before."

"Happy Birthday to my big brother" ... 

That's how Kim Goldman began her letter to her late bro, Ron Goldman, on Tuesday -- while reflecting on his life 25 years after his death. 

"You would have turned 51 today - just insane to think about all of the years lost, absolutely breaks my heart," Kim wrote in a note posted on social media. 

Of course, Ron was brutally murdered on June 12, 1994 ... when he was only 25 years old. 

At the time of his death, Ron was working as a waiter at the Mezzaluna Trattoria restaurant in Brentwood and had gone to Nicole Brown Simpson's condo to return a pair of sunglasses that had been left at the eatery earlier that day. 

While at Nicole's home, Ron and Nicole were ambushed by a knife-wielding scumbag who killed both of them. 

Kim Goldman says she's still trying to focus on the good times she shared with her big brother.

"The what-if's torture my spirit, so instead I will focus on your smile, your zest for life, your kindness, the memories of us growing up, our talks, our laughs, our tears."

"I will focus on the tremendous adoration and respect I have for you and I will hold on dearly to the memory of what your hugs felt like, cuz I sure could use one."

She ended her letter, "All the love in the world, xo Squirt."

Jenelle Evans and her two of her baby daddies put their differences aside this weekend for the sake of their kids -- reuniting the whole gang for young Kaiser's birthday.

The ex-'Teen Mom' star and her hubby, David Eason, joined Nathan Griffin at his mother's house, where they threw Kaiser a 5th birthday party. Jenelle's mom, Barbara, brought 2-year-old Ensley (Jenelle and David's daughter) as well as 9-year-old Jace (Jenelle's other son from a previous relationship) to the shindig for a pool-themed bash.

According to reports, the party was an unsupervised visit on the part of Jenelle and David -- who temporarily lost custody of all their kids after David killed the family dog. 

It's unclear if getting together like this without a third party monitoring breaks the court ordered parameters of the troubled parents' time with their kids ... but it seems things went off without much drama, which is good considering David and Nate's rocky past.

Jenelle posted a bunch of photos of the party, and captioned it by writing ... "Can’t believe you are 5 already! You might be getting older but you’re still my baby." 

Jenelle and David were back in court last week, presumably to petition the judge to let them have the kids back in their custody ... but it also likely served as a chance to see them face-to-face. The couple has agreed to a number of conditions to get the children back.

The Game went all out for his oldest kid's 16th birthday -- and he captured A LOT of it on film so it wouldn't soon be forgotten. No issues there ... we gotchu, man. 

The L.A.-bred MC put together a sweet 16 of sorts Saturday night for his son, Harlem Taylor, who was hitting the big 1-6. Papa pulled out all the stops for this one ... hiring multiple rappers to perform, and inviting what seemed like the whole damn school to slide through. 

Among those who took the stage -- Trippie Redd, Blueface and Tee Grizzley. No word if Game himself grabbed the mic at one point ... looks like he was busy working camera duty.

Harlem even got gifted a sweet ride by the end of the night -- a brand new Beamer, which he posed by as his guests looked on and admired it. Not bad for a 16-year-old. 

The Game wrote his son a sweet birthday tribute Sunday as well, describing how he navigated fatherhood by saying ... "I let love be my guide & dove in head first learning more & more about parenting along the way." 

Game went on to shout-out his son for being a guiding light in his life, writing ... "Catch every tear, trace every step, listen as well as learn, love whole heartedly & never stop loving you... not even for a split second is how I parent. You are everything to me boy & I hope that I’ve truly made you happy on your birthday son. God knows I gave it my all - Dad"

Kim Kardashian and co. glittered up WeHo Saturday night for a premature birthday celebration for Larsa Pippen.

Kim showed up to Craig's restaurant in a lime green minidress and her crew followed in similar fashion. They followed their playbook ... giving photogs the silent treatment but plenty of opportunities to shoot them as they walked in and when they left.

Larsa's turning 45 on July 6 ... it's a safe bet the celebration will go into the 4th of July weekend.

The only pink thing missing from Khloe Kardashian's birthday bash was a panther.

From grilled cheese to donuts ... it was all pink all the time at Khloe's 35th bday shindig Thursday night. Kim, Kylie, Kourtney and Kendall, of course, were all front and center ... as was Sofia Richie.

Guests were greeted by a neon "Khlo Money" sign ... again, pink. The elegant setup included a gaggle of pink roses ...even pink-themed treadmill and weights.

"Koko's Drink Menu" offered up Casamigos tequila and Grey Goose vodka themed drinks, which they dubbed, "I'm in love with the KoKo" and "Khlo Money Moves." 

For those who imbibed, the libations cups were embossed with Khloe quotes ... "The bigger the hoop, the bigger the ho." As you know ... Khloe loves her some huge loop earrings.

Khloe's kid, True, dressed in a soft pink dress to match her mama's hot-pink top. As the night came to a close ... Khloe & the gang grabbed life by the horns ... as in a mechanical bull.

Cardi B and Offset are making sure Kulture is one blinged-out baby ... spending a huge chunk of change on a super lavish present for their daughter's upcoming first birthday party.

Our sources tell us, Kulture is getting some serious bday bling when she turns 1 next month ... and we've got an early look at the extravagant piece of custom jewelry.

Check it out ... when Kulture celebrates her first birthday on July 10, she's gonna get this super sick piece from her parents, featuring characters from her favorite TV show, "Word Party."

We've learned Cardi commissioned celeb jeweler Eliantte for the project ... and the pendant and chain are made of diamonds, white gold and vibrantly colored enamel. Altogether, we're told Cardi dropped about $100,000 to keep Kulture ice cold.

Kulture's first birthday bash is gonna be one for the ages ... Cardi recently revealed she's pulling out all the stops, and spending a whopping $400k on the festivities!!!

'Real Housewives' fans chewed out Kandi Burruss' husband for bringing his adult daughter to a strip club to celebrate her birthday, but hear him out ... he has an interesting defense.

'RHOA' star Todd Tucker says he has ZERO regrets about taking 23-year-old Kaela to see some T&A up close for her big day -- despite the fact he was getting dragged over it on social media after posting a video of the, umm ... unique father-daughter outing.

Don't worry ... ya don't see anything too raunchy here, and it looks like his kid isn't even looking at the dancer's booty in this shot. Still, it caused quite a fuss in the Insta-verse.

We asked Todd why he thinks it was appropriate to bring his daughter to such a sexually-charged environment and he tells us quite simply ... it makes for great bonding.

Check out his answer ... Todd says more parents should follow his lead, and if they did, they'd have better relationships with their kids. The way he sees it, smacking "a couple of booties" with your kid could be the best way to maintain close ties, especially as they get older.

Courteney Cox is back in Mexico with Jennifer Aniston and her gal pals, and judging by her relaxed appearance ... getting there was a lot easier this time than the last girls getaway.

The "Cougar Town" star splashed in the waves on the beach in Cabo San Lucas Wednesday as she celebrated her 55th birthday with some of her best friends ... including her "Friends" costar.

The other ladies enjoying fun in the sun include actress Mary McCormack, Kristin Hahn, and Jason Bateman's wife, Amanda Anka.

It's unclear if Jimmy Kimmel's wife, Molly, made this trip, but you'll recall back in February ... she was with Jen, Courteney and Amanda when they had to make an emergency landing on the way to Cabo to celebrate Aniston's big 5-0.

Takeoff was the man of the hour at his beverage-fueled surprise 25th birthday party ... but Cardi B made sure to grab some -- okay most -- of the attention.

Cardi and her husband, Offset, joined Quavo to celebrate the bday of their fellow Migos rapper in downtown L.A. Tuesday night, and the party theme was sweet ... as in loaded with sugary drinks, candy and cake.

The bash looked fun as hell too ... with a variety of arcade games, delicious food, and of course -- TakeOff's Drank Factory. According to Quavo, the party was thrown as a surprise for his pal ... he shared a post saying, "Surprise Take U Deserve It!!!"

As for the cake ... Cardi showed off plenty in a black fishnet getup accentuating her backside. Following her wardrobe malfunction at Bonnaroo, it appears she decided to go with a "less is more" approach to her outfit.

2:10 PM PT -- According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, cops were unable to find any DNA on the gun found in the same car YT was riding in. We're told because there were 3 people in the vehicle, investigators could not determine who the weapon belonged to, so YT will not face any charges.

The D.A.'s Office also cleared up details on the car accident that triggered the search. It was actually the police cruiser that was "unable to stop in time" before it hit Thug's Rolls-Royce.

Someone's gotta pay for what the D.A. deemed, "minor damage."

Young Thug's lawyer, Michael Goldstein, tells us, "I commend the District Attorney's Office for making the right decision after carefully reviewing the facts and body worn video over the past 9 months. The fact so much time and work went into this decision reinforces trust in our system of justice."

Young Thug will NOT be prosecuted in his L.A. gun case ... TMZ's learned the District Attorney is rejecting the case.

The D.A.'s Office tells us ... the case was rejected earlier this month due to insufficient evidence. YT's attorney, Michael Goldstein, confirmed to us the case is now closed. TMZ broke the story when cops busted Young Thug back in August -- a member of Thug's crew ran into a police car, which triggered a vehicle search. That's when cops discovered the weapons.

YT -- who was seen in handcuffs and escorted to a waiting cruiser -- was booked just after for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle ... a felony. The bust came on the night he was celebrating the release of his new album, "Slime Language" and his 27th birthday.

So, the arrest was quite the double whammy ... but now it's water under Thug's bridge.

Two of the Kardashian kids got their traditional double birthday party this weekend, courtesy of Kim and Kourtney.

North West turned 6 on Saturday and Penelope turns 7 next month, but close enough for a birthday bash.

The theme of the party ... the Hasbro game, Candy Land. It was held in the backyard of one of the Kardashians ... we don't know which.

Tons of party stuff ... a bounce house, toadstools and the obligatory candy, complete with an enormous candy bar festooned with the worlds, "Happy B-Day Penelope and North."

North and Kim showed up with matching eye shadow and braids.

Andy Ruiz Jr. ain't one to let a little thing like a boxing title change up his dining preferences -- the dude digs authentic Mexican ... even if it means getting it from a hole-in-the-wall joint.

The newly-minted heavyweight champ -- who recently stunned the world by defeating the heavily-favored Anthony Joshua -- was spotted chowing down at a low-key Mexican chain Friday with his girlfriend and the rest of his fam in El Centro, CA ... almost 2 hours east of San Diego.

The restaurant of their choice ... La Resaca -- known for their seafood and with a nearly 5-star rating off a ton of good reviews. It's a modest joint, but it was perfect for Ruiz and co.

You'd think after becoming the toast of the town everywhere he's gone since the upset last weekend, he MIGHT just treat himself to something a bit more swanky in, say, L.A., maybe? Seems like that isn't his style though -- he'll stick to chips and salsa ... and live mariachis.

We gotta say ... it's been a while since we've come across a guy like Andy Jr. here. He certainly doesn't fit the mold for what we've come to expect of a ringside champion but at the same time ... it's refreshing to see homeboy flip the script on everyone and their mom.

Speaking of moms ... happy birthday to Andy's ma, Mrs. Ruiz! We're told they were all out there celebrating her 58th birthday. Never change, ARJ.

DJ Mustard treated himself on his birthday ... with some expensive condiments.

The famed producer behind some of hip-hop's sickest beats turned 29 on Wednesday and celebrated with new bling. DJ Mustard commissioned celebrity jeweler Eliantte, who came up with a clever pendant. Over 400 carats of VS diamonds and more than 2 kilos of gold make up a tiny ketchup figurine bottle chasing, naturally, a mustard one.

A bunch of diamonds also make out "10 Summers" on the center of the pendant ... in homage to Mustard's first studio album. Two brand new links designed by Eliantte complete the shiny birthday gift he received last night. The gift wasn't cheap either ... a cool $650k!!!

DJ Mustard -- who earned the stage name because his first name is Dijon (as in Dijon mustard, get it?) -- said the new pendant gives his stage name a whole new meaning. He wrote on Instagram, "Always be mustard, never have to Ketchup."

The hitmaker listed some proud accomplishments ... from winning a Grammy this year to moving "my sister and mom out of the hood" and putting countless of his friends in better positions to take care of their families.

President Trump's camp wants him to know how much he's loved on his most special day of the year ... so they're asking MAGA country to type in their names ASAP.

An email got sent Wednesday to subscribers of the Trump-Pence campaign, and it's begging for folks to be one of the first to sign a "HUGE" birthday card that his team will bestow on him come June 14 ... the Prez's 73rd birthday. They're looking for 2 million signatures.

The email reads, "Our goal is to get 2 MILLION signatures to let President Trump know how thankful we are for his incredible leadership in our shared mission to Make America Great Again." It goes on, "We sent President Trump a card last year, and he loved reading all of the encouraging messages from Patriotic Americans across the country."

The campaign doesn't specify if they're planning on printing a jumbo-sized birthday card with a scroll of autographs attached -- it'd have to be pretty damn big if that was the case -- or if they're just gonna DM him the collective well-wishes next Friday.

Something tells us this is just a digital thing though, and people's "signatures" probably amount to nothing more than spelling out your name on a keyboard and hitting send.

Some of Elton John's extravagant costumes from his rock 'n' roll heyday -- and a unique gift from John Lennon and Yoko Ono -- are hitting the auction block, and expected to fetch over $100k.

Sir Elton's custom-made gold jumpsuit from his "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" tour in 1973 is among the showy items up for bid. That alone is expected to go for around $30k. It comes with a sown-in label reading, "Elton John -- 5-22-73."

Another costume expected to get bids in the $20-30k range is the Rocket Man's "Jockey" outfit from a 1980 U.S. tour. It's a Bob Mackie original that was previously displayed at the Venice Biennale and Barney's New York -- so, y'know it's valuable.

There's also a signed photo from Elton to boxing legend Evander Holyfield with handwritten lyrics to "Madman Across the Water."

That all pales in comparison to the standout attraction of GottaHaveRockandRoll.com's Elton auction -- namely a handmade collage that John Lennon and Yoko Ono gifted him for his birthday in 1975.

It's a strange sight to behold -- magazine and newspaper clippings pasted around provocative images and apparent inside jokes, with a headline reading "Who was Mother Goose?" The second piece of the collage includes an Elton John Tour guest pass and a handwritten "happy birthday" note.

It comes with a letter of authenticity from Elton himself, confirming he received it from the iconic couple on his bday, March 25, 1975.

The auction house estimates the collage to haul in $40-60k. All the items are up for bid online beginning July 17.
