How does the self-proclaimed "King of R&B" celebrate his 25th birthday??? By throwing down $40,000 for a lavish dinner party at a high-end steakhouse!!!

Jacquees pulled out all the stops Monday night for his bday bash ... renting out a private room on the first floor of Mastro's in Bev Hills and hosting dozens of his closest friends for a banquet fit for a king.

Jacquees was lording over the dinner table as he chowed down on oysters, king crab legs and steaks ... washing it down with Ace of Spades and Hennessy. In true royal extravagance, Jacquees and his pals sampled every single appetizer on the menu!!!

As you can see, Jacquees kept the king theme going for his custom bday cakes ... swapping out candles for a crown on one, and slapping an image of him wearing a crown on another.

Jacquees dropped a fat bag celebrating himself, but he also secured a couple too ... his rapper girlfriend, Dreezy, gave him a huge Louis Vuitton bag and his manager, Johnathan, gave him a slightly smaller version.

The feast started at 8 PM and didn't end until 1 AM ... Jacquees and co. were having so much fun, they kept the staff working an hour overtime to keep the party going.

Khloe Kardashian understands better than anyone, a daughter needs her father ... so it should come as little surprise Tristan Thompson was front and center for True's 1st birthday party.

Khloe and Tristan reunited over the weekend to celebrate their daughter turning 1 ... and it was truly an epic bash. For starters ... Khloe and little True wore matching blue August Getty Atelier outfits. Kim, Kourtney and their broods were also there ... as was Kylie. Kendall was a no-show ... Coachella calls.

There were TONS of balloons, ponies, a donut wall (!!!) and even a cotton candy vendor. And, how cool is this -- Khloe told attendees no presents for True, but instead asked everyone to bring presents to be donated to Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Tamar Braxton is falling back into mea culpa mode just days after putting her sister, Trina, on blast for daring to get engaged ... during Tamar's birthday celebration.

ICYMI ... Tamar went off Tuesday on Trina's fiance, Von, after he popped the question to Trina. Tamar's issue is his timing sucked. The proposal went down on what Tamar considered a continuation of her bday bash. Check out the vid, Tamar rants about crappy gifts and Trina stealing her shine.

Our sources say Trina and Von do NOT feel like they stole Tamar's thunder -- after all, she'd already had her party.

The Motown legend finally hit the big 7-5 Tuesday with a blowout party at the Hollywood Palladium that featured an incredible who's-who guest list.

From family, like her kids Tracee Ellis Ross and Evan Ross ... to Berry Gordy, Beyonce, Heidi Klum, Bette Midler, Stevie Wonder, Kris Jenner, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, Robin Thicke, Diddy and Chris Rock. Even Leo DiCaprio showed up, and while he was definitely the most under-dressed dude ... it was a classic Leo look.

That's just a small sample of how many people showed out to pack the Palladium and see Diana perform. Remember, her bday celebration's been going on since last month at the Grammy Awards ... but this party had Bey singing "Happy Birthday" -- a real icon-to-icon moment.

We got Bhad Bhabie and Yachty Tuesday night heading into Ohm Nightclub in Hollywood where they were celebrating her 16th birthday. But, check out the massive new accessory around her neck ... it's a sick $53k chain courtesy of Yachty.

10:11 AM PT -- Turns out the epic bday piece took 10 days to make. Yachty went to Jewelry Unlimited in ATL and ordered the 14k rose and white gold pendant filled with 45 carats worth of diamonds.

Paris Jackson is in a much better head space since her suicide scare ... spending time with friends, family and taking advice from people who genuinely care about her.

TMZ broke the story ... Jackson was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital last week after she attempted suicide by cutting her wrists. She was released from the hospital a few hours later after allegedly telling doctors she'd seek treatment at another facility ... but that never happened.

Those close to Paris had originally pushed rehab on the 20-year-old -- but she refused -- and has taken her well-being into her own hands.

Family sources tell us Paris is trying to improve her mental and physical health, and open to listening to the folks she trusts. Our sources say Paris is eating better, exercising and working on psychological issues.

Paris will turn 21 in just over a week, and organizing the party has kept her busy. We're told Paris has also been in regular communication with her younger brothers ... and is proud Blanket is gearing up for college. Macaulay Culkin -- who had an unbreakable bond with Michael Jackson -- has also been a big support.

We got Paris out in L.A. Tuesday night with her boyfriend outside Largo comedy club ... and she assured us she was doing fine.

Sources tell us Bhad Bhabie received her first Rolex ever Tuesday in NYC as an early birthday gift to celebrate her sweet 16, courtesy of her managers, Adam Kluger and Dan Roof. We're told Danielle has always wanted a Rolex but hasn't gotten around to snagging one.

The diamond-encrusted watch is a beaut, and it's custom too.

Our sources say this is a Mother of Pearl Rolex, and it comes fully loaded with 15.38 carats of VS diamonds around the band, and 1.5 carats of VS diamonds on the Roman numerals lining the face dial. All in all ... we're talking about a $42,000 value.

We're told the watch was commissioned by Joel the Jeweler in L.A.

We got Danielle out in NYC Tuesday and she was already sporting her new gift ... but she says there's still one more present that'll make her bday perfect.

Danielle certainly deserves it -- she's been riding a wave of success so high for so long now that it's somewhat surprising she hadn't copped one of these before. From smash hit songs to her own reality show on Snapchat, she's come a long way from her "Dr. Phil" days.

Kim Kardashian helped Paris Hilton celebrate the big 3-8 with an epic belated birthday bash that came just in time for St. Patrick's Day. Better late than never, right?

Paris hosted Kim, Kourtney, Larsa Pippen and tons of her other famous pals at an undisclosed location Saturday night that was decked out to the theme of "#ClubParis," which seems to be an homage to a famous cabaret/strip club in France.

Paris got tons of selfies with her girls as she shimmered in a silver jumpsuit, but the big highlight of the night was when Larsa filmed Paris hitting the stage for some pole dancing.

Check it out ... she's pretty good.

Paris turned 38 on February 17, so this get-together literally came one month after the fact. That didn't seem to bother PH though. As Kim says here, that's just how Paris gets down ... celebrating months and months at a time. Solid motto.

Mitt Romney's birthday got super freaky with lots of hot wax, Twinkies ... and his unique approach to blowing.

The Utah Senator turned 72 Tuesday, and his staff surprised him with a cake made of his "favorite snack," much to his delight. Check out the vid, though -- Mitt drops a quick dad joke ... then gets weird with it.

It's unclear why, but Romney takes his sweet time, removes each candle one by one ... and THEN blows it out.

Mitt's method doesn't seem very efficient, especially if anyone in his office has any place to be -- but he claims it rewards him with more than the customary single birthday wish.

On the upside ... less saliva to go around.

Khloe Kardashian might be looking past her Tristan Thompson drama ... but everyone else is looking directly at her rocking a very sheer outfit for her BFF's party.

Khloe was on the prowl Sunday night in Las Vegas, where she was celebrating 2 birthdays -- for her best GF, Malika Haqq, and her twin, Khadijah Haqq McCray. They're well into their dirty 30s at age 36 -- meanwhile, Khloe's a couple years younger at 34.

Either way, it looks like Khloe's ready to embrace single life again -- her wardrobe definitely is. Y'know what they say about fish in the sea, and nothing catches 'em like a see-through fishnet suit.

We haven't seen her with Tristan since his latest cheating scandal -- and there's no reason to think we will anytime soon. As you know, Khloe let Kylie's BFF, Jordyn Woods, off the hook and laid blame on Tristan.

He seems to be moving on, based on the company he's been keeping -- so, Khloe should too.

Kid Cudi turned 35 a little over a month ago but dude's still turning up in style ... with this INSANE custom diamond chain.

We're told the rapper commissioned celebrity jeweler Ben Baller to get it done as a birthday gift to himself. It cost Cudi a whopping $275k!!! The BAPE camo diamond chain carries a sick colorful pendant ... including black diamonds to make out Cudi's hair and white diamonds for Cudi's t-shirt.

The pendant's also littered with Cognac diamonds for Cudi's face, canary diamonds for Cudi's rings and blue diamonds for the pants. The "stoner" eyeballs are made up of rubies. The piece was designed by Japanese fashion designer Nigo, who used to own the popular BAPE clothing line. Kid Cudi has been featured in some of their collections over the years.

Solid way to celebrate turning 35. Remember ... Cudi broke bread with Kanye West, Pete Davidson and Oscar-nominated actor Timothee Chalamet back in January in Malibu to ring in 35.
